"Mister Kaiba, your boyfriend is here with his little friend, should I send them up?" the lady at the front desk calls over the intercom towards the CEO from Kaiba Corporation. A grumble allows the two friends to come to his office.

Joey knows he can just walk up and walk inside Kaiba's office, but since he bumped into a crying and very upset Yugi he thought it was the best to let the lady at the desk call for Kaiba first. In bypassing he asks Roland for water a first aid kit, and a coldpack and if he can deliver that as soon as possible to Kaiba's office.

He also knows better not to interfere in Yugi's love life, but his boyfriend made him pissed off enough to just ignore it, especially when Yugi cried out he never wanted to date ever again. He knows Yugi has a hard time to figure what kind of a guy knows what Yugi needs, and it's obvious Yugi lost the trust in men besides his friends.

When entering Kaiba's office Kaiba already stands next to the couch, a disposable camera in his hand ready to take pictures of the bruises Yugi received. He gestures towards Joey to lay Yugi down on the couch were he starts taking pictures from Yugi's cheek and black eye, next he orders Joey to help Yugi out of his button up.

Joey gasps, Yugi has a bruise on his small arm that obvious shows where he was roughly held like his ex-boyfriend wanted to break the bone, next he sees a size 12 shoe implanted on his little friends back. Joey swears softly by seeing this, having trouble to keep himself in check.

"Pup, go call Sennen, I think he is the best for this case." Kaiba says softly almost sweetly. But the two young men know Kaiba is pissed just as much as when someone dares to hurt his little brother. Joey nods and walks to the phone were he starts a private conversation with this Sennen person and Kaiba is patching Yugi up.

"He will be here in 5 I also told the receptionist to cancel your appointments for today." Joey says when he walks back to the couch, Kaiba nods and realises he needs more than what he saw on the web so he looks towards Yugi who hands him the phone. Kaiba sees it's still voice recording and smirks, he sends the recording to his email and hands Yugi the phone back.

A half bottle of water later and a little more crying from the youngest male in the room makes them look up when a knock sounds on the door and directly after it opens up reviling a guy who looks to die for in Yugi's eyes.

Crimson locking with amethyst briefly before the crimson eyed guy turns his look to Kaiba. "What was so important that couldn't wait until our next meeting cousin?" he asks bashful making Yugi softly giggle behind his hand.

"Roland told me some worrying films were running on the web over The King of Games and how his boyfriend beats him up when he broke apart from him over an hour ago. I know this young man is a very devoted boyfriend and he is the BFF of my boyfriend but also a dear friend to me, I hope you can help me with this case."

"Kaiba no, I can never re-"

"Dare finish that line Muto, the mutt over there made me crazy over how terrible your boyfriend was and how he only wanted you for the prize money, he hurt us by hurting you which makes it my case!"

Yugi sees he needs to accept help, with Scot, his boyfriend made him lose all his savings thank Ra his prize money is on a bank account he cannot reach until he becomes 25, a decision he and his grandfather both took so he had a nice head start to begin with when he went to move on his own.

"Yugi the man in front of you is Atem Sennen, my cousin and lawyer from Kaiba Corp, I hope he is willing to take your case and maybe even a friendship between the two of you will occur. Sennen you know where to find your office, I already send you the films they made today plus a voice audio to your e mail, I also made sure the films already are removed from the web and blocked for those who is willing to place them again. All costs you need for this case will go by me. Now out, I need to talk to the pup."

The crimson eyes male gestures to Yugi to follow him, sending the young man a reassuring smile, when he locked eyes with the young male for a brief moment he knew this boy is a angel fallen from heaven, he needs help to fix his broken wings. And he knows, he will be that person.

The door closes and the two man walk to a different office, Joey turns to Kaiba. "Why him Kaiba?" he asks, Joey knows the guy as a real flirt but knows his where his boundaries are.

"Because he is just the guy for Yugi, and maybe the two of them can finally settle, besides, my cousin wanted to meet Yugi for a long time, now seemed to be the perfect opportunity." Kaiba explains his boyfriend pushing him down on the couch. "Now, since you cancelled all my appointments, why not making use of the free time hmm?" he says attacking his boyfriends lips……….

Atem opens the door of his office and gestures to let Yugi in first, the younger hesitates at first until he hears a loud bang and sounds like moaning making him creep out and practically running inside. Yes Yugi knows the concept of sex, even gay sex, but he is still a virgin, he didn't never touched himself to get rid of the unpleasant feeling when he sees a male attractive enough for him.

Both males sit on a chair, and while booting his laptop he secretly looks to the younger male, the younger looks around, seeing the pictures of a younger Atem standing in front of the pyramids in the sands of Egypt, and two people who look like a king and a queen.

