Emergency Alert! Emergency Alert!

Grimm horde has unexpectedly made its way to Nowhere. All people within the vicinity must leave immediately. Soldiers and personal will, and if necessary, have all residents leave. Please comply within the next hour or charges may be brought up.

"Well this is a disappointment." Grunting and moaning, Watts was down in the basement where his makeshift lab is in. Muttering and cursing as he was down here instead with the others.

Now, this wasn't to say he suddenly gained a great like for everybody. Aside from tolerating them, Watts can say he didn't really care for any of them. Be it from his world or old world, something than he was certain everyone else felt as well. From Cinder who only wanted power, to Hazel who just wished for revenge. That's not even mentioning Tyrian and whatever sick desires he held alongside Salem's goals for world domination.

No. If anything, there was only one reason why Watts wanted to be with the others.

'To think I'm stuck here to make Tyrian's a new arm!' The final battle was happening. That strange but powerful man known as Sammael, who bore an eerie complexion just like Salem, facing heroes and Huntsmen who put those from Remnant to absolute shame. It was a fight that would be worth seeing.

Then Salem instantly commanded Watts to go and make Tyrian a new arm. As apparently, he had been spotted beaten and bleeding by the Nevermore that took him to Nowhere. Having fought off the same damn cat and lost, though not without spitefully cutting off Katz's toes.

While annoying, Watts generally wouldn't have minded making a prosthetic. It was actually rather fun, to make something new and from scratch. Having always liked engineering and creating new technology.

'I bet everyone else is having a blast.' Too bad that this time around, it came at the cost of Watts missing out on the fight of the century. The ex-Atlasian scientist seething at how he's missing what will be a grand fight while everyone else got to happily see it all. Oh sure he could re-watch it again, yet it just wouldn't feel the same.

"Damn." Watts then cursed again while trying his best to focus on his work. The last thing he needed was being distracted by the battle upstairs. Also that smug face Cinder made as she threw a mocking look at him when he left while Catra giggled, Bandit Princess sneering, and Hazel shrugging with Scorpia giving him a wave-off. Well screw them too.

Grabbing a screwdriver, Watts prepared to make a new arm while muttering, "I bet nobody else has to deal with any crap like I am." Or as Watts claims and believes.

All while unaware of the truly unfortunate elsewhere. One that also just happens to be high in the air, being black with bone armor all over with an interior full of blood and dismembered limbs all over.

"And that's the last of it." Well, it used to anyway. Aside from the blood, Mercury wiped his hands clean while Emerald just looked away. Not that anybody can blame her. After all, she just saw her partner and only ally in this strange new world grab all the bodies he could take at a time, then dump them in the bathroom. Where the Grimm later on disposed of it somehow. Though judging from how the sound of a large thump that could be heard whenever Mercury closes the bathroom door, safe to say that the Grimm dumped the bodies where the luggage would normally be at.

'At least the smell isn't affecting us.' Emerald though, as she could only imagine how bad the corpses would smell later on. Though speaking of people, Emerald turned to Mercury and asked, "Hey,"

"Yeah, what is it?" He asked a bit rudely. Though considering he had to move a bunch of corpses over the past hour, his bad mood made sense in general. So Emerald decided to make it quick.

"When do you think we'll arrive on land?" It's been hours since the takeover. When the Hound called upon all the Geist and possessed the massive airplane and converted it into its own flying vehicle while killing off the pilots and passengers. Heading towards where supposedly Salem is and hasn't bothered with the two much since then.

"Well, it should be soon." Mercury answered Emerald before shrugging. "But once we land, we need to move."

"Because of the hijacking and dead bodies?"

"Jeez." Mercury made an exaggerated tone while being sarcastic. "That can't possibly be it." He then frowned. "Of course it is. What did you expect?" Mercury waved his hand and the floor which had dry on the ground and chairs. "I spent forever cleaning this place up, and even then it looks like a Grimm got in here."

"Maybe because they did." Looking all around her, everything was black with bone armor. The entire airplane was possessed and full of deadly places that would kill a person. Having been done when the Geist's inside killed the stranglers that tried running into the back to get away from the Hound who killed the Huntsmen who pointlessly tried to defend the people. Considering the poor and limited space on a plane and the Hound giving commands to the Geist, it wasn't much of a contest.

"Yeah, yeah. Whatever." Mercury turned away as he sat down on a chair and grabbed a backpack. One that happened to have snacks in it. "Look. Just relax and everything will be fine."

