Anti-Boruto
"Sarada, let me go," Boruto struggled as Sarada dragged him through the forest away from Kairi fighting the Heartless.
"No way, we promised Kairi remember?"
"We can't just leave her to fight those things alone! Mitsuki, tell her!"
"So those were the Heartless," Mitsuki simply said, "I wonder if they really can turn people into monsters like themselves?"
"You're not helping," Boruto snapped. Mitsuki wasn't helping him or helping Boruto calm down that he left his older sister alone with monsters he knew nothing about.
"Huh?" Sarada and Mitsuki suddenly stopped. By their expressions, they were stopping because of something in front of them. Boruto finally got out of Sarada's grip and looked ahead. Someone was standing in front of them. A figure in a black coat.
The man took off his hood and revealed his face. Boruto recognized him. The day they found the White Zetzu, he was the guy who called him weak.
"You again?" Boruto asked annoyed.
The man chuckled, "Now that's not very polite now is it?"
"You know this guy?" Sarada asked.
"Not really," Boruto said, "I saw him once."
"You're right, but I know your sister pretty well," he shrugged, "Just wanted to come say hi."
Boruto narrowed his eyes, "What do you mean you know my sister?" He didn't like the sound of that.
"Aw," the man said with mock hurt, "She never mentioned me? I was her best friend as a kid, but I guess she's still a little mad. I might have made her miss a few things, like your first words, or your baby sister's birth."
As he spoke, it dawned on Boruto. Then it began to click. The black coat.
"But still, I thought she would mention, her imaginary friend."
Boruto's eyes widened in horror and anger. It was him!
"Luxu…"
Sarada released a gasp, and Mitsuik stayed silent.
He gritted his teeth, as he shook in pure rage. That day! He spoke to the son of a bitch who kidnapped Kairi, and he didn't know! Boruto was so angry he felt like he was going to puke.
"Wow," Luxu said, "You really are brother and sister, you both got the same angry look down."
"Shut the hell up!" Boruto threw a vanishing Rasengan at the man who took his sister. He just side stepped, and it hit the tree behind him.
"Now do you think that's polite? Attacking me like that?"
"You kidnapped my sister you son of a bitch!" Boruto shouted, he was about to lunge forward to tear him apart, but Sarada grabbed.
"Boruto, calm down. I understand you're angry, but we need to think. We don't know what he's capable of!"
"I don't care," Boruto struggled, not thinking straight.
"Well, you're just a tough little tiger huh?" Luxu mocked. He raised his hand, "Let's see how you're coming along?"
When he flicked his wrist. Something inside Boruto's chest began to ache.
Boruto quickly grabbed his chest and grunted in pain.
"Boruto?" Mitsuki asked.
"What's- Ah!" Sarada was suddenly forced back. A black shockwave erupted from Boruto.
Boruto's head was pounding as memories he didn't want to remember, suddenly came rushing back.
"You're no longer a ninja."
"Kairi's dead!"
"You have no resolve."
"You're just a kid."
"Why are you still using that thing?"
Those memories brought back emotions that came with them: Anger, despair, hopelessness. It was all too much.
Boruto released a yell of agony, as darkness swirled around him, before cocooning him.
"Boruto!" Kairi forced another burst of speed when she heard her brother yell. She ran through the bushes and into the clearing.
She basically stopped with a screech, when she saw her worst nightmare.
Pitch black, like the shadows, and yellow glowing eyes. Standing on all fours, like a wild animal, but his form was still human.
"It can't be," Kairi heard Sarada whisper in fear.
In front of them, was Boruto, trapped in what looked like, an Anti-Form.

Cid was typing away at his computer, he and the castle scientists were trying to figure out where Sora's marriage proposal came from. If they knew where the signal came from, they'd be one step closer to finding Sora.
Finally, the computer pinged.
"About, time, now where are you, you lovesick puppy?" Cid followed the signal to the coordinates of the world it came from, "Perfect, now who's closest to that world?"
He activated the "Where's my friend," app for the gummiphones.
"Huh, Kairi's already there?"
