"Awww, Emmy you make one cute pumpkincoon lol and you'll get so much chocolate from our friends because they can't resist your cuteness." Rocket told Emily while putting her in her Halloween costume which was sweeet and fitting for her firstvHalloween.
"Rockie, are you and Emmy ready to go yet." Gamora asked him dressed as a vampire queen while Rocket was dressed as a vampire inspired by Rockus, a variant of himself that was a vampure but Emily loved playing with her dad's cape which had been why it had taken long, to get her dressed seeing Emily excited seeing her mom dressed like her daddy.
"Yep, somebody was playing with dada's cape which was why it took so lomg." Rocket said scooping Emily up as they left their house going into the night, hearing Emily gabbling pointing at decorations as they were trick or treating as they were getting treats plus their friends found Emily adorable, giving extra treats with Rocket doing a voice so Emily could say thanks, making Gamora giggle finding it sweet he was teaching their cub manners like Herbert with him, when he'd been her age hearing her whimper hearing fireworks.
"It's okay sweetie, the sound may be scary but they make pretty colours in the sky." Rocket said seeing her like the colours just not the sounds compared to Rocket who loved the sounds that fireworks made.
"This is becoming her first Halloween and a good one, because we're helping her learn." Gamora told him.
But when they got home, they were putting Emily into pyjamas after taking off her costume seeing she was still wired from tonight's events so Gamora and Rocket were telling her stories which was calming hervdown kissing her goodnight, putting the nightlight on before leaving her room going to their room taking off their costumes changing into pyjamas getting into bed grinning kissing each other goodnight before falling asleep.
"What's goingon with Emmy, why is she upset and being sick." Rocket heard Gamora ask him making him nervous as it was a few days after Halloween and Rocket had dealt with a very upset Emily so he'd fed her a lot of her Halloween treats especially the chocolate making Gamora notice seeing the cabdy wrappers in the trash.
"Rocket-Wyndheim Raccoon, did you give our Emily lots of cabdy." she asked, making him gulp when she addressed him by his full name knowing he couldn't lie to her nodding seeing her sigh knowing he'd tried to make Emily happy when she'd been upset about her doijg missions or errands knowing their cub needed an nap taking her to her room making Rocket relieved hoping Emily would feel better after her nap making himself coffee, because being November, the house was alittle cold.
"Thanks Rockie, and know you just made a mistake, maybe there's other ways to make her happy, besides pumping her with candy." Gamora told him after taking a cup of coffee from him sitting on the couch together. knowing Hannukah was next momth and it would be Emily's first one alomg with her first Thanksgiving this month which wouldbe fun and express what they were thankful for seeing Rocket nodding, as he wanted to invite Herbert making her nodding.
