Harry's point of view:

You might say that it's not easy being green. Try saying that to my brothers. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Because in these past two days, we've been attacked by killer robots, had our home caved in on us, and almost got our butts kicked by these other ninjas. We made an escape in an armored car, found an incredible new place to live in, and then we were attacked by even more killer robots. On top of all that, We also preformed our very first ninja rescue. April O'Nell and the Granger family. Dan and Emma. Followed by the beautiful Hermione. Don't tell her I called her that. For now, we took them to our lair so they'll be safe enough to talk about what they know about Baxter Stockmen.

The next morning, the brothers and the Granger family woke up to meet in the living part of the lair. April was still asleep on the couch.

"I gotta admit, this place is really cool." Said Dan.

"Yes." Said Leo. "I know, it's hard to believe that we just found it two days ago."

"I find it easy to believe." Said a voice.

Upon hearing that, every turned to the door. And there was nun other then, Dumbledore and McGonagall.

"Cool. Santa Claus." Said Mike.

"Ha ha. No my friend. I am Albus Dumbledore. Head master of Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry."

"And I'm Minevera McGonagall. Hogwarts' deputy head mistress."

"Aw man." Mike mumbled. Just as April was regaining consciousness.

"What a dream." April said as she woke up. "Turtles and a little boy fighting robots? Did I fall asleep watching TV again? That was the,"

Before she could finish, she ended up seeing the brothers in front of her.

"Weirdest...thing...I've ever...seen."

Looking around, April can tell that this wasn't her place.

"What is this strange place?"

And then Mike walked to her face and said,

"Hi."

"AAAAHHHH!"

"AAAAHHHH!" Mike screamed back as he held up his hand. "Don't so that. I almost jumped out of my shell."

"It...has...three...fingers." April said before covering her face with the pillow and then kept repeating, "I'm asleep. I'm asleep. I'm asleep. I'm asleep."

She only stopped once to see if it wasn't real. But she still refused to believe that it is real.

"I am so asleep. I'm asleep. I'm asleep. I'm asleep. I'm asleep."

"Man, she's making me sleepy." Said Don.

"Hey, we don't much luck talking to humans besides Harry." Said Mike. "It's gonna take a little time."

"Hey." Raph said to April. "Why not you start with what you four know about Stockmen and his Mouser robots?"

"Well, I thought they were for clean up the cities rat problem. But then I got suspicious and...Oh no! I'm talking to it."

"What?" Leo asked.

"I'm talking to it. To you. Okay April. You're talking to a giant three fingered turtle. But the only logical explanation is that you're dreaming. So everything's okay. Hello."

"Hello...April." Said Harry. "How are you...doing?"

"Oh I'm fine. Everything's going great." Said April. Until, "AAHH!"

"Then perhaps you are ready to answer some questions." Splinter said as he walked over.

"Y-You. You're a," April couldn't finish because she passed out again.

"Boy. You sure have a way with the ladies Master Splinter." Said Harry. "I'm gonna try and nuch her."

"No." Said Raph. "I'll get her up."

"Raphael. No." Splinter said to him.

"Until then, I'll be on the Xbox." Harry said as pulled out Namco Museum.

"If you beat my high score I'll...uh...never mind." Mike said as he started to listen to music. "Get me when she wakes up."

"Now what do we do Albus?" McGonagall asked him.

"We'll just wait until she wakes up. Then we can explain to Harry who he really is."

"But Albus, she's a Muggle."

"And Mes. Hermione Granger over there is a Muggle Born witch from London. I trust her parents and April that they will not tell anyone our secret."

Turning back to Harry, he was about start a game of Pac-Man. Until,

"Hold on there." Said Hermione as she looked Mike's high score. "Is that the best score?"

"Try saying that to Mike."

"Well, I played some of those games once. Let me show you how a real gamer can do it."

With that said, Hermione grabbed the controller and pushed the start button.

"And there she goes again." Dan said to Emma. "Both the smartest kid in school and pro gamer."

