Chapter 6: Scar Tissue

_Izuku and Izumi_

"Are you feeling okay?" Izuku asked his half sister when she regained consciousness.

"It's a bit disorienting after spending the last ten years waking up in a basement but I'm somewhat okay." Izumi replied, noticing the tired look in her brother's eyes, "What's up with your eyes, they look more bloodshot than they did last night."

"Don't worry about it." Izuku replied while thinking about the events from last night.

_Flashback_

"And at four in the morning the screaming starts up, like clockwork." Izuku said to himself while going to lull her back into a calm sleep.

"It's okay Izumi, no one can hurt you here, this is a safe place." Izuku said to the crying girl he was holding close to his chest.

'Maybe I should use my quirk on her later today' Izuku thought to himself.

_Present Time_

"Hey Zumi, can you do something for me?" Izuku asked his sister.

"What is it?" Izumi asked while noticing the look on her brother's face.

"I want you to think about everything that man did to you." Izuku began, "Every hit, every insult and everything else and focus on that pain."

"Why exactly?" Izumi asked.

"I want to use my quirk on you to clear your head." Izuku began, "The memories will still be there but the pain will be gone. Although I think my boss will be able to remove the memories without removing the important stuff like how to read, write and how to take care of yourself."

"Actually I don't know how to read or write." Izumi replied, causing Izuku to gain a brief look of pure fury before going back to a concerned expression.

"I'll have to find someone to teach you that stuff soon." Izuku began, "But first, focus on the pain."

"Okay." Izumi replied.

"How do you feel right now?" Izuku asked while taking Izumi's hand in his.

"I feel scared and small and angry and hurt." Izumi replied, causing Izuku to activate his quirk.

"How about now?" Izuku asked while letting her hand go.

"Now, I feel fine. Is that what your quirk is?" Izumi replied.

"Yeah, I can take pain and transfer it from person to person." Izuku explained, "It's part of the reason I became a villain in the first place."

"Why did you become a villain?" Izumi asked in confusion.

"Cause the Hero Commission is nothing but a bunch of quirkists who want to keep anyone with a "villainous" quirk from being a hero." Izuku began, "They even had me tortured during my stay in jail."

"Can they even tourture people in jail?" Izumi asked in confusion.

"With the right amount of money you can do whatever you want these days." Izuku replied.

"And here I thought our father was bad." Izumi sarcastically replied.

"He was bad, but his handlers are even worse." Izuku began, "Who do you think has been paying for his house and all the soundproofing he put in there?"

"I assume the hero commission?" Izumi asked rhetorically.

"And with that, I need to get to my legit job. If you need me I'll be downstairs tending the bar and if I'm not there then one of the other employees should be able to reach me." Izuku said before kissing her forehead and leaving the apartment.

_Aizawa's POV, Hero Commision_

"So let me get this straight?" the president of the hero commision began, "You want to get rid of Bakugo, the most powerful student in your class simply because of a few minor indiscretions, is that correct?"

"I wouldn't call attempted rape, sexual harasment, death threats and threats of violence against other students count as "Minor indiscretions" Aizawa replied.

"Let me make it clear to you Eraserhead." the president replied, "I have no intentions of letting Bakugo get kicked from the hero course and I have no intention of letting those freaks with the villainous quirks into any of the hero courses. In fact, I think I should just ban them from going to any hero school altogether, along with anyone who doesn't express heteronormative values."

"That kid is not hero material." Aizawa responded in an angered tone.

"Trust me, he is." the president began, "It's people with the villainous quirks who aren't hero material. Your quirk is kind of villainous, isn't it?"

"What are you implying?" Aizawa asked in anger.

"Hand over your hero license Aizawa." the president replied, "Effective immediately your no longer allowed to do any heroic acts and your teaching position will be terminated."

"YOU CAN'T DO THIS!" Aizawa yelled in fury.

"I just did." the president replied in a smug tone.

"This isn't over." Aizawa said before storming out of the office, causing the president to speak into his intercom to his assistant.

"Effective immediately, we will begin expelling all students who have villainous quarks and anyone who is part of the lgbtq+ from all hero schools." the president said into his intercom.

