Enemies in Love? Chp. 1
My life was great until '' he'' wrote me that stupid love letter. Wait. Hi, I'm a water bender from the South Pole, named Katara. Well let me start from the beginning… It all started when we were fighting in the middle of the desert with Zuko while his Uncle Iroh drank tea. We were fighting pretty rough (even for Zuko) as Aang dodged all the fireballs I hit Zuko with my water whip. Toph and Sokka were sleeping on Appa and Aang had gotten better with his earth bending but not great. Aang picked up a huge rock and threw it at Zuko but he sliced it in half with his fire bending skills. Then Bam I trip over one little piece of rock and my lips connect to Zuko's!
Zuko was just as shocked as I was but we managed to escape. A few hours later I realized I hated the way Zuko and I had kissed but I knew all my friends would disapprove of me talking about it so I just kept it to myself. A night I would replay the moment over and over because it was my first and only kiss and Zuko and had taken that away. A few weeks later I received a secret letter saying:
Hello, Katara,
Its me your one kiss. I know you feel awkward but imagine how I feel writing this. Katara I really like you and when you kissed me it felt so right. I know we are mortal enemies, in a way, I just wish we could meet and talk about what we felt. I know you felt what I felt, too because you were just as shocked as I was. Please write back so we can chat or meet!

At first I was positive I was not going to write back but then I began to feel what Zuko meant. I've never felt so good. I did not want to tell Sokka, Aang or Toph because I knew what they were all going to say, '' Katara what are you thinking he's fire nation'' but what they don't understand is he is my one true boyfriend, I think.
