Regina was standing in front of her vanity, putting her earrings in. It was nearly seven and Robin would be here soon, and she was already dreading how the evening was going to go. She had decided that since she had fallen into bed with Emma again earlier that she should probably end things between them. It was obvious that she wasn't going to be able to keep away from the beautiful blonde no matter how much she wanted to; she was already falling for her, and it wasn't fair to string Robin along.

The mansion doorbell rang at exactly seven o'clock and she took a deep breath before she walked through the hallway and pulled the front door open.

'Good evening, m'lady,' greeted Robin with a grin before he leaned forward and pressed a kiss to Regina's cheek. 'I have flowers,' he added as he pulled out a bunch of dandelions that he had clearly picked from the forest.

Regina tried not to let the disgust show on her face and instead forced a smile. 'Thank you,' she said as she took hold of the 'flowers' and moved to the side so Robin could enter the house.

Robin stepped over the threshold and waited for Regina to shut the door before he spoke again. 'I don't smell any cooking; did you want to eat out?' he asked. 'I haven't got a lot of money, but I'm sure I could afford a salad and a steak,' he added with a chuckle.

Regina cringed internally at his words. 'What did I ever see in him,' she thought as she forced out a laugh of her own. 'I have some lasagne in the fridge. I'm not hungry but you can eat if you want.' She moved past Robin and lead the way to the kitchen, where she placed the flowers on the counter.

Robin followed her and took a seat at the kitchen island. 'I think maybe we should talk first,' he said as he gestured for Regina to take a seat opposite him.

Regina nodded and sat down. 'Yes, I think we have a lot to discuss,' she agreed before she waited for him to say what he needed.

Robin reached over and grabbed Regina's hand as he gazed into her eyes and smiled warmly. 'I know things haven't been easy for us. We only slept together once before you found out you were pregnant,' he chuckled as he squeezed her hand. 'I didn't want another child, but I also didn't want to lose you by telling you that so I lied which hasn't really worked out for me since I haven't been able to bond with the baby and I think that's why you keep rejecting my proposals.'

Regina was just staring at the man, stunned. He had never said any of that before, and she wondered why he was telling her now. Surely, he knew that his words weren't making things any better between them. She went to open her mouth to tell him the many other reasons why she didn't want to marry him, but apparently Robin hadn't finished.

'However, I've decided that now I'm ready to be a father to Zaynah. I understand that you've been using the Swan women as a way to try to get my attention and its worked. Watching her with my daughter earlier gave me the push I neededto finally seewhat you've been trying to tell me.' He let go of Regina's hand and moved around the table until he was crouching in front of her. 'I love you Regina and I will grow to love our daughter but to do that we need to be a proper family.' He took both of her hands in his and gave her a loving smile. 'I've discussed it with Archie and he said he can marry us this weekend and I've spoken to Roland and after a lot of bribing,' he chuckled. 'He's agreed to give his sister a chance and spend more time with us as a family. He's even hinted at wanting to come and live with us.'

Regina's eyes were wide, and she was gaping at him as her mind tried to comprehend exactly what he had just said. He didn't love their daughter. He never wanted her in the first place. He thought she was using Emma to get his attention and make him jealous. He had set a date for the wedding and Roland might come and live with them.

Her mind was racing and right now, all that she wanted was to get this man out of her house. 'I don't want to marry you. I've told you numerous times before,' she said coldly as she ripped her hands out of his grasp.

Robin looked shocked by that admission, like he really wasn't expecting her to say those words. 'Yes, because you didn't think that I was serious. You wanted to be sure I was ready before you committed.' he smiled knowingly. It's okay Regina, I know that's what you were doing and you're using Swan to see if I will fight for you, well, I will. You belong to me and tonight I plan to show you just what that means.'

'I belong to you,' repeated Regina in a deadly tone as her eyes flashed dangerously. Robin obviously didn't pick up on either of those things, though, as he leered at her.

'Yes, I think it's about time you got down on your knees for me, like a good little wife, don't you?' he smirked as he reached out to grip her chin. His hands didn't even get to make contact before he was thrown across the room and Regina was standing over him, her lip curled into a snarl and her eyes blazing with anger.