"Fine!" Emerald shouted incredulously. Waving her hand all over and saying, "Does this look fine? People are dead. How do you not care?"

"You mean like at Beacon." Mercury growled while pointing out their past crime. "Last I checked, you didn't complain when thousands died because of us."

"W-Well-" Emerald then stuttered a little, her right hand gripping her left arm. "That was-"

"Let me guess, because it wasn't us that killed them, but the Grimm." During the attack on Beacon, Mercury, Emerald, and even Cinder didn't really kill anybody during that day. It was primarily the Grimm and the White Fang that attacked while they focused on getting Amber's power. But things were a little different here, since they actively saw death because of the Hound dragging them all over.

As for Emerald, she had no comment and instead looked down. Being quite uncomfortable with the situation she was in. After all, while far from being a good person, she wasn't someone that got off on killing people. If anything, she only killed if she had to, or on Cinder's command. As for Mercury, he was somewhat the same, though his abusive training as an assassin made him much colder and lacked empathy for those who died.

"...I just…want to go home." Emerald then said while gripping herself. Something that actually made Mercury feel a bit…bad…for her.

"Well…we just have to hang tight." The young assassin said while looking through the backpack and then finding something. "Here." He then took out an apple and tossed it to Emerald. "Might as well eat what's on here. We'll need our strength."

"...yeah. I guess." Emerald whispered as she grabbed the apple and began chomping on it with Mercury taking some bread out and doing the same. Though Emerald ate slowly, still upset.

Since arriving here she and Mercury have been on the run and are now wanted. Not exactly too different from back home, but it was back home, not some weird dimension like they're in now. One which felt so strange compared to there home, even if it had similar things and concepts like Remnant.

'At least I'm not entirely alone.' And while Emerald would never say it out loud, she was actually glad Mercury was with her. While they bickered a lot, Emerald felt just a bit safer with Mercury by her side. After all, he's the only one that she knows in this dimension and the two work pretty well together. Well, they still nearly lost to that Huntress they saw, who was very strong. Not often Emerald saw someone take Mercury on single-handedly and without effort.

There was even that other guy. Some weirdo in a skintight suit. But as ridiculous as he looked, he was crazy fast and only 'lost' because he was shocked about the Hound's actual face. That wasn't even mentioning the giant robots.

'This place is insane.' Yet Emerald felt glad that Mercury was with her all the way…Damn. She kinda hated that she felt safe with him. Maybe that'll change when she and him find Cinder and the others. Though it didn't change the fact that all of them are stuck here. Unless they go back to Japan and go through that portal, I mean, it should still be there, right? Either way, it was best to eat and prepare for when they landed.

As Emerald prepared for that, she then heard something.

"?" Not just her either, but so did Mercury. It sounded like…another engine? As the two wondered if they were hearing things right, little did the two know that far behind them, a few jets were slowly coming up from behind.

"And we're finally here." With those on the lead speaking to command. "This is Alpha, and I believe we spotted the hijacked plane."

It had been a call that alerted the authorities that a certain flight hadn't made its designated landing. While the official reports stated it was a delay, attempted contacts towards the flight led nowhere. The captain wasn't talking, and those on the ground had no idea what was happening. Therefore, it was decided that the flight from Japan must have been hijacked somehow.

"This is Belta, the target is on sight." Three jets had been sent to investigate what was happening. To see just what the situation was. Cameras had been situated and once the three checked to see what was happening, they'll report back immediately.

"This is Delta. Less than one minute before contact." Right now, there are many people worried about their friends and loved ones on this airplane. As such, it was their duty to help and see just what could have happened to this plane and its passengers.

Needless to say, what they saw next was a surprise.

"...what the hell." What should have been a simple plane equipped with some anti-Grimm technology, was now a living Grimm vessel. Black. Bone armor and masks. Red eyes and gangly arms bursting out of the hull. This ordinary plane had been converted into some kind of mobile…Grimm airplane of sorts. Naturally, the three fliers and those watching through the cameras were more than surprised. They were horrified.

"..the…the people." The pilot of Alpha then said as he saw the airplane. Saying aloud through the comms, "Are they…"

"Dead." Delta spoke. Claiming, "N-No way they could be alive. I mean…it's a Grimm plane for crying out loud."

"We could be wrong." Belta spoke. Her voice rang through their ears. "I mean, who's to say the passengers are…dead." While a possibility, nobody, not even her, could claim they fully believed that. After all, Grimm were known for one thing. Killing.