%%%%%%
"So, the message came from Kairi's home world?" Riku asked as he sat outside the Bistro in Twilight Town.
"It appears so," Ienzo explained.
"Then that means, somehow that world is connected to wherever Sora is at," Riku surmised.
"Yes, that's the only explanation we have at the moment, but in order to find out more, we'll need to investigate. Kairi's already there, perhaps she can look into it?"
Riku thought about, sure Kairi was there, but she had a lot on her plate already. Trying to catch up with her family. They needed to find Sora, who was probably in some other dimension. Sure Kairi's connection to Sora was strong, but they needed someone with power over connections and memories. Someone like…
Riku grinned, "I have an idea."
Riku got up and found Namine. She was currently sitting on a bench, sketching the clocktower.
"Hey, Namine," Riku called. The blonde, former Nobody.
"Hello, Riku," Namine smiled. Riku almost felt bad for what he was about to do, almost.
"I need your help," Riku explained.
"What do you need?" Namine asked.
"Well, we finally figured out where the signal came from," Riku explained, "It came from a specific world. Somewhere on that world, is the way to finding Sora, but we don't know how or why. I'm going to investigate, but I think if you come we'll find Sora faster. Your powers don't just control memories, you can find people through their connections," Riku explained, careful not to mention which world they were going to, "You don't have to go if you don't want to."
Namine looked determined, "I'll come with you. I'll do anything to find Sora."
"Great," Riku said, smirking inwardly. Now Namine could meet the rest of her family. Was this underhanded? Maybe a little, but Namine had made it clear she was dead set on avoiding the Uzumaki's. Not because she didn't like them, but because she was afraid of being rejected. She probably did see them as family, but was too afraid to go see them, even worse than Kairi.
Riku felt a little bad he was going to trick her, but hopefully, the Uzumaki's would be as accepting of Namine as they were of Kairi.

"Boruto!" Kairi rushed forward towards her brother, but was pushed back by a wave of darkness.
Kairi looked and saw Xigbar, "You!"
"Well, that's interesting," Xigbar said, "He still has his human form."
"What did you do?" Kairi yelled.
"Hey, he just wanted power," Xigbar said, "He was tired of not being noticed."
"Shut up and change him back," Sarada snapped.
"That's up to him," Xigbar said before disappearing.
Kairi looked at Boruto, she would worry about Xigbar later, but right now her brother was in trouble!
"Listen, I think I can reverse this," Kairi said. She changed Sora back when he was a Heartless, surely she could change Boruto back from this, "But I need to get to him."
"I'll help," Mitsuki said.
Suddenly, Boruto sporadically lashed out. Everyone dodged.
"That's easier said than done," Sarada said.
"We have to hold him down somehow," Kairi called.
As if by magic, snakes shot out of the ground and wrapped around Boruto.
"Huh?"
"Go now." Kairi saw that the snakes came from Mitsuki. Pushing the fact Mitsuki was made of snakes aside. Kairi launched towards Boruto.
That was when Boruto released another shockwave. Destroying the snakes, freeing Boruto.
The possessed boy, attacked Kairi, with slashes. Kairi quickly dodged and evaded, she didn't want to hurt Boruto if she could help it, but he was focused on her. That was good.
Sarada activated her sharingan and watched Boruto move. After watching them she spotted a pattern.
"After he slashes down, he'll slash up," Sarada called, "That leaves his stomach wide open!"
After hearing that Kairi waited for Boruto to follow his pattern. He slashed down. Kairi activated her Byakugan, luckily Boruto was still human enough to have a chakra network. When he slashed up, Kairi ducked.
With chakra infused hands, Kairi hit his chakra points, faster than the eye could see. Not to kill him but stun him. That would give her the time to reverse this transformation.
Boruto, then fell on his back. Twitching, like he was trying to move but he couldn't.
"I'm sorry Boruto," Kairi approached, "It'll be over soon I promise."
Kairi reached out touch her brother, but before she could. He released another dark shockwave. This one was more intense, and it didn't stop after it knocked them back. Black winds swirled around Boruto in storm of darkness. Like Boruto was entering a final transformation.
