I grimace in pain still clutching my thigh, I'm on the dining floor right now and I know there's a cafeteria here but right now I'm resting against the wall trying to get my bearings together, every step I take, I just feel a sharp pain and it's honestly almost unbearable. That Caspian, that big assed freak! It's my fault though! I knew what a skilled fighter he was, even in district 3 people couldn't shut up about him, he was clearly injured so I thought I'd have a little fun and mess around with him a bit but that's where I messed up at, even at this state he's got a lot of fight in him and I paid the price. It's difficult to move without feeling a lot of pain but I'll survive, this is nothing...
I was bleeding pretty heavily and I assume Caspian was going to use the blood to try and track me down but I intentionally tracked blood in a direction I wasn't going, stopped the bleeding by using a piece of my shirt to tourniquet my leg and went in a different direction to throw him off. It's going to take more than that to find me, it's me that does the hunting! I have a slight limp at this point but I grit my teeth and power through it making my way towards the cafeteria, maybe I can lay low there for a little while, let these tributes continue killing each other a little more before I need to reveal myself again.
I enter the cafeteria and something is immediately off, there's barely any light in here but I can still see blood smeared over the wall with readings about "Kade" and how much they miss him blah blah blah, anyways I thought I was the nutcase here, looks like I finally met my match. There's several broken tables and chairs scattered around the cafeteria and I feel a disturbance in the air and reflexively lean my head back as a sword whiffs past me. I then quickly bring my scythe down trying to sever the arm of whoever this is but I feel a hard kick in my thigh as I grunt in pain and stumble back against the wall. I manage to regain my balance as the district 11 girl Verbena rushes at me with her sword and boy does she look crazier than ever!
She lashes her sword at me but I easily block her attack and kick her in the torso with my good leg causing her to stumble back slightly but she growls trying to slash me again and I parry her attack as she stumbles into a wall but growls even louder and i take several steps back trying to ignore the pain in my leg as she looks like she's ready to charge at me like a rabid animal. What happened to this girl anyways? She was pretty sexy honestly, now she looks completely crazed! She slashes her sword at me again but I weave my head back managing to slice her across the arm with my scythe causing her to growl in pain dropping her sword and I try slicing her across her chest to finish her off but she grabs the handle of my scythe and we get into a brief tug of war as I'm surprised by her strength and she begins driving me back and I struggle back but she begins kicking the wound on my thigh and I hiss in pain as she's able to slam me onto the wall, pressing the handle of the scythe onto my neck trying to strangle me.
I begin gasping for air but dig my fingernails into her eyes causing her to let out an irritated groan of pain and I stomp on her foot as hard as I can causing her to stumble back and she clutches her eye still groaning in pain. I swing my scythe at her again but she ducks under it and manages to shove me back into a wall as I'm staggered for a moment. This gives her a chance to pick up a chair tossing it at me and I raise up my scythe to block it but the force of the chair knocks the scythe out of my hand which surprises me a bit as Verbena tries to charge at me but I manage to stagger out of the way as she slams headfirst into the wall groaning in pain.
I grab her neck with my arm beginning to choke her but she throws her body against mine and slams me back first multiple times weakening my grip. I begin to reinforce my grip but she quickly pulls out a knife and stabs me in the thigh causing me to let out an angry hiss of pain and she tries stabbing me again but I grab her hand and this gives her an opportunity to begin twisting her body out of my choke though and she punches me hard in the torso, followed by another with my grip finally releasing on her. She tries stabbing me again but I once again grab her arm with one hand and her neck with the other slamming her against the wall but she quickly head butts me on my nose causing me to grunt and stumble back. She lashes at me again trying to slash my face with her knife but I quickly duck under it being sure to land two hard hooks in her body before pivoting out of her way as she grunts and falls to her knees briefly, but she tries charging at me to tackle me onto the floor and I knee her in the face hearing a crack as she yells in pain before dropping to the floor.
I can already see blood streaming down her nose. I begin making my way towards my scythe but she tries tripping me over with her feet and I manage to jump over it and intentionally land on her knee as she yells in pain again. Her knee is likely sprained now so the field is a little more even now. I clutch my thigh as blood is dripping out of it and bend down to pick up my sword but I hear an animalistic scream and turn around to see her rushing at me, I try to slice her with my sword but I'm too slow and she tackles me and drives me down to the floor as the back of my head slams hard against the floor stunning me and she's now on top of me as I'm trying to restraint her arms but she breaks free and begins raining punches down on my face as I try blocking them to the best of my ability. One gets through however and lands right on my mouth and I immediately feel one of my teeth become loose but I ignore it for now and continue covering my face as I wait for an opening.
