As Kira traverses the halls and sights of her new home, Sothis, deep in her slumber, has been curious to discover more of the enigmatic memories of her uncooperative partner, Kira Appakatto, knowing there is more to this smart-mouth delinquent.

*FE*

Much like the in physical realm, The green haired girl is not only able to witness these memories through the eyes of her vessel, but also from beyond Kira as well. Given that she is dreaming, and she is merely delving into the past of Kira, Sothis is grateful to explore both Kira and the nearby vicinities with a great deal of autonomy.

Still, over these past two years of catching only a glimpse of Kira's history, there is more to her than meets the eye than just an obnoxious child.

Upon slipping into her deep slumber, Sothis seizes the initiative to explore a piece of the past that is familiar to both of them. She recalls witnessing the studio that Kira was employed at inside what can only be best described as an inn. Although, given the size and scope of such a beautiful structure and the number of stalls and landmarks from within, it is enough to rival the palace in Enbarr, perhaps surpass it!

And although it feels like an eternity ago now, Sothis can recall at least the important details that stood out to her. Particularly the serene massage studio blessed with a warm and calming atmosphere, the perfect blend of vibrant oak flooring and small gardens of the exotic flora similar to Brigid, the sound of water gracefully trickling onto small pebbles along with the most unusual type of music that is enough to make Sothis's eyes heavy.

Everything about this establishment has been perfectly crafted in every way.

Although back in the changing room, the mood is a whole other matter.

"Phew! Another morning, another shift done!" A loud and brash young woman cries out as she releases her neat bun into a spiraling raven mess. "Think I might treat myself for a little pool diversion."

As she slams her sleek locker shut, solidifying the lock as the green light shifts to red, an upbeat woman with smooth mahogany skin and brown curly haired girl next to her expels a nervous chuckle.

"Yeaah... I kinda have some bad news." Her cheeks burn a faint red as she scratches the back of her head repeatedly. "One of the guests here managed to rent out the whole poolside, so..."

The black haired girl's expression darkens, her voice begins murmuring an ominous ramble. "The amount of hard work we put into these freeloaders, robbing us of our precious time, so they can feel better, and this is how they repay us? Its corpo punks like them that are ruining this world with their cocky bigshot attitudes and waving their fat wads of cash... I swear they'll get what's comin' to them when the-"

The curly haired girl is quick to interject with anxious hands waving. "Hehehe... actually its Natsuki-sama. He rented out the place for Ryoma and his closest friends only."

The grim expression shifts instantly that Sothis could not keep up with it at first. "Eeeeeeeeeeh! The man is a saint! He's such a precious gem giving us such an awesome treat!"

"Well your mood has drastically improved..." Sothis muses.

"Yep! Treat day!"

"Oooh man... I can see it now, Lolli! Bein' up there, at the very top! With a kickass view of Central! Man, just getting jittery just thinking about it!"

"Speaking of jittery..." Lolli's tone takes a low turn as her silver blue eyes have a suggestive gaze to them. "Hopefully Ryoma'll be able to stay conscious with the wardrobe I'll be packing."

With a curious hum, Sothis sputters over towards Lolli's bag to see the woman fish out sparkling sets of cloth with sets of floozy strings stretching out.

"Woah! Girl you're gonna give him a heart attack!"

Lolli lets out a naughty giggle. "Good thing I know CPR..."

"Why am I getting some ulterior vibes here?" The black haired girl lights up and sharply twirls to the third employee efficiently removing her essentials from her locker. "Kira, you down for a little splash Royale style?"

From personal experience, Sothis expects some sort of hostile response or merely a brash one since this is how she normally talks in that horrid roguish dialect when she is not performing her duties. The green-haired girl grits her teeth, awaiting some sort of ear-scratching answer.

Kira finally shuts her locker shut and turns to the due with a warm smile. Her saucer like eyes, absent of any colorful irises, and replaced with incomplete rings around her pupils, have a lukewarm and serene presence to them, much like her tiny smile.

"Thanks for the offer, Mari, but I'm gonna have to decline, guys. I've already made plans"

"What in the-?!"

This has to be some sort of trick! Sothis cannot believe what she just saw! Kira Appakatto is being pleasant off duty?! What's most bizarre is that her voice lacks that monstrous raspy brigand tone, with a soft-spoken and lukewarm direction replacing it!

That and she is actually being polite! But her sentences are contracted?

"Who are you and what have you done with the delinquent I've grown to tolerate?

