Chapter 9: The Butcher
_Bakugo's POV_
"WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU MY BOY?" All Might asked his sucesor.
"Some bitch came to me in my sleep and told me that One for All had chosen to leave my body." Bakugo explained.
"DID SHE HAVE BLACK HAIR AND GREY EYES?" All Might asked.
"That bitch also looked like that worthless villain's mom and said it happened when I stuck my hands in her grandson's mouth to rip his teeth out. Useless whore probably sucked and fucked her way to getting One for All in the first place." Bakugo replied, causing All Might to gain a look of anger.
"NEVER TALK ABOUT HER THAT WAY!" All Might yelled while backhanding Bakugo before continuing, "NANA SHIMURA WAS ONE OF THE GREATEST HEROES TO EVER LIVE AND WAS THE ONE WHO SAW FIT TO GIVE ME ONE FOR ALL. THE FACT THAT YOU NO LONGER HAVE IT MUST MEAN THAT ALL FOR ONE MUST HAVE GASLIT HER INTO BETRAYING ME BEFORE HE KILLED HER."
"So, how do I get it back?" Bakugo asked.
"YOU CAN'T. ONE FOR ALL CAN ONLY BE HELD BY A USER ONCE AND ONCE HE PASSES IT ON HE CAN'T EVER GET IT BACK. YOU SHOULD STILL HAVE TEMPORARY USE FOR A WHILE." All Might explained.
"I tried to use it and I couldn't do it. All I can do is make explosions like I used to." Bakugo replied.
"THAN IT'S WORSE THAN WE THOUGHT." All Might began, "WE MUST STOP THEM BEFORE THEY CAN WEAPONIZE IT."
_Izuku's Dreamscape_
"What's going on?" Izuku asked aloud while in total darkness.
"Your in your mindscape." a feminine voice explained.
"Who are you?" Izuku asked.
"It's amazing how much of your mother I see in you." the voice replied.
"How do you know my mother?" Izuku asked.
"It would be kind of hard for me not to know your mother. After all she is the result of an encounter with Billy Butcher." the voice informed him.
"How do you know my grandfather?" Izuku asked.
"You haven't gotten it yet have you?" the voice began, "I said you look like your mother and I mentioned knowing both her and her father."
"Your Nana Shimura. You were a pro hero that my boss fought and has said that killing her was his second biggest mistake." Izuku recalled.
"What was his biggest mistake?" Nana asked in shock.
"Killing his brother. Apparently some time after he stockpile on him for protection some people who hated All for One kidnapped him and gaslit him for six months to kill him and he was not able to save him." Izuku explained.
"I know all that, Tomura told me the story when I first became one with One for All." Nana explained.
"Tomura?" Izuku asked in shock.
"All for One's brother." Nana explained.
"Got confused there." Izuku began, "You see, he adopted your grandson Tenko and he renamed him after his brother because as he said, he looks so much like him that I kept calling him Tomura ob acident and it became what he started answering to."
"My grandson is still alive?" Nana asked.
"Yeah, now why are you in my head?" Izuku asked.
"Me and the other users made the leap when that blonde sociopath stuck his sweaty hands into your mouth when pulling your teeth." Nana explained.
"How many are there?" Izuku asked.
"There's about seven of us in your head right now. Once the prolapsed asshole and Homelander jr die they'll be drawn into One for All but when that happens we'll just keep them sealed away as remnants we will never speak of." Nana replied.
"Is there anything I need to know?" Izuku asked.
"Have All for One give you some bone density and healing quirks cause you're the tenth user and there will be some blowback." Nana began explaining, "You'll also be able to use the previous quirks of the other users. Mine and Banjo's are physical while the rest are mental."
"How powerful will I be?" Izuku asked.
"Superman" Nana said while touching his chest and causing him to wake up.
_Izuku's POV_
"The fuck!" Izuku said while waking up.
"Hey, you okay?" Kana asked from the doorway while wrapped in a towel.
"Yeah, just a weird dream." Izuku responded while taking notice of what the girl was wearing, "Can I help you with something?"
"I can't figure out how your shower works." Kana replied with her face turning red.
"I'll help you out." Izuku said while walking to the bathroom with the girl.
"I can't get it to turn hot." Kana said sheepishly.
"Yeah, I'm not that handy with plumbing and put the dial in upside down and the temperature plate is not in the right position." Izuku began, "If you turn it as far to the right as you can to make the water hot."
"Thanks." Kana replied while dropping the towel and stepping into the shower in front of him, "See anything you like?"
"I have to go...water my dog or something." Izuku said while walking away backwards until he crashed into his glass coffee table, causing Kana to quietly laugh at him.
_Hours Later_
"I'm sorry, she did what?" Rob asked while laughing at him.
