Naljians

The Naljians are an interdimensional alien species who inhabit an upper position of existence. Naljians are tall, thin, semi-humanoids made of bright-white light that appear to have an aura of fiery blue flames around them. Their bodies are a pure white outside of a pattern of blue lines on their torsos.

They are also heavily advanced and are capable of creating things that make even the most advanced technology produced on earth or even the galaxy as redundant toys. Or in an ironic reverse, they can create toys that are seen as deadly weapons to the primitive races.

Naljian Destructor

The Naljian Destructor is Level 20+ technology that can turn into a robotic version of whatever or whoever it sees. It can even form into one giant combination of everything it has seen. It will do whatever it sees something do.

It is also a very popular and mass-produced toy for Naljian children. Recommended age is 3 million and up.

"Oh dear." The Naljian mother said as she saw her dear child crying. "What's wrong sweetie."

"T-T-Timmy!" The mothers child cried while pointing at a small cube device that was sparking.

"Oh." The mother grabbed the small toy her son called Timmy, and realized it was broken. Particularly, that it no longer obeyed his commands and seemed to just lay dormant. She supposed it can be fixed but… "Don't worry." Then mother then grabbed something from thin air and pulled it out. "I got you this for your birthday!"

"Hah!" The child then saw the new toy and eagerly accepted it. Grabbing it and floating in the air a bit at the new wonder he had. The mother smiling as she then threw away the broken toy. Unfortunately, the small toy hit the ground and it's interdimensional energies sparked which then caused it to vanish.

But it was far from being destroyed. If anything, it just teleported somewhere else far, far away. Into the lower dimension where the primitive races live in.

The little broken toy landing on a tiny backwater blue dot and hitting a forest of sorts. The fall causing even more damage to it with it's functions going slightly haywire due to the impact. Even so, it was still on and glowed brightly.

"Grua!" A Grimm then came before it. The beast having heard the noise as it moved towards the cubic machine. When the Grimm came closer however, the cube glowed and a green light emitted from it, the Grimm startled and moved away.

When it left however, it didn't witness the cube breaking apart and then reforming. Transforming into the very Grimm itself, if looking slightly metalish with artificial red eyes. It then looked around, and began to move. While damaged it still ran its original programming. To copy and mimic it's targets.

It would wander for many years. Being attacked by humans and other races. By animals. By Grimm. All showing hostile behavior for each of its transformations when it came before them. And it learned from them all.

It was a small building size being and had the body of a Beringel, with bone armor covering the muscle. Yet it had a massive snake for a right arm, and a mechanical arm with a chainsaw for a hand. That wasn't even mentioning a scorpion tail at the very end, alongside a Nevermore's head with pink feathers. It's legs consisted of a bear's own furry legs. In short, an abomination.

"GUAHSHK!" It gave an unnatural shriek which was heard by everyone in the bandit town.

With just as many screaming in panic at this horrifying thing.

"What…the hell is that." Catra kept her cool, but even she was confused by what this thing even was.

"A…Grimm?" I mean, it seemed obvious to Scorpia. Yet considering the machine and animal parts, it didn't feel like a Grimm. Actually, a closer look showed even the Grimm and animal parts were somewhat metal-looking, but as realistic as the actual deal.

"That looks wrong." Even Cinder showed disturbance at this sight.

It had been three minutes since the loud noise came. Three minutes for Catra, Scorpia, and Cinder to see just what was up. Hazel and Bandit Princess unable to fight but were watching elsewhere, alongside Salem and Watts. The three women looking at this chimera abomination with utter confusion by what it was.

"Ma'am." Cinder then contacted Salem. "Is this-"

"Not a Grimm." The Seer near Cinder replied. "This is…something else."

"Something freaky!" Catra said as she saw the 'Grimm' lift it's chainsaw arm and slam it against the walls of the bandit town. The beast tried to enter and bust in as it's eyes glowed red.

A few bandits tried to shoot it from the barrier they were on, only for them to run when the snake hand bit into a poor sod and began to chew. Blood bursting out making the bandits realize this was a fools mission. Cinder just growled.

'First that Gunslinger and now this!' Cinder didn't even know what this thing even is. Yes Salem explained it wasn't a Grimm, but that didn't make the situation better. Plus they were down a few fighters, where the bandits were too pathetic to actually put up a challenge. As for the Grimm that were guarding this place, well…

Beowolves, Ursa, and Creeps charged at the small building-size abomination. One Beowolf landed behind the things legs and instantly attacked with it's claws as it howled.

Snap!

Only for those claws to snap off without even leaving a mark on the fur. The abomination then turned towards the Grimm who futile tried to attack it. The Nevermore head open it's beak and then released what could be considered an attack.