"Aww that's a bummer." Lolli sounds a little disappointed but she does not seem too affected by it.

Mari, on the other hand, hides her rejection through a half effort grin. "Ah, its no biggie. Whaddya gonna be doing?"

"Just some shopping." Kira replies. "Then maybe treat myself before heading home."

Mari lets out a forced laugh. "Yeah, well... have fun for us will you!"

"Thanks." Kira lowly giggles. "Oh and don't worry about the laundry and drier. I got it!"

"Oh, ya sure you don't need help?"

"Positive. Thanks though."

As she is bound to the blue-haired girl, Sothis is literally drawing herself to Kira as she departs the locker room.

"Have fun!" Kira calls to them before marching briskly out into the tranquil corridor and making a sharp turn into an unappealing sterile white room with silver boxes stacked to the side.

Sothis watches Kira delicately change out a series of clean sheets before storing them onto the shelves with a prime and proper posture. And as she is pouring some form of liquid into the other box with crumpled sets of laundry, her sharp eyes pick up gossip behind the sliding door.

"Hey, Mari? Don't you think you're bothering Kira by asking her out to places all the time?"

That voice belongs to Lolli.

"Huh? Ya think so?" Mari sounds somewhat taken aback.

"Well... she's always alone. Besides, when did she ever hung out with us? I get the feeling she just likes to be left alone."

Curiosity gets the better of her, and Sothis peers through the door to see the two girls conversing while slowly strolling onward.

"Just give her a little space." Lolli suggests. "Maybe she'll come around and want to hang with us."

Mari then turns and it almost likes she's looking directly at Sothis, causing her to freeze on the spot.

"I hope so." She mutters with a frown. "She seems nice. Would be nice to hang with her. See what she's like."

As the two girls embark down the hall, Sothis scrunches a brow processing that conversation.

Retreating back into the tiny room, Kira is finish with her duties by activating the machine letting it whir and swoosh before taking her leave. As she slides the door closed, she murmurs quietly.

"I think its best for both of us if things stay the way they are."

*FE*

Her departure from the lavish establishment to her supposed destination is relatively short thanks to the unusual transportation that Kira has taken. Sothis recalls these MRT's and they still leave her perplexed. On one hand, she cannot help but praise how clean and sleek they look. On the other, the interior is just bleak and unnatural aside from the colorful displays of bizarre posters and the scenery leading to the outside.

That and how crowded they are.

But now that they are here, right in the heart of the city. Sothis feels her stomach churn as she's overwhelmed everything around her. The shimmering structures with small pockets of illumination that are slowly growing as twilight looms. The unmanned steel carriages of various vibrant colors and tiny horse like contraptions with two odd wheels navigating the jampacked streets as hundreds of pedestrians subconsciously cross it. But most of all, is the glimmering building in the form of a glass bubble standing proud in from of both her and Kira.

At a closer glance, Sothis swears she can see inside it, and it looks like some form of bizarre market stacked on top of each other!

"I do not know how much longer I can keep up with all of this..."

As impressive as the outside was, the inside is just as impressive if not more. Sothis watches in awe and bewilderment at the bright, vibrant, and bustling forum. She can see various sorts of people strolling by, loitering, ascending or descending to different floors with preoccupied looks on their faces.

And at the pinnacle of this place is shimmering crystal dome shrouded in water spilling into the artificial lake constructed out of glass.

Although it is not her preferred idea of a fountain, Sothis cannot deny it has its own beauty. Perhaps that is why Kira is drawn to it, strolling over to the landmark before resting on the flat edge and stares at it with a weary but content look.

Time becomes a blur, and Sothis is unsure whether its been a few minutes or rather much longer that her vessel has sat there with a near blank expression. Not that she has any complaints. To just sit here and rest, even after all the adventures she's been on across Foldan, this simple excursion is truly welcoming.

Kira then reaches down to the water, her silver finger tips dance above the surface, nearly touching it but does not dare to venture further. Its as if someone wishes to just hold a precious forbidden treasure.

Finally withdrawing her hand with reluctance, Kira banishes a soft sigh and arches up towards the ceiling and lazily kicks her feet almost childlike.

"Okay... I still got time..." Kira's voice can barely be heard by Sothis's sharp ears as she glances over to see a four digits of numbers hovering in front of her.

17:54

"Bookstore first, then movie." She decides as she sally's forth.