Meanwhile, on the surface, it was only a normal day in the bank. Or at least it was. Until,

"Hey. What's that?"

"Earthquake!"

Inside the volt, the Mousers dug their way in and disabled all the cameras so no one can see what's going on. And the police didn't arrive until too late. The Mousers took everything in the volt and then made their way back.

Of course, Baxter saw his work done from his computer.

"Ha. These security measures are not match pitiful and an insult. Nothing can stand in the way of my consummate genius."

"How are you so good at this?" Harry asked as Hermione reached Level 256.

"It's all about patterns my friend." Hermione answered. Now she was just dying because she couldn't any farther in the game.

"No!" Mike shouted. "My score! I can't believe it. A girl beat by score!"

"Hey. Earth to Mike." Said Raph. "April woke up. Leo made her some tea and she might be ready to convince herself we're real."

"Awsomely radicle dude."

"You keep talking like that, she's gonna pass out again."

"I'm just saying."

April then took a sip of her tea. Everyone, the brothers, Splinter, Dumbledore, McGonagall, and the Granger's all gathered up to speak with her.

"I feel much better now." She said. "Ether this is a very long dream I keep not waking up from or this is the weirdest thing that's happened to me."

"Young woman. I should tell you we never revealed ourselves." Said Splinter. "My sons, you have placed us all in great danger."

"But Sensie, they were in trouble and we helped them." Said Harry. "Aren't you always teaching us to do the right thing?"

"As you grow older Harry, you will learn there are many ways to 'do the right thing'." Splinter answered. "I'm afraid there's no going back now. We my find ourselves at your mercy."

"Relax." Said Emma. "We'd never tell anyone about this."

"And I must agree too." Said Dumbledore. "Not ever other wizards would believe this."

"Yeah. We're unbelievable." Said Mike.

"Jeae where's your off switch?" Raph asked feeling annoyed.

"Hold on." Said Harry. "Wizards exist?"

"You don't know?" McGonagall asked him.

"The Dursley's. They didn't tell you who you are and how your parents died?" Dumbledore also asked.

"Them? They knew who I was the whole time?" Harry asked now. "All they did was treat me like garbage. Forcing me to do all work in the house and beet me up and sleep in a cupboard under the stairs. And all they said about my parents is that they died in a car crash. This is why I had to run away from them."

"A car crash?!" Dumbledore asked in anger. "A car crash killed Lily and James Potter?! It's an outrage! A scandal! I told Fudge those people are the worst Muggles ever!"

"Muggle?" Don asked.

"Non magic folk." Said Dumbledore. "When Cornelius Fudge became the british Minister of Magic, he thretened me to have Harry placed with the Dursley's against his parents will. I wanted Harry to be happy for who he is, but Fudge thought otherwise."

"And his parents will?" Splinter asked.

"I have it right here." McGonagall said as she handed Splinter a peace of paper.

With that said, Splinter took a look at the will. It said,

Sirius Black: Godfather

Remus Lupin: Good friend of ours

Amelia Bones: Head of the DMLE

Lisa Cornfoot: Good friend of ours

Alice Longbottom: God mother

Arthur Weasley: Good friend of ours

Albus Dumbledore: Magical guardien

Hamato Yoshi: Our muggle friend from Japan who is living in New York

If any of them are unavailable, please find a different place for him to stay. Also note that Harry must not and I repeat NOT be sent to the Dursley's as they hate everything to do with magic and only like everything that's normal. Also, Cornelius Fudge is not who he seams to be.

"Really?" Splinter asked. "Why do this to him if he knew about this?"

"He thought Harry would be safer with them." Said Dumbledore. "But he refused to believe that he wasn't safe at home."

"So that's why we put him there?" McGonagall asked. "Because of Fudge's orders?"

"Yes."

"So, if I'm a wizard, is Hermione a witch?" Harry asked.

"A Muggle Born witch to be exact." McGonagall answered.