"Yes sir." his aid replied, "But I don't think Nezu would approved of the changes made to his school."

"Who cares about what Nezu says or thinks." the president began, "He's a relic from a forgotten time, just like the last president we "disposed" of a few years ago."

"Got it sir." the aid replied.

"It's all coming together nicely." the president said to himself.

_Izuku's POV_

"So, how is the girl doing?" Ochaco asked the bartender.

"She's doing better today." Izuku began, "I had to use my quirk on her this morning and that should take care of the trauma."

"What did you do with the trauma from her?" Ochaco asked.

"I decided to give dad a little gift earlier." Izuku replied with a slightly amused tone, "He didn't like it."

"Hey boss, some older women at the side table want to speak with you." Rob told Izuku, "One of them looks like an older rule 63 version of that guy you banned from the bar a few weeks ago."

"Jesus fucking Christ, I did not want to deal with this today." Izuku replied.

"What is it?" Jiro asked from beside Ochaco.

"Bakugo's mother." Izuku responded.

"I didn't think Bakugo had a mother." Jiro began, "I was thinking it was some kind of pod situation."

"Well, I should go and take care of this." Izuku replied while walking towards the uninhabited side of the bar, noticing that Bakugo's mother wasn't alone.

"Mom?" Izuku asked in shock.

"Izuku?" Inko asked while noticing the face of the bartender before enveloping him in a bone crushing hug, "I missed you."

"Mom, can't breath." Izuku replied, causing Inko to release her son.

"I'm sorry." Inko responded.

"It's okay." Izuku replied before switching focus to the other women at the table, "Hi Aunt Mitsuki, how's the crotch goblin doing."

"He's been being...himself." Mitsuki replied.

"So about as pleasant as a sandpaper dildo." Izuku responded.

"Pretty much." Mitsuki began, "Considering that he acted like a rabid animal at the sports festival and they pretty much verbally sucked his dick in front of the entire world."

"At least the video of that villain beating him up was funny." Izuku replied.

"Still, I was expecting them to at least try and curb his behavior." Mitsuki replied.

"I know how you feel. I had to ban him from from the bar last week and that was after he tried to rape someone at UA, who was then expelled for "Slandering an up and coming hero" Izuku explained, "I hired her as a musician here."

"FIRST I'M HEARING ABOUT AN ATEMPTED RAPE FROM MY BRAT!" Mitsuki yelled.

"That's because the Hero Commission covered it up." Izuku replied, "They tend to do that. They covered up the fact that not only my father, a pro hero, had a love child with a bartender but after she died he locked his own daughter up and repeatedly beat, rape and pimp her out to his weird hero friends."

"How do you know all of this?" Inko asked in shock.

"My lawyer is really good at his job." Izuku began, "Real shady guy but he's good at digging up stuff that someone pays big to keep hidden."

"And is there anything that can be done about any of what you just said?" Inko asked in a worried tone.

"Funny you should ask." Izuku began, "Apparently some villain broke into his house and since then he's been missing and because of a DNA test I'm her only living relative so I kind of took her in."

"How long ago did this happen?" Inko asked in shock.

"About a week ago." Izuku responded, "I've been having my doctor take care of her medical needs and she's been watching my daughter...I just realized I didn't tell you about that bit."

"YOU HAVE A DAUGHTER NOW?" Inko yelled, causing everyone present to stare at the three.

"Adopted." Izuku began, "Her name is Eri and she's six years old. If you'd like you can come upstairs and meet them both.

"How old is Hisashi's daughter anyways?" Inko asked.

"She's 14." Izuku replied before leading his mother to his apartment.

_UA, Teachers Lounge_

"YOUNG BAKUGO, DO YOU KNOW WHY I BROUGHT YOU HERE TODAY?" All Might asked the spikey blonde prolapsed asshole.

"Because I'm awesome." Bakugo replied with a smug grin.

"YOU SHOWED AMAZING PROMISE AT THE SPORTS FESTIVAL AND YOU WON LIKE YOU SAID YOU WOULD SO I HAVE A PROPOSITION FOR YOU." All Might began, "HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE EVEN MORE POWERFUL THAN YOU ALREADY ARE?"

