Kara continued to trace her insignia on Lena's chest as they lay there, she sighed and leaned back, ghosting her lips over Lena's earlobes and upper cheek, down to her neck as she slowly and carefully pulls her up and fully onto her lap.
"Lena Luthor, this is really nice." Kara smiled down at Lena as she turned, now straddling Kara as she smiled, wrapping her arms around her neck and pulling forward into a hug, Kara grinned and pulled back, biting her lip at the pout on Lena's face, a new-found confidence rose in Kara as she leaned forward, pulling Lena closer as she closed her eyes, tilting her head to the side as their lips crash together in a passionate loving kiss, after several minutes, they both pull away, breathing.
"Kara Da- Zor-El... this is..." Kara smirked and pulled her back into the kiss, after a minute or two, Kara couldn't tell, and she softly took Lena's lips in between her lips, biting softly. Her heart skips a beat as Lena moaned softly into her mouth.
"Let's take this, elsewhere?" Kara whispered huskily into Lena's ear as her eyes and veins glowed red, Lena, now wide eyed, whispered to the blonde goddess.
"Kara, are you sure your okay? I don't want to do this if your not in the right frame of mi-" She was cut off as Kara's lips touched hers softly.
"Shh, if you don't want this, tell me - I'll leave." Kara pouted slightly as she stood up, pacing and grabbing her suit out of the trash and slipping it on, however the suit never reached her shoulders as Lena put her hands onto Kara's shoulders.

Lena tried to turn Kara and she succeeded as Kara turned around, a confused and worried look on her face. Lena pulled Kara in by grabbing her ass cheeks, she pulled her up and, into her ear, whispered.
"Stay... please..." Kara moaned gutturally as she picked Lena up and carried her into the bedroom, her hand stroking the inside of Lena's thighs as they walked in.
"If, at any time, you want to stop, say the word." Lena nodded at Kara's soft and kind tone as she spoke those words. "One thing though Lena, you are mine, and I am very possessive over what I own." Kara placed Lena onto the bed and kissed her deeply again, slipping the rest of her Supergirl costume back off and stroking Lena's curves as she moans softly. They pulled away to breathe and Kara moved to softly knead Lena's breasts, biting her lip before taking Lena's bra off and sucking on the soft mound of Lena's left nipple.
"Oh Kara... this is the best thing... mm..." Lena moaned, louder than before and Kara smirked playfully. Lena didn't admit it then, but she, deep down, liked this side of Kara. Lena moaned some more before her wits got the better of her and she pushed Kara away. "We shouldn't... your... you..." Lena sighed, deep down feeling a churning feeling of guilt and sadness. "Your... Your ill... I should've told you earlier but..."

"But? Lena, I'm free!" Kara said with a possessive tone that Lena couldn't quite place between aggressive and lustful. One thing she could place however is how much it turned Lena on. "I'm free to spend the rest of my days with you! I dreamed of us together, in mountains, laughing and having fun playing with the snow. Skiing and then taking off and flying to and landing in a forest where we build a treehouse! A place we could spend days holding each other close for comfort. Loving each other... loving you..." Kara looked away slightly, a look of slight sadness and guilt in her eyes as they glow red, tears falling from them. "I'll go." Kara stands up and slips her suit back on, picking up her mother's necklace, phone and the red rock. Lena just sat there agape at what she saw Kara just casually pick up - Red Kryptonite.

Lena stood up and staggered to Kara, tears threatening to stream down her cheeks, Kara just handed Lena her cape before taking off, leaving Lena alone with the cape of her Kryptonian lover, Lena's next few hours were spent crying and downing tumblers of whiskey and scotch before finally turning the tv on, her red ringed, tear worn eyes widening at what she saw - Kara, in a different suit from the skirted one she was wearing in contrast to her usual jumpsuit attire (her Season-5 suit) - this suit was a black jumpsuit however the house of El logo was in a patch style on her chest as she flew, wreaking havoc on the city, the only building left untouched being L-Corp. Lena drunkenly stumbled outside, she reached the railing but collapsed from the intoxication, with her final moments of consciousness, she called Kara's name and smiled as her blonde beauty landed before her as she passed out, crying.

