Every story had a beginning. And for the most part, they started with "Once upon a time..." or " A long, long time ago..." but this one didn't. It hadn't started with a bald monk in an ice cube either.
It had started with a boy that just wanted his father to welcome him with open arms and a girl who wished for the dead to come home.
And like a beginning, every story had an ending. The most famous one had to be "And they both lived happily ever after.". This one wouldn't end that way. It quite frankly couldn't. There was no room for a waterbender woman and a firebender prince to fall in love so lets just say that this story will end with the bald monk from the ice cube saving the world.
Now we can at least pretend everything will end with a "happily ever" tacked on.