"But you Harry have a right to know what really happened." Said Dumbledore. "Not all witches and wizards are good. Some of them good bad. One of them is the one who killed your parents and gave you that scar on your head. His name is Vol,"

"Albus." Said McGonagall "Please don't say that name."

"The great sage and ninja master, Kashi Harimora said that fear of the name only increases fear of the thing itself." Said Harry.

"That is true." Said Dumbledore. "His name is Voldemort. Many years ago, when Harry was a baby, Voldemort started to gather some followers and brought them to the dark side. Harry's parents fought against him. But no one lived when he decided to kill them. No one. Not one. Except Harry."

"Me?" He asked.

"This Voldemort tried to kill Harry?" Leo asked.

"Yes. Some say he died after that. Others such as myself believe he's still out there. But too weak to carry on. Harry is famous in the Wizarding World, because he is, The Boy Who Lived."

"I see." Said Harry. "But ninjas don't take fame. They always work in the shadows. When I ran away, Splinter took me in and told me how he and the turtles became who they are." With that said, Harry began to tell the story.

"And that's the story." Harry said concluding it. "And now my brothers are,"

"The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!" They shouted.

"Or something we all shout at once." Said Mike.

"Okay." Said Raph. "Rule number one. Ignore Mike. You lives will be a whole lot easier."

"And I promise." Said April. "I won't tell anyone."

"Same with us." Said Dan.

And then, Splinter looked deeply in their eyes before saying, "I believe you."

"Is this another lesson Master Splinter?" Harry asked. "How To Sens The Truth?"

"No. This is called, Trusting Your Gut."

"WHOA!" Hermione shouted as she looked at news channel.

"And the police were all taking action on the mysterious bank robbery preformed in brow daylight."

"Anyone wanna take a guess on what did this?" Mike asked as the screen showed a footprint.

"That's the footprint of a Mouser robot." Said Don.

"Mouser robot?" McGonagall asked.

"Robots are creatures made of metal." Said Harry. "Only a scientist knows how to build it. And the Mousers, we know who made those."

"Baxter Stockmen." Said Emma. "This is what we heard him talking about and saw on his computer. He's got the Mousers robing banks. April and I used to work for him. But when we got suspicious, he turned the Mousers on us. That's where all of you come in."

"He destroyed our old lair." Said Leo.

"Must have been one of his test runs." Said April.

"But that was our home." Said Mike.

"Now he's graduated to banks." Said Don.

"Well, what are we waiting for?" Raph asked. "We should get over to Stocktronics and put an end to those Mousers."

"It won't be easy." Said Dan. "Stocktronics is built with high tech security."

"That's no problem." Said Mike. "Aloue me to introduce our very own secret weapon. The techno turtle himself, Donatello. Take a bow Don."

"Aw. Cut it out."

"Can we go?" Raph bagged.

"I should say that Hermione also took a martle arts class." Said Emma. "And she's real good at it."

"Then I suggest she use this." Splinter said as he handed her a Bo Staff. "The Bo Staff. Only a ninja with intelligence can have to power of this weapon."

Back at Stocktronics, the Mousers were entering the main lab and just started departing all the funds from the bank. Baxter was pleased.

"Excellent! Excellent! The world is as they say, in my order. And aren't the girls lovely?"

However, his moment was over when he received a call.

"Guh! Now what?!"

Baxter then answered the call and on the other line was The Shredder.

"Dr. Stockmen."

"Make it quick. I'm very busy!"

"I am contacing you to verify that you are fulfilling your end of our bargain. And that you are on schedule."

Baxter really hated this. He then said, "I will not stand for any more idiotic interrogation! I've advanced the Mousers to the next stage and they are securing the funds from the banks as you requested! Can you grasp that simple concept?!

"Do not presume too much Dr. Stockmen. The price for failure will be quite...extreme."

Baxter then hanged up and said, "Imbecile."

April, Dan, Emma, and Hermione lead the brothers to the sewers under Stocktronics. From there, an alarm system was seen. April and Don made sure everyone stayed quiet and then both of them worked together to disable the alarm.

"Alarms in the sewers?" Mike asked. "Is this guy paranoid or what?"

