Note:

Hey guys, so decided to go the hero route. I did decide to have Mineta be in class 1-B and have Shinsou in 1-A. I'm never usually a fan of just the fics that have him expelled right off the bat, it's more entertaining to have him get tormented in my opinion. LOL. But I also had no real idea on how to do deal with him, sooooo this was my solution.

Let me know what y'all think! I don't think there are really any warnings for this chapter other than maybe some negative thoughts?

one thing, should I write out the sports festival? I don't know about y'all but that is always so long and grueling to read. I kind wanna skip over it. Or if it is written maybe only do the important bits? Let me know your thoughts.

This was a bad decision, was her first thought. As she sat crouched behind a concrete wall. Deep turquoise eyes focused on the street before her. In what world did she think doing this was a good idea? The words came unbidden, a haunting melody in her head.

"Bastard child!"

"You'll be a villain"

"You're own parents didn't want you!"

"All quirks are just tools, although the exams do favor those with flashy ones. Yours could be quite useful in gathering and intelligence."

Shaking the thoughts from her head, she sucked in a sharp breath and forced herself to ignore the cacophony. Ok, Ally, you may have chosen this out of spite, but if even one person believes in you it's worth it right? And even if you fail...well you can go into the other tract. No harm no foul.

Heart thumping loudly, she took in a slow even breath in through her nose and out through her mouth. Slow and steady. Finally she stood and moved forward cautiously. Relaxing her mental grasp she allowed herself to slide into the chaos around her. The cameras and sensors around her sliding into her mental grasp with the ease of one breath to another.

Bolting from her current position she darted to another wall. Her vision clouded by heat signals, the world around her in grays and blues, one figure further up ahead flashed a brilliant orange. The blob moving towards her from the north east. Releasing the connection of the heat sensors she slid to the cameras and flashed through them. The world before her eyes static and brief glimpses of street views. Suddenly her vision cleared and it wasn't from her releasing the hold. Eyes widening she lunged to the left, shoulder clipping the wall painfully as she scrabbled from her hands and knees to run.

A gray fabric nearly catching her upper arm. Heart beating in her throat, ears roaring, she twisted to find the man in all black facing her. Golden yellow goggles shielding her eyes.

"Fuck." She hissed and darted around the corner, zigzagging through the alley in hopes of avoiding her adversary. The rules had been clear, avoid capture and escape the city within the allotted ten minutes OR capture Eraserhead with the capture tape. The only issue is that he could override her quirk, he could turn it off. She had no idea how it worked, but with those goggles she would take an educated guess and say it was something to do with the eyes. Eye contact? Visual contact of her body? Time limit? Wait...did it depend on him remaining in visual range of her? She tested her quirk and found it was working, however briefly.

Panting in exertion, she cursed this exam. Supposedly her class...or rather 1-A was taught by this beast of a man. She had been running from him for three minutes. Seven more, Ally. She growled internally. Rounding another corner her feet went out from under her, chin cracking against the pavement as she was pulled into the air.

"What the!?" She screeched, hanging upside down from a...was that a trip line? She looked around quickly, her head feeling light from the blood rush. She didn't see him anywhere, but that meant very little considering he was an underground hero. She attempted to activate her quirk and found it was working for now. She focussed intently and connected mentally to the cameras again. Scrolling through the feed as quickly as she good, something hot dripped from her face to the ground below. Red splattering the pavement as she coughed around the liquid. Another nose bleed? She simply scrolled faster even as her head began to pound. There, coming around a corner, the figure cloaked in black was coming for her.

Breathing out she yanked on the surrounding systems, security and otherwise. All cables and cords, all electronics, ripping from their stationary positions. She willed them to slither towards her, a sparking cable lashed around and righted her in the air long enough for her to grab the trap with her teeth. She bit down hard until she tasted blood, the cords holding her snapping. Ally allowed the cables to writh like one giant serpent beneath her feet, blood spattering her shirt from her nose. Headache pulsing more intensely as she dropped down the cables, sliding along to the ground. Her teacher came from view, running along a power line like some fucking ninja. She snarled, teeth bloodied as she lunged forward to meet him, even as the connection to the electronics was cut. Leaving her mind blessedly empty.

