Peter in his Web Warrior outfit swung through the city with Sue in his arms. They reach the closest transporter arrived on the Helacarrior called Thermopylae in the Patriot Garrison near Mount Rushmore where they found uptop on the run way their friends Gwen, MJay wearing their spider outfit (MJay is in a 2099 set though with spider arms or what ever you call them like the iron spider armor but the eyes are Shadow Clone Goggles.) Johnny Storm eating food and the members of Peter's Team.
There Jami aka Black Panther was sparing with Shadow the Winter Soldier from the Garrison and despite his name he was actually a very nice guy, even was married to a pink hair Black Widow name Amy.
The Leader of the Team Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel (From Peter and Sue earth.) was playing chess with Lana aka Scarlet Witch. Scar Thor and his pet Dwolfg taking a nap near by. Robert Jones was checking his Silver and Gold Iron Suit.
Everyone stop what they were doing to look at them and they all noticed Peter and Sue's clasped hands.
"Wait, did you finally told him?" Asked Gwen and blushing Sue nodded. Both Gwen and her girlfriend squealed and hugged both Peter and Sue. "Congratulations." Said Johnny moving quick to fist bumping with Peter. Before going over to Carol and handed her some credits. "You betted on us!?" Asked Sue. Johnny gave a smile. "Only on how long it was going to take you guys. But that's not going stop me from saying Congratulations."
"Good for you Pete." Came another voice that made them all tense. Turning they saw a Iron Man in a red, white and blue armor with a Star in the middle of his chest, Vision, She-Hulk, Mara Hills, Black Cat, Reed Richards, Elektra, Harry Osborn in a goblin outfit, War Machine, and Thunderstrike aka Clone Thor. Landing on the Helacarrior.
"I'll be sure you two share a cell together." Peter and the others took fighting stances. "Like the new outfits…" Said Stark. "And making your Thor, and Panther nice. Love the new hair Wanda."
"But your all still not registered. That's a issue and as President of the United States you are all criminals." Said Stark his forces taking positions. "He thinks he's on your guys earth." Said Lana to Peter, Carol and Sue.
"This isn't our earth Tony!" Said Carol angrily hands glowing with power. "Your laws have no authority here! Something warping your mind!" Stark gave a laugh. "Nice bluff Carol. My word is law and everyone here is under arrest, by my authority unless you rather be six feet in the ground!"
"You mess with one of us you mess with all of us!" Said Shadow. "See reason Stark." Said Carol. "You refuse to see reason for a long time Carol. Even after 5 years on the run haven't changed you." Said Stark aiming his repulsers.
"Damn you Stark… Take them!" Order Carol and Everyone jump into action. "Flame On!" Said Johnny igniting. Jones got in his armor. Both sides charged at each other.
Shadow and Jami welding their respective weapons attack Elektra and Mara Hills.
Thunderstrike threw his hammer at Scar Thor knocked it aside with his Stormbreaker before throwing his axe. Thunderstrike attempted to catch Stormbreaker but failed and got pinned. Scar Thor eye narrowed as he picked up Scar Thor hammer. "This is not a Mjolnir! Your a fake Thor!"
"I'm a clone of that great hero!" Said Thunderstrike. Scar Thor teeth gritted as he crushed the fake Mjolnir to piece. "Only the worthy shall be call Thor! And you are Not!" Scar Thor recalled his axe, Thunderstrike grabbed the handle trying to hold on to it but what he got was a broken dislocated arm wires sparked from the arm and Stormbreaker returned to Scar Thor. Then Scar Thor threw his Stormbreaker which struck Thunderstrike chest. Wires spark around the axe. Then Scar Thor recalled his axe again which dragged Thunderstrike to him where Scar Thor punch his uru fist into the fakers face before yanking Stormbreaker out, called down lightning to his axe then crushed Clone Thor face in.
Scar Thor joined Lana in her fight with Vision.