'Don't you ever try to touch me again,' she growled as Robin looked up at her in shock. 'You make my skin crawl and I never had any intentions of letting you near me, much less getting on my knees for you and if you really thought that I would have, then you don't know me all. The reason I didn't want to marry you was because I never felt a connection with you and the only reason I stayed with you was because you were supposed to be my soulmate.' She leaned down, so she was right in his face. 'I was never in love with you. I can't even remember the night we spent together and the thought of you ever touching me again makes me feel physically sick.'

She wrapped her hand round his throat and squeezed as she brought her lips to his ear. 'Emma, on the other hand, well, I'd let her bend me over anytime she wanted... In fact, just today she had me over her desk while I begged her to fuck me harder and called her daddy.' she laughed cruelly as he struggled beneath her. 'When I let you up, I want you to get out of my house and you are to never come near me or my daughter again or you'll understand exactly why they called me the Evil Queen,' she threatened darkly before she let go of his throat and took a step back.

Robin scrambled to his feet. His face was red with anger and humiliation, and his body was shaking with a mix of rage and fear. He reached into his pocket and pulled something out before he launched himself at Regina and knocked them both to the floor. They struggled for a few seconds before Regina felt the bite of metal around her wrist.

Regina instantly started to panic when she couldn't feel her magic. She tried to call it forward, but it was like something was blocking it. 'What have you done to me?' she screamed as she tried to push Robin off from where he was sitting on her stomach, holding her down.

'Just a little something that I brought from the Enchanted Forest. I didn't think I would ever have to use it, but apparently, I was wrong. I knew you couldn't be trusted not to go evil again. I told them that you didn't want to be with me but they promised that you would fall in love with me eventually,' he sneered in her face as he struggled to hold her down while she tried desperately to buck her off her.

Regina stopped moving as his words sunk in. 'Who? Who told you that? What are you taking about?' She asked, her voice barely a whisper.

Robin let out a cold laugh. 'What, you thought it was just a coincidence that Tink showed up just as you were about to crush Snow's heart?' Regina didn't answer because she hadn't really thought about it, she didn't get the chance since she had been busy being pregnant and trying to fight an unknown villain.

Robin laughed again. 'That fairy dust was fake. I was never your soulmate. We never even slept together. I tried but you rejected me. I had to slip you a potion to knock you out and then someone came done something to your memories,' he revealed with a cruel smile. 'Zaynah isn't my daughter. Surely you've noticed she looks nothing like me?'

Regina didn't really understand what was happening. None of what Robin was saying made sense to her. 'Why?' was all that came out of her mouth.

'They told me that I would get an obedient little wife, someone who would cater to all my needs, and that I would be rich beyond my wildest dreams. All I had to do was pretend to be your soulmate. They obviously didn't know you were pregnant, though,' he replied, disgusted. 'I tried to back out once I found out about the baby, but I made a deal so I couldn't.'

'This was Rumples doing?' She asked in confusion. 'But he wasn't around then, he had disappeared.'

'No, it was nothing to do with Rumpelstiltskin.' He gripped her chin as his fingers dug into her skin harshly. 'You made a lot of enemies, Regina, and even though Snow and Charming forgave you, a lot of people didn't, mainly the dwarves and the fairies. They wanted to see you suffer the most. This whole thing was their doing.' He chuckled at Regina's scandalised expression. 'However, someone was working against them and that's how we ended up here. The person who sent us here wasn't a villain Regina, the person that sent us here was trying to help you. They wanted you in this land. I just don't know why,' he revealed before he pushed her face away roughly.

Regina's head slammed into the floor and she let out a cry of pain, but that only made Robin laugh harder. She started struggling again as she heard the sound of a zipper being pulled down. 'He's going to rape me,' she thought in her head as she tried her best to push him off her. He was too strong, though, and without her magic, she was powerless against him.

She squeezed her eyes shut as she waited for the inevitable, but it never came and instead, she heard a whoosh of magic before Robin let out a sickening scream and she was pulled into soft, strong arms. 'Are you hurt?' Asked Emma in concern as she pulled Regina further into her body.