Eraserhead jumped down to meet her. His fabric lashing out towards her, planting her feet she thrust her forearms out. Allowing the capture scarf to catch around her arms even as she gripped the scarf right back. Being thrown forwards towards him, her vision briefly cut back to a dark room. A shadowed man with silver eyes coming towards her. Roaring filled her ears as she flipped and tried to kick out, her foot being caught as she was tossed sideways. Hitting the ground she skidded and attempted to right herself even as the fabric caught around her again, tightening around her shoulders and dragging her forward. Grinning, she pulled the tape from her pockets as she was drug towards him and twisting her body she snagged one of Eraserhead's wrists. Wrapping tape around it.

She was thrust backwards but not before she could hook a foot around his leg trying to pull it out from beneath him. She was thrown forward with the scarf, his leg going out the slightest bit and she grunted from impact.

How in the hell was she supposed to capture him! He could tell what she was going to do before she did it. Glaring, she scrabbled up off the ground, running her bruised wrist along her nose to clear the blood. The crimson substance sticky and smearing along her arm, she had overused her quirk. Ally knew she had, but she refused to back down. Only problem being that she had so little time and someone that so obviously outclassed her.

"THREE MINUTES LEEEEEEFT!" A loud voice echoed over the speakers. Gritting her teeth and panting she observed the man before her. They were at a stalemate but she knew Eraserhead was waiting for her to make a move. Panting hard, she wheezed each breath struggling to pull enough air in. She really needed to get into shape if she wanted to do this.

Glancing behind him, Ally caught sight of the exit. It was right there, so close. Taking a step back she saw his hair fall back down. There. Lips quirking to the side in a snarling smile, she lunged to the right and out of direct sight. Just as his hair flung back up she dived to the ground and slid between his legs. The pro sweeping around, but she managed to grab his free wrist and awkwardly slap the tape against it. It was by no means tied, but it counted.

A buzzer sounded and she fell to the ground in a heap and groaned. A low snort reached her ears and Ally opened one eye to glare at the man. He was crouched down in front of her, goggles pulled back down around his neck.

"You good kid? Your nose is bleeding." He was frowning, dark eyes studying her more intently than Ally cared for.

"Y-yes sir. I think I overused my quirk." She said, head renewing it's pounding now that she was no longer not thinking about it. Darn it. He grunted and grabbed her wrist, she tensed up, but he stood and hauled her to her feet. She was still tense, breathing slowly to remind herself she was safe.

"Come on, lets go. You passed." She nodded tiredly, but when he turned his back she grinned at her guardian's back. She passed. Following him tiredly, exhaustion pulling at her she allowed her shoulders to slump. As they walked to the control room she saw some of the teachers there. Eyes widening she glanced around startled.

"Ah well done Jones-chan. We were watching your exam so that we could grade you. You did quite well against such a sizable difference in experience. We have all decided you passed. Now, with you moving into the hero course, the classes will be temporarily uneven, but we will deal with that at a later time." Nedzu said cheerfully. A warm hand suddenly landed on her head, she flinched downwards slightly, expecting pain and skin crawling with the sensation of ants, but nothing happened. Glancing up warily she found the tired face of her...teacher.

"Good job kid. Tomorrow will be your first day. The others of 1-A will show you where class is. For now, lets get you to the dorm, yeah?" She blinked tiredly up at him and nodded shyly.

"Yes sir." Aizawa made a shooing motion and she quickly walked out of the room. Glancing back in time to catch a brilliant smile and thumbs up from Present Mic.

As they walked out of the building and down the stairs she plucked at the bloodied top she had been leant. Frowning in thought as it occurred to her rather suddenly that outside of the sweat clothes she had been given as temporary clothing...and this gym outfit...she had no clothes.

"Um sir?" Aizawa glanced down at her from over his capture scarf.

"Um...I don't have any clothes." She started awkwardly and when he stopped walking she froze. Hunching her shoulders she stared down at the floor. This was it. She had overstepped. Oh god, what would he do? She was being annoying. She had done it this time. Static filled her ears and her breaths picked up in panicked short intakes. A gentle hand on her head, had her flinching down again. Slowly she registered a gentle tapping on her hand, warm rhythm that mimicked a slow heartbeat at first until she realized it was a slow tempo that was more like...sucking in a choking breath she mimicked the taps.

"You with me again Jones?" She heard the low timbre of her teacher and nodded. His hand stroked over her hair softly as he spoke calmly.