"Grua!"

"Rah!"

"Wruahh!"

An acid attack that melted the Grimm down into a puddle. Some Nevermores tried to send their deaths but the hide of the abomination was way too tough. The thing then turned toward them and realized they were the ones attacking it. To the women's jaws that dropped, it's shoulders opened up to reveal mechanical turrets that then fired and blew countless holes into the Nevermores, killing them instantly.

"...yeah, I'm not going near that thing." Catra then replied as the thing screeched and once more attacked the wall surrounding the town. A loud creak could then be heard with those nearby the wall running to escape.

"Well looks like we may not have a choice." Cinder hissed at Catra while taking out her own blades. She wasn't exactly at her best, but the great agony she felt from that bullet was long gone and there was no way she would submit to some freak of nature.

"Oh really, and what are you going to do?" Catra asked while still taking out her own weapon just in case. "Cause I doubt you can bring that thing down."

"Ladies. No need to fight." Scorpia then got between the two before they could come to blows. Knowing the two didn't really like one another. "Instead, let's just focus on how to stop…whatever that thing is." Scorpia also wondered why she's never heard of this thing before. Then again, the Wilds is a big place, and while there are many rumors of unnatural beasts, most people never had evidence about it.

'And others were probably killed.' thought as she got a good look at this creature. 'I don't think anybody is controlling this thing. Actually, it seems to be attacking just because it can like the animals in the Wilds normally do.'

Scorpia didn't know how right she was.

This thing, was in truth, a highly advanced machine created by a great race in the higher dimensions. Albeit, one that was damaged and ended up here in the lower realms. It's main function was just to copy, and unfortunately for everyone in the Wilds, this machine mainly copied the aggressive behavior of the Grimm and animals for many years. Thus leading to it attacking whatever came to it's sights.

Animals. Grimm. Humans. Faunus. Mobians. Anything really, and when it heard the gunfire due to being nearby, and seeing this town, it simply attacked because that's just how it was mimicking. One that was getting closer to accomplishing that task as it was slowly breaking down the fortified walls that protected this bandit town from it's programming.

"Alright, then what should we do?" Catra said as the walls nearly broke. "Cause no way can we fight that!"

"I think we won't have a choice." Scorpia replied as the ground trembled.

"Fine by me." Cinder then lifted her blades. "I need to release some stress anyway."

The walls then burst, and the mechanical abomination roared as it entered. It's red eyes looking down at those before it. The fleeing meat and then three women. It's beak opened up as it screeched, it's snake head hissing, and it's chainsaw arm reverberating with the scorpion tail rising intimidatingly.

"Piece of junk." Cinder then said as she then ran towards the machine instantly in a dash. Catra rolling her eyes but knowing that she had no choice but to help. She didn't want to make Satyra look bad, and honestly, if this place was wiped then she and Scorpia would have nowhere to go after but in the Wilds.

"Fine. Let's get it over with." Catra then rushed to follow Cinder, with Scorpia doing the same.

"Gruawrk! The beast roared incomprehensibly as it stomped towards it's new prey. It's snake arm lunging forward with it's maw wide open. Cinder side-stepped it and attempted to stab her blades into it. They shattered instantly.

"Very tough." Cinder muttered as she reformed some new blades before moving away as the snake head came around and tried to bite her. Catra came in on the other side. Dodging as the chainsaw then sunk into the ground and sending dirt everywhere. Catra carefully jumped on the arm and moved up while moving very quickly.

Catra saw it looking right at her though, and to her unease realized it was tracking her movements through it's mechanical eyes. It's beak opened up and while Catra expected acid, instead a sound wave came out and knocked her off the arm while making her rear back in pain as her own feline hearing was used against her.

"Hey!" The machine then looked down, and saw Scorpia jumping up at him. "Nobody hurts my friends!" Scorpio was then in front of its face, and threw a punch at it. A punch that actually managed to knock it;'s head back a bit from her sheer strength and force. "Oh." Not that it actually hurt it let aside slow it down as it then gave a nasty head-butt at Scorpia's body and sent her back.

The machine then felt something hit against it and turned, seeing Cinder shooting glass arrows at it. It felt nothing and lifted it's legs and tried to squish her into paste. Cinder fled as it stomped, but the shockwave from the machine sent her tumbling down.

Some bandits came and tried firing Dust at it. Fire. Ice. Gravity. Anything they had at a sae enough distance. It's unique properties seemingly doing damage to it's outer exterior. The machine looked at them and it's chest opened up revealing many small holes.

"Oh shi-" Before the bandit could say anymore, orbs were fired out of the machine's chest which when impacting on the ground, reproduced the effects of Ice Dust and froze the bandits solid. The chest closed up and the mechanical abomination shrieked and shattered that ice.

