Padma's point of view:

My name is Padma Patil. Right now, my friend Donatello is leaning how long a turtle can hold his breath underwater. A strange cannon is messing up the east river in New York. Don says if it keeps up, the whole port will crumble into the water. I'd be fasenated by the muggle technology. If I wasn't in the middle of a ninja battle.

It was only a week after Harry had returned to New York with his friends and brothers. But now was their second week returning to the lair. It was night time at the moment. All 10 of them were seen skating across the sewers. Such as Mike and Stephen on skateboards.

"We are the Alpha Dogs. The master and gods of the hath-pipes." Mike and Stephen said together.

"Who needs hath-pipe?" Raph asked as he and Neville were seen on roller-skates.

"We've got a full-pipe." Neville said as he and Raph made a loopdy loop across the pipe.

"Well we don't need pipes." Padma said as she and Luna showed up on unicycles.

Not too far away from them, Don, Hermione, Leo, and Harry were showing up. Don and Hermione were on bikes as Leo and Harry were on scooters. Just as they got to the lair.

"Going for airitood." Don and Hermione said as they went up a ramp and pilled off a kicking heal before landing with bunny hops.

By then, Leo and Harry also went up the ramp and then grinded on Don's lab table.

"Going for grindetood. Woohoo!" They shouted.

As the ten of them were enjoying their skating, Master Splinter was seen walking out of the kitchen with tea and muffins.

"Excuse us Sensie." Harry and Leo said as they passed him.

"Watch your tail Sensie!" Padma and Luna shouted.

Knowing their warning, Splinter quickly lifted up his tail before Padma and Luna ended up running it over.

"Heads up Sensie!" Don and Hermione shouted. "No! Down!"

Splinter then ducked his head as the two passed over him. After he placed his tray on the coffee table and poored his tea into his cup, he spotted Raph and Neville showing up and quickly jumped out of the way.

"Nice recovery Sensie." They said to him.

"Kids." Splinter sighed as he was about to grab one of his muffins. Only for Mike and Stephen to snatch both of them.

"Hey. Thanks Sensie." They said to him.

"Extream geaze!"

Splinter sat down on the arm sofa and and switched on the TV. Only for the whole lairs power to go out.

CRASH!

All of them, Harry and his friends and the turtles, had bumped into each other.

"Nice wiring job Don!" Raph shouted at him.

"I ganitean it's not my wiring." Don replied. "It's a black out."

"Maybe." Said Stephen. "Can you get your foot off of me?"

By then, Splinter lit up a candle.

"Whoa!" Leo shouted. "Keep that flame away from Mike. He just scarfed down a whole Chilly Pizza for dinner."

"Clearly there is a power failier. I suggest you all investigate and see if it can be fixed."

"We're all over it." Stephen said as he and the others grabbed and set up their skating gear and made their way.

"And hurry up." Splinter said as they got to the door. "I do not wish to miss my favorite program."

On the suffes, the team was exploring the side of the city they were in from the top of a water tower.

"You know, I don't think Splinter meant we should investigate this far." Said Leo.

"You can never be to thero. Especially when it come to top side time." Said Raph.

"Wow. This whole side of the city is dark." Said Luna. "The Quibbler lists many creatures that like to rome around in the dark."

"I think a substation went out." Said Hermione.

"This isn't right." Said Harry. "Shouldn't there be an emergency back up generator or something?"

"Yeah. It's completely dark down there." Said Neville.

"Then I know what we should do next." Said Stephen.

All of them pulled out their skating gear and began to grind down a stairway rail from an office building.

"This is fun and all. But do you think it's safe?" Harry asked. "Someone could see us."

"That's the fun about it Harry." Said Padma. "Nobody can see us. It's too dark out here."

"Get with the programe bro." Said Mike. "This is a once in a life time obritunety to get some serfis to rain."

Just then, Don and Hermione showed up with seairous looks on their faces.

"Look at this." Said Hermione.

A team of ninjas were seen climbing a rope up to an open window at the museum of national history. The team quickly ran over and hid themselves behind a bush as they watched them make their way.

"We fought those guys two days before I knew I was a wizard." Said Harry.

