It's baaaack!
Welcome to Venusar" Sagan ARC TWO!
So, at the beginning of this ARC, everything has been 'reset' per say. As you noticed, I'm doing a ton of rewrites, but this is not one of them, so be happy!
Guest - It's says "A planet with a hiccup Bracing anger of the night shall be rid of a misunderstood race. The dragon changes will marry Night beast and peace will rule the consensus is" But as you can see, it doesn't translate well. It's supposed to say A planet with a hiccup bracing the anger of the night shall free a misunderstood race. The dragon changer will marry the Night Beast and Harmony will sound, so sorry.
decode9 - I'm glad you think so.
Wednesday101 - It was just for Piracy such as movies on Youtube, not for Fanfiction. Even I didn't know that until I read it fully.
I hope you enjoy this!
I do not own How to Train Your Dragon!
"Venny?" She half whispered, half asked. She stepped forward as I stepped back, unable to stand the pain. One word slipped from my mouth.
"Mummy?"
Valhallarama, no, the woman stepped forward as I took another step back. "Oh, my sweet little Venus. You've grown into your powers." She said, her eyes tearing up. "And the Prince of Knighten, did you find him?"
"Stay away!" I screamed as she took another step forward. "How dare you impersonate her! Have you no respect?!"
"Venusar, it's me, your mother." The woman said, but I was having none of her lies.
"Valhallarama is dead!" I screamed. "She's been dead for thirteen years! She died holding me, trying to stop the dragons from taking me and my brother to the nest, to Hátign!" The woman's green eyes held too much sadness and sorrow for me to handle and I snapped around, bolting out of the cove.
I ran from the imposture.
I ran from the guilt.
I ran from the fake love.
I ran from the memories.
I ran into Toothless' human form, barreling us booth over. "Venus!" He gasped, holding me close as we tumbled down the hill, stopping with him on top of me. "Venus, are you okay?" He asked, neither one of us moving. I felt myself shaking and heard a strange sob from somewhere – making me realize it was me who was making the sad noise.
"Lies." I said, hearing the woman's footsteps coming closer to us. "I've heard all the lies!" With strength I didn't know I had, I pushed him off of me and changed into a dragon form I didn't even know I had. I quickly took off and flew as far away from Berk as possible.
I didn't know how long or how far I flew, only that by the time my anger and fear had faded, I was at an island I only knew from dreams. I shook my head and landed on the beach, feeling drained. I laid down, not feeling enough energy to transform back into my human form. It was about three hours later did a group of four people – three of whom I knew – came out from the trees, weapons drawn. I ignored I weapons part and perked up, noticing the scruffy black hair and sea green eyes of the leader.
"Percy, be careful!" The blonde, Annabeth, said. I huffed and let my head rest on my paws again, just rolling my eyes as Percy poked my side with the tip or Riptide. "Why... Why is it not attacking?"
"Grover, that legend in norse history, the one with the dragon shifter, what was the shifter's name?" Percy asked, making me raise my head again. He stepped back and I just shook my head.
"Um, he was named after a planet, like the planets were named after the Roman gods." Grover answered. "You don't think this is him, do you?" I let my paws cover my eyes as I once again heard myself being referred as male.
"That's not a male dragon though." Annabeth poined out. "That's a female." The fourth came closer and knelt in front of me, moving one of my paws so we looked in each other's eyes. "Nico, what are you doing?!"
Nico's eyes had widened and he stood up and ran back to camp, no doubt to get Chiron. "Maybe she's injured?" Percy asked. "We need to find out her name. Didn't Venus say dragons can talk english? And that they have a human form?"
"Too true Percy." Chiron said. I finally got up and walked to him. "I do not understand this though. She could never shift when she visited us in dreams, so why now?"
"She, Chiron?" Annabeth asked, crossing her arms. Chiron nodded to me and I let myself change to my human form, looking at their shocked expressions. I laughed and turned to the centaur.
"I'm here to stay." I said sadly. "We fought Hátign and won. I left after Hiccup woke up." Chiron nodded and I looked at my three friends. "Come on now, I need a proper tour, don't you think?" I asked, knowing my eyes were twinkling madly.

As Venus walked around the camp beside the Centaur, she noticed that there weren't as many halfbloods as there were when she visited in her dreams. "Chiron, where is everyone? I remember more people than this."
"It's true, there were more people, but the war has taken most from us." He answered gravely, making Venus pale. "You know of the war, don't you?"
"Yeah. I thought it was just a rumor in the clans... I didn't know it was real." She answered. "Also, I thought only Halfbloods could come here. How am I able to be here? I'm half dragon!" Chiron chuckled and walked towards the Big house, which Venus was quick to follow. "Chiron, please, I just want to know why I'm allowed here. I'm sure none of you knew to let me have access to the camp before I appeared!"
"We did." He corrected. "We just didn't know when you would come."
"Who told you I was coming?" Venus asked, but didn't receive an answer as the centaur stepped into a room with blood red paint and the symbol for Ares. "Chiron, why are we here? Isn't this where the War God can talk to his children?" He had explained that there was a room for all of the gods and goddesses to talk with their children/representatives while staying in camp.
"My name is Ares squirt." A gruff voice said, making Venusar snap around, a glowing orb in her hand and her dragon fire blue eyes frantically searching the room until they rested on a hulk of a man wearing a leather jacket. "Nice reflexes. My little Vahl picked a good husband."
"Y-Your little Vahl?" She asked, half curious, but scared that he would become offended and force her to stay in her Terrible Terror form.
"My daughter, who just so happens to be your mother that you ran away from." He answered with a smirk as he leaned back. Venus' hand dropped and she suddenly felt faint and sick. Around her was the stench of blood and she knew ever single drop was from her village. Hátign stood in front of Venus, making her even more sick.
'You were killed! I killed you! I watched you explode!' She mentally screamed. The large dragon let out a roaring laugh.
"Fear comes in every form. You fear this. You are a weakling in the God of War's heritage." An even darker voice stated before the Viking forcibly took a step back and into reality.
"W-What was that?" She whispered, slowly looking at her 'grandfather'. He grinned and she felt a shiver run down her back.
"I've waited too long. Father is yelling at me to concentrate." Ares said instead, making Venus duck her head. "When I return, I want to hear more than a victory over a dragon, no matter how deadly." She could only nod before she clapped her hands over her eyes as the gold light was almost too much for her.
The light receded and Venus looked at the centaur faintly. "Ares. He told you we would be coming." She confirmed before her eyes rolled back into her head and her knees buckled, the granddaughter of the God of War dropped into a dead faint.
Right, so HTTYD 2 totally botched my true storyline, so I'm editing as I go. Venus' past so far is that Valhallarama went into a serious coma and the Dragons in the second movie saved her. She's watched Hiccup and Venus grow up from a distance, but never interacted with them.
Also, thumbs up for Venus fainting after Ares leaves! I would've been sprawled out on the floor if he had told me what he told her. If you think she took it too lightly, just wait till you see how she reacts to Clarisse. ;)
Review if you point out any flaws or just want to say hi, yeah?
