The doctor knew it was late but he couldn't sleep.
He turned over in his bed and found himself strangely agrivated to see no Rose," What did you expect?"
He leapt out of bed and tore into the corridor only to find his room had moved into a shadowy corridor outside the console room, he had forgotten this place existed!He heard voices a little way away and moved towards the sound, Cat was moving into the console room speaking in hushed tones to Darius," Really! Ever since you first tasted blood"
"Shhhhhhh! Someone might be listening"
"Oh yeah! Who?"
"Him! our dad"
"Worried he'll find out what you are?"
"N..NO"
"Ever since you first tasted blood you have been addicted! It isn't healthy"
"I'm a snake"
"Snakes bite to kill"
"So do I"
She spoke in harsh, angered tones whilst he spoke in hushed, speedy ones.
"Just one... Just one bite! please Cat, please"
"I'll lock you away afterwards"
"Yes! Yes! But please"
"How can a snake be a sea creature anyway?

"I was a snake before the 'sea' insidence"
Cat looked at Darius' expectant face, sighed and held out her arm, he opened his mouth and the doctor saw long, saber fangs, he restrained from gasping and puking as the fangs tore into Cats pale flesh and as his cheeks puffed in and out as he sucked the blood from her wrist.
Cat went paler as she lost energy, Darius stood straight and looked in her eyes but quickly averted them," Cat, I can't stand this anymore! Lock me away! I want you to!"
She was not one for pity and she let her hand hover over the tear in her flesh (and shockingly it disapeared) before grabbing him and asking the tardis for a prison cell.
She walked toward the cell and locked Darius in it but the docter didn't wait," Put the prison cell as far away as possible once Darius is in it and then make sure only Cat finds it when she wants to!" he ordered before turning to see her stood watching him," Why?" He asked and then he really did puke and he collapsed aswell.
He awoke to find something warm and metallic in his mouth and found it to be blood, Cat's blood," Swallow it. It heals you, thats why he's addicted, it is different, magical"
He reluctantly swallowed 'what are you doing? tell her you won't!' but there was a look in her eye which made him really fear her!
He felt a warmness spread through his body starting from his throat and ending at the tip of his toe.
He felt disgusted but better, he walked to his room and found himself still unable to sleep even if for much darker reasons. He had drunk the blood of his own child! He couldn't believe it and went to the bathroom to check he hadn't formed fangs, Cat watched," Dental problems? Look, you only grow fangs when you start craving blood, it's called vamprism"
He looked at her sadly," C'mon Dad, forget it already." she took his hand and led him to the screen in the console room, he looked into it and saw billions of stars," Every star counts as my love for you and mum, there are billions, and i swear, the day i love you no longer will be the day there are no stars in our sky"
"But that day will come!" he said grimly.
"Yes, when I am long gone, when there is no longer anyone watching over them all"
He looked into her eyes, she meant it, he swept her into a hug," Thankyou! thankyou so much!"
AWWWWWWWW that part with the stars was so... so.. heart touching! sniff :')