"Yeah. And we nearly got waxed." Said Don.

"Who's up for some pay back?" Raph asked.

"Then this might be a good chance for Neville and Luna and Stephen and Padma to try out their weapons." Said Leo.

Inside the museum in the achent Japanese exibit, the ninjas walked over to display case with a sword inside. One of the ninjas used a glass cutter to open it up as another put on a metal glove and was about to grab it.

But before he could, the team had arrived and Leo tossed a throwing star at the side of the case. Making the ninja enemy stop and turn to them.

"Gift shop's on the third floor boys." He said to them. "But they don't play kindly to shop lifters. And neather do we."

The enemy ninjas pulled out their weapons the one with the metal glove tried to get the sword again. Only for Raph to stop him with another throwing star.

"Now before you make off with the goods, you might wanna consider a few things." He said. "1, you're out numbered. 2, don't let the pretty faces and children fool you. We're tougher than we look."

Unfortently, more enemy ninjas showed up from the skylight.

"And 3, we're about to get ourselves seariously hammered." Said Stephen.

By then, the team found themselves surounded as the enemy ninjas pulled out their weapons. Until the team got out their own weapons. Neville had Num-chucks like Mike. Stephen had Sies like Raph. Padma had a pare of hardwood Tonfas. And Luna had a pare of Kamas.

One of the enemy ninjas tried to hit Leo with a wooden pull. Only for him to dodge and slice it in hath. Only for the ninja to push buttons on both sides and reveal added knifes. Leo quickly took note and turned around to make the knifes hit his shell and snap them apart before kicking the enemy ninja onto another one.

"Saved by the shell." He said.

"Check it out." Stephen said as he pulled out his skateboard and Raph got out his rollerskates.

"Blades and blades." Said Raph.

One of the ninjas tried to get them. Only for them to jump over him and make his sword brake one of the glass pots.

"You brake it, you buy it." Said Stephen.

"And speaking of buying it." Neville said as he skated over and kicked another ninja onto a symble.

BANG!

Another one was about to go for Don and Hermione. Only for them to pull out their bikes and charge onto him and knock him onto a ninja armer.

"Charge!" Padma and Luna shouted as they knocked over some of the ninjas on their unicycles.

"Charge!" Hermione also shouted as she went on her bike at full speed and used her staff to knock a ninja onto another pot.

"Woohoo! Bowling for ninjas." Mike said as he and Stephen used their skateboards to charge at the ninjas and knocked them onto each other.

"Strike!" Stephen shouted.

However, a ninja with a chained Kama had whapped the chain on his arm and pulled him over to him.

"Heads up!" He shouted as he jumped off of his skateboard and it hit the ninja on his belly and knocked him out.

"Way to pick up that spare Stephen." Mike said as he ripped off the three toed dragon foot symbol on the enemy ninjas uniform. "And a trophy to boot."

"A little help here?" Leo and Harry asked they were only using their Katanas against the ninjas and not their scooters.

"We're on it!" The other shouted as they made their way over to Leo and Harry.

However, as Harry and Leo kept on going, the enemy ninjas saw the others coming and quickly moved away.

"Look out!"

But Harry and Leo were too late. All of them had bumped into each other as they fell to the floor.

"I sense a teamwork training section in our future." Said Mike.

"Double time. They're getting away." Harry said as the ninja began to escape through the skylight.

However, the ninja with the metal glove returned and grabbed the sword in the display case. He tried to rejoin the others, only for the team to show up in front of him.

"Just put the sword back and we'll call it a draw." Said Stephen.

However, the enemy ninja got the sword to spark and light up for some reasone. Before the team knew it, a shockwave came out of it and sent all 10 of them onto their backs. Just before he made his escape.

"How about 2 out of 3?" Mike asked.

"What was that sword?" Hermione asked as well.

"Hold that thought." Said Harry. "The police are coming."

"Next time, use your own magic." Said Leo.

Without another word, the team made their escape before the cops arrived.

Back in the lair, the power was back on as the team showed the dragon foot to Master Splinter.

"What does the symbol mean Master Splinter?" Leo asked.