*FE*

Deep within the bowels of 'the mall', something Sothis has collected from the nearby banter, both her and Kira found themselves in the bookstore where a vast bounty of literature on various types of subjects. The sight alone is dazzling, but its baffling enough to witness people, most likely commoners or low ranking nobles at best, are casually browsing the vast selections from isles and shelves all over. She even witnessed a small adorable child struggling to read aloud while a mother was gently encouraging her. But of all the enlightening topics she wishes to see, Sothis is forced to watch Kira scan a bizarre selection of books with characters with dramatic expressions and girls with near scandalous clothing!

"Why do you find 'Model Warrior Juliane' so appealing? What is even the purpose of that attire when in combat?! Eugh! I almost forgot how lewd your tastes can be!"

But the frown on Kira's face, following a disheartened sigh changes Sothis's mood, now mildly sympathetic for her.

"Still don't have it..." Kira bleakly notes. "I love they have all the issues up except the one I'm looking for..."

ALERT: Unauthorized Presence Detected. Immediate Response Necessary

"...!"

Although it should be physically impossible given how pale her porcelain skin is, Kira defies expectations as the color from her skin drains in dread. Her expression hardens and she wastes no time deploying countermeasures to intercept the potential virus within her.

Although Sothis could not read the list of colorful diagrams she is seeing, the green-haired girl has some idea of the strategy she has. Feign an impulsive response to counter the threat causing it to easily counter it, whether breaching or maneuvering around her defenses, only to have trap and eliminate it with everything she has.

A few seconds pass until Sothis can see her assessment was correct. Though it should not surprise her, Kira has always been a sharp one, though given how the diagrams blared more intensely that she was about to be fully compromised, it was certainly a gamble.

But it definitely paid off, for not only did she eliminated the threat from within, she managed to track down the source.

According to what can only be assumed is a, an icon of a crudely drawn white rabbit is revealed. Sothis recalls seeing that portrait before, and her skin prickles up recalling the horror afterwards.

"Alice Rabbit...? Is it you?"

Was she trying to brutally dispose of Kira like she did that other woman who's screams still haunt Sothis still.

But Kira lets out a huge breath, sounding relieved and utterly annoyed by what just happened.

With quick action, her mind pinpointed the portrait and makes her next move.

Call Bunnygurl

The familiar twinkly chime rings before it ceases with an image of a rather striking full-figured woman with blonde hair and stylish spectacles. From first glance it almost as if she's trapped in a painting.

She looks familiar...

"Wow! You can be really scary sometimes!" The woman says in a ditzy voice, looking rather flustered.

Kira is unamused. "Was it necessary hacking into my lobby?"

The older woman lets out a smooth chuckle. "And surprise you with a quick call, I'd say yes." Her expression contorts into a small frown. "Besides, its been awhile, just wanted to make sure you were okay."

Those colorless eyes soften to a mild scowl. "I was..."

"Oh don't be a sourpuss!" The woman muses. "Look, how about I make it up to you with a quick bite to eat annnd... a little present I picked up on my travels."

Kira's teeth clench in frustration. Depending how long this 'bite to eat' would go, her later plans could be thwarted. Especially with the showing she's been waiting so long for looming at the top floor of the mall.

"I may miss my movie."

The caller designated Bunnygurl looks unconcerned. "You mean that anime production from that vintage video game you played?" She snickers. "You're not making any trips to Johor right?"

Kira immediately winces and goes into a mild panic. "N-no! Oi, shush!"

Bunnygurl giggles. "Geeze, relax! The line is totally secure. I swear you're worse the Genghis sometimes."

Kira's eyes fall half lid. "Gillian." She corrects.

"Sylvain..." Her cheeky response is intentional. "Just meet me at the top floor. I'm in Sublime. Don't be late."

Kira blinks, but before she could even ask how did she manage to reserve a seat at the most exclusive restaurant in the Central Area, Alma is quick to add more.

"Oh, and stop by the ladies room on the top floor. First stall on the left. See yaaaaa!"

"But- ugh, hung up on me... 'course..."

*FE*

"I swear, at this rate, nothing will surprise me anymore..."

Sothis's stunned words are a result from the lavish restaurant Kira sheepishly waltz into. The dim lighting must be intentional, because, like the studio Kira is employed at, it adds its own soothing environment, but sweet sounds of exotic music, followed by the pouring rain from the outside only enhances this feeling.

Its enough to make Sothis drift off to sleep.

"Agh! No! I will not let slumber take me with all I am seeing! That would be insulting!"

She see's Kira slowly approaching a table where Bunnygurl is sitting at. To see her in the flesh, the well-endowed form she has could make men devolve into little boys. And That tight silver dress would certainly not help matters.