"Kade will come back! He will come back! All I have to do is kill you!!!" she cries continuing to punch my arms that's shielding my face and I I think I got her speed timed, she tries punching me again but I move my head to the side causing her to punch the floor instead stunning her as she grunts in pain and I quickly punch her in the throat as hard as I can knocking her off of me as she makes a choking sound clutching her throat, crawling towards her knife and I grab my sword as she's still coughing making her way back up to her feet.
I try to behead her but she ducks under it and stabs me in my thigh yet again as I curse in pain falling to my knees and I try lifting up my sword to strike her but she stomps on it and tries stabbing me with her knife but I grab her arm and manage to knock it out of her hand but we get into another struggle as we are both strangling each other trying to drive each other back and we're about even but she starts kneeing my thigh again as I curse in pain and she overpowers me managing to slam me against the wall strangling me. I'm completely thrown off by her strength as she's beginning to lift me off the floor as choking sounds come out of my mouth and I can see my reflection in her crazed deranged eyes as she's grinning, So this is what true crazy looks like, I can't let her get the better of me!!!
"That's right Kade, you're coming back to me, I can feel it, I can feel you Kade, I can feel you!!" she lets out a crazed laugh and strangles me harder, it's not going to end this way…it's not! I dig both of my fingernails into her eyes and she yells in pain still strangling me but I dig them even deeper and I can see blood beginning to come out of her eyes before she finally releases me and covers her face stumbling away from me. I suck in a few months of air as i cough several times but pick up the sword again and limp towards Verbena who's still covering her face screaming. Once I get close enough to her she spins around and swings towards me but I manage to weave out of the way and her eyes are still closed with blood rolling down them like tears as she holds her fists up in a fighting stance trying to hear my movements and even me breathing seems to alert her. So she's trained to fight without vision too…
I swing my sword at her but she can hear the blade cutting through the air and quickly ducks under it and throws a straight towards my face that I weave out of the way and appear behind her trying to drive my sword through her back but she does a spinning back fist that lands on my jaw and drops me to the floor as I grunt in shock.
"Come back to me Kade!!" she cries and rushes to where my grunt came and she dives towards me but I quickly raise up my sword and drive it through her chest as she lets out a cry of both shock and pain.
"Kade…" she cries as blood oozes from her mouth and falls forward but I kick her hard in the body knocking her onto the floor and she remains there crying and making choking sounds. I have to use my sword as a leverage to stand back up but I can't take a single step without feeling an excruciating amount of pain, it's so unbearable that I grunt in pain and fall back down to my knee but hearing her crying and call out to Kade, I just want it to end!!
"Come back Kade…come back!!" she continues crying as a puddle of blood continues forming under her and she's still seemingly blind but I stand over her holding my sword, it's amazing she's even conscious right now, I'm pretty sure I punctured her lung.
"Kade isn't coming back cause hes dead, and you will be too, but I have a very strange feeling that you won't be going to the same place as him…" I comment and upon hearing this she begins screaming and crying aloud in devastation but I quickly bring the sword down on her neck, swiftly beheading her before a cannon rings out. I then take several deep breaths as I try walking but I collapse under my own weight from the pain in my thigh and fall against the wall looking at my thigh that's bleeding profusely and is getting swollen, I need to wrap these games up and quickly, I don't know how much longer I'm going to be able to last at this rate…

I can hear myself breathing heavily as I keep my sword close to my chest trying to remain as quiet as possible, he's close…I can hear his thundering footsteps as I take shelter in a storage room, there's nothing but shelves and of junk and cardboard boxes in here and I'm hiding behind a cardboard box.
"Where are you!! You can't hide from me!!" I hear him holler and he doesn't sound far. I've been on the run from him since yesterday and it seems like he has a sixth sense for tracking me down, no matter where I hide or where I lay low in, he always finds out where I am. I've been narrowly avoiding him so far but I know I won't be able to hide much longer. I'm stating to think this guy is not even human, what human can still be alive after enduring the damage he's taken? I watched him get stabbed in the eye, pierced through his torso with a sword, not to mention all of the other injuries he had, how is he still alive? How does he still have the energy to pursue me? It's terrifying to imagine but I know I can't hide anymore...
"No matter where you hide, I will find you, I will rip you apart, I will fucking kill you!!" I hear him holler again followed by a loud boom as he seemingly breaks a door down and I feel my breathing get heavier as the room he broke into sounds like it was right next to me...