Regina trembled as she shook her head before she buried her face into Emma's neck and sobbed, breathing in the only scent that could make her feel safe and protected. Emma held her closer as she rocked her gently in her arms and pressed soft kisses into her hair. 'It's okay, baby girl, you're safe now. He's not going you hurt you ever again, I promise,' she soothed as she ran a hand down Regina's back.

Regina whimpered but didn't answer as she clung to Emma and let her comfort her. She heard another voice a few moments later, one she would recognise anywhere, but she didn't lift her head from where it was still buried in Emma's neck. She couldn't bear to face anyone else right now.

'He's knocked out over there,' she heard Emma say as footsteps entered the kitchen. She then heard a clink of metal as Emma slid what she assumed were handcuffs across the floor. 'Cuff him, but don't move him yet,' instructed Emma.

Robin's eyes fluttered open as he felt someone pulling on his hands. He looked up and saw David looming over him. 'Davie, mate. I'm glad you're here. That Swan woman just assaulted me again,' he sneered as he looked towards Emma, who was already glaring at him. 'And she's been fucking my wife.'

Regina felt Emma tense up at Robin's words, and she knew she wanted to get up and hit him again. 'She isn't your wife,' snarled Emma as she pushed out her hand. She smiled a second later when Robin let out a howl of pain from the magic that had just broken all of his fingers. 'Henry warned you if you ever touched her again that he would chop off your hands, however, I can't be bothered to mop up the blood.' She let out a dark chuckle. 'David isn't here as your mate, he's here as my deputy and he's about to arrest you.'

Robin looked up at David again as his expression morphed into one of betrayal. 'You're one of them?' he asked, revulsion dripping from every word.

David didn't answer him as he grabbed him by the shirt and hauled him to his feet. Robin let out another cry of pain as David grabbed his hands before he slapped the cuffs on him, then pushed him back to sit on the floor.

'I thought you were my friend,' snarled Robin. 'Are you forgetting everything she's done to you and your wife?'

David lost his temperthen, and he bent down so he was face to face with Robin. 'What happened in the past is between me, my wife and Regina, nobody else,' he barked as he jabbed him in the chest. 'And I was friends with you until I got a phone call saying you were attempting to rape the godmother of my child. You're lucky that I didn't let Snow come here, because believe me, you would have an arrow straight through your heart right now.'

Robin opened his mouth to reply, but snapped it shut a moment later as green smoke filled the kitchen. 'Reggie, I came as soon as I heard,' screeched Zelena as she searched the kitchen for her sister. It took her a few seconds before she spotted Regina curled up in Emma's lap. She rushed over and dropped to her knees before she put a hand on her sister's back.

'Are you okay?' She asked worriedly. She had gotten a phone call from Snow saying that Robin had assaulted Regina and had rushed over as soon as she had come off the phone. 'What did he do to you? I'll kill him,' she seethed as she attempted to pull her sister from Emma's lap and into her arms, but Emma's grip only tightened as she eyed Zelena suspiciously.

She had never seen this woman before and she wasn't talking any chances. 'Who are you?' she questioned coldly as she held Regina close to her chest. The brunette's sobbing had stopped, but she still hadn't moved from her position in Emma's arms.

Zelena raised her eyebrow in amusement. 'Chill blondie, I'm her sister,' she said with a smirk. She didn't know who this woman was, but she was impressed by how protective she seemed of Regina.

'It's true,' spoke up David from where he was still standing watching Robin. 'Though she's much more annoying than Regina is,' he teased.

'Shut it, shepherd, or I'll tell Snow exactly what you were doing the other night when you told her you were too busy helping Marco to make it home for dinner,' threatened Zelena with a wicked grin.

David's eyes went wide, and he gasped. 'You promised you wouldn't tell.'

Emma ignored their bickering as she leaned down to speak to Regina. 'Baby, I'm going to need to you to sit up for me,' she whispered into Regina's ear before she pressed a gentle kiss to her cheek.

Regina nodded as she sat up, but didn't relinquish her hold on Emma's shirt. She needed the blonde with her. She didn't understand why, but Emma was the only person that made her feel safe.

Zelena's head whipped around when she heard movement coming from behind her. She saw her sister sitting up in the blonde woman's lap and moved towards her and took her hands in her face. 'Tell me what he did to you, Reggie,' she said softly.