The same can be said for Kira as well. Having worn her armor for so long, and additions that help her fit in it, Sothis can see that the blue-haired girl shares the same curvaceous figure.

"I cannot believe I am even speaking this, but I worry for privacy..."

"Just in time!" Bunnygurl says pointing past Kira. "Our entrees are right on top of us!"

Kira turns in the direction of Bunnygurl's finger and sees a classy waitress strolling towards them with a mobile tray with lively delicacies that remind Sothis of the cuisine on Brigid.

Or, as Kira calls the archipelago kingdom, Zhihui.

Kira is at a loss for words. She just arrived at this place and her meals are already prepared for both her and Bunnygurl.

The succulent crab meet with smooth red skin, and melted white cream coated on top of it is overpowering. Both Kira and Sothis's mouths begin to drool.

Bunnygurl giggles, clearly amused by her expression. "I sure know how'da pick 'em."

Kira smiles at her before fluttering her eyes close and with her hands clasping together she murmurs. "Thanks for the grub."

"Hey! I'm the one who ordered it for you! Ahead of time, I might add!"

Kira snickers. "And I thank you, too Alma." She collects her utensils to begin her harvest. "If I miss my movie, this will be the best comfort food ever!"

The woman now christened Alma smirks. "You sure about that?"

Kira shoots her a curious glare.

"I heard they... might be delaying all showings due to a... breach in the theatres internal systems. I think that's more than enough time to catch up and enjoy our food."

"Oh? That wouldn't happen to be Alice Rabbit's handiwork right?"

Alma shrugs. "Who can say? I wouldn't rule it out, but... might be just some amateurs impersonating them."

Sothis's brows arch up before cross her arms. "With that coy attitude, I can see how a certain someone is certainly... shamelessly deflective."

But Kira releases a low chuckle before raising a glass of a dark sparkling drink.

Alma copies her with her glass of a fuzzy beige filling. "To our reunion."

"And to one amazing view." Kira supplies.

The rumble of thunder is faintly heard as the two women clink their glasses.

As they begin their meal, Sothis floats over to the glass, looking down at the street where she sees the rain pouring down on all those people, and carriages as they carry on their usual routines. Her shining green eyes begin wandering to other points of attraction such as one building illuminating a serene dark blue color before slowly mixing into a bright purple surface. The sight alone hypnotizes her before the sound of thunder clapping louder this time releases her from her trance. She bitterly shrugs it off and gazes into the restaurant with with a childish pout.

What catches her attention now is the colorful aquarium teeming with all sorts of docile marine life. Schools of fish gracefully swim through the rings of coral before frantically scattering from the sight of a fluttery sea creature Sothis could not make it.

"Oh, speaking of which..." Alma's voice disrupts the moment as she rummages through her bag. "I got you a little something."

Kira's eyes light up as she sees what looks like a book. She immediately fishes it out of Alma's hands and eyes the cover. Her expression falters somewhat before scanning it thoroughly with genuine interest.

"It may not be the Model Warrior Juliane issue you were hoping for, but I believe Alma would not have given it to you if you had disdain for it." Sothis comments with edge of her hand wrapped around her chin.

"Degenerate: A Steampunk Dark Fantasy... Huh..."

"Wrong manga! WRONG MANGA!" Alma yelps, sounding almost horrified as she swipes it out of Kira's hand. "Nooowplleeaase givethattome! ThatsforJill! Definitelynotforyooouuuuupleeeeeeaaase!"

A stunned Kira watches a rosy red cheek Alma jam the book back into her bag, muttering incoherently as she jerks her arm around in a frenzy before yanking out a new book.

Kira beams at the cover in front of her. "That's it! That's the one!" Kira cheers, stealing the manga for herself and gazes at the front trembling in anticipation. "I-I don't understand, where did you find this issue?!"

Alma expression is one with pride. "Back in The Glitch. Made a stop at the local bookstore trying to find..." The pink in her cheeks return. "W-well... I came across the manga and light novels and remember that you were looking for that one. One thing led to another, and voila!" She takes a sip of her drink before continuing. "That wasn't the best part though."

Kira's attention is seized. "Oh?"

Alma's face turns smug. "Sooo... never told you about this, but there's this woman I know. She's... unpleasant to say the least. The type that can't hold down a job, has a bad boyfriend, and worst part, I have to take care of her kids because she can't even take care of herself!" The fumes begin rising from blonde-haired woman. "And instead of thanking me for covering her, she has the nerve to lecture me on 'Oh you take care of my kids for this long now, and you think you know what's best for them? YOU don't have any kids, so don't go act all high and mighty on me!' you know, usual drama."