"I can smell you, I know your scent and I know you're around here somewhere…I just ahhhh!!!" I hear him let out a roar of pain as he pants, his injuries are taking a large toll on him, but he's still a huge threat, I just have to hope he can slip by me…but if it comes down to it, then I'll have to fight.
"Heh…heh…Not in here either, but my prey never escapes from me!" he pants as I can hear his thunderous footsteps and I jump when I hear the door to the room I'm hiding in shatter in places followed by a pained groan from Hunter. He can probably break down doors with no issue but with all these wounds he's carrying, it's even going to take a toll on someone like him doing this…
"I smell you, yeah that's right…you're in here somewhere…weakling!" I hear him growl, he doesn't even sound human anymore, he doesn't even sound like "Hunter" it's like he transcended to some kind of demon, I'm just thinking of all these crazy scenarios, but no human is surviving even half of the crap he's been through…
I can hear his footsteps while he's knocking over shelves, boxes and cursing in pain and it's only a matter of time before he closes in on my location.
"Where are…you!!!" he yells and I hear him knock over another shelf but it's almost like everything goes silent for a moment before I feel a hard tug on my hair as I cry in pain and he begins lifting me in the air by my hair. I see his face as he lifts me up with a lead pipe in his other hand and I'm horrified by his face, there's numerous bruises and wounds on it, he's missing a tooth as the rest of his teeth are coated in blood, his stabbed eye is now oozing a yellowish mucus like discharge and I can only give him a horrified look.
"I told you I'll find you didn't I weakling!!" he grins and I try stabbing him with my needle sword but he uses his pipe to knock it put of my hand before throwing me against the room as my head slams against the wall and I cry out in pain as he cackles limping towards me with his pipe.
"I chose this weapon specifically for you, you don't deserve a quick death, I'm going to make you suffer, break every bone in your body and make you beg for your life before I finish you off!" he threateningly limps towards me but when he reaches me I quickly crawl between his legs, grabbing my sword sprinting out of the room but I suddenly slam into someone as I race out of the room and we both grunt in pain being knocked down to the floor. I regain my senses and I see its Caspian who seems to be pretty hurt himself as he rubs his head and looks at me, I try saying sorry but nothing can come out and before I know it he pushes me away from him, but as he does that, Hunter swings his huge pipe where I previously was. Caspian…he pushed me out of the way to save me, I would've certainly been dead if that pipe connected against me…
Caspian still on the floor quickly picks up his trident and try piercing it through Hunter but Hunter kicks the trident out of his hand and uses his other foot to kick Caspian square in the face and it seemingly knocks him out for a moment but Hunter slams his pipe on Caspian's back as hard as he can and Caspian yells out in pain before Hunter slams the pipe on him again, all I can do is helplessly watch as I'm frozen in shock…
Hunter tries to slam the pipe on Caspian again but Caspian manages to roll out of the way and kicks Hunter in his wounded eye as he roars in pain and Caspian groans in pain managing to get back up to his feet picking up his trident and tries again to pierce the stunned Hunter but Hunter grabs the handle of the trident just in time and roars in pain as he literally has to strain himself to overpower Caspian from stabbing him and he punches Caspian hard in the jaw knocking him to the floor. Hunter tries limping towards Caspian but Caspian manages to punch Hunter hard in the stab wound on his torso and he roars in pain again dropping to his knees giving Caspian time to make it back to his feet and tries kneeing Hunter in the face but Hunter quickly tackles Caspian and it literally sends both of them through the wall as they're both seemingly knocked out.
I hear my panting getting heavier and this is my chance to finish Hunter off while he's unconscious! I begin making my way over there but when I see Hunter twitch while Caspian remains motionless, I stop back in my tracks as Hunter grunts in pain and slowly makes it back to his feet, pulling the still unconscious Caspian out of the wall and picks up his pipe again before continuing to beat Caspian with it until he wakes up crying out in pain.
"You thought you can stop me huh! Huh!!" Hunter roars continuing to beat Caspian with the pipe across his ribs and Caspian is trying his best to cover himself but I can tell his ribs are likely broken right now by the way he's yelling in pain and grasping his ribs, I can't watch this anymore!
"Hey!!!" I yell out loud and Hunter stops his beat down on Caspian to glare me, bloody drool seeping from his mouth with a crazed animalistic look in his remaining eye.