"It's not funny." Izuku replied to the inventor.
"It's kind of funny." Rob said while still laughing.
"What are you laughing at?" Ochaco asked.
"Alright so this guy right here was helping his new girlfriend work his shower and she literally dropped the towel in front of him and his response was to say he had to water his dog and backing into his glass coffee table." Rob explained while laughing the whole time.
"Thank god we have Eri to remove the damage from crashing into a glass table." Ochaco replied while laughing at Izuku, causing him to think about the events of his date with Kana the night before.
_The Night Before_
"So how did you enjoy tonight?" Izuku asked the girl.
"I enjoyed it." Kana began, "I'd been waiting for when I could do this with you for years."
"Why didn't you ask me back then?" Izuku asked.
"When I spoke to my mom about it Katsuki was listening in and he threatened to hurt me if i dated you." Kana explained.
"What did he threaten to do?" Izuku asked.
"He threatened to sear my vagina shut." Kana began, "After he would have had his fun with it."
"And I thought I hated that bastard before." Izuku replied.
"It gets worse." Kana began while beginning to tear up, "While he was threatening me he stuck his fingers inside my…"
"You don't have to say it if you don't want to." Izuku said while wrapping his arms around her to get her to stop crying.
"He fingered me." Kana said while crying into his chest, "He was in for a few seconds before I kneed him in the crotch.
'I'm going to kill Katsuki Bakugo.' Izuku thought to himself.
_Present Day_
"Hey, Green, two guys dropped this off for you while you were gone last night." Jiro said while handing Izuku's Iphone to him.
"Who were they?" Izuku asked.
"One was an old short guy in a canadian tuxedo and the other was Sir Nighteye." Jiro explained.
"Why would Nighteye want to drop off my phone?" Izuku asked, "Doesn't he hear everything All Might says as gospel?"
"He said that All Might is pretty much as bad as his parents at this point." Jiro replied.
"In that case we should leave him be when we take down All Might and the hero commission." Izuku suggested.
_Hero Commission_
"Do you know why you are here?" the president asked.
"I assume because All Might had me sent here because I was "Slandering the next number one hero" Kaminari responded with air quotes.
"You're half right. I told All Might that you needed to be sent here and that your absence wouldn't cause any suspicion." the president explained while leading the boy down a dark hallway.
"Then why am I here and why are we in the basement of your building?" Kaminari asked.
"Did you notice the lack of electrical cables connecting to the building?" the president asked.
"I thought the power was being pumped underground, like in most modern urban areas." Kaminari replied.
"Close but it's more than that." the president began, "You see we went green to show our concern to the environment for more public support and I think that's stupid but unfortunately we can't hook into the power grid and since solar and wind power is not as efficient as we like we sort of bought you off All Might to use your quirk to power our building."
"But, if I overuse my quirk it could destroy my brain." Kaminari tried to plead with the president.
"That's a risk I'm willing to take." the president began, "You'll be kept awake and working by a continuous supply of trigger being pumped into your veins, and not the kind you can get off the street. I'm talking about the purest form of trigger."
"YOUR A MONSTER!" Kaminari yelled while being dragged away by two security guards.
_Undisclosed Location_
"Butcher, Campbell. We have a new job for you." a japanese woman in her mid fifties said to a blonde man in his late forties and a brunette woman in her late twenties.
"What is it?" Butcher asked his superior.
"Three heroes have given the same report on your half brother and we need you two to help verify if the rumors are true and if needed take him out. You think you could do that?" the japanese woman asked with concern in her voice.
"He is not my brother." Butcher began, "He is just Homelander and Stormfront's love child."
"Anything we should know about him Ryan?" Campbell asked.
"His name is Toshinori Yagi and his power was given to him." Ryan explained.
"How can a power be given without Compound V?" the japanese woman asked.
"It was given willingly by the woman my step-father had a daughter with after he killed Homelander and Stormfront." Ryan explained.
"Then why didn't he have either Homelander or Stormfront's powers?" Campbell asked.
"Because while Stormfront was pregnant with him she was being pumped with power suppressing drugs morning, noon and night." Ryan began, "The fetus absorbed them and it caused him to be born without powers. Anything else you need to know Alice?"
"I'm good." Alice responded.
"You'll leave tonight." the japanese woman told the two.
"Thanks Kimiko." Ryan replied.
Authors Note: I introduced Ryan (Homelander's son from the show) Kimiko (The Female) and an OC who is the daughter of Hughie and Starlight. Also I was going to make Butcher Izuku's father but agewise it wouldn't make sense so I made him Inko's father instead, sort of a way to make him Butcher's successor who has to take down Bakugo, who is All Might's successor and All Might is basically Homelander jr so it makes sense in my head.