"I wouldn't say he like that." Said Harry. "He just doesn't like anyone finding out his secrets."

"Can April and I have some quiet? This is deliced work." Said Don.

"Oooh. April and I. This is deliced work." Mike teased.

Once the alarm was down, the nine made their way into an air-vent. Two guards walked passed it in the hallway, but they waited until they were gone. And in front of them was a lab.

"There's a computer terminal in that lab." Said Emma. "Get me and April in and we'll create blank spots in security systems to get you through to Stockmen's main lab."

"Don't look now." Said Raph. "We already got a blank spot right here."

"Hey." Mike said taking offence.

Once the coast was clear, Raph took April and Emma to the lab and used his sie to unlock the door. Alouing all nine of them to enter. And now April and Emma began to work on the computer to wipe out the security.

"Okay, we're blocking the cameras at 10 second intervols." Said April. "So you got to keep moving."

"We'll be right back." Said Leo.

"Good luck." Said Dan. But of course, he didn't see they they already made their move. "These guys are good. Wait. Where's Hermione?"

"Slow down guys." Hermione said as she tried to catch up with them. "Boy, I never realized how fast turtles can be."

"I thought you were staying behind." Raph said to her.

"Now's not the time argue." Harry said as they got to Baxter's lab. "Too much noise can reveal the ninjas presents."

Leo was gonna say the same thing. But Harry beat him to it. it didn't matter though. Even though Harry's younger than them, Leo relayed on him as his co-leader.

"Guys, my turtle sense is tingling." Said Mike.

And then, the door closed behind them and light showed up in front of them. Baxter was there on the platform.

"Intruders?! Here's to steal my secrets?! You'll leave here with nothing! Not even your lives!" He shouted. And he can see the brothers on his screen. But he didn't know Hermione was there. "What on earth are you? I suppose I'll have to dissect you to find out."

And then, Baxter pointed some lasers at them and fired them. Acting quick, the brothers moved out of the way and made sure Hermione didn't get hit.

"This is why you should listen to your parents." Leo said to her.

"I wanted to help." Said Hermione.

"Then maybe you can help me take control of those things." Said Don.

Hermione watched as Don used his Staff to fling himself up to one of the lasers and took control of it. With that, Hermione gave it a go and made on one of the lasers.

"How do you do this?" She asked Don.

"Simple. Watch." Don then pointed the laser he's on at the others and used it to blow them up.

"You should know, Just because I'm a Know-It-All doesn't mean I'm also good at machines."

"Okay. Just open that hatch over there and pull the wires out."

Doing as Don said, Hermione opened the lid and pulled the wires out and then fell off. Don then quickly got her away before the laser exploded.

Baxter still didn't see her though. Not until she was getting closer to him.

"Wait a minute. Is that Hermione?"

"Harry, Slingshot." Raph said to him.

Harry quickly ran to Raph and did the slingshot. Baxter gasped as Harry got onto the platform and used his swords to smash the glass. Alouing the others to follow him up.

"Your rain of terror is over Stockmen!" Harry said to him.

"Hermione. You can't really be alive."

"But she is." Said a voice.

And not just any voice. April, Dan, and Emma all arrived by the elevator and stepped out.

"April. Emma. Dan. You're all alive."

"And kicking." Said Emma. "We've got enough evidence to put you away for years!"

However, Baxter then pushed a button on the control panel. Witch got Raph to grab hold of him.

"That's enough!"

"Too late Fool." Said Baxter. "I've recalled the Mousers from their latest mission. They'll tare you limb by limb."

"We'll have to shut the whole system down." April said Emma and Don.

"You're doomed. Listen."

Baxter was right. The Mousers were coming. All of them. While they weren't looking, Baxter made a dash to the elevator. Until Mike saw him doing.

"Hey. He's getting away." Mike said as Baxter already got in the went up.

"Let him go." Said Raph. "We got bigger problems."

"It's not responding." Emma said. "Baxter must have a program to make sure it only responds to him."

