Ace frowned as he heard the ones in the hallway speak, and he moved to his door and listened in, frowning more when he got what they were talking about. This might be a problem. He knew what he owed Garp, and Garp knew it as well. He owed a life debt for keeping him and his brothers alive. He was sure that was the reason Garp was still around, in case he needed Ace's help. He knew Garp hated his work, but he had calmed down after he took care of that marine as Ann a bit ago. He had been surprised when Garp had said 'thank you', but it seemed it was a turning point for Garp. He still wasn't okay with this, but he was better.
When the two in the hallway left, Ace headed to Daisuke, who hummed when he saw Ace. "Ace, what brings you by?" Ace gave a breath. "I need everything you have on Marine Captain Ferro." Daisuke frowned. "Why?" Ace sighed. "I… have a debt to pay." Daisuke nodded. "I see." Ace knew Daisuke knew he was serious about things like this, about debts. He didn't want to say it was a life debt, as Daisuke would know who he meant, so he just called it a debt. Daisuke hummed. "We should have something in the second file room, under marine captains." Ace nodded, he should have guessed. "Good, I'll go check." Daisuke nodded and Ace left, heading to the file room and going through the files, and when he got to Ferro, he took everything and left to his room to check them thoroughly. When he had, he moved a hand to his face, before he changed to Ann, before he headed out and disappeared.
When he landed on the island he wanted to be on, he instantly went in search of Ferro. he soon found him in a bar, and headed past him, swinging his hips as he went. Everyone who liked women liked Ann, she was the perfect beautiful person. He quickly got Ferro's attention, and as he was almost past the man, he moved a hand out to hers. "Hey, Beautiful, why don't you join me a bit here?" Ace smiled, jst what he wanted. He gave a curious look to him. "My, a marine? What are you?" Ferro grinned. "A very good Marine Captain." Ace leaned a bit forward. "It is a shame though, I like Vice Admirals." Ferro grinned. "Don't you worry, Beauty, I will soon be it. I have a plan." Ace gave a small gasp. "Oh my, you do? What?" Ferro grinned more. "I have some dirt on someone, and when I tell Sengoku, I will be promoted. Might even get to be an admiral." Ann gave a hum as he moved his hand to Ferro's. "Oh, how interesting. But how would you make that? From what I've heard, rumors aren't listened to." Ferro snorted. "Because I don't have just words, I have evidence." Ann gave an interested hum. "Oh, how nice. Who is this? And what do you have?" Ferro grinned. "I have dirt on someone called Vice Admiral Garp. Big dirt. I got it in my room if you're interested." Ace hummed. "Oh, I am, I am very interested." Ferro grinned, before he stood up and moved his arm over his shoulders. "Let's go." Ace nodded and they headed on.
When they got to the boat and they headed to the captain's room, Ace sat down on the bed, giving an alluring look, and Ferro went and got some papers out. "Here, what I have." Ace hummed and started to read, and read about him being the father to Dragon. But he must have more. "Oh my, this is interesting. Too bad there isn't more. This kind of thing turns me on." Ferro grinned, and moved down and opened a secret compartment in the floor and took some more papers out. "This guy is really interesting, but he will be my ticket up." He then handed the papers over, and there it was. It spoke about him, Sabo, and did say the least interesting was him, as he was just a random kid, good they didn't know more. But it mentioned Sabo being son to nobles and Luffy being the grandson to him and son to Dragon. This would have resulted in Garp being executed. He didn't want that. He liked Garp, he had cared for him and his brothers.
Ace then lightly shook his head. "It is a shame though." Ferro chuckled. "Sure it is, but I will take his place." Ace shook his head. "No, it is a shame no one will read this." Ferro's grin fell. "What?" Ace hummed as he snapped his fingers, being sure to concentrate as he wanted the man to see this, just immobilizing his body as he took a lighter out. It had Ferro frowning. "Hey! Don't d- Wait, why can't I move! What did you do!" Ace gave a grin to Ferro. "Oh me, nothing. Just sealed your fate." Ace then lit the lighter and burned the papers, Ferro screaming out. When they were burned away, he looked at Ferro with a satisfying look. "Too bad you will be tried for treason as you will suddenly leave your post as you disappear, and the only thing they will find is you acting out towards Sengoku in an unfinished letter." Ferro frowned. "I haven't done that!" Ace hummed. "Which is why I will write it for you, and you, you go bye bye." Ace then lifted his hand and snapped his fingers, and Ferro disappeared, the remains of dust in the air was the last thing left of him, and it would disappear in the wind.
Ace then moved to his desk and wrote a half done report against Sengoku, being sure to write it with the same style as the papers he had read, how ferro was going to overthrow Sengoku and the admirals, being sure not to finish it and made some hasty written notes at the end, so it looked like done in a rush before he ran away. That was what he wanted it to look like. When he was done, he took a breath, before he disappeared and appeared in his room on Amegakure. He then changed out of Ann and gathered the files on Ferro and moved to place the files back, and as he was walking back to his room, he met Daisuke, who hummed. "Ferro dead since he went after Garp?" Ace frowned a bit. How did the man know? Daisuke hummed. "Heard the same you did, he was going to turn in Garp and take his place. Was going to tell you, but you beat me to it." Ace nodded. "Yeah, but the evidence says he left in a haste after trying to overthrow the admirals, not just died." Daisuke nodded. "Sounds right."
Daisuke then looked at him. "What now? You're even with Garp now." Ace hummed. "I won't tell him." Daisuke frowned a bit. "Why not? This would change everything." Ace nodded. "Which is why I won't tell. We don't have the best dynamic, but I like him, he cared for me, and I want to care for him now." Daisuke nodded. "I understand. That is very mature of you." Ace nodded, he got that. He liked the dynamic he had with Garp, and he didn't want that to change. He wanted to be there for Garp as he had been there for him. Hopefully, Garp will never find out about this. The only way would be if Daisuke told him, or if Garp somehow found out, or if Ace told. And he wouldn't tell, not unless he needed to.
And that's the one shot, hope you enjoyed