"My place of birth, and that are my parents, they were tourist entertainers pretending to be pharaoh and his queen, I never wanted to join them because I wanted to become a lawyer." The crimson eyed male says softly with an obvious fondness in his voice. "Do you want something to drink before we start?"

"What about Joey? When I'm here he always takes me home."

"Don't worry, if they are out I personally make sure you will return home safe. Now drink?"

"I'd love the hot chocolate they fix over here."

Atem chuckles, and asks over the intercom for two hot chocolates, like mister Muto enjoys them. When Yugi hears that he smiles. "I'm always willing to try the taste of my client's favourite drink mister Muto, I don't know about you, but I don't enjoy formalities unless the client is a nasty person, if you wish you are allowed to call me Atem."

"I'm sorry, but I have some trust issues at the moment, please call me just Muto?" Yugi says softly.

Atem nods and allows Yugi to look some more while he looks into the files Kaiba has send him over. The silence is comfortable for Yugi, who enjoys his sea salt caramel chocolate with whipped cream, tiny marshmallows and little caramel sprinkles on it.

Atem sees this young man is clearly a sweet tooth, and that's okay, he himself also loves sweets but for now, business calls.

"Well mister Muto, I have seen the films Kaiba send me over, and I must say I'm impressed with how you kept strong, but I'm wondering why Kaiba called me over and take your case as a family case, care to explain?"

"As Kaiba explained before, Joey is my best friend, and Kaiba and I have a friendly rivalry towards each other, it's Mokuba who gives me the feeling he is the little brother I never had. And Kaiba appreciates that allot."

"I see, and what happened today to leave you with those injuries?" Atem asks pointing to the cheek and black eye.

"sigh, Scot Thompson we were in a relationship for a month, and I know I needed to listen to the alarm bells in my head when I first met him, we were supposed to get on a blind date. We agreed to take this first date to do our own payments. The date was fine but the bells kept going off.

When the evening was over he decided to take me on a date, all on his he told me. I agreed to it, too smitten already to realise what he was doing to manipulate me." Yugi stops so Atem can continue writing and finishing the words.

"Go on." Atem urges him locking his eyes briefly with Yugi's before returning them back to the paper in front of him.

"That first date was also amazing, we went to an expansive sushi restaurant, and we had lots of fun talking with each other and get to know each other more and more. When it was time to go he asked for the bill, feeling his pockets he paled up what made my bells ring even louder. He looked up with a guilty look and told me he forgot his wallet. I took out my card and payed for both my cheap meal and his expensive meal. He promised me he would give me the money back as soon as possible. I now wish I listened to the bells, payed my share and walked off before I got too deep in this mess."

"Did he ever repay you?"

"No, I was too blind to realise he was using me. Many dates like these followed, he took me out but always forgot his wallet. He never wanted to hold hands never gave me a simple kiss on the cheek and we never cuddled together." Yugi says stopping because his tears start to stream freely again.

Atem gives him a tissue and tells Yugi to take his time in calming down.

When Yugi calmed down he looks up towards Atem who has a gentle smile on his face. "You say he was never intimate with you, did he have a reason for that?"

"After today I know, we were to a dining again, and my friends all told me this guy gave bad vibes, it made me thinking and realising what he did, or better say, never did." Yugi says seeing the images again in front of his eyes.

"Go on." Atem urges softly.

"On the way to the dining, I tried again to hold his hand, but he pulled back, telling me I needed to act like my age and not like a baby who needs his mother's support when they try to walk. In the dining I wanted to know why he didn't want to show the world we are a couple."

Flashback:

"But why Scot? Why is it so difficult to hold my hand when we are in public, is it because we are gay? Because I have alone today see many gay people walking hand in hand together." Yugi asks when he is rejected again for holding hands.

"I think it's gross to touch each other like that Yugi, can't you accept that?"

"No I cannot, I'm a guy who wants affection in the relationship Scot, I want to hold hands, have a good bye kiss when you take me home after a date, and cuddle when the days are cold, I eventually want to have intimacy in bed, I want to kiss the guy I care and love. So I ask you now, why did you pick me?"

"Isn't it obvious? You won tons of prize money when you are duelling, we don't need affection if we can be rich together! I don't care about the body, I care about the person who hold those wads and spoils me with it." Scot says bashfully not realising that he just gave himself away because Yugi in secret had his voice recorder started shortly before they started this conversation.

"So that's it? You only want me for my money?"

"Yes, besides who fucks a guy like you, with your little body you can't dominate someone your bones will break only by the first trust. Now I want you to arrange us tickets for Vegas, become my husband and hand me those cash and the rest of the inheritance of that old geezer who handed you with soft baby care." Yugi is shortly taken back by those words, especially when he insults his grandfather who he loves dearly.