"By Glob!" Catra said as she saw those bandits were now in icy pieces. Horrified as while she didn't like those guys let aside feeling much for them, even she thought that kind of death was a bit much. Though such thoughts will have to wait as a shadow loomed over her. The abomination's tail launched at her with Catra instantly using her semblance to move and quick speeds and avoiding it. The sharp end embedded in the ground, but just as quickly taken out and extending to try and pierce a hole in Catra.

She easily avoided them though thanks to her speed and training. Heck, she could actually attack right now if she wanted to. 'But would it even work?'

Yet as she saw time and again, this thing was way too durable. Her weapon can harm people, but she doubted it would do squat against this thing. As she dodged she saw Scorpia and Cinder still trying and futility doing no harm to the damn thing. Hell, Scorpia, one of the strongest people she knew, wasn't even putting a dent into the things body and was forced to escape that snake arm from biting at her.

'I can't believe I'm saying this, but I wish Dark Kat was here!' Catra then thought of her superior, who had left because he had other business around. Catra may find hima creep, but knew he was powerful and that strength could be used against this thing. Thankfully, part of that plee was heard as she then saw movement.

Particularly, Edel who came and appeared behind the machine. The abomination was unable to detect her at all since she wasn't exactly a proper lifeform and lacked a true corporeal form that even Grimm had. She was here to aid the others, and raised her pearl which then shot a beam of light against it. To see if it could pierce through it.

It did, and while it was small this made the women realize it could be hurt after all.

"Ragura!" Such hopes were then put away as the hole then repaired itself and the machine turned towards Edel. It shrieked at her but Edel avoided the attack. Cinder's eyes glinted as she then ran at the distracted enemy. She grabbed some fallen Ice Dust from the bandits. She then ran up the abominations tail and jumped up all the way to it's shoulders to the top of the head.

The machine realized something was on it and tried to look up.

"Got you!" Cinder then cracked the Ice Dust and then slammed both onto the machines eyes and ran off. The Ice Dust exploded and now the machine was blinded. It roared as it then used it's sensors to try and find Cinder, but she was faster than what it's motion sensors could get a good reading on compared to it's now ice-covered eyes.

"Hm. Not bad." Catra said. "But I can do better." She then grabbed her own Dust and whistled loudly. The snake head which still had eyes saw Catra, and launched itself at it. It's mouth open wide ready to chomp down on the girl. At the last moment Catra vanished at great speed thanks to her semblance, leaving behind a small gift.

BOOM!

A gift of Earth Dust with a mix of Gravity Dust. The maw now full of dirt and rock and ensuring the mouth couldn't even bite down fully at all. The snake head thrashing around now. Still, it had its eyes and with it guided the abomination to turn towards Catra and try and bisect her with the chainsaw hand. Scorpia came in and grabbed Catra and jumped to avoid the strike. A scorpion tail came next but Scorpia just scoffed.

"Like that'll do anything." She put Catra down and with her bare hands, grabbed the stinger and held it back. Grinning as she did so with the machine then attempting to attack with it's chainsaw again. Too bad for it Catra decided to use more Earth Dust. However, she used the power variant and sprinkled it all over the chainsaw.

The Dust reacted and suddenly the inner mechanism inside the chainsaw sparked and grinded as bits of earth sprouted all over the chainsaw until it exploded from being incapable to operate properly.

"Edel!" As for Cinder, she pointed at the tail Scorpia held back with the girl nodding. With her pearl, she sent another beam of light which she used to concentrate and cut off the tail.

"RUAGHA!" Now it was mad, or as mad as a machine can get anyway. Opening its beak, the abomination prepared for another attack. A powerful sound based one that would rupture the ears of everyone here, thus making them vulnerable as once they were in pain from the attack, it could kill them while they were down.

"I think not." Salem had been watching though. And from her tower she waved her hand. From it, flying Grimm came in and shoved themselves into the machine's beak. While this thing didn't need to breath exactly, all the Grimm squirming in its mouth muffled it's sound. So when it released it's attack, the Grimm inside it's throat took most of the impact and by the time they died, only a small aftermath of its attack could be heard. One that didn't hurt much at all.

Still, it was far from down and with it's snake arm, used it to break off the ice on it's eyes revealing a red glow. It then stood tall, and opened its chest again. The girls realized what it was about to do, and unfortunately even they couldn't escape the blast radius. Thankfully for them, Edel came in and with her pearl, acted.