Kira inhales sharply through her platinum teeth not admiring the picture Alma is painting of this woman.

"So yeah, she was there, and she was about to buy that EXACT same thing." Her grin curls sinisterly. "But that's when I introduced her to karma."

"What did you do?"

"Nothing bad... not yet at least." Alma takes another sip. "One of the things I love about is how totally oblivious she can be. So I just waltzed up to her, started with the usual 'how're you' feeling the water, you know, and just when I mention one of her kid's names, she just flips out on me.

"She went on about 'I know what's best' this and 'You don't know what its like' that! Its not long till she had a meltdown and had to run off to the ladies room." Hint of regret contorts Alma's expression. "Anyway, I grabbed it, paid for it, and just I got my bag, I couldn't help but have a smile on my face when I heard a certain someone screaming, 'Where the fuck is it?! Oh that bitch! Where is she?!'"

Kira lets out a shaky laugh of disbelief. "She sounds like she was ready to kill you."

"She would have if security didn't stop her. Anyways... I grabbed the book, which I PAID FOR by the way, ran like hell, grabbed the first public shuttle outta GC and taking up residency in Osaka for awhile."

Her story has left Kira and Sothis with perplexed looks on their faces.

"She... really that dangerous?"

"You know the phrase 'Hell hath no fury like a woman's scorn?' Yeeaah... turns out that monster can be the living embodiment. She's very unstable, That and I hear her latest boyfriend is a crime boss or something? I either way, I had a bad feeling about it, so I bailed." Alma snickers. "Still... seeing her face like that was totally worth it!"

Kira sighs. "I appreciate it, but don't put yourself at risk to make a girl smile." She sternly tells her, sounding surprisingly mature. "You may not be going back to Glitch City for awhile."

Alma lets out a carefree huff. "Well you know what they say, home's where the good net is right?"

"..."

A visible wince from Kira cause both Alma and Sothis concern. Seeing the pained expression on her face is an indication that Alma said something to upset her guest. Sothis has seen her like this a few times while traveling with Jeralt and Leonie, but the topics they discussed were varying subjects that were not even directed at Kira, never mind not offensive to her.

For now, Sothis will have to let this remain a mystery.

"Oh..." Alma, on the other hand, has some idea what she has done. "Shit! Kira, listen, I-I didn't mean-"

"Don't worry about it." Kira curves a strained grin. "I just gotta take it nice and slow... Shifting gears for a sec, how's big sis?"

"You mean that punk of a child that only sees a floating set of boobs and not my face" Alma growls sounding too dramatic to appear natural. "Well... after seeing her in what seems, like, forever, she wrings her arm around me and says..." She clears her throat before her voice takes a gruff turn. "'Hey, Armitage! Still wearin' hot sweaters? Bummer! Was hopin' to see a little bit of skin!' She then gave me a tour around Osaka with my print across her face as a result."

Kira lets out a low hum. "Sounds like her."

Even as the older sibling, her big sister can act like such a immature boy.

"Sorry about that..."

"Don't worry about it. She was on her best behavior after that." Alma frowns. "You know she asked about you, right? Wondering if you're okay?"

Kira holds no reserve in her nod, though her face shows small cracks in the façade.

"I am." Kira reinforces her answer with words.

Alma does not look so sure, but nods nonetheless.

"To be honest, retirement has its rough moments. And with all that's happening out there? Even back home, its tempting to bring Konpeki back from the grave." Kira's lips pursed. "But I learned my lesson long ago. And thanks to that, I have my dream life." She lets out a chuckle. "I mean, sure, it may not be the big house and open fields, or even a mansion by the beach Westerners like to romanticize about, but Singapore definitely has its charms, and I mean lotta them. But... I want to experience them... by myself... at least for awhile."

A heavy silence follows with only the sound of nearby patrons chattering away along with the smooth music, the rain, and the clinking of glass and silverware. Its clear that both women are unsure how to proceed after that. Not even Sothis could even muster up the proper comment to that.

Still, even though much of Kira is an enigma, she sympathizes with her. Witnessing more of her past life, Sothis can see that the blue-haired girl does not hold Fodlan in high regard. Thus, it is a welcoming surprise to witness her not acting like a simple-minded mercenary of ill-repute for once.

