Chapter 2: "Villains" and Attack Plans

_Izuku's POV_

"So have you met everyone yet?" Izuku asked the new recruit.

"Just the mist guy in the bartenders suit." Rob replied, "Should I know who everyone is?"

"It's good to know who you're working with." Izuku replied before gesturing to the man in a black trench coat with black hair and patchwork skin, "First off that's our enforcer, Dabi, he's also the head of security for our bar."

"Why a bar?" Rob asked.

"We already had the building and we need a legitimate business to keep the government off our backs." Izuku explained, "The bar is managed by Ochaco Uraraka, who tried for UA but failed the entrance exam when she got caught by a zero pointer and the hero commission decided she wasn't good enough even for the general studies course."

"Their loss." Rob replied, "What does she do for the league?"

"On the business side she launders our money and she's also one of our finest fighters and our strategist." Izuku responded, "The girl in the school girl uniform is Himiko Toga, she's our infiltration specialist and she's our waitress at the bar."

"Cross me and I'll cut you." Toga said while pulling out a switchblade.

"What about the lizard guy?" Rob asked.

"That's Spinner, he's our weapons specialist and maintains the arcade machines." Izuku continued before gesturing to Shigaraki, "And this is Tomura Shigaraki, he's the face of our organization and he's also planning something involving the USJ."

"If you could please gather everyone to the meeting room within the next 5 minutes so we can discuss the plan, that would be great." Shigaraki said while putting down his handheld video game.

_35 Minutes Later_

"And that's the plan." Shigaraki said to the group.

"And you're sure this is a good idea?" Ochaco asked.

"It's actually a good plan." Izuku began, "Plus we win either way."

"Explain." Shigaraki replied.

"You see if All Mights there you have a way to beat him and I know his right side is his weak side." Izuku began explaining, "And if he's not there we still win because we will have successfully infiltrated UA."

"I can't argue with his logic." Ochaco replied.

"We're all clear on the plan then?" Shigaraki asked, receiving nods from everyone, "And remember. No rape and no murders."

"But sir…" a few of the generic goons began asking before getting silenced by Izuku slamming his palm onto a shot glass.

"We are only after All Might." Izuku began while pulling shards of glass out of his hand, "Most of the students haven't been corrupted by the Hero Commision yet, so that means we might be able to turn some over to our side. And that won't be an easy task to accomplish IF YOU RAPE OR KILL THEM!"

"But where villains, what are we supposed to do?" generic goon 1 asked.

"Were bad guys, not bad people." Izuku replied while flinging blood at the generic goons.

"Izuku, calm down." Ochaco began to calm the villain, "We'll just have them fight the teachers in the front lines."

"HEY!" Generic goon 2 replied.

"You know what you did." Ochaco replied while giving off an icy glare.

"You heard the lady, you two are on the front lines." Shigaraki responded, "No murder an absolutely no rape."

"But we love murder and rape." both goons replied.

"If you dis-obey my orders all that will be left is a pile of ash where you stand." Shigaraki responded while disintegrating a nearby barstool to prove his point.

"All of you are dismissed." Izuku said while wrapping a rag around his hand, "If you will excuse me, I need to get my hand fixed by Eri now."

"Step right through." Kurogiri says while generating a portal to Overhaul's compound.

"Does that happen often?" Rob asked.

"Not as often as it did when we first joined up with the league." Ochaco explained.

"I assume there's a story there?" Rob asked.

"There is but not for today." Ochaco responded while leaving the room.

_Hours Later_

"Might I ask who the new girl is?" Izuku asked while staring down the new arrival.

"We found her while staking out UA and she was carrying a box of her belongings so we asked what happened and apparently she was expelled for and she said in air quotes that she was expelled for trying to slander future heroes." Spinner explained.

"So you brought her here?" Izuku asked.

"She looked like she could be a valuable asset to the league." Spinner replied.

"What league?" the potential recruit asked.

"You mind explaining why you were expelled from UA?" Izuku asked.

"That explosive blonde sociopathic prolapsed asshole." the girl replied.

"What happened?" Izuku asked, somewhat pissed off at the mention of his former tormentor.

"The night after the heroes vs villains training that asshole decided since he won against his opponents that he deserved some kind of reward so he tried to throw himself on me back at the dorms that night." she responded

"Wait, if he tried to rape you than why were you punnished for it?" Spinner asked in shock.

"Cause the Hero Commision decided that he has better potential as a hero." the girl explained, "That and his quirk is an emitter type while mine is a mutant type."

"Of course the Hero Commision had something to do with it." Izuku responded in anger, "Thanks to them I'm a convicted felon and to add insult to injury they had me tortured for half of my sentence."

"Sounds like you had it worse than we did." Spinner replied.

"You two know what white torture is?" Izuku asked the two.

"No." both of them replied.

"It's where they put the prisoner in an all white soundproof room, have you wear all white and only feed you unseasoned white rice to create a form of sensory deprivation." Izuku began explaining, "After two days I bit into my tongue so my blood would stain the white clothes so I could see something other than white. After that they strapped me to a chair facing a wall and used intravenous tubes to keep me alive."

"What happened after they stopped?" Spinner asked.

"After it all ended I started getting real fucked up headaches." Izuku explained, "Not even Eri's rewinding could fix that."

"So am I in your league or not?" the girl asked.

"One more question." Izuku began, "Do you have any skills that could be used working in a bar?"

"I can mix drinks and play music." the girl responded.

"We already have enough bartenders but we could use a musician." Izuku explained, "Welcome to the League of VIllains and welcome to your new job as a musician at Dropkick Murphys miss...I'm sorry but I didn't get your name."

"Jiro. Kyoka Jiro." Jiro replied.

Authors Note: Going forward I'm going to make as many characters go against Bakugo and the Hero Commision as possible. Jiro is just the first. As for Ochaco, Izuku wasn't at the exam to destroy the zero pointer in this story so she didn't get into UA. Next is the USJ attack.