DEO

"I found out what's wrong!" Winn shouted as Alex and J'onn walked past, they turned and walked over and looked at his screen, their eyes widened as they saw the energy signature.
"Red Kryptonite... shit. Scan for Kara's suit, we need to find her." Alex said to Winn who nodded before scanning for the suit and turning back to the pair. "Kara picked it up at that fight against the rock monster..." Alex sighed.
"Why did she go to L-Cor-" She froze as Winn's computer pinged onto Kara's phone at Lena's penthouse, Alex shouted. "Get a team together, I'm going in."

Lena woke up in strong arms, she shifted and the arms relented, allowing her to move, she tried to sit up but nigh on collapsed again as the hangover hit her, she checked her phone - the reports were... devastating - hundreds wounded, millions of dollars of damage. All because a tiny red rock made Kara go insane. Kara. Lena rolled over and she saw the beautiful blonde, lying there looking at her with immense adoration in her eyes as she smiled at the Luthor warmly.
"Good morning princess." Kara whispered soothingly and caringly, Lena blinked but couldn't get the sting out - then she remembered last night, the crying, alcohol and passing out on her balcony. "I got you some painkillers and a drink..." Kara voice was very soft and caring as she pointed to the bed side unit and at the cup of water and the headache tablets. Lena popped one and took a drink of the water, feeling a lot better.
"Kara, there's something I want to discuss... I-" They were cut off by shouting as DEO agents swarmed the apartment, instantly firing the Red K gun at Kara as she collapsed. Lena gasped and, covering herself the best she could, crawled out to check on her now unconscious girlfriend as she lay on the floor, Red Kryptonite evaporating from her as Lena picked the rock up, cradling Kara also. Lena looked up at Alex, a look of pain on the agents face - a look that makes Lena sigh and look back at her hero, the one she's cradling in her arms, she put her lips to Kara's ear. "If you can hear me, I would love to spend forever with you." Lena looked at Alex again, her eyes overwhelming with tears as she broke down, crying into Kara's limp body, Lena handed Alex the red kryptonite and Alex walked off with it.

Lena resumed cradling her fallen super until she decided to do something and dressing them both, she carried Kara to the sofa. Plopping her down she sighed and went to her bar, grabbing a tumbler and bottle of gin. Eventually she was left alone as the DEO guarded the penthouse, she sat down and put Kara's head in her lap, stroking her hair and looking at the blonde beauty, she looked up to realise that they'd left the TV on as the anchor spoke about how Supergirl had ravaged the city for seemingly no reason before vanishing completely. Lena knew, even before she got into L-Corp, that it would be a PR disaster for both her and Kara as the news anchor spoke on about how L-Corp was the only untouched building. Lena's phone vibrated mid pouring of another glass of gin. Lena picked it up and smiled slightly as Jess messaged her.

Jess - Is everything ok? I saw the news and I worried about you and Kara...
Lena - We're okay...
Jess - Does she know I know?
Lena - I think she's acutely aware, yes. However she seems to be okay with you knowing it seeing as she comes by you every time she visits.
Jess - Ms Luthor, do I need to cancel your meetings for today and tomorrow?
Lena - Yes please. :)
Jess - Done Ms Luthor, you two have a good weekend.
Lena - Thank you Jess.

Lena smiled as she put her phone down, she felt shifting on her lap and looked down to see Kara having rolled over, a mix of shock, surprise, panic, worry and sadness on her face, Kara began to tear up as she moved, rising to sit next to the now drunk woman. Lena looked at her softly and smiled slightly, reaching for Kara's hand.
"Kara..."
"Lena..." At that Kara broke down, sobbing into Lena's shoulder as she cried, hugging Lena closely. "It was so horrible... If you don't want to be my friend anymore that's totally okay I didn't mean to treat you like that I'm so so so sor-" Kara found herself cut off by Lena's lips as Kara shifted, moving into Lena's body.
"It's okay Kara, I've read about the effects of Red Kryptonite, the way it effects you, turns you inside out, makes your negative feelings, wants and... selfish desires come to the surface, I will admit, it was scary, but if you'd said the word I'd have gone with you, to the mountains, to the forest. I love you Kara Zor-El, I don't care what you do, I'll never stop loving you." Kara broke down again, blubbering about how Lena was the best thing to happen to her and how she loved her back, Kara then went on to speak about Krypton, her family and their society. Lena just listened, took it in and appreciated her new girlfriend for a long time before finally realising Kara fell asleep. Lena put her tumbler on the floor and hugged Kara, not letting go as sleep took her also.
