Opening File: Ganeesh

Ganeesh is a multi-armed, sword-wielding golem with Indian clothing and accent. He is name after the Hindu god Ganesha, even though he bears no resemblance to his namesake. Long ago Ganeesh was created as a weapon against the Grimm, wielding a single sword in each of his six hands. He was hailed as a great protector...until his corruption.

A man who was dying of a rare disease found a scroll with an incantation to transfer his soul into the golem's body and did so without thought to the consequences. The golem would take over the village, proclaiming himself ruler and demanded tribute in exchange for his protection and while he did protect the people from the Grimm he overtaxed the people and left many in poverty. The people rebelled and Ganeesh fled, destroying his original body to ensure his soul would not be transferred back into the rotting shell that he once inhabited. Ganeesh would wander the world, seeking profit in any way he could but eventually the warriors who would evolve into the everyday Huntsmen would hunt him down, depose and force him to flee again. Eventually he sought refuge in the Darklands where no one would dare enter.

And there he came face to face with someone who made him an offer: work for him as a Hunter-Killer and he would become rich beyond his wildest dreams.

Ganeesh accepted and in return for his service was given an almost endless treasure. However as his reputation grew so did his greed and eventually Ganeesh chose to abandon Sammael, fleeing as far as he could to find a place to hide his riches and where he could live with only his wealth as company until the end of days. Sammael did not take this betrayal lightly, but did nothing and instead decided to both wait and use the data he had gathered on Ganeesh for another project he had in mind.

Years later, Sammael would cash in on Ganeesh's betrayal and with a mere snap, all the treasure Ganeesh had vanished. Sammael then gave an enraged Ganeesh a task: find the source of the new Grimm or spend eternity without his wealth while also forced to watch Sammael give it away to charities across the world.

Ganeesh would leave to track down the source of the new Grimm appearing on Earth and vanish not long after.

It was frustrating. Infuriating. To think that all the wealth he gathered was gone. GONE!

Ganesh despised once more working for Sammael. But if he wanted his wealth back, then he'd have to work for him. Pah! All this just to see where the additional Grimm came from. Ridiculous. To think this was his task. Made him so mad, that he killed any Grimm along the way plus some regular people he encountered.

It took forever, but eventually Ganeesh believed he found where the Grimm were coming from.

'A portal?' One he discovered being surrounded by military might of Japan. With soldiers, a few scientists, and so on protecting a purple portal where to his surprise, the occasional Grimm came out which the soldiers gunned down. Strange. So this is where they were coming from.

At this time, Ganesh pondered if he should tell Sammael of his discovery...but then decided to get an extra peek inside the portal. Just in case. So after gathering a few Grimm, and sneakingly attacking the base, he used the Grimm's attack to distract the pathetic mortals and went into the portal when nobody was looking.

"What the-!" Where he was then attacked by many Grimm, who sensed his anger. A whole lot of Grimm too. Being in a place a lot like Sammael's home, only lacking plants and any actual animals. The place looking like a wasteland, with only Grimm around. After wandering for a bit, Ganesh found a castle and went over there, as he thought maybe some gold was there. Instead, he found something more unique instead.

After killing any Grimm inside the castle, and exploring the place, Ganesh found some notes in a room, and discovered that he wasn't just in any normal location. Heck! He wasn't even on earth. The notes and books he found, made Ganeesh realize he was in another world entirely! One that seemed less developed than earth from what he read, likely due to the fact that the Grimm population on this planet surpassed his own planet.

'This would certainly explain where the Grimm are coming from?' Was what Ganeesh thought as now he knew the source of the new Grimm. Heck, if Sammael learned of this, he'd no doubt be pleased. I mean, earth has quite a bit of Grimm already. But with this world, Sammael would have more Grimm than he'd know what to do with, and could send millions onto his enemies.

Yes. This was it. It took some time, but Ganeesh found the source, and he even found a vault full of goodies. Now he could leave, and regain his wealth.

That is, until he discovered something else. With a very old notebook that titles one thing.

The Relics.

Where upon opening it, and finding four drawings, Ganesh read what he found.

"Hehe...Hehehe…" And loved it.

Choice.

Creation.

Destruction.

Knowledge.

Powerful artifacts that could do very interesting things. But what Ganeesh found more interesting was the Relic of Creation. An item that can create anything. Ganesh then realized, why bother going back to Sammael, when he could just instead stay here, find the Relic of Creation, and live here with a limitless supply of wealth. Yes. Yes! That was what he could do instead. Realizing this, Ganesh began researching all he can on this world. Maps, some history, and of course the location of the Relics.