"For now, we have some things for you to borrow. Tomorrow is Friday, we'll go shopping for clothes tomorrow. I'm sure one of your classmates would be happy to go." She frowned up at him and hesitantly nodded. They continued walking, her unsteadily and embarrassingly he had to grab her arm more than once to keep her from falling over. 1-A Alliance stood before them far quicker than one would think. Aizawa pulled open the door and held it open for her, the chatter inside quieted down and Ally found twenty pairs of eyes were on her. She froze and if it weren't for Aizawa pushing her forward, she would have stayed in the entrance. Stumbling she found herself standing in the middle of the room.

"Are you ok!?" A pink girl said loudly, standing up and moving forward with a few of the other students. Ally took a step backwards, bumping into Aizawa with a low noise of confusion. Her eyes briefly caught on a few faces she recognized, including the group that had sat with her at lunch. A boy with a black mark in his hair was frowning in concern.

"Woah what happened?" Said boy inquired.

"She had her practical exam. Meet your newest classmate. Jones Allison. Make her feel welcome." Aizawa intoned, glancing down at her before the traitor walked away. Leaving her to the wolves. The doors closing behind her had her blood running cold. He left me. He literally left me with these hellions.

"Oh my gosh, you passed? Who'd you have to fight?!" She jolted at realizing that pinkie, whoever she was, had gotten closer and was currently in her personal space. Ally made another low noise and backed away.

"I um..I had..Aizawa." She stammered out, blue eyes wide as she turned to find a new teenager walking towards her. She was tall with black hair in a ponytail.

"I'm Yaoyorozu Momo, vice president of class 1- A. If you have need of anything at all, please let me know." Yaoyorozu smiled tentatively and Ally found herself liking the girl.

"I um..it's nice to meet you. P-please call me Ally." She scratched her cheek nervously. Uraraka came over excitedly.

"I saw you didn't have any luggage, did you need anything to tide you over until you can go shopping?" Ally blushed and started playing with her fingers nervously.

"Um...Aizawa said that there would be a uniform for me to wear and I think I still have the borrowed sweat clothes. At least he said they'd be in the room? I um..yeah." She missed the looks and jumped at the gentle hand on her shoulder.

"Well, I'm sure we can scrounge something up!" Uraraka said happily. Her eyes glimmering in determination.

"I can also make any clothes you may need. My quirk is Creation." Yaoyorozu spoke up kindly as well. Ally's eyes widened and she quickly brushed her bangs bad shyly.

"Oh! Oh no don't w-worry about me o-okay? I um..I'll get some stuff with um Aizawa this weekend." She scuffed her toes along the floor and smiled sheepishly.

"It's really no-" The door opening behind her had Ally jumping. Looking up she froze to see a tall lanky boy. Broad shouldered and gravity defying lavender hair with matching eyes. His tired eyes focused on her and he studied her quietly.

"Come on, Aizawa Sensei said to bring you back to the rooms." She blinked and frowned.

"But I thought I was staying h-here?" Ally said nervously, not wanting to talk back and get in trouble.

"Don't worry about that, since your his current ward, you'll be staying in the teacher's area. Come on." He held open the door and glancing back apologetically, she followed after him.

"You'll have time to make friends later, I'm Shinsou Hitoshi by the way. I'm his and Yamada's son." He said, rubbing the back of his neck.

It's good to meet you, but um. I'm not here to make friends." She stammered, playing with her fingers as she walked beside him.

"You poor thing. You won't stand a chance." Lavender eyes settled on her face as he smirked, scratching the back of his neck.

"What's THAT supposed to m-mean?" Ally's eyes widened. He snorted and she panicked, "No r-really! What-"

"Relax, just...Midoriya is stupid intent on making friends." she thought back to today when he had approached her. Oh. He snorted in amusement as she had a small life crisis. It didn't take them long to reach the other teachers dorms. He held open the door again for her and she slowly stepped in. The cool air conditioning hitting her like a wall, the space was clean and quiet. Shinsou walked past her and Ally struggled to keep up with his long strides. He walked up the stairs and lead her to the first door on the second floor. He raised an eyebrow at her and she hesitantly opened the door, she glanced back at him before slipping in. He closed the door behind them and the click sounded like a gunshot to her frazzled nerves.

There was quiet music, someone humming, a fan thrumming overhead, electricity running in the walls. Electronics pulsing from all angles and slowly she relaxed as she reveled in the tech around her. It wasn't much, but she had something to defend herself with if needed. Shinsou toed off his shoes and showed her where to place hers, a small door mat that had two pairs of boots and now their shoes.