"Well, at least we'll go down fighting." Said Harry.

"I don't want to go out at all." Said Mike.

"No." Said April. "Is has to work."

April worked as fast as she could, but the Mousers were faster. All of them were not surrounded by them.

"Well, at least I had fun with you Dad." Hermione said to Dan.

"I know. Just promise me you'll stay out of trouble in the after life."

"It's been fun with you guys as well." Leo said to his brothers.

"Even me Leo." Mike asked.

"Even you Mike. Especially you Raph."

April was not giving up yet. After one last go, she managed to get the Mousers to stop. All of them. As they stopped, Harry poked one of them with his sword. It didn't move.

"Hey. It worked." Said Don.

"Great job April." Said Emma. "I know you had it in you."

"Uh...guys. I didn't shut them down." April said to them.

"They look shut down to me." Said Hermione.

"The only way I could stop them was by initiating an overload sequence."

The moment April said that, the Mousers started to beep and smoke. Meaning they are overloading.

"Then in other words, Let's get out of here!" Hermione shouted.

With that said, all of them made their way off the platform and ran back the way they came. Just in time for the Mousers to explode and cause the whole place to go down.

"I got them. I got them all!" Baxter said as he ran to the front door.

But then, he ended up crashing on something and fell to the floor. Looking up, there was huge strong man with blond hair and a black tank top. On his left arm was the three towed dragon foot tattooed on him and on his right arm was the Purple Dragon symbol for he is their true leader.

"You!" Baxter scarfed. "What do you want Hun?!"

"Trouble Dr. Stockmen?" Hun asked him.

"Trouble? No. Everything's going exactly as I planed."

But Hun wasn't buying it and grabbed Baxter on his shirt.

"Well, perhaps you'd like to explain this plane to Master Shredder."

"Let me go you brainless muscle bound idiot! Let me go!" Baxter demanded as Hun dragged him away.

Later that nigh in the lair, the news was reporting the events of what happened last night.

"And the police are stunned at the destruction of Stocktronics and the sodden disappearance of Dr. Baxter Stockmen."

"What will you do now April? And you too Emma." Dumbledore asked them. "You are most likely out of a job."

"Well, I'm not exactly sure about what I'll do." Said April.

"I guess I'll go back to being a dentist." Said Emma. "For Dan and I own our own dental office in London."

"I see." Said McGonagall. "What is a dentist?"

"A person who takes care of someones teeth." Harry answered.

"So," Splinter said to Harry. "Do you plane to go this school my son?"

"If it'll help me with my magic, I except the offer."

"Me too." Said Hermione.

"Very well then." Said Dumbledore.

"On one condition." Said Splinter. "I wish for Harry to return on weekends to catch up on his training. Also, I think his brothers would like to go with him."

"That won't be a problem." Said Dumbledore. "We'll teach Harry how to apparate form here and there. Just so you know, apparation is like teleporting."

"Really?" Don asked.

"Man, I'm already starting to like magic." Said Raph.

"Okay then." Said Emma. "Hermione can go as well."

"Then can also come here on weekends?" She asked.

"Only if you want to." Said Dan.

"Cheers to the new team." Leo said as he got tea for everyone.

"Yeah!" Most of them shouted. Except Splinter, McGonagall, and Dumbledore.

Meanwhile, at The Shredder's fortres, Baxter was explaining everything that happened.

"So, as you can see, the whole thing was clearly a miner setback. But with your continued funding, the research can continue. I'll be back at work...say...tomorrow morning."

Of course, Shredder wasn't gonna let this go unpunished.

"You must pay the price for failure Dr. Stockmen."

Before Baxter knew it, Hun grabbed him and dragged him out of the room. Just in time for Technicians to arrive.

"We have the image you requested Master."

"Ah. The last remaining image the Mouser robots recorded." Shredder said.

A Mouser head was hooked up on a holographic projector. And when it turned on, it showed an image of Harry and the turtles.

"So, these are the once responsible for this!" Shredder said as he slashed the screen.
