And we are back with another daily dose of fluff! Last chapter, we saw Miku starting to catch on to Fuutarou's little charade, but can she truly put all the pieces together? Or will Fuutarou live through the rest of the day without having to worry about Miku? It should be a close one, hehe. Other than that, we witnessed Nino being jealous of Itsuki after leaning on Fuutarou's shoulder, which is gonna be problematic if he doesn't resolve this situation immediately! As always, if you guys liked this story and want to see more, don't hesitate to add this fic to your list of faves/follows and tune in everyday! We are inching closer to reaching the 400 mark in favorites, and we are constantly looking to make this soar to the very top! With that being said, let's dive into this chapter!

"Tsk…" Fuutarou could only stand still in his place, unable to move without risking Itsuki falling over since she looked like she was taking a nap or at the very least, too tired to do anything else. Well, he could try to catch her by the shoulders while he slowly moves away, but wait… was she really tired or was she just pretending…

"Hey! Hey! Let me take a rest too!"

Welp.

No bonus points whatsoever to anyone who figures out the identity of the one who said those words.

Yotsuba's voice came completely out of nowhere, right when he was already wondering how to deal with Itsuki. As much as it made him nervous, Fuutarou quickly turned his head, but was too late in doing anything and now the ribbon-wearing quint was occupying his other side, leaning her head against his shoulder just like what her sister did.

She was just too fast for him, that's all it is.

"Haaaa, this feels much better!"

The fourth quintuplet smiled, before letting out a sigh of satisfaction much to Fuutarou's chagrin. What the hell was she thinking? Did she even have any idea who was with them right now?! Or was she just like Itsuki, who felt too tired to care? Wait, that doesn't sound right… he remembered that Yotsuba's specialty was physical activities, she shouldn't even be tired from something as simple as walking.

That means she's doing this… just 'cuz.

"Yotsuba, you're not even tired," he groaned, shaking his head to try and prevent himself from becoming irritated. Calm down, calm down, being angry won't help the situation because the other girls were there too. Who knows what might happen?

"No! Let me stay like this…" Yotsuba pouted for a moment, before shifting her body slightly so that she can wrap her arms around him in a side-hug, causing his blush to deepen while she smiled once again. Fuutarou could only stare down at her incredulously, before glancing at her other sisters who were reacting to this (except for Miku). Ichika gasped and covered her mouth with her hand, while Nino pursed her lips tightly as her eyes widened.

...

...

...

Well, it seemed like she didn't mind the fact that her other three sisters were literally there with them, to the point that she hugged him…

These girls are starting to get bolder for some reason… if the kisses he received from them last night were any indication… and if this was how Yotsuba and Itsuki would act, who knows what Nino might do?

That girl went as far as to make a bento for him… not hesitating to help him out with his female classmates by making a controversial claim… calling him with a nickname that she came up with herself… and she did all of those without even confessing her feelings. She didn't even kiss him yet, by the way.

Also, there was Ichika whom he met—

Never mind! Think about that later! Not important right now! All of this is just wasting space in this chapter! Go back to the story, please!

Among Ichika, Nino, and Miku, the eldest of them was the first to snap out of her shock, her voice became a lot softer as a result but still retained her teasing look. Oh no, this didn't look good at all… especially in Fuutarou's case.

"Ara? Even Yotsuba is making moves on Fuutarou-kun? Hm, I suppose it's not only Itsuki who likes him now… ne, Yotsuba-chan~?" she said, flashing her younger sister a shit-eating grin.

"Eep!" the ribbon-wearing quint yelped, her face turning as red as her hair but made no move to separate herself from the young man. Maybe she was too frozen in embarrassment, which was exactly the reason why she shouldn't have done this!

If he could, he'd let out a sigh and shake his head in disappointment.

"Ichika…" he said in an attempt to save Yotsuba from her embarrassment. Fuutarou put on a serious look to accompany it, while also hoping that the fourth quint would just let him go already. Seriously, why would she choose to subject herself to this embarrassment? She wasn't even tired, right?!

The girl ignored his look and waved her hand as if she was playfully scolding him. "Oh, Fuutarou-kun, who knew you were popular enough to even get the attention of two of my sisters? This'll be hard to explain if your classmates ever saw you like this, don't you think~?"

He deadpanned. "I have nothing to say."

That was a cruel move. Ichika had to remind him, huh? It's already bad enough that the girls have been approaching him because of his relationship with Itsuki, but add Yotsuba to that? Yeah, there's no telling what's going to happen to him, but he'll likely be a lot more worried for the state of the girls instead of his own.

"Hmm, are you sure? You're looking so comfortable with them leaning on you like that and you're not moving at all so you won't disturb them. Maybe you're thinking what it's like to have all five of us lean against you like Itsuki-chan and Yotsuba-chan?" the eldest quint winked, which caused Fuutarou to shake in his place.

Did she just… describe what would his current situation turn out to be in the future?

