The day after the wedding Blake texted Pietro saying she was glad they got to dance together. He replied saying he wished they could do that more often.
She sighed and responded back with a 'Someday'. She was currently standing in the kitchen making herself a cup of tea when Logan came walking in and grabbed his usual cup.
"You did a lot of dancing with Magneto's boy…" he commented standing beside her waiting for the water to boil.
"Yeah… and he was not very good at it…" she responded with a chuckle pouring the water into her and his cup as the kettle signaled.
"That right?" Logan asked with a neutral expression.
"Yeah, he stepped on my feet like six times!" She told him laughing a little, "He's a bit of a punk but it was alright…" she added looking into her cup as it steeped.
Logan nodded after a moment.
"So did everything work out ok with Professor Xavier and Magneto…" she asked seeing him look over, "I won't ask for details… I'm just curious!" She continued quickly.
"As good as can be expected!" Her father told her to which she nodded.
"Better than nothing I guess… so are me, you, and Dari still going camping next week?" She asked him, getting a nod from her father in return, "it was a pain in the ass for him to get three weeks off, so he is really looking forward to it!" She added hearing her phone go off once more.
"Somewhere to be?" Her father asked with a chuckle.
"Something like that!" She told him as she left the kitchen and made her way outside.

Out on the back lawn, Blake arrived to find her friends seated on the grass adjacent to the rose garden, just in front of the green house.
Just as they had last year the group planned to tell everyone what their plans for the coming summer were.
Trinity and Max, the usual ring leaders both began to hush the crowd before Trinity spoke.
"Ok like usual, we're gonna go around in a circle but this time we are gonna do something a little different!" She started motioning to a stack of envelopes in front of Max.
"This summer we are going to make it a point to keep in contact with one another a little better… we have been keeping an eye out on and taking better care of our friends this year and we want to continue that over the summer!" Max told the group before he stood and began passing out envelopes.
"Everyone gets an envelope with three names in it!" Trinity began again as Max handed her an envelope with her name on it, "once a month, send each of your names a written letter or a post card, talking about what you've had go on for the month!" She added before looking to Max.
"If your stuff has to go international, send it here with a note saying it is intended for Piotr or Kurt, and Beast will get it where it needs to go!" Max explained, "So now let's go around and share our summer plans!" He added motioning beside him to Kitty.
"So, I found out my dad got a promotion that involved a move, in June I'll be moving from San Diego to Raleigh!" Kitty told the group.
Trinity commented on how close they'll be, only about a 7-hour drive.
"Illyana and I will be heading back home, she and I will be traveling to Sweden for a month-long holiday before we return at the first of August!" Piotr shared with his friends who all nodded and said they looked forward to any paintings he does from the trip.
Bryce and Ruby were next holding hands.
"I'll be here for most of the summer but might crash at the prime house from time to time with Korey!" Bryce told them all before looking to his girlfriend.
"I'll be with my Grandmother till the last week of break and will occasionally be at the prime house as well!" Ruby explained to them. River and Markus had been invited to join the group and had taken a seat beside Ruby.
"This is the first summer that I'll be spending on Campus but I'm sure at some point I'll be at the Prime house with Bryce and Ruby!" River told the group.
"I'll be on Muir Island working on a project with Sunwave for most of the summer!" Forge explained to his older friends.
"Bobby and I both plan to 'do hoe shit' this summer!" Phoebe told their friends with finger quotes causing a burst of laughter.
"To nobody's surprise, I do already have a date!" Bobby added, more chuckles ensuing.
"I will be in Germany for part of the summer but I'll be back earlier than most people!" Kurt stated before looking at his phone to answer a text from Darius.
Evan, Mari, Layla, and Alex all stated that they were heading home to relax for the summer. When it came to Tabi, she looked over at Evan for a moment before shrugging her shoulders.
"I'm planning on getting into trouble!" She stated simply making most of her friends laugh.
"Dad is taking me and Dari camping but I'll probably spend most of my summer in the prime house!" Blake elaborated.
"I'm going to do some work with and for part of the summer." Jamie told the group, several people stating it was a good idea.
"Me and Chas are helping my sister Harmony move, she got accepted to a residency program out of the country and she's super excited… She's coming by tomorrow to tell me about it and we're leaving from here!" Trinity shared with the group.
"My goal for the summer is to expect the unexpected!" Max stated before daring to peak over at Bobby who winked, "also Shy and Nat will be here for most of the summer, but they are planning to go visit Shy's mom at some point in the Morlock colony!" He added with several commenting about ending up at the prime house.
After that the group headed upstairs to pack up those who were leaving before their end of term dinner in town.
