" Jude, are you okay in there?" Kwest hollered through the thick metal door.
I was sitting once again in the dark utility closet crying my eyes out about a man who had left me and when he was gone took my heart and my inspiration with him. Since he had left nothing good has happened. And my heart still hasnt mended.
I pushed myself up from the cold tile floor and opened the door. I almost flinched when the light fell on me. I looked at Kwest and then just pushed by him muttering " Don't worry about me...I'm fine." And I headed back to Studio A for the rest of the days work. "Okay, Jude. Let's start with your new song...if you're up to it that is." Kwest said. Everyone had been on thier toes around me lately. I hated it...it was worse than no sympathy at all in my opinion. If only you hadn't left me there at the restuarant, Tommy...if you had never left me at all...
"Yea that'll be fine, Kwest. Just let me get my guitar." I told him in the monotone voice everyone who knew me had gotten used to by now. Three months after he left and I'm still upset. God, I'm pathetic.
" Ok...and now!" Kwest dirested. At that moment the music came to life and I sprung awake strummin my guitar chords. I played the first couple of chords and then began my song.

A silent tear rolled unwilling down my cheek as I strummed the closing notes
" Jude..." Kwest left the soundbooth and made his way over to me. He hesitantly put his arms around me as I suddenly just clang to him for dear life. I sobbed for what seemed like hours soaking his shirt and I didnt even cared. All that mattered was that Tommy wasnt coming back. And I am lost without Him.