Jones and Johnny battled against Goblin and War Machine dodging the pumpkin bombs and bullets. With Scar Thor help Lana battled Vision with her magic as Carol fought against her formal friend Jen. Sue keep Reed from wrapping around her while he try to reason with her. "Sue you broke the law… ooofff!" He got hit in the face. "And choose to reveal Peter's identity and got his Aunt and Brother Killed!!" Yelled Sue. "Huh?!" Said Reed but Sue keep going. "Then your evil Thor killed Goliath!" Reed eyes widen. Right before he got knocked aside. "And you stood by doing nothing but give your full support! Even when they almost killed Johnny!" Sue power build around her. "And you think that I would still love you and still want to be your Wife!"
"This doesn't make any sense?" Said Reed. "What doesn't?!" Growled Sue. Reed look at a device on his wrist. "Scans show that you are my Sue Storm but what your saying about Bill dying is wrong. Unless…" Reed stop a angry look appearing on his face. "Unless What Reed!?" Asked Sue.
Gwen and Mary Jane went against Black Cat and when MJay got her in a headlock she found a control device on the back of Felicia neck. Realizing the Cat was on a lease Gwen shot a taser web at Felicia neck frying the device which gave Black Cat enough time to break free and rip off her lease. "Some of them have control devices!" Called out MJay to the others. Jones understood and flew over Harry and he mange to shoot off the Goblin's control device. Elektra got pinned by Dwolfg allowing Jami to rip the device off.
Elektra was freed and Mara Hills was taken down because she wasn't under control. Of Course she wasn't.
Peter battled President Stark. "You still refuse to admit that exposing my secret identity was the wrong move!"
"Don't forget kid. I'm President Stark. And trust me… it a law of the universe that I can't be wrong." Peter growled. "You unbelievable asshole!" Peter picked Stark up and slammed him into the ground. "I knew you were arrogant! But your fully insane!" Scar Thor mange to keep Vision busy allowing Lana to open a portal to let Steve and the other members of his team arrived and began dealing with War Machine.
"You are not god, Stark! You just a man who keeps making mistakes and not caring who dies as long as you get your way!" Stark suddenly gave a chuckled as he struggled to his knees. "You'll see the things I done were right… after I bring you to life that is." Peter was confused. "What? What are you talking about?"
"I'll tell you another time Pete." The Stark chest piece began to glow and Peter knew it was going be a killing blow and he was to close to dodge.
"Peter!" Came a familiar voice from the person shoving Peter aside but was about to take Stark's blast instead. Harry threw a pumpkin bomb forward which intercepted Stark blast but caused a explosion that engulfed The Goblin.
"Harry!" Cried Peter seeing his best friend with a smoking. "Tony… what have you done?!" Cried Jennifer stopping her fight with Carol. Sue gave a scream at almost loosing Peter and she blast Stark with her powers ripping the front of his armor apart. "An expanding force field in my armor? Nice trick, Sue. But I'm more then just armor. I think it's time…"
Standing up everyone could see the glowing orange stone in the middle of Stark armor. "The Reality Stone." Said Steve his voice grim. "So this is how you became President, Stark." Growled Hills angrily. "Had to nudge a few states to see thing my way. Texas, California oh and Florida." A smirk was on Stark lips. "But for some reason the stone didn't affect Cap and the others maybe some tech they made. Which why the plan was to find them at all cost." Stark noticed Peter was shaking still looking at the injured body of his friend. "Don't worry Pete he won't be hurt for long and you'll see thing my way." The Stone in Stark chest began to glow and everyone took fighting stances. Even Stark's team got ready to fight their President.
"It was actually good to get this off my chest so to speak. Since none of you will remember this at all because this never happened… in three, two, one…" But nothing happened. A surprised look appeared on Stark's face. "What?! Why isn't the Stone working…?"
"Get him to medical!" Said Peter and Gwen and MJay picked up Harry and went through the portal Lana open to the Thermopylae medical bay.
"Infinity Stone 101 Mr. President." Peter removed his mask letting it fall to the ground before turning towards Stark. "They only work in their own reality." Stark's eyes widen realizing what he just did right before Peter's fist struck his face.