The machine then glitched as Edel used her pearl to try and suck the energy out of the machine. However, this wouldn't be easy as her pearl was designed for life-force draining mainly with aura just an extension of life-force. That was why Krunk's energy caused damage to her pearl, as it wasn't exactly life-force in general. And while she could drain a machine's energy like she was doing now, it was clear that it wasn't as efficient as life-force.

The machine saw Edel and from its eyes beams of light came and actually made impact with Edel's form and sent her back into the nearest building. It was made and created by beings who didn't exactly have physical forms like Edel, and as such had ways to physically affect incorporeal beings like her.

"You've gotta be kidding me." Catra swore as she saw the machine now looking back down on them. It was ready to fire again, this time with no distractions to stop it.

Bam!

So why not an attack, as suddenly bandits came out, and while still keeping a good distance away to escape, shot countless bits of Gravity Dust against the thing. Suddenly the machine felt its body being weighed down. As the Gravity Dust made it heavier or something akin to it. It's arms becoming much harder to lift up and difficult to keep its head looking straight.

Naturally, it tried to turn but it felt so slow. When it attempted to send in it's tail and snake head, they fell down to the ground. Finally, it tried to send a breath of fire only for the fire to go downward instead somehow. The bandits just kept on firing, and the three main fighters who had occupied it ran off knowing that this was the best method to contain it.

In time, the abomination found itself falling down way past it's knees, and lying down on its chest. Unable to even lift it's chin one inch. More Gravity Dust was shot, ensuring this thing couldn't move. Sure it was temporary, but it kept it down.

"Hah! Knew this plan would work." With Bandit Princess coming in all smug, and rightfully so considering this was her plan. Oh sure that Watts guy complained on taking that Dust, but hey, it as for the good of the town.

The three, Cinder, Catra, and Scorpia said nothing.

Scorpia then looked at the thing and then sighed. "So…what do we do with that?"

The machine roared as it tried to move. It couldn't, but the fact it's trying shows it still wanted to attack them all.

"Tear it apart." Cinder responded. Catra scoffed.

"Sure. Try to tear apart something that is clearly highly durable." That thing took on firepower like it was nothing. Plus, they couldn't even get close to it now unless they wanted to be crushed by the surrounding gravity field made by all the Dust surrounding the machine.

"We can't just do nothing either though." Scorpia told her friend while crossing her arm. "But yeah, not sure what we can even do to actually hurt the thing."

"Then maybe we don't have to. We can, I dunno…reprogram it." Bandit then suggested causing the women to look at her with slight surprise. "What? It's a machine!" A very weird and powerful one, but even Bandit Princess knew this thing couldn't be a Grimm. "And machines can be programmed…right?"

"I mean…yeah." Catra then relented. Slightly surprised that Bandit Princess of all people would suggest such an idea. And while she'd never admit it, it was a pretty good one. "That Watts guy can probably handle it, right?"

"Maybe." Cinder says, and while she didn't like Watts-a lot-she knew he was a genius in hacking and programming. So maybe he could deal with this thing. "Though we'd need to ensure this thing can't attack back. So perhaps cutting off it's limbs will do."

Edel could probably do it again. And since the machine was immobile, it should be easier. Granted, they'll keep up their guards since who knows what other tricks the mechanical abomination had.

"And maybe when it's all done, Satyra could use it." Catra then grinned.

"Excuse me?" Cinder glared with Catra smirking.

"I'm just saying, this thing isn't half-bad and I know some people at Satyra would want this thing. Besides," Catra placed her right arm on Scorpia's shoulder. "Scorpia and I probably did the most damage."

"Please. I blinded it." Cinder then pointed out.

"And I made the chainsaw go boom." Catra chuckled. "Not to mention stopped its mouth with Scorpia holding back that stinger. Nice one by the way."

"Thanks." Scorpia smiled.

Cinder really wanted a crack at Catra, but she was tired and would rather go to bed. "We can talk about this later. For now, I'm resting." With that Cinder left with Catra and Scorpia soon leaving afterwards.

All while Salem watched with a smile. Catra was right, this thing was quite powerful, whatever it was. But maybe it can be used for her needs than Satyra. After all, this world was proving quite well that it was very formidable. So why not take some of the power it had and used it for herself.

"Watts." She then contacted the doctor. "I have a new job for you."

I have to admit, it always amazed me how this massively destructive and powerful thing Ben faced in Alien Force, was actually a freakin toy. A toy! Not to mention it was actually considered above the Omnitrix in technology level. You know something is impressive when something this considered more advanced than the Omnitrix.

And now Salem has her hands on it. Whether she can succeed or not in actually using it for her own will can be seen later. However, now that she knows that the forces of earth can match and even best her own forces, then perhaps it's time she takes some of those forces for herself.

The Naljian Destructor certainly counts

Have a Happy New Year folks.