He couldn't help but think of it the moment she brought it up, and it caused him to blush immediately. Yeah, that was an inevitable scenario at this point, but it's still embarrassing to think about! Maybe he'd be able to handle this a lot better if he and Miku already felt the shock! Despite that, he was lucky that it's not only him who was left flustered, because he noticed that Ichika had a deeper blush than he did.

So, this girl was a teaser and yet she was also weak to things like these… a pretty complicated mindset, if he had to give his opinion. It could potentially affect both Ichika and the one she's teasing like what was happening right now.

Why the hell would she do that to herself, though?

"E-Ehhh…?"

Meanwhile, Miku's face grew hot upon hearing Ichika's words, which left her looking down as red as her hair. Nobody could blame her for it, even when she subconsciously conjured an image of what her sister said…

Her… leaning against Fuutarou like that?

Her mind went almost haywire at that moment upon thinking of that scenario. That can't happen! Itsuki likes him! She can't like him in that way! She didn't want to steal him or something! Sure, he may not look like what she expected him to be, but he's a good guy from what she's seen of him so far! All of her sisters also seem to get along well with him, and—

Nooooooo!

She can't think like this!

Miku began shaking her head furiously to clear her thoughts, while Nino sent a scowl towards her older sister. "Shut up, Ichika. We're almost there, so stop with the teasing already," she then turned her attention towards the two girls who were latching on to Fuutarou. "You two, stop leaning on the guy, will ya? If you want to study, you better act like it."

Nino's statement caused Itsuki and Yotsuba to look and feel ashamed, but were internally wondering if they should follow what she said. Awww, they didn't want to let go of Fuutarou just yet! This was very similar to the hug that they all shared last night, and they could never forget that feeling!

"Ara, don't tell me you're somehow getting jealous, Nino? You can join them if you want to. Oh, and come to think of it, shouldn't you be separating them from him by now?" Ichika turned her attention from Fuutarou to Nino, flashing her sister a smirk.

The second quint only sent her sister a blank expression as a response. "We already had this talk, didn't we? You still think I hate him even after I told you that I don't? In case you forgot, I literally volunteered to help him earlier. What more do you want as damn proof?"

Ichika raised her arms as if she was surrendering in defeat. "I'm just wondering, don't worry. Because as far as I know, you would be screaming right now if we get close to Fuutarou-kun like this, even if you don't really hate him," she then walked up towards Fuutarou and leaned against the young man's chest, letting the side of her face rest on him while she looked back at Nino with a wider smirk than before.

This current position between them almost reminded Fuutarou of that little incident in the restroom, but managed to push away that thought in favor of defusing this situation before it became any worse.

"Ichika, would you please get off already? Two of your sisters are already clinging on to me like I'm some kind of doll," he spoke with a neutral tone, indicating that he's had enough with this that he didn't even have the strength to frown at her.

Nino continued to scowl at her sister to show how serious she was, even narrowing her eyes to further cement her expression. "I would scream if we weren't in a fucking elevator right now, so get the hell off of him already," she said through gritted teeth.

"Okay, okay, it was fun while it lasted…" Ichika shrugged and finally separated herself from Fuutarou, although her cheeks burned bright red from what just happened. It was clear that she felt embarrassed from being so close to Fuutarou that they were almost hugging, to the point that she turned around and hid her face from everyone else.

"Oh my god, what was I doing? What was I doing? I didn't just do that, did I? D-Did I h-hug him…? No, that didn't just happen… I-I-I didn't hug him or anything…" she thought to herself in denial, her lips trembling in pure embarrassment.

Yep. Complicated mindset, indeed.

"You two," Nino shifted her attention to her two other sisters who were still clinging on to Fuutarou and sent them a glare. "Didn't I tell you to stop leaning on him already? If you're going to study, then you better act like it or I'm just going to send him home!"

That was finally enough for Itsuki to immediately separate herself from Fuutarou, standing upright and pursing her lips together as if nothing happened. However, the blush on her face remained and completely killed any chance of the serious look on her face to be taken seriously.

"R-Right! Have to focus! Y-Yes, focus on studying…!" she blurted out, while Nino could only shake her head and sigh.

Yotsuba, however, was more open with her real reaction and puffed her cheeks in a pout. "Awwww, but I like being like this! Can't we stay like this for a bit longer?" she complained as she moved away from the young man, expressing her dismay over having to separate from Fuutarou.

Before Nino could make a move in scolding her sister, Fuutarou quickly raised his hand to stop her and spoke for the second quint instead. "Nino makes a good point, Yotsuba. I am here to teach you, not to cuddle with you. You chose me as your tutor, so you should fulfill your role as my student in return," he said with his usual serious demeanor, despite the small blush that still lingered on his cheeks.

"Yes, Uesugi-sensei…" Yotsuba sighed, looking down with her ribbon doing the same, since he did make a good point about him being her tutor.