"To bad for you Scot, but I'm not doing that. That old geezer you are talking about is my grandfather and I care allot more for him than my so called boyfriend. You pay your own meal today I'm breaking up with you!" Yugi says calmly and walks to the register to pay his share then he walks outside.

But he doesn't realise Scot has followed him without even paying his share. He slams his foot in Yugi's back what makes the young man fly forwards and smashing his cheek against the pavement. Yugi feels how the older and bigger male closes his hand over Yugi's small arm and squeezes him so hard Yugi yelps in pain.

A smash against the eye follows before two other men pull Scot off him and Yugi makes a mad dash and runs for his life, blind for the world around him he runs into Joey who brought him to Kaiba corp.

Flashback ends:

Yugi stops talking, trying to compose himself from what he just relived again so short after his real encounter.

Atem is pissed, how dare this Scot hurt such a sweet man? He obviously cannot realise why that man wasn't handling Yugi with loving care. This needs to change and quick.

"Do you know how much you spent at him?"

"I kept all the tickets from since the first date he forgot his wallet." The boy whispers softly. "All my savings are gone, it's a good thing the prize money is on an account I get when I reach the age of 25, my grandfather even putt the inheritance I got from my parents on that account, and when he passes, his inheritance also goes to that account.

"That's very clever, it's a shame people believe they can abuse someone only for money. Can I please see the tickets from where you spend your savings?"

Yugi takes out a duel monsters case and turns it around, all the tickets are rolled up like cigarettes so they fit easily in the case, it's obvious the guy liked to go out allot, there is always a day in between probably so the boy still can hang out with his grandfather or his friends. He takes a stack of papers from his printer and sorts every ticket on date and claps them on the paper. He gives the paper a number and then makes a copy of them giving Yugi the originals back.

"If you are okay with it, I develop those photo's Kaiba made from your body today, and add them to your files. Mister Muto, in order to make this work, I need you to trust me only then I can help you."

Yugi looks towards the man in front of him, surging and hoping he can find something for him to help him with the question he was just asked by the crimson eyed male. "I'm sorry, but to trust a complete stranger I just meet is a big thing for me right now, but I can see you are honest and want to defend my honesty, please try to understand I truly want to trust you, but I can't, not yet." The boy admits softly.

"Then I hope my honesty is good enough for you to trust me eventually one day, and you will allow me to take your case." Atem says with a honest smile.

Yugi nods and reaches out his hand. "My name is Yugi, and I'm happy to take you as my lawyer Atem." He says. Atem takes his hand and shakes it.

Atem throws himself fully on this case, he arranges footages from all the restaurants, questioning all the employers who waited Yugi and Scot on their date. And realises real soon, all the waiters hated Scot. Yugi wasn't his first victim, on the days he wasn't out with Yugi, he was with another people using them also.

He called all the other victims and they also gave their testimony because when they started asking for the money they borrowed him it looked like he was vanished into thin air.

Over time Yugi sees that Atem also is trying his best to gain the trust from this young man, and with what Atem did he slowly started to trust the man, and even allowed him to take him to dinner dates when Kaiba was hogging the crimson eyes males office. Yugi even secretly believes this man also made sure Yugi has a secure job at Kaiba Corp where he started working closely after the ordeal with Scot.

Yugi also stopped dating, somehow he hopes after Scot is pushed in place the crimson eyed lawyer will be more than just a simple crush, and not yet realising the crimson eyed guy hoped the same about the amethyst eyed male.

The day of the court has arrived, Yugi already did meet the other victims from Scot, and he hopes justice will be served. Because Yugi is the only victim who is also abused he will be called out last, all the victims are called in to do their say and the judge gives his judgment right away. The victims who were so cleaver to save the tickets will receive the payments Scot promised he would pay but never did.

Then finally it's Yugi's turn, next to Atem he walks inside feeling the hand of the older softly brush past his hand, Yugi takes the risk and slips his hand for a short moment in Atem's hand, he gets a gentle squeeze from Atem before they let go, this action took only a second, and for both men it meant the world.

Atem slides in his place in front of the public and Yugi takes place next to him, a reassuring look from the crimson eyed lawyer calms the young man down and he relaxes a bit, only a few minutes later the police officer and an obvious non-profit lawyer guiding Scot inside the courtroom.

Atem bends briefly to Yugi. "He will try to convince you to lie, don't bunch it will only make his case weaker if he trois to do that and fails." He whispers softly in Yugi's ear. Yugi nods he knows the man in the other stand misused him, and his deeds will repay him now.

Indeed as Atem predicted, Scot tries to convince Yugi. "Baby please, I have lost everything with all those liars, please, I promise you, if you drop this, I will allow you to hold my hand, we cuddle when it's cold and we will become intimate with each other I kiss you after every date when we get home.