"Trouble."

"You know something about those ninjas?" Stephen asked. "Where do they come from? Who do they work for? And what do they want with a magic sword."

"Nope." Said Don. "Magic only exists in the wizarding world. That sword was more likely a self perpetuating oscillation frequency generator."

"In English please?" Mike asked.

"It packs a shockwave that'll knock you flat on your shell."

"We gotta go after these creeps." Said Raph.

"No." Said Splinter. "A wise ninja does not seek out an enemy he does not truly understand."

"But Sensei." Said Harry. "Bushido demands that we fight for honor and justise and,"

"Bushido also demands that you honor your masters wishes." Splinter said as he went to his room. "I will meditate upon this matter farther. Good night."

"Great. Undergrounded again." Said Mike.

"Hey." Don said as he went to his computer.

"What are you doing Brainiack?" Raph asked.

"There's more than one way to seek out your enemy." Don said as he got to work.

In the Foot Ninja headquarters, the Shredder was just now entering his thrown room. Ready to begin the training section for his students as he removed the top layer of his robe.

One of the students pulled out his Katana and tried to attack him. Only for him to kick him away. Another tried to whap a chain around him. But he dodged that as he kicked away more students.

Just then, Hun entered with a whapped up sword.

"Ah. Hun. One moment." Saki said to him.

All the students then charged at him. But no matter what they did, Saki kept getting the better of them as he grabbed one of their swords and used it against the last standing student. Until he kicked him onto the floor. Ending the section.

After all that, the Shredder went and placed the top layer of his robe back on.

"I trust you bring good news." He said to Hun.

"Indeed I have." Hun said as he removed the sheat on top of the sword.

"The Sword of Tangu." He said as he grabbed it. "Still just as podent after all these years."

Then he moved it in front of a ninja armer and made the sword glow.

"And still able to locate other artifacts that shell it's unice origen. Yes. This sword will help me track down those I have been hunting for all these years. Hun. Bring in a tech division team. Tell them to prosead with Phase 2."

The next day, the team was still hanging out in the lair. Mike was on the couch eating some chips while reading one of his Superman comics.

"What's up with the big cheese?" He asked as he looked at Splinter's room. "He's been zoning in there all day."

"It's that ninja symbol." Said Harry. "It's got Sensei all weirded out."

"Enough waiting around!" Stephen shouted. "I say we hit top side, kick ninja butt, take ninja names, and found out the whole ninja story for ourselves!"

Stephen then kicked off the head of Raph's training dummy and made it fly onto Mike's chips.

"Whoa! Remind me to never get on your bad side Stephen." He said. "You're just like Raph when you're angry."

"Never mind Stephen." Said Leo. "Nobody's going anywhere."

"Hey guys!" Hermione shouted.

"Check this out!" Don also shouted.

By then, everyone else ran to the lab to find out what Don and Hermione were saying.

"Don and I hacked into the power companies computer system." Said Hermione. "There's another blackout over by the south stream seaport."

"I smell a rat. And I don't mean Splinter." Said Raph.

The team was about to make their way to the seaport to investigate. But,

"Hold on guys." Said Harry. "We stay put on Splinter's orders."

"He said don't go after the ninjas." Said Raph. "He didn't say anything about not investigating power failiers."

"Great. I have a few new sevalince toys I wanna test." Don said as he and the others made their way out.

"Guys! Wait!" Harry shouted. "It's tough being leaders."

"You said it." Said Leo.

Unknown to them, Splinter was watching them leave to investigate the power failier.

On a bridge that was near the south stream seaport, the team was seen at the top as they looked at the city.

"Total blackout. Just like last night." Said Raph.

"But this time, I came prepared." Don said as he pulled out a set of goggles. Only for Mike to grab it and put it on.

"Awesome. Total turtle vision." He said.

"Night vision actually." Don said as he took the goggles back and used them to look around.

"How do we suvale such a large area?" Harry asked.

"I came prepared for that to." Don said as he pulled a lever on the back of his shell and revealed a gladder. "I've been dying to test this puppy out."

"You mean you haven't tested it yet?" Neville asked.