Regina's lip trembled as tears filled her eyes again. 'He... He was going... He was going to rape me,' she sobbed out as her body shook with the force of her tears.

Zelena's face instantly morphed into a murderous expression as she moved her hands and stood up and made her way over to Robin. 'I never liked you,' she spat in his face before she lifted her foot and brought her heel down hard on his crotch repeatedly.

Emma smirked as she watched the scene. 'I doubt he'll be having sex anytime soon, and he definitely won't be fathering anymore kids,' she laughed to Regina, who was also watching as her sister continued to stomp on Robin's dick with her high heels.

Regina managed her own chuckle, though you could hear that her heart wasn't in it. 'He told me tonight that he's not Zaynah's dad and he never wanted to be her dad,' she whispered as she lay her head on Emma's shoulder.

Emma turned her head and pressed a kiss to her forehead. 'Well, that's his loss. Zaynah is an awesome, intelligent, beautiful baby, and she deserves better than him, anyway. You both do,' she replied sincerely.

Regina wanted nothing more than to kiss Emmainthat moment, so she did. She lifted her head before she leaned in and captured her lips in a soft kiss. 'Thank you, you saved me tonight and I'll be forever grateful,' she said softly against Emma's lips as she pulled back.

Emma smiled at her warmly as she cupped her cheek. 'I'll always be here whenever you need me, Gina. I won't let anyone hurt you. I care about you, you know.'

Regina felt the familiar feeling of nausea wash over her as her eyed slammed shut and her body swayed before a blurry image played into her mind. She was in what she could just make out was her study and she was sitting in someone's lap. she could practically feel the arms were wrapped tightly around her waist, and she definitely knew that voice.

'I will be there with you, Gina, and if he remembers, then we'll deal with it together. I won't let anyone hurt you. I care about you, you know.' It was Emma's voice she knew it was, but she also knew that they had never had a conversation like that before, so she didn't understand why she kept getting these flashbacks.

It didn't make any sense, but it was starting to freak her out now. She had put the first one down to just being stress and then it had happened again earlier today, though she couldn't remember what the flashback was because she had passed out. She should probably tell Emma; she might have some sort of explanation, but she didn't really want to do that in case the blonde thought she was crazy.

'Bloody hell, Reggie, I know you've been through a traumatic experience but I don't think that gives you a pass to kiss married women,' pointed out Zelena from where she was now standing next to her sister and Emma. She had eventually stopped stomping on Robin when he had passed out from the pain.

'Married?' questioned Emma as her eyebrows furrowed and she looked between Regina and Zelena, the former who was now sporting a light blush, as she avoided both Emma's and her sister's eyes.

Zelena eyed Regina suspiciously before she turned to Emma. 'Yes, my sister told me you had a wife?' She paused for a moment as her brain pieced everything together before she smirked. 'Though now I'm thinking she only said that because she wanted to keep you for herself. You're not married, are you?'

Emma let out a soft chuckle as Regina hid her face in her neck. 'No, I'm not married but I'm also not available.'

Zelena snorted. 'Don't worry blondie, it's pretty obvious my sister has already claimed you.'

'Right,' replied Emma before she smiled as she felt Regina press a kiss to her neck. 'Have you finished with Roy?' she asked as she gestured towards Robin.

Zelena opened her mouth to answer, but she was cut off when the sound of a voice in the foyer filtered through to the kitchen.

'Emma,' shouted Lily as she walked towards the through the hallway.

'In here,' shouted Emma, as Zelena gave her a puzzled look. 'It's my wife,' she smirked just before Lily entered the kitchen, with Kingsley and Henry right behind her.

'Hey, ma, what happened to Raymond?' asked Kingsley as he looked at Robin, who was slumped over passed out in the corner.

'I broke his fingers and then...' She gestured to Zelena, who then told them her name.'Zelena repeatedly stomped on his crotch before he passed out.

'Ha, wicked,' replied Kingsley before he high-fivedEmma and then turned to do the same to Zelena. Zelena looked at him oddly before she shrugged and copied what Emma had done.

'Is she okay, ma?' asked Henry softly as he crouched down next to Emma.

