Several of Vladimir's security guards began taking cover and firing. Paul picked off a guard standing near a garage. Monique and Wallace fired in unision killing 3 more guards who ran out the front of the house. Vladimir took aim from the second floor balcony and fired his rifle striking Ventura in the left shoulder.
"You motherfucker!" Ventura yelled falling to the ground.
"Shite" MacDougall ran over to Ventura to assess the wound.
"I'm fine brother dont worry about me" Ventura said getting back up and returning fire.
Vladimir continued firing at Monique and Paul but missed. Wallace shot 3 more guards.
"Alright enough of this" MacDougall got in his car and charged through the gate firing his machine guns and taking out several guards.
"There he is" Vladimir said.
Vladimir ran downstairs and saw a wounded guard limping inside.
"Sir.. MacDougall's outside"
"I know he is imbecile" Vladimir said shooting the guard, finishing him off.
"Useless moron" He coldly said.
Vladimir made it to his garage and got in his Porsche.
"Time to see what this can do" he said turning on the car and driving out through the door.
Vladimir activated the machine guns and fired at the operatives as they ran to their cars. MacDougall fired at the Porsche with the bullets doing almost no damage. Paul, and Monique made it to their cars as Wallace and Ventura took cover behind a wall. Vladimir rammed MacDougall slightly denting his car. Paul fired a barrage of EMP missiles at Vladimir but missed. Wallace got in MacDougall's car and Ventura in Paul's as Vladimir began driving away. MacDougall fired at Vladimir but the bullets did almost no damage. Paul tried to do a pit maneuver but Vladimir hit his nos.
"Dammit, that bastards got cheater's juice" Paul cursed.
"And of course the CIA didn't think to add any to our cars" MacDougall said.
Police cars began to follow them but they were quickly blown up by Vladimir. As the chase went on Martinov who was alerted arrived in his Murcielago.
"He won't get away that easily" Martinov said sideswiping Vladimir who began losing control. Paul using his experience as a RPD officer ordered the other operatives to surround Vladimir and box him. Vladimir however caught on and tried to run Paul off the road. MacDougall locked on to Vladimir and fired an EMP missile hitting Vladimir.
"Dammit" Vladimir yelled, as he fired a missile at Monique but missed blowing up a parked car. Some of Vladimir's men joined in but were also quickly dispatched by MacDougall's missiles.
Vladimir got close to Monique and rammed her off the road and into an oncoming Red Escalade occupied by 4 of Vladimir's men. Both cars were totaled but thanks to the features of Monique's Subaru she survived.
"Monique noo" MacDougall yelled.
"I'll go check on her you go ahead of me" Paul said stopping.
Now angry MacDougall fired from his machine gun at Vladimir non stop.
"I'll use up all the bullets if I have to" He yelled.
Paul and Ventura got out guns drawn and shot the men in the Escalade and went to check on Monique.
"You alright sweetheart?" Ventura asked.
Monique's entire front end was smashed in, it didnt take a genius to know her car was no longer drivable. She climed out through the window as her door was stuck, leaving her with a minor cut on her leg.
"Yes..Yes I am, and don't call me sweetheart" Monique answered.getting up, her hair messed up.
Ventura radioed to MacDougall to tell him Monique was fine.
"Excellent, we're still tailing the bastard" MacDougall said swerving to avoid a pedestrian.
Vladimir deployed a spike belt which MacDougall narrowly avoided before countering with an EMP which hit the back of Vladimir's Porsche.
"I think he's losing speed, keep firing" Wallace said.
Vladimir deployed another spike belt causing Martinov to spin out and hit a pole.
"Oi Paul, check on Martinov, he crashed" MacDougall radioed.
Paul stopped to render assistance to Martinov.
"I think I broke my arm" Martinov complained holding his left arm.
MacDougall fired a missile blowing up 3 of Vladimir's guards who tried to intercept him. MacDougall sideswiped Vladimir causing him to flip and roll 4 times totaling the Porsche. MacDougall and Wallace approached with their guns drawn.
"OUT OF THE BLOODY CAR NOW!!" MacDougall yelled.
"Nice and easy asshole" Wallace said.
Vladimir crawled out and tried to stand but fell down coughing up blood. He was bleeding from his head and mouth. MacDougall grabbed Vladimir by by his shirt.
"Your brother, where is he?"
"I don't.. I don't know..."
"Don't lie to us" Wallace said.
MacDougall shook Vladimir.
"Where is he dammit? Answer me or I'll finish you off" MacDougall said pulling out his Colt and pressing it to Vladimir's head.
"Rockport he went to Rockport to rebuild" Vladimir said weakly.
Vladimir lost consciousness due to his injuries. Ventura and Paul arrived with Martinov and Monique. Police secured the scene and Vladimir and Martinov were taken to the hospital. The operatives returned to their safehouse to rest.
Kandinsky's Penthouse, Downtown Rockport. 11 PM
Kandinsky had got out rhe shower and dressed in his sleepwear when his phone rang, it was Hernandez.
"Yes Mr. Hernandez" Kandinsky answered.
"Tim, got bad news. Your brother Vlad's in a coma, the EOA hit him and his boys at his house" Hernandez explained.
"What happened?! the car he used was supposed to be nearly indestructible!" Kandinsky yelled.
"Yeah but they still can be destroyed if dealt enough damage. Apparently he crashed and wasnt wearing a seatbelt, and the car is completely totaled"
"Unbelievable, and what about Mr. Seung?"
"MIA still, hasn't been seen since this morning but I'm pretty sure he's still alive, I gotta but I'll keep you posted if I find out anything" Hernandez said hanging up.
Kandinsky retired to his room for the night and headed to bed.