"It's me you wanted right? So come and get me you asshole!" I taunt him and he growls before quickly limping towards me while Caspian remains on the floor groaning in pain. When I see Hunter rushing at me, I freeze again but once he's in arms reach, I regain my movement and begin running again, I have the lead on him, but I know he's going to catch up with me, I probably made a horrible mistake, maybe I should've just left Hunter to do whatever he pleased with Caspian but at the same time, Caspian saved me and I feel I owe it to him, but I'm once again left alone to with Hunter as he continues cursing and pursuing me down the hall.

Kill,kill, kill! She needs to die, she needs to die by my fucking hand!! My entire body is radiating in pain and my muscles can barley even support my body anymore as It feels like I'm walking underwater now. Its my anger and determination that's keeping me alive right now and that's what's going to get me home, no regular man survived what I've endured but when did I ever say I was a regular man, I'm above that, I am no man, I'm a god, the bringer of death and like I've been doing this whole time, I'm going to crush anyone in my way continuing with this blue haired bitch! She got a couple of good licks on me, her little girlfriend stabbed out my fucking eye but she was handily dealt with. I'm also pretty sure she perforated my intestine as the pain is getting more and more severe, it's ok though, I'm going to finish this…I'm going to kill this bitch, anyone else in my way and I'm going home, I'm going home!!
"Still running huh you little shit!? Grow some balls and fight me! Fight me you little shit!!" I angrily curse at her as she continues running from me with a slight limp and races to the staircase where I pick up my speed ignoring the severe pain so I can see where she's going and I see her run downstairs, going through the double doors to that floor. I once again try picking up my speed to catch up to her but once I arrive on the floor she's nowhere in sight, but this is a dormitory floor with several rooms, she's hiding in one of these rooms, so it's only a matter of time before I find her.
"Playing this game again huh!!" I yell but feel a sharp pain in my torso causing me to clutch it and cough some blood out from my mouth but wipe my mouth afterwards and press on, I'll be ok, especially when I'm done ripping that little whore apart!
I reach the first dorm and kick the door open, it's just a small empty room at first glance but I know the hiding spots for all of the rodents! I approach the bed and flip it over but there's no one there and I have to catch my breath for a moment, this bed that I can push around so easily now feels like it weighs a ton…
Once I catch my breath, I angrily exit the room and kick in the adjacent door and it's once again a seemingly empty room. i then angrilly throw the bed over again and it's once again empty. I curse in frustration punching a hole in the wall and storm out of the room
"Ahhhhh!!! Just fucking come out already!!" I roar in anger and limp towards the next room and the surprisingly the knob turns so I don't even have to waste energy kicking it down. When I open the door however the room is infested with these sludge like looking creatures, I don't even have long to process this because I hear a noise behind me and quickly turn around blocking this whore's sword with my pipe as she tries to sneak attack me and I begin to push her back with my pipe but she suddenly kicks me hard in my wounded torso and I roar in pain stumbling into the sludge creature's room as Genevieve slams the door shut infront of me, sneaky little bitch!
The sludge creatures begin slithering towards me though and I quickly cave in one's skull with my pipe and kick another one into the wall before smashing in the skull of the last one with my pipe and pant heavilly as I reach the door, but the knob is now locked so I kick down the door instead and angrily curse stumbling out of it.
"So that was your master plan huh! The little trick you had up your sleeve, well I'm a little disappointed!" I pant as I reach the next room but she suddenly rushes out of the adjacent room with her sword and I quickly swing my pipe at her but she ducks down and buries the sword into my thigh causing me to let out a monstrous roar of pain and I grab her neck with my hand and throw her through the door to the opposite room causing her to cry out in pain and I can already see multiple splinters from the broken door in her back as she remains on the floor groaning in pain.
"I've had enough of you!" I bring my pipe down towards her skull but she quickly kicks me hard in my wounded torso and I let out a loud roar of pain dropping my pipe and I punch her in the face as hard as I can and I miss partially but she still groans in pain, I couldn't get her with my full power and accuracy as I'm so drained on energy right now! I grab a fistful of her hair as she cries in pain but she digs her nails into my thigh and I curse out loud trying to fight through the pain and try to reinforce my grip around her hair but she suddenly punches me in the testicle with her other hand and I roar in anger again bending down, my face next to hers and she spits in it temporarily blinding me in my other eye but I feel a powerful blow against the side of my face and I can feel my jaw instantly get dislocated, she must've hit me with my pipe. I try to come back to my senses as I try to open my mouth but I feel a sharp pain as I feel the lower portion of my jaw dislocated from the top.