Emma grabbed her son's hand and squeezed it. She could hear how worried he was, and she didn't blame him. 'She's had a rough night, but she'll be fine, I promise. Robin won't be getting near her or anyone else again.' She leaned over and pressed a kiss to her son's forehead.

Regina could also hear the concern in Henry's voice and though she didn't really want anyone to see her like this, she felt like she needed to let the child see she was okay. 'I'm fine, Henry,' she croaked as she lifted her head. 'Your ma has taken good care of me. She's my saviour,' she smiled softly.

Henry nodded as he felt tears sting at his eyes. 'That's what we used to call you,' he thought sadly as he willed himself not to cry.

Emma noticed his tears and quickly changed the subject. 'What are you guys doing here, anyway? I thought you were finding us an apartment.'

Lily let out a chuckle. 'Okay, so we had gone to view a house, on this street actually, and we were looking around and then all of a sudden Mal's water broke and she started having contractions, and Marian tried to get in touch with Ryan to come and watch his kid but he didn't answer so she rang Mary, I think that's her name, and she said that something had happened here and that Rodney was here with you and David-.'

'Mal's having the baby?' Interrupted Regina in a panic as she tried to stand up. 'I need to go. I promised I would be there with her and Marian.'

'Regina,' said Emma gently as she tried to keep hold of the woman who was scrambling to get out of her lap. 'I don't think you're in any fit state to be someone's birthing partner.'

'Get off me,' snapped Regina as she pushed Emma's hands away from her. 'I promised her, and I won't let her down. I'm an adult and I think I know what I can and can't handle,' she sneered.

Emma let go of her and put her hands up in surrender. 'I was only saying you've been through a traumatic experience and I thought maybe you might need some rest,' she replied as she watched Regina stand up on shaky legs.

'I don't need your input. You're the sheriff, not my wife. Now do your job,' barked Regina as she looked around for her phone.

'Right, sorry,' said Emma as she tried to keep the hurt out of her voice. She knew Regina lashed out when she was feeling vulnerable, so she tried not to take it too personally as she got up and moved towards Robin.

Zelena, though, wouldn't let her sister talk to the women who just saved her life like shit. 'Regina, what the fuck? Emma has just saved you from God knows what and you're going to stand there and talk down to her like she's some sort of peasant? I don't think so, apologise now,' she demanded as she glared at her sister.

Regina stopped moving and snapped her eyes to Zelena as they stared each other down for a beat before she let out a sigh and turned to look at Emma. she felt a sharp pang of guilt hit her in the chest as she took in the hurt and concern brimming in sad green eyes. She hadn't meant to snap at her. She was just feeling overwhelmed and vulnerable.

She had been slipping into her little space before Zelena turned up and now, she was trying to stop it from happening again and to do that she needed to keep herself occupied and what's a better way to do that than helping your best friend give birth to her baby.

'Listen, it's okay. Regina is right. It's none of my business. If she wants to go to the hospital, then that's up to her. Just go with her, yeah?' asked Emma, as she gave Zelena a grateful smile before she turned back to David. 'Help me lift him,' she instructed before she bent down and grabbed Robin's legs.

David nodded and bent to lift him under the arms before they carried him out of the house and into the patrol car.

Zelena shot Regina another glare. 'You don't deserve her,' she hissed as she picked up her sister's keys from the floor. 'I'm driving,' she snapped.

Regina sneered at her. 'What and you do? She's already told you she's not interested, so you can stop trying to get into her pants,' she growled as she felt the familiar wave of jealousy rush through her.

Lilly scoffed at them both. 'I was with Emma for three years and I honestly don't get how she has all these women fighting over her. She's really not that special. She snores like a motorbike, also she's a bit of a slob and she tells the most awful jokes, honestly she's more annoying than anything else.'

'Love you too, Lils,' laughed Emma from where she had been standing, listening in the doorway. She pushed Kingsley and Henry's heads together so their ears were pressed so against one another before she covered the other ones with her hands. 'I'm pretty sure they only care about my devil dick anyway, not my personality,' she whispered with a smirk.

Lily let out a bark of laughter. 'Hmm, well maybe I do get the appeal then,' she winked, making Emma snort and Regina shoot her a dirty look. Lily could have sworn she also heard a growl from the woman as well.