Man. Woman. Elderly. Child. Huntsman. Hero. Race.

Without exception, the Grimm killed people. Eat them. Burned them. Claw them. No matter the method, they would always kill humans, faunus, and mobians without exception.

Alpha, who's the closest to the plane, then saw it. His eyes focused as he noticed that beneath the plane, there was something there. A good look would reveal it was blood. Blood dripped out from beneath the hull. As bizarre as this strange converted Grimm plane is…in the end it's still a Grimm.

"..scans aren't revealing much in terms of heat signatures." As far as the scanners show, they reveal little heat that humans have. There were some signatures that could be spotted, but Delta wasn't certain if they were people, or just some machinery that gave off heat. But even if there were people…will they even survive with all those Grimm here?

"How is this even possible?" Delta asked, with clear fear on his face. "Since when do Grimm do…this?" Geist could possess machinery and certain amounts of rubble and even plantlife, but there was always a set size to it. To possess something this large would be impossible, yet one can see countless Geists doing so. Working together.

Why?

"Eliminate it." Then, a command came from base. One that made it clear what must be done. Miles away, watching through the cameras, the commander of this operation gave his order. "While we have no idea what this thing is, there's no denying that leaving it alone will be foolish."

"But what if there are still people inside?" Alpha then asked, despite knowing the answer.

"This thing is a Grimm Alpha. Any people that are left, if any, are likely bleeding out." It wasn't as if the commander was being cold, it was more along the lines that killing the Grimm would be for the best from killing more people. "While I'm uncertain why so many Geists have done this, working together, the fact is land is coming up and we can't allow that." In less than thirty minutes, this plane will fly over land and that'll be bad news. It was clear some kind of Alpha Grimm was leading the charge, one that must have been unique to take over an entire plane. So one can only imagine if it flew over a town, or a city.

"...alright. Understood." What should have been a recon to see who hijacked a plane, has now become a Grimm extermination mission. Thankfully, the jets all had some weapons which could deal with this here and now. A good missile or two will do the trick. "Everyone!" Alpha then spoke to the other two. "Prepare yourselves."

"Yes sir." the two responded in agreement. While neither liked this, in the end, it's for the best they eliminate the target before things get worse. Alpha instantly moved in closer to get in range. From below, the missiles attached to the jet were prepared to fire while he went to get a lock onto the target. Focusing on the screen and plane to ensure that once he fired, most, if not all of the Grimm were eliminated at once.

'Even if a few survive, Geists aren't that fast.' So there won't be a risk of Geist chasing them to possess their aircraft. And while it was a shame they couldn't help anybody, at the very least the three here can ensure nobody else died before these monsters.

[Target Locked On]

It was ready. Alpha prepared to end this while avenging everyone the Gesits had murdered. With that, their souls will be put to-

"Alpha!" Then, Delta contacted Alpha who then saw it for a quick moment. A chunk of the airplane had been released and thrown in his general direction. In that split second, Alpha then thought one thing.

'O-' Then died before he could even finish that thought, as the piece of metal tore through the glass and ripped right into his body. The jet's cockpit ruined and then fell down into the sea with Alpha's corpse in tow.

Both Belta and Delta looked in horror as their friend's jet landed into the sea while exploding. They then both looked up back to the possessed airplane. Where promptly they then froze.

"Ruagh!" On the back of the possessed airplane, looking right at them, was the Hound itself.

The mistake those in the jet had made was forgetting that the Geist could see them. The airplane had dozens upon dozens of Geists all over, their masks and eyes plastered across the body of the airplane. As such, they easily spotted the three jets and informed the Hound that the humans were coming. Immediately it commanded the Geist to deal with one of them. The response was removing some of the hull on the bottom and then accurately throwing it at the jet before the person inside could react.

Now, there were only two Jets and one massive possessed plane.

On the human side, they were faster and had actual weapons.

On the Grimm's side, they had a lot of material they could use as ammunition and material along with plenty of Geists and two humans.

With a howl, an airborne battle was about to begin.

Someone suggested maybe I could have a fight in the sky. And thinking about it, it would make sense some investigations would occur when this airplane didn't make its destination properly with communications being ignored.

Now, we have two jets versus a large group of Grimm alongside Mercury and Emerald as they make their way to America. And we also have Watts missing a cool fight. Sucks to be him. Until Next Time.