Thankfully, these notebooks had everything he needed to know, and knew that the Relic of Creation is in some floating kingdom called Atlas. However, he did find some trouble when he read that not only was this Relic in some Vault thing, but he needed a woman called the Winter Maiden to get it open. Meaning he needed to find this damn woman, but how?

'Wait a minute,' Ganeesh then thought at that time. Looking at the papers involving Knowledge. 'I can just find it with that.'

So Ganeesh began his next journey from there. With a map, something called a scroll, and stealing this weird Bullhead thing, he left the castle and headed toward the continent Anima. It took time, the Grimm getting in his way, not to mention he accidentally crashed in Anima's coast. But Ganeesh continued on, and headed toward this Haven Academy, and got rid of anybody he deemed a threat.

It took over a month of travel, making him ponder if there was a difference in time back home, but ignored it since Ganeesh has no intention of returning home. Heck, maybe he can rule over these weak humans here instead. This planet, while not primitive, didn't feel that strong. No doubt he could beat up anybody here if he tried to, since there was no way the Huntsmen and Huntresses here could be as tough as his enemies back home. He would prove it to.

Especially when after he found Haven, and broke into it at night. Where he defeated those pathetic guards, and found some loser called Lionheart, and demanded he give him the Relic of Knowledge. Apparently the faunus thought he worked for some person called Salem, and told him that some other group stole his rightful prize.

He cut the dude's hand off for wasting his time, and broke his legs.

After that, while steering in rage at how long this was taking, two more weeks passed as he hunted down this group that had his prize. Two. Damn. Weeks! But it soon paid off, as at last he found them. When he heard a fight, Ganesh thought maybe he could just rob a village or whatever. Instead, he found a bunch of brats, where he then saw it, the Relic of Knowledge.

With a declaration towards these brats on what was his, Ganesh then lunged at them.

This planet was weaker than his. The warriors are just as pathetic. It'll only take a minute to kill them off.

"Woah!" Ruby says as she avoids this giant...whatever it is, as this thing lunges at Oscar. Six arms, six weapons, now all aimed at Oscar. "Look out!"

"Give me the lamp!" The being known as Gannesh yells as he then gets ready to slice Oscar to pieces.

"Oh no you don't!" However, the machine or whatever it was, had been so focused on Oscar, that he-it(?)-didn't notice someone going at him. "Nora smash!" Nora to be more precise. As she launched her hammer at the golem's side and sent him into a tree which fell down from his weight. Nora landing but shaking a bit. "Woah. Tougher than I thought."

"You little brat!" The golem stood up. "Do not dare get in my way, you pathetic excuse of a Huntress."

"Well isn't that rude." Weiss then moved in front of Ganeesh and stabbed her weapon into the ground. "Maybe you should cool off." From beneath Gannesh's feet, ice then surrounded him and stopped all the way at his waist, trapping him.

"As if that would stop me!" For a few seconds, as Ganeesh then broke through it with pure power. Then went and launched a series of attacks at Weiss intending to dice her. "Die you fool!" Weiss did her best to avoid the blades, but the golem showed quite a bit of skill with them, and one managed to graze her aura. Thankfully, Weiss didn't have to worry about getting cut as Ganeesh then saw Ren and a finally standing Blake shooting at him. Not that it did much, as the golem laughed.

"Like puny weapons would hurt me!" He then spun his weapons and blocked the bullets. When doing so, Jaune came in with a battle cry and slammed his blade at Ganeesh's left leg.

Ding.

"What," It did nothing but leave a small crack. "Was that suppose to do something?" Ganeesh then kicked Jaune away who moaned when he hit a tree. Ganesh laughing at the pathetic attempt, before then raising one of his blade's that blocked Qrow's attempt at hitting his head. "Just as I thought." Ganesh grins. "You fools are weak!" He then threw a devastating punch at Qrow that made his aura flash a bit.

Ganesh then turned and saw Ruby shooting at him. Grinning, he just tanked the blows as they did nothing. This body of his being composed of powerful metals and alloys. Like simple Dust and bullets would even hurt him.

"Oh come on." Yang says as she watches the fight. "Just what is this thing made of?"

"Definitely more tougher than a normal Grimm." Jaune says as he cracks his back a little, already back up. "Still though, what is he?"

"Doesn't matter." Qrow is also back up on his feet, as he glares at the golem as it fights Ren and Blake, who use their superior agility and speed to their advantage. "I don't know what this creep wants, but we need to stop him."

"Agreed." Ruby comes in as she starts sniping Ganeesh. "In that case, we need to surround him. Make him use all his arms while those he cannot hit attack."

"Right!" The others agreed, and then began assaulting the golem.