'I do care about your personality,' murmured Regina. It was one of the things she loved most about the beautiful blonde. 'Love,' she thought. 'Where the hell did that come from?'

Poor Zelena, though, only looked confused as she looked Emma up and down, her eyes lingering on her crotch for a beat before she looked back at her face. Emma's smirk only widened as she gave her a small nod of confirmation.

'Fuck, that's hot,' blurted Zelena before Regina scowled at her and slapped her hard on the arm.

Emma just laughed. She actually liked Zelena. She was funny, and it was obvious that she cared a lot about Regina, which only made Emma like her more.

'Right boys, it's time to go home, well, to the bed-and-breakfast, I suppose we'll have to wait another few days until we can look at some more apartments,' said Emma after she removed her hands from her son's ears. 'Say goodnight to Regina and Zelena,' she instructed.

Kingsley walked over to Regina and wrapped his arms around her. 'I'm sorry that your soulplate turned out to be a jerk but I'm glad you're okay and I hope your sister and ma done some permanent damage,' He whispered into her ear making Regina let out a soft chuckle as she hugged him back, she didn't have the heart to correct his use of, "soulplate".

'Goodnight,' he smiled as he pulled back.

'Goodnight, dear,' replied Regina before she kissed him on the cheek and squeezed his shoulder. He wasn't the most tactful person, but he had a heart of gold and she loved that about him. 'Damn, there's that word again,' she thought internally.

Henry waited until Kingsley had moved away before he made his way over and also wrapped his arms around her, albeit a bit stiffer than his twin. It was weird to hug his mom and not have her know he was her son, but as soon as he felt her arms wrap around him tightly and breathed in her familiar scent, he found himself relaxing into the hug.

'I'm sorry that Robin hurt you, you didn't deserve that but we all care about you, me, ma and Kingsley and we'll be here for you if you need us,' he whispered into her ear and he tried his hardest not to cry when her felt her arms pull him closer and squeeze him tight.

'I care about you all too and thank you,' replied Regina into his hair. She didn't understand why, but she felt a different sort of connection to Henry than she did with Kingsley. Her connection to him felt almost as strong as her connection with Zaynah, and it puzzledherbut she found it felt right.

'Goodnight,' said Henry as he pulled back from the hug.

'Goodnight, my little prince,' replied Regina before she snapped her mouth shut and blushed. 'I honestly don't know why I said that,' she said as her eyebrows knitted together while she tried to figure out where it came from. She looked back at Henry and noticed he was now sporting a beaming smile, and she chuckled. 'Sorry, I call Zaynah my little princess and it just slipped out.'

Henry's smile didn't falter as he leaned in and kissed her on the cheek. 'Don't worry about it. I actually kind of liked it,' he said shyly before he turned and said a quick goodnight to Zelena, then joined his twin by the door.

'I'll take the boys home and I'll see you when you get in,' said Lily to Emma before she and the boys left the mansion.

Zelena looked between Emma and Regina, who were clearly waiting for her to leave before they pounced on eachother, and sighed. 'I'll wait in the car,' she said before she followed Lily out of the mansion.

Emma shuffled from foot to foot as she scratched the back of her neck. 'I'm going to head out too, but um, I'll need you to come to the station tomorrow so I can take a statement,' she said when it seemed like Regina wasn't going to say anything.

Regina nodded, but still kept quiet. She felt awkward after what she had said to Henry and she still felt guilty for snapping at Emma earlier, and she was also confused about those weird flashbacks she kept having.

'Right, well, I'll see you tomorrow. Bye,' said Emma with a sigh before she turned around to leave the kitchen.

She didn't get very far, though, and a few seconds later, she felt a hand on her arm. She spun back around only for plump red lips to crash into her own in a soft but needy kiss. She wrapped her arms around Regina's waist and pulled her closer as the brunette went around her neck.

'I'm sorry for snapping at you,' apologised Regina breathlessly after she pulled back. 'And please don't flirt with my sister. I don't like it, it makes me want to strangle her,' she added with a pout.

Emma let out a soft laugh against Regina's lips before she kissed the pout away. 'You're adorable when you're jealous,' she teased, making Regina scowl at her. 'I'm not interested in your sister, I promise. One Mills woman is more than enough for me, and I'm pretty sure I got the best one.' She captured Regina's lips again as she gripped her ass and picked her up.