"This is bad," Sarada said, "We need to go get help."
No, if they went to get help, it would be too late. Kairi could just tell. She needed to save him now! Without another word, Kairi jumped into the storm.
"Kairi!" Sarada called.
The darkness whipped around and into Kairi as she focused on pushing ahead blindly. She could still sense it. The light in Boruto's heart. It was still there! But it was fading.
Kairi pushed through. Every time she was hit with darkness, she felt more injuries cover her body. She didn't care. She could heal. It felt like forever, but finally, Kairi reached the light, and touched it.
Kairi was now floating down. Sitting curled up in a ball, was Boruto.
"Boruto."
Boruto looked up dazed and confused, "Kairi?"
Kairi reached out, "Let's go home."
Boruto looked unsure, afraid, but he still reached up and took Kairi's hand. When they touched, light emitted from their joined hands.
"Kairi!" Sarada shouted. This was bad. Not just Boruto, but Kairi, "We need to go back and tell Lord Seventh."
"Tell me what?"
Sarada nearly screamed, when she turned and found the Hokage standing behind them.
"Uh…"
"What is that?" Naruto saw the swirling darkness in front of them.
"Well, that…" Sarada began.
"Luxu turned Boruto into a monster, he released that darkness, then Kairi jumped in after him," Mitsuki got to the point.
"Mitsuki!"
"What?"
However before anyone could say anything else. Light started to shine through the dark storm.
"What's happening now?" Naruto asked, as the light got so bright everyone had to shield their eyes.
The light eventually died down. Everyone looked to see Kairi, holding Boruto; who was back to normal.
"Boruto!" Sarada and Mitsuki were next to them in an instant.
Kairi looked tired, but relieved.
"Boruto," Kairi gently shook him, "Can you hear me?"
"Mm…" Boruto opened his eyes, "What happened? Where's-…" Boruto trailed off when he looked up. His face went pale like he saw a ghost.
"Yes." Kairi stiffened when she heard her fathers commanding voice, "I would also like to know what happened here."
Kairi turned her head to see her father standing over them, not looking so happy. His eyes were as red as the demon within him.
"Uh… hey Dad…" Boruto mumbled.
"Daddy, when did you get here?" Kairi asked in an innocent tone.

Namine was livid as soon as they landed, "You didn't say the world was Kairi's home world!"
"Well, you wouldn't have come if I told you," Riku said.
Namine started banging on his chest feebly, "You jerk, you liar, I bet the signal didn't even come from here either!"
"Namine I didn't lie," Riku grabbed her hands, "The signal really did come from here and you really can help us find Sora faster."
Namine growled angrily, before pulling away to think.
Okay, don't panic. This is a really big world. I don't ever have to see them and they don't have to see me.
"Fine, but we're leaving as soon as we find Sora," Namine said, "Now lets find a place to make camp so-…"
Riku suddenly threw Namine over his shoulder, "Why should we do that? Kairi lives here, lets just crash at her place."
"What?" Namine shrieked as Riku made his way to the village with a panicking Namine in tow, "No, I don't wanna, I don't wanna, I don't wanna!"

"Not only did you both leave during a lock down, but you endangered yourselves by attacking a strange unknown enemy," Naruto scolded after he dragged his kids home. They were currently in his office.
"It wasn't unknown to me," Kairi reminded. She still didn't believe she did anything wrong, this was her job.
"Don't sass me Kairi!" Naruto snapped.
"But she was right," Boruto defended, "It was the Heartless, if she does have the power to stop them, we should let her."
Naruto sighed as he listened. From what he saw, the Heartless really were there.
"Look, we'll talk about this later," Naruto said, "I need to make a report. Both of you return home, we'll discuss this more tonight."
Boruto sighed, "Fine."
"Come on, Boruto," Kairi was still worried for Boruto. How did Xigbar make Boruto go into an Anti-Form?
Naruto watched them both leave. As he did, he thought back. Back to when Kairi was first born, when he became a dad.
And so we begin what PHL360 have dubbed, The practice baby arc.
