Karachi, Pakistan…

Nina and her sister Anna did reach Ethiopia as they agreed upon in order to find and kill Claudio. When they arrived at the church where the Sirius Marksmen started their organization, they immediately recognized Claudio escaping with an unconscious Jin Kazama. They tried to shoot Claudio down, but with his telekinesis abilities, they could not stop him. Claudio fled the scene with the unconscious Jin Kazama still in his possession. The Williams sisters ended up botching the mission because of this.

Since there was no reason to keep working together, the women went their separate ways. Nina knew this next meeting with Heihachi could be their final encounter. Now that she was in Karachi, Nina was expecting to meet with Heihachi by herself. She not could afford to let Heihachi know that she and Anna tried to get rid of Claudio. At this point, Nina needed to break away without losing her life. The moment to meet her boss has arrived.

Heihachi had just left a meeting with his Tekken Force generals within the city hall of Karachi. He was then informed by his secretary about Nina's return. He was rather eager to see Nina since she was out for some time. Heihachi informed his messenger to have Nina come over to Zaibatsu base not too far from the city's main airport. By the time Nina made it inside the office building, she could likely cut the tension between her and the Tekken soldiers with a sharp knife. Everyone knew something was off. At last, Nina faced Heihachi while he was watching TV as he sipped on his sake.

Heihachi: "Nina Williams. It's good to see you once more."

Nina: "Yes. I am here as requested."

Heihachi: "You know we have not heard from you in several days after your fight against that champion boxer. Did you get into any serious problems?"

Nina: "I suppose you can say that."

Heihachi (Looks at her hard, putting his sake cup down while readjusting his chair): "Enlighten me."

Nina (In her head.): "Here it goes." (Talks.) "After my match against Steve I was suddenly attacked by the Sirius Marskmen."

Heihachi: "Nani?"

Nina: "It's true. I still do not know why, but I suspect Claudio was the one behind it."

Heihachi: "Really? Why would Claudio attack my personal bodyguard?"

Nina (Thinking again.) "Should I tell him the truth or just lie right here. F*ck it. Makes no difference I guess. Alright." (Now speaks.) "Did he ever tell you that he kidnapped me before the tournament took place?"

Heihachi: "No. He told me no such thing."

Nina: "Then I will. Claudio took me by surprise after my assassin mission went wrong about 8 months ago. He confined me at an abandoned home in Italy. I had to be rescued by a young girl named Leo. If it were not for her, I would not be speaking with you today."

Heihachi: "I find this hard to believe. Where is your evidence that he tried to kill you in either incident?"

Nina: "The recent ambush should have been on tape after my match with Steve. And the first kidnapping caught me off guard. I would have told you sooner but I know Claudio would have denied it. I have no doubts about that."

Heihachi: "I find this peculiar Nina. Claudio just contacted me about my grandson. He has been successful in capturing him. Once we reach Japan, I will have him tell his side of the story. If the facts don't match up, I will have you placed in our prison camp at Honmaru."

Nina: "What?"

Heihachi: "Until then you will be under house arrest. This way I will know you will not weasel your way out of my sight. Gehahahahahaha!"

A bunch of guards enter the office to arrest Nina…

Heihachi: "Don't even try to resist! You will be branded by us as an enemy to the Zaibatsu. Just fair warning Nina."

Nina: "Unbelievable." (Gets cuffed.)

If Nina tried to get free now, then she would be overwhelmed by a ton of Zaibatsu soldiers at this facility. Besides, she needed to get back to Japan and secure her belongings from her apartment. So Nina did not resist her apprehension. The mercenary would bide her time to make the right move for escaping.

Back in the Tokyo Metropolis, Japan…

Now that Nina was back in Tokyo, she could then calculate when she could leave her apprehension. Heihachi went on ahead inside his HQ office so he could speak with Claudio about Jin's capture and Nina's allegations against the sorcerer. Now that there were only two soldiers looking after Nina, they escorted her to a guest room. The assassin found her moment. She would steal the card key from one of the guards and exit the building from there.

Tekken Force Soldier: "Well here is your quarters Miss Williams. I never thought we have to put you under house arrest like this."

Tekken Force Soldier 2: "Don't feel sorry for her. She might be scheming something. Heihachi has a good eye for backstabbers."

Tekken Force Soldier: "If you say so. Right here Miss Williams."