"Huh?" As for Ganeesh, he then saw the brats begin splitting off. The white haired girl, the green dressed boy, and the cat faunus began shooting at his right. "Tch! Waste of space!" he roared as he went to their direction. Though before he got close, he felt himself then flying upward. "Wait, huh?" He looked down, and saw a black glyph below him, then turned to see the white hair girl smirking at him. "Why you-"

"HAHA!" Suddenly, he felt someone get on his shoulder. It was Nora, and when he turned he got smacked in the face with a hammer, and sent onto the ground. Even if he didn't actually feel pain, that certainly left a dirty mark. Or in this case, oddly enough, a heart-shaped mark dab smack in his face.

While angered, that anger was useless as suddenly he saw a blonde teen jump at him. Believing she was weak, he just punched her away and like so, she was gone and smacked into the trees. Grinning, he got back up only to see some kind of...ribbon, tie around his body, and saw the cat faunus trying to hold him back.

"Fool." He says as he just gets up and drags the cat girl to him, where he grabbed the ribbon and pulled, forcing the cat girl at him. He got ready to cut her down, only for a red blur of petals to grab the cat faunus and take her away. Before he could consider what just happened, he then heard a yell and saw the only grown-up scream and run at him.

He instantly punched down making dirt and grass fly everywhere.

"Caw!" He then saw...a bird on his fist, yet no dead body.

"Huh?" Before he could ponder this further, Ganesh then heard another yell and saw the hammer girl again. "Not this time!" He grabbed the hammer, then used his weapon to slice at the deadbeat. While her aura protected her, it forced her to let go of the hammer. Before Ganeesh could do anything else though, he then saw something from the corner of his eye. The grown-man again, but how?

He tried throwing one of his spare fists, and grabbed him.

"Ha!" Then saw the bl;one boy and green dressed boy lunge at him, and he grabbed them as well. Now he only had two arms left.

"Hya!" two arms that did nothing as he then saw the blonde girl he hit earlier, with fiery hair. One that then punched him and actually cracked his left eye, sending him tumbling back and dropping all the men and the weapon he had on him.

"Bitch!" He roared, as he could now not see properly through his left eye. He would need to get it fix.

"Don't call my sister that." He then turned and saw the girl in red, who then jumped up and expertly pointed her weapon at him, with the barrel aimed at him.

BAM!

Aimed at his right eye, which unlike the left, actually shattered.

"AHHHHH!" He roared as he grabbed his eye, not because of the pain, but because of the realization he was now blind in one eye and his body reacted like it would had he been human. This led to a disadvantage to Ganeesh though. Because if he were human, he'd have only two arms grabbing his eye. Here, all six went to grab him. Six arms that had dropped all his weapons, and could no longer defend himself for just that one moment.

"Oscar!" Then, hearing the voice, with his remaining damaged left eye, saw the boy jump up and make his way toward him. Field by anger and rage, Ganesh roared and went to crush him by stomping on the insolent fool.

"Ozpin." The boy then says. "Now!" Ganesh didn't see the eyes of the boy glow, and from it, the boy's expression changed.

"Understood." The boy then slammed his cane down, and just a moment the foot stomped on him, a green barrier surrounded him and stopped the foot just in time.

"What?" Ganesh screams. Completely shocked.

This served as a good distraction, as Nora once more came in with a wild grin from behind him and again slammed the hammer onto his head. Only this time, she had activated the portable electric generator which not only amplified her own strength, but also clicked a button that fired one of her little grenade launchers adding to the swing of the momentum. That extra oomph hitting Ganeesh onto the head so strong, that it caused a deadly vibration within Ganeesh's metal skull, with a few gears becoming loose. One of them, being the part that controlled the body.

"W-wha?" Ganesh felt the loss of motor control instantly. His arms dropping down, and his body falling backward. As he landed on his back, this allowed Qrow to run at him and get on his face and aimed the gun part of his sword at Ganeesh's one good eye and shot at it. "Ahhhh!"

Now, Ganeesh was blinded and unable to move. Defeated by the very people he thought were weak. Unable to do anything until the repair function in him activated. But that would take time, time that Weiss Schnee wasted no time by starting to surround Ganeesh's body with ice while Jaune and Yang grabbed his weapons and broke them. Then, landing on his chest, Ruby Rose pointed her scythe and the down and enemy and asked but one thing.

"Did Salem send you?" The roars of Grimm could be heard at a distance.

GrimmFall has shown many powerful Huntsmen and Huntresses, and no denying they are way better than Remnant. Better gear, better powers, and so on. However, because Ganeesh knew this, he completely underestimated them thinking everybody on Remnant couldn't compare, and that was his downfall. Remnant might not have as many strong fighters like GrimmFall, but we should remember that they aren't weak.

Also, Remnant moves faster than GrimmFall's timeline.