He padded passed her and called out, "Dad, Pops, we're home."

"Hey there little listeners!" A familiar voice called out. The blonde man, Present Mic, came out of the kitchen. He was dressed down, hair in a bun again and just a simple sweater and loose fitting pants. "Dinner will be ready in thirty minutes. Jones-chan. Why don't you go get a shower? There are some clothes to tide you over until the weekend."

She blinked up at the tall blonde and nodded. Glancing over at Shinsou for help she reaching out and tugged his sleeve nervously. The taller teen paused and glanced down at her with tired eyes. Taking in her wide eyed expression his eyes softened.

"Come on, I'll show you where you'll be staying. Ok?" She nodded and followed him. If she kept a tight grip on his uniform sleeve, he didn't say anything. Instead he padded down the hall to the right and swept an arm out casually.

"The first door over here on the left is the bathroom, the door at the very end of the hall is dad's and pop's room." He led her down the hall some to two doors that sat on opposite sides of the hall. "The door on the right will be yours, mine is on the left. If the door is open feel free to come in, if not just knock." She swallowed and nodded.

"T-thank you." She murmured shyly. He glanced back at her and offered a small nod. He slipped into his room and tossed his backpack in before closing the door. Swallowing she cautiously opened her door and stepped inside. It was odd knowing this space was hers. Nothing had ever been hers, always something loaned. Closing the door behind her she looked at the room, it wasn't decorated very much, neutral colors. A simple wooden desk and rolling chair, on the left side of the room sat a dresser with a mirror of all things, and on the right sat a bed. Cautiously walking over she sat on the bed and nearly sunk in. It was the softest bed she had ever touched. Eyes wide she stared at the room.

It was...hers.

But for how long? How long until she screwed up bad enough that this was stripped from her like every other home? How long until she accidentally activated her quirk and destroyed something and got in trouble. She clamped down on the sense of things touching her consciousness. No, I cannot mess up. I can't. Not again. Sucking in a deep breath she stood and moved to the dresser. Inside there were some basic clothes; just the pair of sweats from this morning, a set of night clothes, a few pairs of undergarments that included a sports bra and a uniform. Sucking in a breath, she drew out the sweats and the clean undergarments and slipped out to the bathroom.

As soon as the bathroom door clicked shut she locked it and found a rather large room. Western style thank the gods for small mercies. She stripped herself out of the soiled gym uniform, throwing the top into the tub so she could scrub it. Placing her things on the sink she slipped into the shower and spent the next ten minutes washing herself as quickly as she could with scalding hot water and viciously scrubbing at the blood on her gym top. By the time the stain was getting lighter a knock sounded on the door.

"Jones-chan? Dinners ready whenever you want." It was Yamada – Present Mic? Which did he expect her to call him? She thought in a panic.

"Yes sir!" She squeaked, turning off the water. Ringing the water from the top she grabbed an older rattier towel and quickly toweled off before dressing in the sweats. Stashing the dirty clothes in her room, she hung the top over the mirror and slipped back out. Padding down the hall she entered the living room and found the table being setup. Aizawa was finishing setting the plates out and glanced up at her tiredly.

"There you are, come eat." She hesitantly moved forward and sat down when prompted. She watched the two adults and Shinsou snagging their food, or so she thought. Yamada promptly switched plates with her after filling one up. Startled she looked at the dish. It smelled like teriyaki chicken. Mouth salivating she dug in hungrily, unconsciously settling an arm near her plate as if to guard it. Glancing up she found that Shinsou eyed for but didn't say anything.

"Jones-chan." Yamada said kindly, mustache twitching.

"Ally." She said quickly causing the table to still for a moment. Yama blinked and then smiled brightly.

"Ally-chan," He nodded to himself and continued, "This weekend we'll go shopping, as I'm sure Sho already told you." He pointed his chopsticks at Aizawa briefly. "We'll get you some clothes, ya dig? Or if you're more comfortable I'll give you a credit card and you can go with some of your classmates."

"Oh! Oh no, really. I'll be fine with what I have. I can hand wash or something. I just can't afford to pay you back and...and..." She stared down at her food in consternation.

