Hello everyone, here is the next one shot
This time we're back to Trevor and Ace, and how they are doing moving forward after everything
I know many has requested this and I hope it's good

This was it. This was the chance Trevor had. He needed to try and mend the fences with Ace. And now he was alone at the table in the kitchen, a perfect opportunity. He quickly moved over and sat down next to Ace. "Yo, Ace!" No reaction, and Trevor decided he needed to try another approach. Ace didn't respond to him at all now, not after that night he had been alone and Trevor should have joined the assignment, after Ace had gotten so damn wasted last week. And Trevor hadn't gotten any closer to Ace since then, and he had no idea what he could do or couldn't, he didn't know where the line was. So this was a gamble. Trevor moved his hand out to Ace and it was a quick reaction to that at least.
Ace gave a glare to him. "I swear, Trevor. You touch me, and I will rip off your arm." Trevor blinked, before he shrugged. What the hell, he said to himself, before he moved to touch Ace on his cheek. "Boop." He said as he did, Trevor seeing Ace's eye twitch. If he lost his arm, it was worth it. After a couple seconds Ace sighed, moving a hand to his face. "I wish I could rip your arm off! But if I do, I'm the bad guy!" That was true. Damn, Trevor found the line on what he could do. That was easy. Or maybe not, be needed to actually get closer to Ace. But it would probably go fine. Just not be the bad guy! Getting closer to Ace would go fine, just put a bit of annoyance in it. After all, siblings went on each others nerves and was still friends, often best of friends! Yeah, this would go fine. "If you don't lose the frown, I will boop you again!" Ace groaned at that, moving both his hands to his face. "I hate you!" Trevor just chuckled. "Love you too, Bunny!" Ace moved to glare at him. "Stop with the Bunny! I hate it!" Trevor laughed. "Never, Bunny!" He would never stop. Ace was a Bunny! A cute little dangerous murderous bunny. And for once, he responded to it.

The last weeks he hasn't made much progress, but Ace did at least respond. And the kid had just come back from an assignment, a long one, which meant a lot of paperwork, so Trevor decided to offer to help. Which Ace shot down right away. "Leave, Trevor. I can manage myself." Trevor wasn't as sure. "You sure, Bunny?" Ace gave an annoyed breath. "Yes, I can. And stop with the bunny!" Trevor shook his head. "Mmm, nope. Come get me if you need anything." Ace just nodded, and Trevor already knew Ace would never come to him, or ask anything of him, not yet at least.

The next months went the same fashion, but Ace had taken his help once, with some paperwork, but Ace had just given him it and then told him to leave. Ace had also just come back from an assignment a couple hours ago and Trevor was on his way to check he was fine as it had been a hard ne based on what Daisuke had said. And as Azuruko was getting sicker, he was more and more away, giving Ace the reason off ake assignments to not worry him. Trevor thought it was wrong. But as he came to Ace's room, the lights was off, but he could see Ace standing close to his bed, giving a look to him. "What, 'revor?" Well, it had been a bad assignment, Ace was drunk. "Just checking on you. You okay?" Ace snorted as he fell down on his bed, Trevor not sure if it was on purpose or not. But he made his way over, and when he was close, Ace spoke up in a low voice.
"Trevor?" Trevor hummed, looking over to Ace, who had moved to his stomach on the bed, looking down. "Could you stay?" Trevor felt a small smile come to his lips as he nodded. "Of course, Ace." Ace made some sound, probably supposed to be a hum. "You didn't call me Bunny." Trevor sighed as he sat down next to Ace. "Situation based, okay?" Ace nodded, eyes closing. "i can deal with that." Ace then let out a breath. "Stay until I'm out, please?" Trevor moved a hand to Ace's head. "I'll stay as long as you'd like, even when you wake up." Ace made a small sound, already falling asleep. "Thank you… Trevor…" Trevor just nodded to himself, staying seated. He was mending the fences. It was a long road, but it was going forward.

The last months had gone okay, and Ace was opening more up to him and even laughing at his jokes and taking his help. Ace didn't mind the Bunny thing anymore, so that was something Trevor always used in good times, and Ace in bad ones, or serious ones. The others had caught on with it and went with it, just letting Trevor do his thing. He had his own little play at things, that was how he had gotten close to Mika. But now, now he just found out something he really disagreed with. "Wait, what? Ace is a leader? He's 15!" Azuruko sighed. "And he's a natural Trevor. He's good at it. And he's almost 16 now." Trevor moved a hand up. "He's just a child! He can't be doing this this early! You can't put this on him!" Azuruko sighed again. "He's almost been a leader for 3 years, with me. You know I have maybe 2 years left. We need to teach him, I need to teach him how to run this place." Trevor didn't agree at all. "No! I don't care! He's too young! And you need to tell him. As you said, you have maybe 2 years left. He needs to know!" Why didn't anyone listen to him? He made sense. He was sure he did. Damn that man, that he didn't tell he was sick to Ace. Ace needed to know. "And," Started Azuruko, looking at him. "You can't tell him. You do, you know he will not believe you and just make him hate you again." Azuruko was right, which was the worst thing. Trevor couldn't do anything.

"No, Trevor. No one is allowed on Azuruko's grave today. You can go tomorrow." Trevor didn't want to go tomorrow, but today. But it was unusual for Daisuke to do this, so there had to be a reason, and he was sure the man wouldn't tell now, as others were around. So he let it go for now, and when the two were alone later, he brought it up again, making Daisuke sigh. "Ace is there. And he wants to be alone, and needs to." Of course Ace was there, and it would be hard to sneak off to the grave, Moira knew everything. Maybe he could get Moira in on his plan somehow, she cared about Ace. Well, Daisuke did too, but he had been on the grave himself, he had been there before. Damn, Ace must be in bad shape for Daisuke to keep him away. Ace was only 17, and he lost Azuruko way to fast. He had been impossible to speak to the first months, for a while even, just gone. Azuruko's death broke his heart. Trevor needed to try something. He needed to try Moira.
"Of course you can, but be fast." Was the response Moira had to Trevor when he asked her, and he was now almost at the grave. If Ace was mad, Trevor would leave, but Ace shouldn't be alone. When he got to the grave, he saw Ace sitting in front of it, legs up to his chest and head down. Trevor moved over carefully, and when he was just a couple feet behind, he spoke up. "Bunny? Ace? You okay?" Ace didn't move and Trevor was sure Ace wouldn't move, before he suddenly shook his head, a sob soon following it. How had Daisuke left Ace like this? Trevor was quick to move down and hug Ace carefully. Ace wasn't the one to take comfort. But Ace didn't seem to mind, even leaning into his comfort, more sobs being let out, making Trevor do his best in comforting. "Shhh, it's okay, it is. Just cry. I won't leave, not until you tell me to." And Trevor wouldn't. Not when Ace was in such need of someone to just be there, and Trevor would always be there, even if Ace disagreed at times.

I know it was short but i have a bit of a writers block on this so I just made something and I promise I will make more of this and how Ace and Trevor are so close now