I finally get her spit out of my eye but I feel another powerful blow further dislocating my jaw and I stumble out of the room falling to my knees trying to roar in pain but it hurts so much to open my mouth that only a groan comes out. Everything feels like it's spinning and I'm starting to have double vision. I see Genevieve rushing at me again with a pipe though and I try grabbing her but she pivots to to the side and whacks me against the face again with the pipe knocking me on my back as I pant heavily doing an animalistic growl and i try getting back to my feet but I can barley move, get up…get up Hunter!!!
"You wanted me to fight right? You wanted me, so here I am…get up!" Genevieve cries throwing my pipe next to me, she's giving me back my weapon…she wants to underestimate me this much…she's….she's going to regret it!
"Get up!!!!" she yells again her voice cracking and I pant heavily slowly leaning up off the floor but continue sitting on the floor resting my head against the wall as everything still feels like it's spinning and I can hear voices, voices other than Genevieve. I think of Wyatt as I can see him smiling along with my other brothers, the promise I made them, my dream…our dream…it won't die here!
I use my remaining will to grab my pipe and make it back to my feet and I see Genevieve rushing at me again so I try swinging my pipe at her, but I literally feel like I'm moving in slow motion as she easily ducks under my attack and buries her sword into my other thigh as I cry in pain, falling on my back and I slowly lean up again trying to reach for my pipe.
"Arrrrgghhh!!!" Genevieve yells and pierces me through the chest with her sword as I choke in pain, feeling all of the breath taken out of me as I fall onto my back and I hear myself breathing raggedly, I try moving and I can't, I can't move….my body, it won't follow my will…how can I lose, how can I lose to a girl, to a weakling…
"It's no longer fun anymore right? Being the hunted and not the hunter?" she stands over me with my pipe that's drenched in my blood and those…those were the same exact words I used as I stood over Borus…
"And what's worse…The one hunting you is nothing but a weakling that's now standing over you, but everything eventually comes full circle right? You hunt down the weak…people you know wouldn't stand a chance against you, and in the end, one of them does you in…" she says through gritted teeth, I think of my brothers, how I let them down, how we won't be able to live our dream together and a tear comes down my eye as I remember me and Wyatt sitting in a park taking shelter under a tree from the blistering heat as we sucked on popsicles together…I don't want to die, I don't…
"All the people you killed…there's nothing anyone can do to bring them back, but hopefully now their loved ones will at least be able to find a little peace, cause the nightmare really is over, goodbye 'Hunter' she hisses at me and brings my pipe down towards my skull where oblivion takes over me shortly after…

Another loud cannon rings out and that's two now, two deaths that weren't even that far apart from each other and just like that were in the final 5...the final 5, I'm so close…so close to seeing my mother, I just have to hang in there, just…have to hang in there. I passed out for a little while but I feel better now. I imagine I'm one of the most hated people right now but I have at least one supporter cause I awoke to see some medical supplies and a cheese sandwich with water was sponsored to me. This late in the games sponsors cost a fortune so whoever was nice enough to send that to me, I do appreciate it, but the only thing that matters to me now is getting home so I can be with her! I clean my wounds and re-bandage them as best as I could and I'm still in a lot of pain, but I'll survive. Amos is dead, there's a really good chance one of those cannons were Caspian so everything is all good, should be a smooth sailing from here, no one can stop me!
I sling my bag over my shoulders and grab my sword heading out of the arcade, I'm not even sure where to go though, only five tributes left in this large arena, where do I begin?
"Dammit…where can he be?" I hear a familiar voice and my eyes light up, well I'll be dammed! I quickly head over to where I hear the voice and approach a corner where I see Reyena walking down the hall, weaponless.
"Reyena?" I call to her and she jumps for a moment before spinning around and she seems quite surprised to see me.
"Hyperion? My goodness…" Reyena begins walking towards me.
"How you holding up, you ok?" I ask pretending to give a shit, I just need to get her to trust me a little.
"I'm ok, you? You look a little banged up…" Reyena notes, yeah thank you captain obvious…
"I'll survive…it's Caspian I'm worried about though…" I state and concern spreads across her face.
"Caspian!? You know where he is?" she immediately asks and I nod.
"Yeah we were together but he's not in good shape. While we were resting in the cafeteria, that girl from district 3 got the drop on us, we managed to fight her off but Caspian got stabbed in the torso. told him to stay put while I went and looked for some medical supplies and I managed to find a first aid kit in this arcade. He saved my life earlier so i owe it him, after i treat his wounds though I'm going my separate way." I lie and she eats it all up, what a gullible dumb bitch…
"T-that's good then! Let's hurry and get back to him!" she states and I slowly nod.