"Really, Ally-chan. It's ok. We want to, okay?" She blinked up at them and nodded slowly, guilt settling in her stomach hard. She'd have to pay them back. She didn't have any money, but she could keep the house tidy. With that in mind, she allowed herself to relax some. She'd clean and cook or something to repay them.

Dinner was an interesting affair, Yamada constantly telling jokes and talking about anything from the weather to a coworker at the radio station. While Aizawa merely grunted or hummed and only occasionally gave his input. Shinsou was quiet as well, but was rather funny and sarcastic when he did talk. The atmosphere was admittedly relaxing and soon dinner was over.

"No no little listener. You go on." Yamada said, shooing her off as he picked up dishes. Her eyes were wide as she stared up at him.

"But..but please? Can I help? I feel bad." She missed the look from Aizawa and Shinsou behind her.

"No it's alright little listener. Why don't you go check out your school bag. While you were in the shower, Sho went and put it on your desk. Should have everything you need, but if you need something let us know. I mean it." He said exuberantly and turned around. Frowning, she sagged and guiltily slunk to her room. The guest room, she corrected mentally.

Opening the door to her room, she stepped in quietly and saw a black messenger bag on the desk. She approached the desk dubiously. The bag was surprisingly heavy. Carefully digging through the bag, she felt her throat clog and her chest tighten. Among all of the notebooks, there were her school books, writing utensils and an English to Japanese dictonary as well as a few workbooks for Japanese Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji. Slowly she sat down on the bed and opened up the first one, Hiragana. Sure it was obviously meant for kids, but she loved it. On the inside cover was a message.

We believe in you. - Yamada

Closing her eyes, she hugged the book to her chest and let a few silent tears fall down her cheeks. Not noticing when a shadow quietly backed out of her open doorway and slipped into the one across from hers.

Hitoshi sat on his bed. The image of her holding that stupid book against her chest and crying stuck in his head. He didn't know her at all, had no obligation to her, and yet the sight of her holding that damned book and crying had something in his chest squeezing. He didn't owe her anything and yet...

Sighing, he flopped back on his bed and pulled out his phone, opening up a text to one person in particular.

8:00PM

Me:

Midoriya, what do you think of Jones?

8:05PM

Midoriya:

Hi Shinsou-kun! I'm not sure, she seems lonely, but maybe that's just me?

Hitoshi snorted a breath and shifted to throw one arm behind his head, the other one holding his phone above his face. A dangerous game he tended to play called 'how long would it take him to drop his phone on his face'.

8:05PM

Me:

Yeah I'm not sure, have no idea what her quirk is either. But I can't help but wonder what the hell happened to her to make dad and pops take her in. It can't have been anything good.

8:06PM

Midoriya:

Typing...

8:07PM

Midoriya:

Whether it was a villain or family issue, I have no doubt that Aizawa-sensei and Yamada-sensei will be able to help her. I'm sure we'll find out about the quirk in class, I'm...really interested in getting to see. Maybe a few of us can go to the mall on Saturday? I know Aizawa-sensei said something about her not having much. It could be a great way to get to know her!

8:08PM

Me:

Yeah, I don't think dad will like that. I mean, you and your bone breaking aside, don't you remember what happened at the USJ? We are a bit of danger magnets.

8:08PM

Midoriya:

BONE BREAKING JUICE?! It was one time!

8:09PM

Me:

I'm sure that RG begs to differ. Night Midoriya.

Snickering, Hitoshi plugged in his phone and considered the greenettes words. Maybe a...mall bonding trip is what they needed. Not that he wanted to go or anything, but it would do her some good to have some girlfriends or something...probably.

Hands reaching out, gripping long locks of hair and ripping her head back. A painful fire in her scalp, fingers touching her neck, the sensation of thousands of ants biting her under her skin. Writhing in her pours, digging deeper than ever.

"Where is it!? I will not ask again!" The pain intensifying. The scream that pulled from her throat rose in crescendo going higher and louder before breaking into a breathless sob.

"I don't know! I don't have it! I p-promise! I'm sorry, I'm sorry!" A yell of fury and a hand closing over her throat and holding her down. She couldn't breath! She couldn't breath! SHE CAN'T BREATH.

Ally jolted upright with a gasp in a cold sweat. The digital alarm clock on the nightstand numbers glowing green. One in the morning, great. Groaning she got up and padded carefully to the door. Grasping the knob she slowly turned it, wincing at the click. Opening the door silently she slipped out and made her way into the living room tiredly.