"What are you talking about?" Bakugo asked.

"MY QUIRK IS CALLED ONE FOR ALL AND CAN BE PASSED ON FROM USER TO USER." All Might began explaining, "I AM THE EIGHTH USER AND I WOULD LIKE YOU TO BE THE NINTH."

"A chance to be even more powerful." Bakugo began, "I'll do it."

"FANTASTIC!" All Might replied while pulling a strand of hair from his head, "NOW EAT THIS!"

_Izuku's POV_

"Did you feel that?" Izuku asked with a shiver.

"Feel what?" Inko asked.

"Felt like a disturbance in the force." Izuku said while opening his apartment door, "Just a little warning Izumi is a bit shy around new people and Eri is a ball of sunshine and rainbows and all that good stuff."

"Your back."Eri said as she jumped into his arms and nearly knocked him down.

"Eri we talked about this, you're getting too big to jump into my arms like this. One of these days you're going to knock me down." Izuku scolded the child.

"Sorry." Eri replied.

"S'ok." Izuku replied before gesturing to the woman behind him, "Eri, I want you to meet someone. This is my mother, Inko Midoriya."

"So this makes her...what exactly?" Eri asked.

"Your grandmother." Izuku replied.

"But, she doesn't look old enough to be a grandma." Eri replied while staring at the green haired woman.

"I'm flattered by your statement Eri but it's true, I am your grandmother." Inko replied.

"Okay." Eri replied in an awkward tone.

"I've been letting three of my employes watching her and she sort of picked up on Ochaco's ability to state the obvious, Kyoka's sarcasm and Rob's spaciness." Izuku explained.

"Kids will do that." Inko replied, "Where is the other one?"

"In her room and her name is Izumi." Izuku replied.

"Is there anything else I should know?" Inko asked.

"She is extremely malnourished, sensitive to bright light and most of her skin below her neck is covered in scar tissue." Izuku explained before Eri decided to explain something to them.

"I got rid of the scar tissue already." Eri said to the two.

"When did you do this?" Izuku asked in shock.

"While you were downstairs, that guy with you had teach me to use my quirk by fixing his face borrowed my quirk and fixed her by holding her hand for five minutes." Eri informed the two.

"I would be upset about this but I did use my quirk on her this morning so I can't say anything about it." Izuku replied.

"So can I see her?" Inko asked.

"I'll take you to her." Izuku said while leading the two to her room.

"Is that you Izuku?" Izumi asked while Izuku opened the door to her room.

"It's me and I have someone who wants to meet you." Izuku replied.

"Who is it?" Izumi asks in a mixture of fear and curiosity.

"It's my mother." Izuku replied while letting his half sister get a look at the new arrival.

"Hello there." Inko said to the girl.

"Why are you here?" Izumi asked.

"I heard about what happened and just had to see you for myself." Inko began, "I'm Inko, what's your name?"

"Izumi." Izumi replied.

"What kind of stuff are you into?" Inko asked.

"That one scientist guy has been trying to teach me videogames when he decides to hang around." Izumi responded.

"He's not letting you play anything like Grand Theft Auto or Cyberpunk 2077 cause those are way too inappropriate for you at this moment." Izuku responded.

"Funny your saying that, considering I found your violent video game collection multiple times." Inko added, causing Izumi to laugh at her brother's expense.

"How did you?" Izuku asked in shock.

"You weren't that good at hiding things as you thought." Inko replied before rubbing salt in the wound, "Also you do know about VPNs and incognito mode right."

"You just really know how to make things sound worse than they are, do you?" Izuku asked.

"You know it." Inko replied, causing Izumi to laugh even harder at his expense.

Authors Note: I can already see how the comments and reviews will go with me giving Bakugo One for All. (FYI: He ain't keeping it) Also making the president of the Hero Commision a man and one who is power hungry and is against the lgbtq+ is a reference to several former US presidents (a lot of them were anti gay and power hungry between 1963 to 2008) Also, I've introduced Inko and might add more fallen heroes and students soon.

As Always
