After getting my breath back, 'Is that all or is there still some surprise left?' I thought doubtfully.
With doubt, I checked my body to find a sci-fi-looking watch/bracelet on my wrist. I removed it and observed. It looks like a strip/scale with an alien/future tech design.
'What Is IT? an alien watch? can I transform into aliens?' I excitedly placed my finger on what looked like a fingerprint lock. It turned on as a blue light appeared in its center, along its length, dividing it.
'Woah! It really is an alien watch.' I watched star-eyed at this. And what any curious baby would do, which is I am, I held the left and right sides of the divided parts and pulled them. It transformed the blue light into a screen.
"Wow! So cool, I have seen nothing like this even in my world," I exclaimed, pulling the parts further.
"It looks like a smartphone, but if I continue to stretch, it looks like Tab," I experimented by stretching it.
'How does this light hold these pieces from falling down? I wondered thoughtlessly and held the left side and waved it to see if the right side is falling off.
'Argh! Baby brain, stop thinking useless things,' I stopped waving, looking around in embarrassment.
'Hmm, let's see what is in it,' I muttered and operated the watch.
It is a mix of a phone and a PC. It has apps like a camera, recording, etc., but also folders like education, entertainment, sports, etc. Each topic contains everything from basic, to advanced knowledge, from my previous world, according to the title of the folder.
The folder is further divided into sub-folder. For example, entertainment is divided into Music, Movies, Videos, animes, etc. As I searched, it doesn't have One Piece in both the anime and manga folder. 'Stingy God,' I denounced the god for this.
'With this, I can do whatever I want. I will become a great scientist surpassing even Vegapunk in this world,' I started daydreaming about what I can do with this knowledge.
'Let's focus on the current situation than dreaming about the future,' I turned it off and wore it on my wrist.

'Whom do I have a relationship with? As a male soul, I like women, but I'm in the female body. Then should I be with men, but I don't like men as a straight male soul...' I rambled uselessly.
'Argh...! just thinking about it makes my head hurt,' I held my head in pain.
'If that happened. I will kneel, in front of Ivankov to change me into a man,' I concluded, clearing my distractive thoughts.
'Coming back to the topic, what price did I pay for the boon? I thought hard as I stood there holding the bed for support. Then a «BEEP» sound came from my wrist, 'What the hell?' I stared at it before hearing people coming in.
'Where Am I?' I looked around in panic before finding the people coming near. 'Why are they so big?' I turned to run but fell down without balance.
"Ok, don't panic. We will not hurt you," comforted a man wearing a hat.
'Like hell, I will not panic, I won't let you eat me, You giant monsters,' I yelled, but what came out of my mouth was, "Blab...boo bla...bee," some blabbing sound.
"What happened?" the doctor asked the person next to him.
"Well, When I was taking care of him. He suddenly woke up." that person recounted, pointing at the bed.
"Then he suddenly sprang from the bed. After looking at me and started babbling a lot," He explained, looking weirdly at me. "I can't understand what he wants, so I called you," explained that man.
'WHAT! Why can't I remember any of it? Either he is lying, or I forgot about it,' I thought, then examined the area vigilantly.
And I found it was white everywhere, and all the surrounding people were all having wings, similar to Skypieans in One piece anime?... I blinked One Piece?... 'Holy shit, I am in one piece world,' I exclaimed, looking around.
I suddenly remembered that the last memory was me looking at the bracelet-like thing on my wrist. I relaxed, 'I will check it out later,' I decided after my stomach rumbled in hunger.
"Ok! kid, I will do a check-up before you can eat," he chuckled, picking me up and dropping me on the bed.
"Hmm, we probably should do something about the nails. To prevent you from hurting yourself or others," the doctor explained, examining my nails.
I looked wide-eyed at the nail in my hand. 'What the f...! Ok! think later.' I suppressed the feeling and breathed deeply. The doctor began checking me, as my mind wandered elsewhere when I spotted my reflection.
I have white/silver hair. My eyes looked somewhat like a rainbow; the Iris was bordered by a gold color followed by red/pink, orange/yellow, light green/green, and the pupil was dark green, nearly black. Overall it does not look repulsive and somehow complements each other.
I was grateful that I had an ordinary nose, not some beak. And my mouth has shark teeth in it. 'Does a one-year-old baby even have teeth?' I wondered, looking at the reflection.
"You will probably struggle to breathe someday, so don't do heavy work before adapting to it...why am I telling this to you? You are just a baby," muttered the doctor, to which I rolled my eyes.
After the check-up, they gave me something to fill my stomach and left me to sleep, which I compiled.