The room around her was clean for the most part. Biting her lip, she knelt down and grabbed a few books and a remote that had been left on the floor. Standing she placed them on the coffee table and wiped a finger along the shelf the TV sat on. No dust. Frowning, she moved into the kitchen. With relief she found there were some dishes. Silently, she began cleaning them and putting them up. Finding cleaning supplies she promptly began deep cleaning the kitchen.

Getting hot, she gathered her long dark blue hair up off her neck and breathed a soft sigh. There was a hair tie sitting on the table and she didn't think Yamada would mind. But then again, she didn't really know them. Biting down on her bottom lip, she decided to leave the the hair tie as it was and bare the hair.

Partway through scrubbing the counter of a small sticky spot from dinner that had been missed, a light flicked on. She nearly jumped out of her skin, eyes widening and instinctively she reached for any technology near her. Only to freeze. Breathing panicked breaths at the tired lavender boy.

"What are you doing?" He grumbled, stepping past her to the coffee maker.

"I...cleaning?" She murmured, not sure what she was supposed to say.

"You asking me or telling me?" He asked calmly. She frowned at him.

"I-" She started to argue.

"Go lay down and sleep." He grumped tiredly. "You don't need to be in here cleaning. Trust me, pops...Yamada will get upset."

By the time dawn arrived, she was still wide awake laying in her bed. Sighing, she got up and shrugged into the uniform. First day of classes were here. The skirt and blazer wasn't terrible but she had no idea how to tie a tie. Would they let her not wear it? Scowling at the offending red fabric She tried again for the billionth time. A knock on her door startling her.

"You alright in there little listener? Sounded like you were upset." She quickly jolted out of her stupor, grabbed her bag, and swung open the door.

"I..yes sir I'm ok." He blinked owlishly down at her and suddenly smiled in an amused way.

"So uh. Whatcha got going on there?" She frowned and looked behind her as if to see what he meant when a hand gently grabbed her tie. She froze and stared up at him. He was already in costume, blonde hair up in that odd pointy style. How did he even manage that? Realizing she was staring she looked away and glanced down to find he had managed to unravel the knot she had made.

"Ok, here is how you tie a tie." Even with him calmly showing her a few times, she didn't think she really understood. But she'd smile and say she did anyways.

Grinning, he led her to the kitchen where breakfast was already waiting.

"Morning Ally-chan." Aizawa grumbled tiredly, drinking his coffee. Shinsou sitting beside him with his own mug. She blinked at them, finding them to both look remarkably similar. Suddenly something touched her leg and she looked down in surprise. A black cat was rubbing up against her leg.

"I was wondering where Sushi was." Yamada said with a huff. "She doesn't always like new people, takes her a bit to relax."

"You named your cat Sushi?" She quipped in surprise, earning a snort from the two tired males at the table. Her cheeks filled with color as Yamada shot them a betrayed look. Slowly, a small smile curled her lips. Maybe this wouldn't be so bad.

After a quick breakfast they were hurried out the door and she found herself walking behind Shinsou. The boy kept glancing back at her a few times as she lagged. Her eyes wide as she stared around her at everything. It was...in one word...beautiful. She could feel the technology around her, the pulse of so much electronics soothing to her frayed nerves. Too soon, they found themselves standing in from of a huge door. Swallowing, she followed after Shinsou when he swept the door open. A few students looked up when they entered. She clung to the strap of her bag in a death grip. Yaoyorozu walked over and kindly touched her elbow. Jumping she glanced up at the taller girl.

"Here Ally, you'll sit at the back by Uraraka." Glancing back she looked for the familiar bubbly girl and ducked her head when the brunette promptly began waving excitedly. Swallowing she managed to tear her gaze away and offered a tentative smile.

"Thank you." She quickly walked to the back and sat down, pulling out an empty notebook, a mechanical pencil and her Japanese to English dictionary. She could see Shinsou sitting on the other side in front of Yaoyorozu. The 21 desks uneven, but she assumed that was due to her and not realizing it was mostly due to another student having been moved to 1-B earlier in the year. Ally simply thanked her lucky stars that she was by the class president and Uraraka. Both seemed friendly enough and Iida was a hopefully reliable person who could help her. It was the small things.

Aizawa walked in just as the bell rang and homeroom began. Sucking in a deep breath she tried to relax. New school year, new people. Maybe this wouldn't be like last time.