Sadly for Scot, Yugi's audience contains every single friend he owns even Yugi's grandpa is there who adores Atem and also hopes the two will become an item soon. Anzu who sits right behind Yugi knows the boy can be easily convinced only by those words so she covers the boy's ears, and Yugi leans backwards glad his friends support him against his bad choice of a boyfriend.

Five minutes after Scot came inside, the judge walks in, Anzu releases Yugi's ears and everybody stands and waits until the judge allows them to sit down. The clerk calls out the case and it all starts.

Yugi realises Atem has built a very strong case much stronger than the non-profit lawyer Scot has taken in his arms, the judge looks into the tickets and decides Scot needs to pay them all back within 12 months, for the abuse he gives Scot community service for the duration of 12 months and if he needs a day off for what kind of a reason, he must lay down responsibility towards the court. If he does not hold to these terms he will end up in jail.

Scot walks out first and when he is out of sight Yugi releases the biggest sigh that was pestering him.

"Congratulations Yugi, we won the case." Atem says with a big smile.

"Then I also need to congratulate you Atem, another case in the pocket for you." The young man says while looking deep inside the crimson eyed male eyes.

"How about dinner, just you and me, not as lawyer and his client but as friends, my treat I even show you my wallet when we walk inside the restaurant before taking place?" Atem asks carefully.

Yugi looks up, and then towards his friends, they all nod in approval. It was a long day and he does feel very hungry. He nods and Atem holds out his arm, a bit flushed Yugi hooks his arm in Atem's and together they walk towards Atem's car.

The dinner is amazing, they have a great time together and Yugi has learned to love again, and above all trust the man he is now together with for the past two years.

Atem showed Yugi that he isn't one to take advantage of, he deserves to be served on a gold platter dressed in the finest clothes the gods only can be jealous off, and the one time he truly did forget his wallet he showed Yugi the moment they got home by repaying him back. It took Atem a full year to become Yugi's boyfriend.

He loves the boy deeply and finally wants to settle down, and today on Yugi's 26st birthday he hopes the boy also wants to settle down with him. He looks towards the boy's grandfather and a subtle nod makes Atem going on one knee pulling out the little black velvet box and opening it inside a silver with golden band a small amethyst stone holding the silver and gold woven together.

Yugi slaps his hands in front of his mouth, most of his friends already are married and he is the last one of the close knit of friends to seal the deal, before Atem even can ask the question Yugi throws himself in Atem who barely has the change to catch him without losing the ring.

Honda comes to the rescue and takes the ring so Atem can hold the boy and give him all the comfort he can offer the boy. A soft whisper gives him the answer barely vocal enough to hear it for himself. But that one little word, those three letters they reach Atem clear as the sky. "Yes."

The friends and grandpa didn't hear it, but when Atem pulls back, tears also streaming over his face and how happy he looks, they know the boy wants to become Yugi Sennen.

Grandpa died six years after his only grandchild got married and with him passing away the Muto bloodline came to an end, he even got the chance to meet his great granddaughter for a few years.

The bank account Yugi's grandfather once started for Yugi was only used to help Heba with her dream of becoming lawyer, and later it will be used for the twin's education.

Five months after Yugi and Atem got married, they figured out Yugi is a hermaphrodite, and 9 months later they were gifted with a beautiful girl. Heba, and she felt more for the footsteps of Atem and became a lawyer and when she married also a devoted mother of her twin boys who love both their grandfathers very much.

Sadly for Kaiba, Yugi never repaid him the favour of letting him kicked of his throne as king of games, he offered Kaiba often money to repay him for Atem's help, but Kaiba always refuses. When Yugi passes at age 75 only a minute after Atem passes at age 76 leaving their daughter and their two beloved grandchildren Hikari and Yami behind.

Kaiba inherited the title he holds for two years when he passes himself at age 80 and hands the title to his granddaughter Kisara Kaiba.

Joey who had the same condition as Yugi bared their son Ryou and they both taught him and later their granddaughter too love games with the same devotion as uncle Yugi did. Sadly Joey never saw holding Kaiba the title for King of games, he was the second in the group of friends who died at age 55 with a heart attack but he is glad he got a chance of meeting his granddaughter and see her grow from a baby to a child.

Anzu and Honda both divorced their first relationships and when meeting each other on grandpa's funeral, they felt a spark towards each other, they got together and only a year after they started the relation they got married. Twin girls came out of this marriage, Bibi and Simi. Anzu passed away at age 50 because she got hit by cancer, only a week after the diagnose she was gone. Honda lived for 20 more years, and never had the interested in a new relationship he was the third person who passed away at age 70.

Scot, never paid his victims back and ended up in jail. Sadly for him allot of inmates where great fans of the game Duel monsters and they followed the court case on the news. Scot got murdered in his sleep only two days after he was behind bars.