Peter rip the rest of Tony's armor off before throwing almost off the edge. "You Killed My Aunt!" Peter threw Stark into wall. "My Bother!" Stark was introduced to another wall then got webbed to it. "Goliath!" Peter struck Stack's face. "So Many Others!" Again and again Peter punch Tony's face. "Now Probably My Best Friend!" Stark's face was becoming a bloody mess. "And For What?!" Peter grabbed Tony's throat. "Tell Me!" Suddenly a hand gently grabbed Peter's arm. Looking he saw Pepper Pots giving him a sad look. "Enough Peter." Peter let go of Tony's throat looking down at his bloody fists. "Pepper I… I…"
"Had ever right to beat the crap at my sperm donor." Said Pepper turn Peter to look at her. "Because if you didn't I would."
"But He's not worth it or anything." Peter and Pepper gazed at the bloody man before them.
Then Peter looked at Reed who look like he wanted to say something. "I don't know how you got here. But Go home." Peter use his webs to pull the Reality Stone to his hand before tossing it to Lana. "And take that with you." Peter indicated the bloody President. "I don't know how we can get home?" Said Reed. "How did you get here?" Asked Steve. "Somebody gave intel telling the location of… of your avengers…" Said Vision and they all knew he was going to say something like rebels or criminal base. "We arrived and found a dark cloak figure waiting for us. He said Stark have no right to do what he done which we now know was using the Reality Stone for self reasons and it was time to set things right."
"Then you found yourself here and like the bastards you are, you immediately attempted kill us over those stupid Accords again!" Said Sue going to Peter side. "We were fools following the lead of mad man." Said Vision. "And of what you said about what happened on our earth before Stark started using the Stone then we don't expect you to forgive us for being a threat to freedom itself."
"You can make a start by leaving Team Ironhole." Joked Falcon and everyone chuckled. "We were going to do that anyway." Said Jennifer. "And until we find away back home I hope you don't mind us staying for awhile."
"That's if whatever brought you here will let you return." Said Lana using a spell over the members of the same earth. "Because from what I'm getting who ever brought you here would make sure you stay here to make things truly right."
"Make sense." Said She Hulk. "But you don't want us here…" Carol interrupt her saying. "As foes no way." Then Carol smiled. "But as friends always. Unless you don't think so Peter." Everyone look at Peter. He took a deep the said. "I'm down as long as he…" Peter pointed at Tony. "Goes down to the lowest levels of the Rafts."
"He might have killed Harry Osborn and definitely confess to using a infinity stone for personal gain affecting a whole earth." Said Pepper. "So all in favor?" Ever one said. "Aye."
"All a posed?" Asked Pepper. No one said anything. "Shadow, Panther, Lana, escort President Stark here to the Rafts. Where he will await his trail. Because unlike him we believe in real justice." Order Steve and Stark was lead away. "What about the rest of you?"
Felicia step forward towards Peter and Sue. "I'm staying here anyway." Peter was about to say no but Sue spoke up. "Glad to have you back Cat." Peter look at Sue for answers. "Control device on the back of her neck."
"Your call Sue." Sue smiled at Black Cat. "You have a lot to make up for and you should know that I'm not giving up Peter to you. Your with both of us or you can go with them." Sue gesture to Reed and the others. "When or if they can return home." And the bloody President Stark.
"The Accords state they would insure the freedom of the Heroes." Said Steve. "But I saw they would become a threat to freedom itself. Because many who became heroes did so not for fame or glory but because they had the choice and freedom to use their powers they are gifted with to protect others." Hills look down. "I will admit that no new heroes rose up that weren't force to sign after you guys left. We were trying to save lives. But we betrayed what we were fighting for which wasn't freedom but control."
Steve place a hand on Hills shoulder. "There is still time to do what is right Mara." Hills look up at the others members of Stark team. They nodded. "The Avengers are reporting for duty Cap."
"The Dark Cloak figure also said something else…" said Vision. Everyone looked at him. "He said more will follow you."