"Yeah, I'm pretty hurt too though, so I can't move so well, take the lead and I'll cover you from behind…" I suggest and she seems to hesitate a little but nods.
"OK, the cafeteria should be right downstairs…" she looks in the direction of the staircase but looks back over at me.
"You want me to just bring the medical supplies to him while you rest here?" she suggests, but I shake my head.
"I'm ok…let's go." I muster through the pain and I can see a faint weary look in her face but she nods again.
"Ok." She nods beginning to take the lead again, she's beginning to read through me, I need to finish this quickly!
She takes the lead walking slightly ahead of me and I gaze at her back as my grip tightens around my sword that I'm ready to thrust right through her and I can't help but grin a little as I continue staring at her back and once we reach the staircase that's when I make my move as I rush ahead with my sword preparing to stab her through her back.
"So Hyperion-" she turns around and see me preparing to attack her but she quickly stumbles out of the way and I see a shocked looked on her face.
"Hyperion…what the fuck?" she's still giving me a puzzled look, shit!! Doesn't matter though, I'll still kill her, it's just going to take a little more effort, I can't help but cackle though and I even sound a little insane.
"So this was all a lie, just to get me to turn my back on you for an easy kill, your story stunk but I was still willing to give you the benefit of the doubt…" she shakes her head at me and I cackle more, I see the look of betrayal in her face and she looks legit hurt, I almost feel a tiny bit bad…almost.
"Ahh, Caspian said the same thing when I had my sword through him…" I laugh.
"You did what!?" she glares me as she clenches her fists.
"Did I stutter dumbass?" I taunt her and she looks like she's ready to rush at me.
"Where is he, where is Caspian!" she glares me.
"Hmmph why don't you try and beat it out of me?" I smirk at her and she suddenly charges at me while I swing my sword at her but she ducks under it and quickly pops her head back up kicking my armed hand causing me to drop the sword and I throw a punch at her that she ducks under again and kicks me hard in the body temporarily knocking the air out of me but I dive in for a takedown and lift her up midway slamming her against the wall as she groans in pain but secures her arm around my neck and wraps her legs around my body where she begins squeezing my neck, dammit this fucking bitch knows Jiu-jitsu!
I try to wedge one of my arms Into her choke to reduce the pressure and I start repeatedly slamming her back against the wall and she grunts as her grip gradually weakens enough for me to swing her little ass off of me and she rolls across the floor managing to land back on her feet. She does a fighting stance as I wearily walk towards her, I know I'm stronger than her but I still need to be careful, this little girl got some tricks up her sleeve! I throw a punch at her but she weaves out of the way and quickly lands a jab and straight to my face followed by a leg kick before pivoting out of the way and in anger I recklessly swing at her again but she kicks me to the side of my head causing me to stumble back against the wall, she senses I'm hurt and rushes towards me and I manage to grab her neck with one hand but she punches me under my arm releasing my grip on her. She then quickly grabs my arm trying to snap it but i quickly smacks her across the face causing her to gasp in shock and clutch her face glaring me as I smirk.
She growls and rushes at me and I throw a punch at her face that she blocks and does a leg kick on me causing me to wobble slightly and she grabs my arm while bending her body over and flips me onto my back as I land hard on the floor and twists my arm as I hear a light crack and I grunt in pain kicking her knee cap causing her to drop to her knee. I quickly punch her hard in the face as she shrieks out in pain rolling across the floor and I curse in pain getting back up to my feet quickly popping my arm back in place and there's now blood coming down her nose as she quickly crawls towards the sword on the floor but I quickly kick her on the side of her face causing her to cry out in pain and I can already see her eye beginning to swell up as I pin her on the floor strangling her and she tries fighting my choke but I slam the back of her head onto the floor stunning her and choking her even harder.
"Just die, fucking die you stupid bitch!" I curse at her and she starts raking her fingers in the wound I have across my face reopening the scab as I can feel fresh blood seeping out of it and she brings up both of her knees lifting them up and flipping me over her as I slam hard on my back grunting in pain and I'm stunned for a moment as she quickly dives towards the sword and I manage to grab her foot but she kicks me hard in the nose causing me to curse in pain as I clutch my nose giving her a chance to grab the sword and rush at at me. I manage to weave her strike and kick her in the torso causing her to stumble against the wall but she swings the sword at me again and I try weaving it but she still manages to slice my shoulder causing me to grunt and stumble back a little but she doesn't let up, trying to jab the sword into my torso but I manage to twist my body out of the way and uppercut her causing her to shriek in pain falling to the floor and dropping the sword.