Once the soldier tried to open his pocket, reaching for the key card for the guest room, Nina suddenly uses her cuffed hands and grabs the guy's hand. He dropped the card as a result. The other guard tried to pull out her taser, but Nina uses her legs to groin kick the other soldier! Nina takes the first soldier' arm by twisting it to turn his body over, flipping him in a somersault motion. From there Nina kills him with a heel stomp over his face, crushing his skull! The other soldier recovered from her attack between the legs, but Nina quickly did a handstand while cuffed, clutching the other soldier's neck with her thighs. She then shifted her weight forward picking the soldier up by the legs and slamming her head down the floor. The force paralyzes the woman from the neck down. Nina searched the soldier she killed and found another key to unlock her cuffs.

Nina (Looking at the men): "Sorry." (Takes the guest room card afterwards.)

There was no turning back from this. Nina open the guest room door. Of course it was empty. From the balcony portion of the room, Nina would begin to descend down from the tower. She was not too far from the roof of the atrium section of the Mishima HQ Building, so Nina used the guest room curtains to slide down with as she tied them all together quickly. Once Nina landed above the Atrium rooftop, it appeared that her cover was already blown. More soldiers came out of the door above the rooftop with their machine guns.

Tekken Force Soldiers: "Don't let her escape!"

Nina (Not even looking back.): "Damn! Already?"

Seeing a way out of the gun blazing, Nina had no choice but to crash through the windows and escape from the entrance of the lobby. Nina broke through the glass and continued running despite getting some cuts around her body from the collision. Some workers were shocked at the scene as they as saw Nina run through the open staircase heading for the front doors. Some security at the lobby level tried to take down Nina, but it was useless. They were all knocked out within mere seconds. Nina managed to lose herself in the midst of leaving the HQ by way of heavy car traffic outside.

Nina (Running into an alleyway): "Now (pant) (pant)! To find (pant) my place!"

This was not like Nina to run for her life. But staying in confinement was an even worst fate. Nina finally made it near the doors of her condominium. She took a minute to catch her breath, and then she calmly walked inside by heading straight for the elevators. At her floor, Nina hurried over to her room. Even without her keys, she used the stolen guest room card to undo the lock.

It was unlikely that Nina would remain in this space after her escape from the Zaibatsu. She only grabbed her essential items. The last thing Nina took out of her dresser was a picture of her father with both of his daughters. They were Nina and Anna as children. She lost herself for a bit, having a hard time remembering the moment this picture was taken. Her memories were still fragmented. It sucked to have even trouble thinking about her fond times with her dad. There is no time to lose. Nina places the photo in her big suitcase as she left her condo room for good. Nina went for the staircase to avoid the elevators, but once she opened the door, she was surprised to find her old acquaintance coming up the stairs.

Nina: "What? Edgar?"

Edgar: "Nina! Thank goodness! I came to get you out of this city!"

Nina: "Why did you follow me?"

Edgar: "To keep you from getting killed. And yes, the Tekken Force is still hunting you down. My ride is just across the street. We need to move."

Nina: "I guess I have to leave my car too."

Edgar: "I suggest you do Nina. Now c'mon."

It was a bittersweet feeling for Nina to leave her personalized Lexus car, but what choice did she have. Nina follows Edgar back down the lobby area. The desk clerk who was always friendly towards Nina wondered why she was leaving in such a rush. With a quick response, Nina told him that she would tell him at a later time. Eventually, Edgar and Nina both make it to Edgar's car across from the condo. When they got inside, sure enough, a patrol Tekken Force armored truck drove right by the vehicle. Even with the car having tinted windows, Nina still ducked for cover. When the coast was clear, Edgar drove off going the opposite way from the where the armored truck went.

Nina: "Where are we going?"

Edgar: "Once I get on the expressway, we are heading for Narita Airport. I have a pilot who can fly us to Jeju Island. From there, I was hoping to rendezvous with Steve and Leo. But my priority was finding you first. Looks like my gut instincts came true after all."

Nina: "Thanks."

Edgar: "Oh…you're thanking me? Well that's unexpected!"

Nina: "Although, I still want to get back at Claudio. Things might be more difficult now that I left the Zaibatsu for good."

Edgar: "So it's official you are out."

Nina: "Yes."

Edgar: "Just know that I will help you in any way I can. At least until you find a new job."

Nina (With her head down.): 'Yeah."

It was quite embarrassing that things turned out in this manner for Nina Williams. And yet, she still had somebody who gave their energy and time to come and rescue her from imminent danger. For that, Nina could not be ungrateful. She could only wonder what will happen if Heihachi did somehow defeat his son. Heihachi would surely want Nina captured still. Nina knew a lot of secrets about the conglomerate. Of course, Claudio needs to be dealt with too. For now, Nina just needed to be patient and wait for an opportunity to strike back.