"Dude, how can he test a flying machine in the sewers?" Stephen asked as well.

"We'll stay in touch via shell-cell. I've worked out all the theoretical aerodynamics." Don said as he made a run for the the ledge. "It's actually full PROOF! WHOA-HO HO!"

It was working. Don was flying.

"What is it? Don Proof?" Raph asked.

"Don? Don?" Hermione kept on asking.

"I'm okay Hermione. No problem." Don answered.

Until he saw that he was about to hit a side of the bridge but quickly moved out of the way.

"Just forgot to compenstate the wind drag on my bo staff."

Don continued to make his way across the river. Until,

"Guys." He said as he saw some vibrations of a shockwave hitting the water. "I'm picking up something strange down by the river."

"What is it?" Harry asked.

"It looks like they're searching for something under the water."

"Who's searching?" Neville asked.

Don zoomed his cammra in closer and saw who it was. It was a pare of scienticts with the dragon foot on them.

"It's our ninja buddies again. And they have that sword they stole rigged up to some vibrational cannon. I'm over Pair 16."

"We're on our way." Hermione said as she and the others ran to the docks.

"I'm going in for a closer," Before Don could finish, he ended up flying into the shockwave and made him fly out of control. "WAAAAAHHHHH!"

"He's out of control." Said Luna.

"Mayday! Mayday! I'm going down!"

And then, SPLASH! He fell into the water.

"Don! Can you hear me?!" Harry shouted on his shell-cell. "Say something bro!"

By then, Don emerged from the water spitting out what ended up in his mouth.

"That water stinks. And this is coming from a turtle who lives in the sewers."

"He made it!" Neville and Luna cheared.

"Come on." Padma said as she and the others ran to Pair 16.

"We have visual on the cannon." Said Harry. "I can see two guys for now. But that means the others have to be hiding."

Just then, the ninja enemies showed up from the ship next to them.

"I hate it when you're right Harry." Said Mike.

By then, they all pulled out their weapons and shouted,

"It's ninja time!"

All of them worked together to take out the enemy ninjas. By then, Neville pulled out his new wand he managed to get after the turtles and Harry told his gran that he needed a new one to make magic easy for him. Cherry. Unicorn hair. 13 inches.

"Flipendo!"

The spell he casted was the knockback jinx which sent the ninja in front of him down on his back and another into the river.

"Man this is too easy with magic." He said. "Maybe for now I should stick to ninja basics."

By then, they ended up bringing the battle onto the ship. Just as Don climbed out of the water. Two of the enemy ninjas went in to attack him. But using his staff, he knocked them both into the river. Just before he went to join the others on the ship.

Stephen was climbing up a net to a platform on top. Until one of the ninjas showed up and used his kama to cut the net and made him fall.

Of course, he managed to use his sie to stop himself from hitting the bottom.

"I hate it when that happens." He said to himself.

Meanwhile, the tech divisions at the cannon had found a metal body down at the bottom of the river.

"We found what we're looking for." One said on a com radio. "Bring in aerial support."

"Avast you scurvy sea dogs!" Mike said as he acted like he was a pirate. "Shiver me timbers and blow me down!"

Until he ended up backing up to the wall.

"Uh. About the whole blow me down thing."

Just when the ninjas were about to attack, asail fell on them. Making Mike look up to see Leo and Harry.

"Thanks bros."

By then, a helecoptor flew in and sent out a claw as it went and grabbed the metal body.

Raph and Stephen were seen next to the rather. As Raph managed to take down many of the ninjas, One of them rapped a chain around Stephen's leg and sent him over the ledge. Just as another jumped below him and was about to attack.

"Who says I never cut you a brake?" Harry asked as he swang on a rope and cut the chain. Making Stephen fell onto the ninja below him.

"Not the brightest joke but I'll take it." He said.

"Stupefy!" Hermione shouted as she cast the stunning jinx on many of the ninjas. Just before taking out her staff and hitting the other ninjas.

Using her staff, she knocked two of them into the life boat. Making it heavy enough for them both to fall into the water.

"Well done guys." Said Harry. "I think this team work effort gets a most improved."