Regina smiled into the kiss as she wrapped her legs around Emma's waist and played with the hairs on the back of her neck. 'Lucky you,' she purred as she broke the kiss and moved her lips to Emma's neck. She took creamy white skin into her mouth, sucked hard, feeling the urge to mark what was hers.

'I know what you're doing,' moaned Emma as Regina let go of her neck, only to sink her teeth into her collarbone instead. 'You're lucky that it turns me on to be claimed by you, otherwise you'd be getting bent over my knee right now while I spanked your ass for daring to mark your daddy without permission.'

Regina moaned around the skin in her mouth as that visual shot straight to her core. 'Stop making me horny,' she whined as she pulled her mouth away from Emma's collarbone. 'We haven't got time to fuck.'

Emma chuckled softly, but didn't say anything else. She felt Regina lay her head on her shoulder and she rubbed a hand down her back. She was glad that tonight hadn't seemed to do too much damage. Regina was such a strong and resilient person, and it amazed Emma how she could just bounce back after everything she had been through.

'Emma', murmured Regina as she basked in the comfort of being in the blonde's arms. 'How did you know to come here?' Emma had no idea what Robin was going to do, so how did she know she was in trouble?

Emma pulled back a bit so she could look Regina in the eyes.'Um, it was a bit weird actually and I'm still not really sure what happened, but I got like a feeling of dread, like something was terribly wrong and my magic felt muted, like it was there but not strong and then this is the weirdest bit. I had a vision of Robin on top of you and the feeling of fear was so overwhelming that I had to close my eyes andthenwhen I opened them, I was here. My magic reacted instinctivelyandit picked him up and threw him into the cupboards. I'm just glad I got here before he done any real damage.'

Regina was quiet for a few minutes as she tried to take in what Emma had said. It sounded like the blonde had felt her emotions and had a vision of her being hurt. She went to open her mouth to tell her about the visions she had also been having thinking the maybe they were connected, but another voice spoke instead.

'I left you alone for five minutes and you're already practically shagging in the hallway,'snarkedZelena in an overly high voice. 'Put my sister down blondie, you can have your wicked way with her later.'

Regina rolled her eyes as she unwrapped her legs from around Emma's waist and lowered herself to the floor. 'Definitely should have left you in Oz,' she muttered before she gave Emma another soft kiss on the lips. 'I'll call you once I'm home, and we'll talk about it then,' she promised before she walked towards her sister, with Emma following behind her.

Once she had locked up the mansion and said another quick goodbye to Emma. She got into the passenger seat of the Mercedes and shut the door before she strapped herself in.

'So,' said Zelena as she started the car and pulled out of the driveway. 'You and blondie. How the bloody hell did that happen?'

Regina blushed as she turned to look out of the window. She should have known that her sister would have a million and one questions that she would be forced to answer if only to shut her up. 'I don't really know,' she sighed. She actually really didn't know. She still didn't understand her strong attraction to Emma, and she wasn't sure she ever would.

Zelena nodded but didn't answer, so she continued. 'I was attracted to her from the very first moment I saw her, and then when she came for her interview yesterday, she kissed me, and then I freaked out, so she ran. Then last night she came to apologise and we kind of slept together, and then this morning as well and also this afternoon,' she answered honestly but with a hint of embarrassment.

Zelena let out a loud snort. 'And here I thought you were little miss perfect, but it turns out you were banging the new sheriff right under your fiancée's nose. Is that why he attacked you?' She asked bluntly. She didn't condone cheating, but she had a feeling that there was a lot more to the story. She had never liked Robin; he always gave her the creeps, and she always felt like she was leering at her.

Regina shook her head as she tried to block out the memories of Robin on top of her. 'No, I think he would have done it regardless, though I think me telling him that I let Emma bend me over her desk tipped him over the edge,' she smirked.

'I thought he was your happy ending?'

Regina scoffed. 'I found out tonight that he wasn't even really my soulmate, apparently the dwarves and the fairies wanted revenge against me. Robin made a deal with them to pretend to be my soulmate in exchange for an obedient little wife and being rich beyond his means. They didn't know I was pregnant. Robin said that he tried to back out when he found out about the baby, but he had made a deal so he couldn't.' her voice broke as tears stung at her eyes.

