Chapter 46. Busy youth
Seeing Fred come to him in the distance, Harry turned his way backwards.
Ron was a step behind to realize. The two walked through, and soon disappeared into the crowd after class.
They hid in a corner.
Ron whispered, "he's leaving, shall we go out?" Harry: "Really?" He looked out, took two steps, and was immediately caught by Fred, who came out of nowhere. "Harry! I've been looking for you! Come on, let's go. You're going for Herbology, right?"
No matter how hard Harry struggled, he was dragged out by Fred in his arms.
He's a head and a half lower than Fred!
And Fred was delight to greet to everyone he met, who he knew or didn't know. He comforted Harry: "Don't worry, nobody believes that Della's in love with you. You're still a child."
Harry finally got rid of him as he walked out of the castle, then he called Ron and ran to the greenhouse.
Ron walked through Fred with their schoolbags and said, "Harry is more attractive than you even he's a baby. Did you forget he was the savior? But you, unknown."
Fred patted him on the back of the head as he passed by like a good brother. "Go to class."
Fred arrived in the classroom. George had occupied a seat for him, he took the corrected homework and said to him, "it's terrible."
"Forget it." Fred tucked his homework into his bag.
The History of Magic was as sleepy as ever, but no one underestimated it. Everyone was fighting with the sleeping devil, some of them had already surrendered.
Fred was in charge of taking notes, and George threw himself on the table: It's his turn to sleep today. Before falling to sleep, he asked, "are you really unaffected?"
Fred shook his head. "I have faith in Della — the reporter must have drunk too much Butterbeer to write that kind of report. Mom doesn't even believe it."
After read that newspaper, Mrs. Weasley wrote a letter to Fred immediately, asking him to apologize to Della!
She didn't believe that Della had been secretly in love with Harry, nor she fell in love with Fred because he had a brother named Ron, who was Harry's only best friend.
—But she thought Fred had been dumped by Della again.
"—You must have a row again!
—And I don't have to ask to know that it must be your fault!
—Apologize to Della! That poor girl has been suffering from you all the time, and you lost her. I can assure you that you will not find another woman to marry you until you're sixty!"
Fred shook his head and exclaimed, "mom…"
George chuckled and asked, "shall we give him a hard time? I mean Terry. You know we have a lot of good things." All of them were failed test materials.
"No." Fred shook head. "Della needs to vent her anger." He felt that Della suddenly became impatient this year. Maybe it was because of the O. W. L, made her stressed?
He hoped she could relax a little bit. Like he liked to get a kick out of Ron and Percy when he was in a bad mood, Della could also do that on him when she was upset. But he still hoped her could have fun in others.
"I think she's more energetic these two days." Fred shrugged.
George: "Well, a little bit." Every day with a wand glaring at those who asked her whether or not was in secret love Harry, was it?
There were many fools in boys, while girls were frightened, after all, it's horrible to lose hair.
The 14 boys did not grow their hair after taking the "special Hair-Raising Potion" of Professor Snape for a week. When Professor Snape announced that their hair was completely incurable, they all cried with joy.
Finally, no more potions! This was the most distasteful potion in the world!
Compared with the potion, it's nothing to be bald.
Terry of Slytherin was asked, "what does the potion taste like?" He was green, "taste like shit."
"Oh, you're so compassionate!"
"God!"
On Gryffindor's table, Della also obtained unprecedented peace and tranquility.
Finally, no one was talking about "the elder girls were secretly in love with the younger Harry Potter", instead, the topic was changed into the 14 new baldy in the two houses and "why doesn't it work even drinking the potion", as well as "do they really never grow hair again? But they are only 15!"
Della ate sausages, admiring Fred's perfect hairline when he was 16. "After you're 40, I'll miss your thick hair now."
Fred immediately said, "I'm starting to work on hair products now, in 20 years, it's going to help."
20 years later…
Della felt a big stone fall into her stomach, she put down her knife and fork, and replied him, "yes, definitely."
Fred got her support and continued to engage in the exciting discussion about hair.
20 years later.
Was Fred alive at that time?
She hoped he was there. She wanted him to be there all the time!
She needed to do more things!
But obviously, there's a lot she needed to do right now.
The third and last task of the Triwizard Tournament had been announced: The maze.
The three participants would enter a huge maze, cross the barriers and finally achieve victory.
Fred and George did have business mind. The next time they went to Hogsmeade, they bought a lot of maze games at wholesale price, then came back and sold to those students who couldn't go to Hogsmeade.
Dick wanted to have it cheaper, or better got it free from Fred, so he said to Fred: "Hey, my sister is Della! Want me to say something nice for you?" Fred asked him: "Do you know how I treat my little brother, baldy?"
George said, "oh, he's cruel. Think about your future." In the end, Dick paid 5 Sickles.
Dick wanted to complain to Della about this. He went up to her and gave a push to the books she in front of her – there were so many books!
"When did you become so fond of reading, sleepyhead?" Dick laugh at his sister out of habit.
"Want to never change your hairstyle, baldy?" Della didn't lift her head.
Dick left in a huff.
Della didn't care about anything now, even the cockroach.
She had to prepare for ten exams, and she had less than two months. To be precise, it's only six weeks.
Six weeks!
Why time flew so fast!
Professor Flitwick had suggested her write a paper on her painless and harmless Hair-Removal Charm and submit it to the Spells Invention Committee.
"In this way, your charm can be incorporated into the Book of Spells! Hehe! You'll be a celebrity on the alumni list." Professor Flitwick, of the leprechaun lineage, standing on the table and said to her.
But it's not easy for her to forget the harm brought from Miss Cockroach!
She went to Headmaster Dumbledore and told him she found a strange cockroach appear around Harry all the time!
Headmaster Dumbledore asked her with cake crumbs on the corner of his mouth: "Is it the same one?" Della said, "I don't know. But cockroaches are not so common insects, are they?"
Dumbledore nodded: "Yes, I'll remind the elves about the sanitation of the Gryffindor tower. By the way, congratulations, Della. Your painless and harmless Hair-Removal Charm has been approved for inclusion in the Book of Spells. They will send you the certification soon."
Della was startled, "really? Did they really accept my application?" It's like a dream!
Dumbledore blinked, "I have two acquaintances on the Committee. Yes, they accepted your application."
Della could hardly contain herself!
Headmaster Dumbledore said, "by the way, I wish you success! Hope you have a good result."
Della looked utterly wretched.