"School's not out yet." Hermione said as she saw the chopper. "Look at that chopper over there."

"What's up with Barnacle Bill?" Stephen asked as the chopper had then got the metal body into it.

"Whatever it is, It can't be good." Said Raph.

With that said, the team ran as fast as they could to the cannon.

By then, the tech divisions turned off the cannon as the water splashed back into place. One of them grabbed the metal glove as the other went and opened up the case. Until the team arrived.

"Now boys." Harry said as he and Leo showed up in front of them. "There's a small matter of stolen property we need to discusse."

The tech divisions gasped as they tried to run away. Only for Hermione and Padma and Luna and Don and Raph to show up as well.

"Dudes. You really shouldn't be playing with such dangerous toys." Said Padma.

They ran again. Until Mike and Neville and Stephen showed up.

"He's right you know." Said Neville.

One of them pulled out a laser and fired it at Mike. But he dodged it in time. He was about to fire again. But when he did, Hermione ran in and kicked him. Making the laser fire at the cannons control panel. Making the Pair shake as the cannon went out of control.

"It's over loading.I can't control it." One of them said as he tried to stop it but failed.

"Who cares? We're leaving." The other said as the chopper flew by.

And then when it arrived, they both grabbed on and climbed in.

"They're getting away!" Stephen shouted.

"Let them go." Said Raph. We've got bigger problems with the cannon."

As the chopper flew away, the cannon moved and fired the shockwave onto the docks. Making the ground crack.

"This is not good at all." Said Hermione.

"Don. Hermione. Can you shut it off?" Leo asked them.

"Well we could disconnect the sword from the accelerator. But crossing the power terminator could result in a feedback loop that might,"

"Whatever Don." Said Harry. "Meantime let's try and point this thing away from civilization."

The other went and pushed the cannon as hard as they can. But no matter how hard they pushed, it won't move.

Just then, a police chopper was seen heading their way.

This is the police! You at the pier! Stay where you are!"

"Hurry guys!" Stephen shouted. "We're about to become America's most wanted wizards and reptiles!"

"Almost there." Hermione said as she conected two wires together. "Uh oh!"

And then, the cannon began to spin around.

"We gotta stedy this thing." Said Padma.

Harry quickly grabbed a fallen pull next to him and walked to the cannon. And very carefully, he aimed and then slammed it into the cannon and jammed it from moving. It was pointing away from the ground. But it still had to be turned off.

Hermione tried to grab it. But it chocked her.

"Ouch!"

"Try this." Harry said as he gave her the metal glove.

Without thinking, Hermione put the glove on and grabbed the sword and removed it from the cannon. But the moment she did, the cannon began to shake and overload.

"Let's get out of here!" She shouted.

The team quickly ran off the pier as the cannon made it claps and fall into the water and then explode with a wave and light emerging form the water.

"What a very odd light show." Said Luna.

"And here's another one we don't want to be part of." Neville said as the police chopper was getting closer.

With that said, the team quickly ran away before the police spotted them.

Back in the lair, the team showed the sword to Splinter as he held it with the glove on.

"The design is unmistakably 11th century Japanese. But the metal is unlike anything I have ever seen. Clear there is more to this sword than meets the eye. Best it remains out of the wrong hands."

With that said, he put the sword next to Don's computer.

At Foot HQ, Shredder spoke to the Tech Divisions who had retreaved the body now in a display case and lost the sword.

"For a long time. Longer than you can possible imagine. My enemies have managed to elude me. Here at last is proof of their presence in this city. And all it cost me was The Sword of Tengu!"

"Master. There were extenuating circumstances. These four strange creatures and these six children. They cam out of nowhere."

"Were these the creatures and one of the children you saw?" Shredder asked as he showed them the picture of the turtles and boy.

"Oh yes."

"That will be all."

With that said, the Tech Divisions began to leave. Only for Hun to show up and grab them.

When they left, Shredder saw a small dot on the picture of the boy. He went and grabbed a microscope to look at it. Once he put the picture down and looked through the microscope, the dot became clear. It was in the shape of a lightning bolt on the boys head.

"I should have known!" He said in anger. "Harry Potter!"
