Chapter 14: The Morning After

_Kana's POV_

"So how's UA been treating you?" Jiro asked while stocking the bar.

"Since All Might took over it feels more military than anything." Kana replied.

"That bad?" Jiro asked.

"He's been wanting to make it a closed campus but the United Nations would step in if he did." Kana replied.

"How do you even know that?" Ochaco asked while walking in from the back.

"That Butcher guy who's been coming by to talk to All for One told me." Kana explained, "He also left some documents for Izuku."

"What kind of documents did he leave?" Jiro asked.

"Fake passports, and a CIA employment badge." Kana replied.

"Nice to know he joined with the CIA and with the American government before his rescue mission." Rob replied, surprising the three.

"When did you get back?" Ochaco asked while squeezing him in a bone-crushing hug.

"Watch the ribs." Rob replied in a pained tone causing Ochaco to let him go, "Last night. Izuku came and got me out. We fucked up that bastard good."

"Why hasn't he come down yet?" Kana asked, causing Rob to freeze up, "Did something happen?"

"I think it's better if i show you." Rob replied.

_Bakugo's POV_

"Why do I have to be here?" Bakugo asked.

"BECAUSE MY BOSS SAID SO AND HE SIGNS MY PAYCHECKS!" All Might responded.

"What is this even about?" Bakugo asked.

"THEY PROBABLY ARE PLANNING TO FUND A MOVIE ABOUT YOUR ESCAPE FROM THE VILLAINS TO SHOW THE PEOPLE BELOW US WHY POWERFUL HEROES LIKE YOU AND ME ARE NECESSARY FOR OUR SOCIETY!" All Might explained while they entered the conference room only to be met by the president of the Hero Commision strapped into an electric wheelchair.

"Gentlemen, Id shake your hands but as you can see I had a little accident." the president explained.

"WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?" All Might asked.

"My bastard son and his green haired friend happened." the president began, "I want you and your apprentice to hunt them down and tear them limb from limb. There's a full hero license for your student on that table."

"WE'LL BE SURE TO PUNISH THEM TO THE FULLEST EXTENT WE FEEL LIKE!" All Might replied before stopping at the sound of someone slowly clapping.

"I don't think you will be doing that Toshinori." Ryan said, surprising the three.

"Like you can stop us." Bakugo replied in a mocking tone.

"Actually we can without even throwing a single punch." a Japanese woman in her fifties responded.

"And there's nothing you can do to stop us." a brunette woman in her late twenties added.

"Who the hell are you three?" the president asked.

"Allow me to introduce my tea." the japanese woman began, "My name is Kimiko, director of The Boys and this young lady is Alice Campbell the daughter of my boss, Hugh Campbell and his wife, the hero Starlight. And this is my right hand, Ryan Butcher. Of course you know him as your older brother All Might."

"THIS MAN IS NOT ANY BROTHER TO ME!" All Might replied in an angered tone.

"Something we can agree on." Ryan replied.

"Do you have a history with these people All Might?" the president asked.

"He and I share a biological father." Ryan began, "My real parents took him in and raised him with me and my sister after the death of Homelander. I looked after him and Inko after mom died and dad commited suicide by hero and i made sure they knew right from wrong but unfortunately I was wrong when i caught him inside my baby sister."

"YOU KNOW I WAS IN LOVE WITH HER!" All Might responded.

"Didn't look like love to me." Ryan replied, "Especially with all the blood and tears. You know it took her months to even open up about it."

"YOU HAVE NO WAY OF PROVING THAT!" All Might responded.

"I do actually." Ryan began taunting him, "You remember Hisashi? Short guy, skinny, black hair and brown eyes."

"What does that have to do with any of this?" the president asked.

"Tell me something real quick." Ryan began, "How can a guy with black hair and brown eyes have a child who has green hair and green eyes? Black hair and brown eyes are dominant traits whereas green hair and eyes are dominant recessive genes. For Inko to have a green hair and eyed child the father should have recessive genes like blonde hair and blue eyes."

"WHAT ARE YOU IMPLYING?" All Might asked with his fists shaking.

"I'm implying that Inko kept the child and guess what, he grew up and hates you now." Ryan replied, shocking the three notemployed by the UN.

"That can't be true." Bakugo responded.

"It's true you little cunt and we even ran a DNA test to prove it." Ryan replied.

"We also know about what you did to him last night mr president." Kimiko began, "We met with his boss last night and he had quite the story to tell."

"So fucking what?" the president asked.

"About a month ago we made a deal with Izuku Midoriya." Alice began, "We give him and his friends full pardons and wipe their criminal records and he works for us and leads a group to keep heroes in line here."

"And you assaulted our employee and put him in a comatose state." Ryan finished.

"He attacked me and my fucking son put me in this goddamn chair." the president responded.

"Doesn't matter you attacked an employee of the United Nations and last I checked your government has to answer to our employers." Alice informed him.

"Which means we have to arrest you for causing an international incident." Kimiko replied while handing Ryan a pair of handcuffs, "let's take him and go."

"I DON'T THINK YOU'LL DO ANY…" All Might said before getting shot in the shoulder by Ryan and shrinking into his skinny form, "WHAT DID YOU DO TO ME?"

"Little thing your son and his friend Overhaul created." Ryan began while putting his gun away, "Those are quirk erasing bullets made to take you down specifically. You can remove the bullet but the serum used to make the bullet has already gone into your bloodstream so now you're back to where you started. Quirkless"

"YOU CAN'T DO THIS TO ME, I'M MOTHERFUCKING ALL MIGHT" All Might yelled at the man pushing the president's wheelchair out of the room, causing Ryan to stop."

"I am not sorry for what I did Toshinori but I am sorry I had to do it." Ryan said before starting to leave with his group and the arrested president, "You were a good boy, Toshinori. Shame you were such a shit man."

_Rob's POV_

"Let me get this straight." Kana began, "Your father, the president of the Hero Public Safety Commision used his quirk on him which locks peoples' consciousness in their own head and leaves them in a comatose state on Izuku before you stabbed him in the spine."

"That's pretty much it." Rob replied.

"Is there a chance he would…" Kana began before getting silenced by Rob.

"Even if he could still use his quirk he wouldn't use it to wake him up." Rob interrupted.

"What are we going to do?" Kana asked with tears running down her cheeks.

"I told All for One and Garaki about how my little sister had the same quirk and that she could help but I haven't seen her in years but All for One is looking for her." Rob replied.

"What are you going to do while he tracks her down?" Kana asked.

"I'm going to find some people who want to join our cause." Rob began, "I spoke to that invisible girl Izuku brought back from the camp and she gave me a list of her classmates that were expelled after All Might's takeover and the contact information of the former principal. He was quick to agree to help me."

"Can I also help?" Kana asked.

"I'm sorry but I can't let you do anything dangerous. You're already risking enough by being our mole in UA and I'm sure that if something happened to you then Izuku and your parents would kill me." Rob replied.

"I hope you know what you're doing." Kana responded.

"So do I Kana. So do I." Rob replied.

Authors Note: So I made All Might Izuku's real father. That's the bombshell I was planning to drop. Expect All Might to try and flip Izuku to his side.