She quickly tries getting back to her feet but I grab a handful of her hair and slam her face against the wall twice, I try to slam it against the wall a third twice as I can see her blood smeared on the wall but she places her foot against the wall and I kick it away before slamming her face against the wall twice more causing her to collapse against the floor. This is why I like being a man, we're so much stronger than women!
She's panting heavily but more in fear than fatigue and I see a fearful look on her face when she realizes she's outmatched, she staggers to her feet and throws a punch but I block it and punch her across the face knocking her back to the floor and she tries crawling away but I kick her hard in her torso causing her to cry loud in pain and I can't help but chuckle a little. She tries standing back up but I stomp on the back of her head three times and she cries out again and stomp hard on her back causing her to cry out again, those screams are almost music to my ears, I don't want her to suffer to much and make my mother uncomfortable though so let's finish this!
I pick up my sword with one hand and grab a fistful of Reyena's hair with my other hand pulling her up to her knees.
"Where's your hero at now Reyena? Oh he's probably already dead by now!!" I taunt her and quickly drive my sword through her back which exits out of her chest and she shrieks in pain before I pull my sword out of her and and allow her to fall face first to the floor.
"Reyena!!" I hear Caspian's voice and my eyes widen slightly, he's still alive!? How!? Doesn't matter, I just need to get out of here, I've already spent too much time here. I make sure to kick Reyena hard in the back of the head as she weakly groans in pain cause she made my job so much more difficult than it had to be and I take my leave afterwards!

My entire body feels like it's on fire and I probably have a broken rib or two but I don't care, I don't care how much pain I'm in, that was Reyena, that was Reyena screaming, shes in trouble!
"Reyena!!" I yell again as I arrive on the floor I'm sure her screams were coming from.
"Reyena!!" I repeat again looking around the floor frantically.
"Caspian…" I hear a weak groan and my head immediately turns to the direction it came from and I race forward.
"Reyena!?" I rush forward and when I turn the corner my eyes widen.
"No…no Reyena!!"" I run towards Reyena who's literally laying face down in a pool of her own blood and I turn her over holding her in my arms.
"Reyena stay with me, stay with me…who did this to you? Who did this?" I hold her in my arms trying to remain as calm as possible as tears roll down her eyes.
"H…Hyperion…he-" she weakly chokes and I grit my teeth, Hyperion…that- dammit!!! I should've killed him, I should've killed him!!
"He…he…" she chokes as she continues sobbing.
"Shhh…save your strength alright? I'm going to get you some help, I'm going to find some supplies just…just stay with me please Reyena!" I beg her.
"i…I'm sorry…Caspian…i.." she cries.
"Save your strength, please…" I clench my teeth as one of my tears falls on her face but she manages to wrap her hand around mine and I clutch it gently.
"Caspian i…i-" she weakly mumbles.
"Reyena please…" I beg her not to talk.
"Caspian, I, love you…" she confesses to me and I give her a shocked look.
"Reyena…" I look at her as more tears come down my eyes and she continues gazing at me but her hand suddenly releases from my grasp and a loud cannon fires off...
I slowly close her eyes and gently lay her across the floor, folding her arms across her chest and keep my eyes close sitting over her on my knees as tears continue falling down my eyes, while I quietly sob. Every person I care about, they just end up dying, dying because of me…because I was too weak to protect them…to weak to do anything. I think of Hyperion and I look back at Reyena punching the floor in frustration and letting out a loud yell of frustration. I continue yelling as I make it back to my feet beginning to punch numerous holes in the wall and I cover the palms of my hands over my face continuing to scream in frustration.
"I'm going to fucking kill you!!!!" I scream to the top of my lungs falling back to my knees breathing heavily as tears continue falling down my eyes. I know he heard me and i swear I'm not going to hold back against him, not after this…Hyperion I am going to make you regret every second of this!

Emmerane from the very beginning I was fascinated with your character, you were a collab character and both of your creators worked so amazingly well together to make your form very detailed and fleshed out. You were a very strong female character and being a strong competent tribute from district 11 is so rare but the whole backstory about you being trained was so well thought out and put together and I fell in love with your courage, strength and determination! I wanted you so badly to be a victor but I always knew it was only going to be a matter of time before your darkness fully consumed you especially after the death of Kade who was pretty much the only thing holding you together from completely losing it. You let your darkness consume you but it unfortunately still wasn't enough to get the better of Emmerane even if you did inflict some pretty significant damage on her. R.I.P. my seeder warrior, and you get to be with your brother where the two of you will have actual closure together!