Miku, who finally calmed herself just a while ago, was able to see how Ichika leaned against him despite looking incredibly doing it, and how Yotsuba was complaining about not getting to hug Fuutarou for very long. Then there's also Nino staying silent the moment Fuutarou just raised his hand so he could talk to Yotsuba instead. The most surprising thing about it was that Nino actually followed him as if they knew each other well!

"How come they're all so comfortable with him like he's someone we've known for a long time? I know that they all have some kind of interest in Fuutarou, but I never thought it would be like this. Uuuu, this is more confusing than finding out the exact amount of alcohol that Uesugi Kenshin drank in his whole life…" she thought, as the only thing Miku could do right now was turn around and try to find some sense in all this.

Hopefully, she can figure out something in time…

~~XoXo~~

Once they got off the elevator, Fuutarou let the girls lead the way to their penthouse, while the young man remained quiet and observed their home with great interest. It was the first time he had been to a home like this, and he was thinking of how he'll adapt to this change of environment because this is where he'll be holding his tutoring sessions from now on.

He stopped when he noticed that the door was being opened, with Ichika doing the honors. As soon as it was pushed open, the girls went inside while Fuutarou remained outside for now. He wanted to wait until all of them were inside before he followed suit, reminding himself that he was only a guest here and therefore, he must be mindful of his boundaries.

After Itsuki, Fuutarou finally stepped inside the penthouse and almost immediately after removing her shoes, Ichika stretched her arms and let out a huge yawn before facing them.

"I'm going to take a nap… good night, everyone," she muttered while rubbing one of her eyes sleepily, before sending a wink towards the young man who only raised an eyebrow at her. "Good night to you as well, Fuutarou-kun~"

Ichika then went up the staircase afterwards, waving her arm one more time at everyone else as she reached the top before finally disappearing from sight. The next quint followed afterwards, and it was the one who wore blue headphones around her neck.

"I'm heading to my room too," Miku breathed out, before turning her head slowly so she could face him. At the very least, before she retreats into her fortress of solitude, she can talk to him one more time to acknowledge their first encounter. "It was nice meeting you, Fuutarou."

Welp.

He was ALMOST caught right there and the shock would've been triggered between them… had it not been for him simply looking up and pretending that he was staring at their home in awe!

DAMN IT, THAT WAS TOO CLOSE!

Fuutarou barely managed to avoid her gaze by staring at their home instead, but still! He wasn't able to do what he originally planned and he had to improvise, but he still moved quick enough to move his head up just enough for him to avoid her line of sight.

Yeah, he anticipated that Miku would try to look at him again, so he was planning to take off his shoes as a way to avert his gaze but that didn't go well. Now he was stuck with looking at his surroundings! She's going to notice this for sure!

He gave a quick nod that was a sign for his nervousness that she might catch on to him, as well as relief that he avoided her gaze… for now. Fuutarou could only hope for the best, but he shouldn't be getting his hopes up, honestly…

"Y-Yeah, it was nice meeting you too, Miku."

She raised an eyebrow at him in confusion, wondering why his attention wasn't on her but rather their penthouse as a whole, as if he was some kind of critic on houses. She's saying goodbye and yet he wasn't even looking at her but their home instead? Now that just screamed rudeness, whatever his reason may be, though she had a feeling that it would be something ridiculous. Someone as smart as him should be aware of being polite to other people, that's all!

"Is there any reason why you can't look at me right now? Don't you know it's rude not to look at another person when saying goodbye?" she asked while releasing a sigh.

If he seemed so close with her sisters despite preferring to be alone, then how the hell can he not know how to be polite?

"S-Sorry, I'm just… I'm impressed with the interior of your home and I'm taking all of it in," he quickly said, while internally berating himself for answering with a nervous tone as well as doing his best to look curious. He could have just stuck with his usual bored expression instead, because it won't look out of place!

As if you can't get any more obvious than that.

"Sure thing," she spoke with a frown, continuing to give him a confused expression as the young man continued to look around him, seemingly having no plans of looking at her even once.

Miku didn't believe his reason one bit.

Oh boy, it's getting more intense. It's not only Itsuki who's gotten bolder, but Yotsuba as well, and they don't even care that their other sisters are there! Meatbun Monster Rampage and Ribbonmania are taking over the spotlight, but don't leave out Ichika's VIP Show! SHE REALLY JOINED YOTSUBA AND ITSUKI IN LEANING AGAINST FUUTAROU, HAHAHAHA! Well, it resulted in her getting so embarrassed while the other two were just disappointed that they haf to separate from their tutor. Other than those, Miku is confused as hell with their damn actions since she's trying to figure out more about Fuutarou, but look at that ending! SHE NEARLY CAUGHT HIM, GUYS! OH, SO CLOSE, BUT FUUTAROU STILL MANAGED TO STAY SAFE... but will it last? See ya guys tomorrow!

Goodbye... and good night! BANG! *too sweet gesture*
