"hey let's go now." stefan whispers to damon. Then damon, stefan, Enzo and ric share a look and nod to each others. Then stefan says, "uh dad can we go out? We're going to practice for the next song." stefan asks his father. "sure but don't be late we're having a dinner tonight. So be here at 7pm."Joe answers.

They nod and excuse themselves outside after kissing there girlfriends and heading to the door.

"alright let's try Vampire speed first." said damon. "but you already have wearwolf speed you know" pointed stefan. Both of them were with ric and Enzo beside the lake.

"yeah but Werewolves possess this ability both in and out of transformation. However, their speed is much faster at night than in the day, due to the moon's presence, but now with Vampire speed, i think i should go faster." replied damon.

"alright then." stefan mumbled. Then damon quickly sped from where he was and ran across the lake making it to the other side of it,if they blinked they would have missed it.

"wouh! That was amazing! i actually feel a bit dizzy from the speed I have!" yelled damon.

"i actually stole damon's leather boots." ric whispered to stefan. "YOU ASSHOLE IT TOOK ME A YEAR TO SAVE MONEY FOR IT!" damon yelled. "Holy shit!" he quickly realised. "Damn! I heard that loud and clear actually." he said and returned.

"dang, now I'll have to give you back you're boots." ric muttered. "yeah dick! You could've asked at least." damon said. "whatever guys. Let's try compelling now. But we're all on vervain so let's go to the grill." Enzo said.

When they arrived damon quickly went to the bar and ordered a beer. "you know damon i can't give you that. You're barely 20." the bartender said. Stefan went to warn damon that the bartender was a vampire but damon quickly said. "you're gonna give me a beer for me and my friends here for free and you're gonna forget about it after that" damon said,as his pupils went wide open and looked into the other man's eyes.

"damon's he's a vampire. "stefan managed to say"oh shit " damon mumbled. But then the bartender did what damon ordered and gave them beers and served other person.

"Holy shit! Did you see that?!" stefan yelled. "did you just compel a freaking vampire?!" ric whispered yell.

"i think so! Let's get outta here and enjoy the beer." damon replied then they all ran out with the beer before the sherif or anyone could get them for underage drinking.

"we can't ignore what just happened. We have to tell dad." stefan said. "yeah but let's enjoy the beer first." damon replied then they went back to the lake. "wait what about the sun?" ric asked.

"what about it?" Enzo asked. "Holy shit! You're right ric! I'm not even wearing a ring and i can walk out in the sun!" damon said. "come on let's tell dad and mom now." stefan said. Then they quickly drove in damon's chevy back to the boarding house.

"alright you're telling me that you compelled a the Vampire bartender to give you food for free?"Joe asked his son.

" yeah! And I'm not wearing a magical ring to protect me from the sun! And here i am not an over burned potato."damon replied, he wasn't lying completely. He compelled the bartender to give him beer for free, but he wouldn't just tell his dad that.

"wait, i know that an original vampire doesn't need a ring or any magical accessory to walk in the sun, and they also can compel other vampires, like the Mikaelson sons." bonnie said.

"so that means only one thing." Marie said.

"what about vervain?" Enzo said. "hm let me try." damon then went to the kitchen and got some vervain from the closest. They had a large stack of vervain if they got attacked.

Then he returned to the living room and dropped some of the vervain on his palm and hissed in pain as it burnt his flesh.

"well vervain works on me!" damon said. Then bonnie quickly went to his side and grabbed his hand. "oh god you're hurt!" she said.

"fast healing." he said as his hand started healing itself. "amazing!" Enzo said.

"well i think mom you need to stop putting vervain in the food." damon chuckled.