6th place-D12M Hunter Skype, Beaten and bludgeoned to death by D8F Genevieve Altruzara: Yeah yeah guys the death almost all of you hoped for finally happened but please hear me out! Hunter when i first received your form, I honestly didn't have much plans for you, you just seemed like a cliché bully. I was probably going to have you kill a tribute or two but you'll quickly run out of steam afterwards and get taken out, that was the initial plan, but Hunter my goodness, I just got so invested in your character, like i know most bullies are cowards, they pick on the weak and helpless and flee when someone who can actually defend themselves approach them. Yes Hunter you did love picking on the weak but you also kicked the asses of guys that stood up to you aswell, Careers, trained killers etc, your size, your strength and your determination to get back home to your brothers made you a force to be reckoned with and i honestly had so much fun writing you. I was impressed with my work with Vladimir in my last story but I wanted someone to surpass him as the big bad, to show that there are people far stronger and far more evil than he can ever be and I think I showed that perfectly. Your inhumane strength and durability made you practically unstoppable Hunter and you were a truly awful person but there wasn't a damn thing anyone can do about it.
Hunter you are by far the most powerful and entertaining character I have ever written and I will always remember you for bringing the best out of me. I also want to thank his submitter for always being extremely supportive, always messaging me predictions, theories or even just checking up on me when I'm away for too long, they also deserve alot of credit for Hunter's development as they gave me plenty of ideas and gave me an entirely new perspective on the mindset and physical capabilities of Hunter. You have left nothing but a trail of blood, death and destruction in your path but I will also say that it was always in the books for a significantly weaker tribute to eventually bring you down, to make everything come full circle. I also got a little emotional myself when Hunter cried thinking of his brother Wyatt cause it shows that no matter how far gone someone may seem, theres always still a little bit of humanity left in them. R.I.P. Hunter, and you weren't a good person but your brothers truly loved you and I will always consider you one of my best works! Thank you again to his submitter for being absolutely amazing all the time!
5th place, D4F Reyena Shore, pierced through chest by D2M Hyperion Corvinus: Reyena! oh this one hurt so much because you were my first consideration for victor of this story. I found you to be a very intriguing character. you were notably smaller than the typical career so you felt you had to work harder to accommodate for it and while you can sometimes come off as cold, you've shown time and time again that you were actually a very sweet and level headed girl when you warmed up and opened up to other people. I absolutely loved the relationship between you and Heidi, it was so adorable and I hoped you can return home to mend your relationship with Scarlett but that unfortunately wasn't the case. Your interactions with Caspian were some of my favorite moments in this story and you've showed time and time again what a strong and courageous young woman you were and you were able hang in there with the best of them and Hyperion wasn't necessarily the better fighter but he simply used his size and strength advantage to overwhelm you, R.i.P. Reyena!
OK guys so that concludes this chapter and I'm very excited that I was able to get this chapter out and even more excited that this story will be coming to an end soon but unfortunately guys, I also have to share some unfortunate news with all of you. When I first came up with the idea of starting an Syot, i always planned for the "Madness" to span in 3 parts. Madness begins, Madness returns and Madness ends. This was back when I had ALOT of free time and a very lenient job that allowed me to write even while i was working. Compare Madness begins which I completed in like 4 months compared to Madness returns which is still ongoing well after a year and you get a glimpse of just how chaotic things have been in the real world. I always promised you guys that I would never give up on an syot once i start it, but due to time constraints however I will unfortunately have to cancel my plans of starting a third syot which means Madness returns will be my final syot.
I'm so sorry if this inconveniences any of you cause I received messages from some of you about how excited you all were about a Madness ends and what kind of tributes you'd submit, ive made this decision very recently as up until a few days ago, I planned a third syot but at the rate things are going, it may literally take years to complete a "Madness ends" and I just cannot put you guys or myself through that. I'm so sorry once again and I know some of you may be a little upset but I also hope you will come to respect my decision someday. in the meantime buckle up, cause were down to the final 4 and the drama is not over just yet! I'm curious to know if you guys have any new predicitions after this chaotic chapter. I'll see you guys soon as we prepare to wrap these games up, till next time!