Once she finds Aelfric, and a way back to her own world, its highly plausible her mood and spirits will improve drastically.

Alma's voice cuts through the thick air with a lighthearted remark. "Do you always have to be racist?"

Kira is immediately stunned and wiggles in her seat with a morbid look on her face. "I-I'm not racist!"

"Oh yeah? Then why do you love throwing shade at the West every chance you get, huh?" Alma teases. "Does that mean you don't like me too? Oh Kira, sweetie, you're breaking my heart..."

"N-no I don't- stop messing with me! You know French is my second language, and I big fan of Switzerland!

"That's the exception not the ruuuuulllleee." Alma counters in a singsong voice.

Kira's eyes narrow. "Oooiiiiiii..."

Sothis giggles, amused, as she watches Alma continue to push her buttons while Kira continues to stammer and stumble in her words. Another welcoming surprise coming from one who always a quip or smart mouth response at the ready.

These two have splendid chemistry.

Time passes as the two women finish their meals, and departed after properly paying for them. Standing outside the lavish establishment, and back into the mall proper, Alma envelops Kira in a loving embrace, clutching the girl tight. Kira presses herself into her chest, as if pleading for Alma not to let go.

After awhile, Kira reluctantly withdraws and offers Alma a smile and a nod. "Thanks again for the meal. I'm glad we got to catch up like this."

"Me, too, hon."

"But I am never wearing high-heels again."

"Oh, stop!"

Alma flicks Kira on her forehead, causing a sharp reaction from the latter. But both share a playful chuckle.

"Now, get out of here. You've got a movie to catch right?" Alma curves a grin. "Think you can be out of that classy getup before the previews?"

"Got anything, tougher?" Kira boldly asks.

Sothis flashes a proud smirk.

Now that sounds more like the obnoxious brute I know.

*FE*

Sothis does not remember awakening from her slumber, but the groggy green-haired girl quickly becomes aware of the situation when she sees the stone tiled floor beneath her bare feet. As she looks up, the familiar sight of the monastery's courtyard is enough to stir her fully awake.

She turns to see Kira, marching with that familiar brisk pace.

With a long drawn out yawn, Sothis utters, "I had a rather wonderful dream... and you just happen to reside in it."

A scoff is heard from Kira. "Yeah, well I feel like I'm livin' in a friggin' nightmare..."

That voice of a brigand causes a frown from Sothis. As tempting as it is sounding, she decides not to push her buttons. After seeing a much more pleasant side to the Officers Academy's newest professor, she decides to spare Kira just this once.

Maybe a few more times if she can find a way to explore more of her carefully guarded memories.

Kira halts outside a set of dark oak double doors, inhaling deeply through her nose causing her chest to rise before releasing the air out through her oval shaped mouth.

"'Kay... here goes nothin'" Kira turns to Sothis. "I'll be on the job, so if you can-"

"Kira," Sothis cuts her off, but not sounding annoyed or hostile in the slightest. Rather she sounds almost assuring. "You have my word, I'll be on my best behavior. Just like you will be to your new students."

Although adoring a mask, Sothis can sense that Kira's gaze is a thoughtful and relieved one. The loosening of her shoulders is a subtle hint that her words have improved her mood.

Without saying a word, Kira opens the doors and marches into the classroom.

No eye contact was given to the students as she proceeds to the front of the room, but Sothis can see that many of them appear rather at a loss for words by her presence.

With a sharp turn of her heel. Kira begins to address her new students.

"It is an honor to meet all of you, I am the Konpeki Katana, former Lieutenant of the Blade Breakers! However, with the blessing of Her Grace, Lady Rhea herself, I have the privilege of being your new instructor to your house! Please address me only as 'Professor' for simplicity sake! I am looking forward to working alongside you!"

Her booming words leave the students petrified.

Sothis breaks her promise, only for a moment to murmur, "I fear you may have come on a little too strong there..."

*FE*

I'm sorry for people waiting to see what house Kira has chosen, but I had an idea for a chapter like this for awhile and I wanted to get it out of the way. I hope this little diversion and support with Alma was something you guys enjoyed, and who knows what else Sothis might find...

I mentioned this in my other fanfic, but Alma is a character directly from a bartender simulator game called VA-11 Hall-A, and for any of you guys who played it, its the same universe. You're welcome to any VA-11 Hall-A fans!

(And I'm sorry for any parts I got wrong about the game! Its been awhile!)

There's also that Bastard! Heavy Metal Dark Fantasy reference lol

Thank you for reading and more on the way!