She had been aware that the fairies and dwarves were still weary ofherbut she hadn't thought they would havewentthat far. Though she understood that, maybe it seemed like she changed her mind too quickly. She supposed in their eyes it would have looked like she just forgave Snow and gave her heart back, but that wasn't what happened.

Honestly, finally holding Snow's heart in her hands felt wrong. It was something that kept her awake at night. Every time she was about to crush it, she would get this feeling that told her that if she went through with it, then it would ruin her life, and she just couldn't seem to shake it. But it wasn't until a month into her pregnancy that she had given it back.

She had decided that for her daughter's sake that she wanted to try to be a better person. She wanted her to be brought up in a stable, loving family. 'Ha,' she thought to herself. 'That turned out fucking great, didn't it?'

She bit her lip to stop her tears from falling. It didn't matter how much she tried to be a good person, some people would always see her as a villain. No one would ever fully trust her and someone would always want revenge. And now she had the added worry of trying to figure out who her child's other parent was.

Zelena took a quick glance at her sister and noticed she was on the verge of tears and she reached out to take her hand. 'It's okay Reggie, you're safe now and he can't hurt you anymore,' she soothed as she squeezed her hand.

'It's not that... it's...' Regina paused, not quite knowing how to say her next words. 'Zee,' she whispered hesitantly. 'I don't know who Zaynah's father is.'

'What?' asked Zelena a lot louder than she intended. 'Hold on,' she said as she pulled into the hospital carpark and turned off the engine before she faced her sister. 'What do you mean?'

Regina bit her lip before she looked up into Zelena's eyes. 'Robin isn't Zaynah's dad. He said we never had sex, which I believe because I can't remember it, but I didn't sleep with anyone else either, so I don't know how I became pregnant,' she explained as she wrung her hands in her lap.

'Shit, Regina!' exclaimed Zelena. 'Are you sure you didn't sleep with anyone else, a drunken one-night stand, maybe? Because I don't believe in immaculate conception, everyone knows Mary cheated on Joseph, she just didn't want to admit it.'

Regina let out a huff of laughter. 'I'm positive. I've only slept with three people in my life, the king who died years ago and Graham, who I slept with about three times, but it was months before Zaynah was conceived, and then Emma two days ago. None of those people could be Zaynah's other parent.'

Zelena put her hand on Regina's knee. 'We'll figure it out,' she assured her with a smile. 'Though I do think you should demand that Robin take a DNA test just in case.'

Regina undone her seatbelt and grabbed her purse before she opened the car door. 'I'll talk to Emma about it later,' she said as they walked toward the hospital.

Zelena nudged her in the arm before she whispered. 'Are you sure she can't be Emma's? I mean, she does have her hair,' she joked before Regina pinched her and she let out a string of curses.

'I'm pretty sure,' chuckled Regina, as she watched Zelena rub her arm. 'Though a part of me wishes she was. Emma is amazing with her and so are Henry and Kingsley.' She smiled sadly. 'But it's just not possible.'

They didn't speak about it anymore as they walked through the hospital in the search of Mal. Regina was hoping with everything in her that she hadn't missed the birth of her best friend's baby. Unfortunately, she had, and by the time she it made to Mal's side, she and Marian already had a beautiful baby girl sleeping soundly in the cot next to them.

'Regina, you shouldn't be here,' scolded Mal tiredly from where she was propped up in her hospital bed, her wife right beside her, holding her hand. 'I swear when I get out of here, I'm going to roast that filthy forest camping cunt,' she raged.

Marian looked at Regina and practically burst into tears before she pulled her into a hug and started rambling guiltily. 'Regina, I'm so sorry. I feel responsible. I should have warned you, but we made that pact never to talk about him and I assumed you would be safe since you had magic and.' She heaved a sob. 'I'm just so sorry.'

Regina patted her back a bit awkwardly as she shot Zelena and Mal, who were both smirking at how uncomfortable she looked. A glare over Marian's shoulder. 'It isn't your fault, dear. The only reason he over powered me was because he slapped a magic blocking cuff on my arm, and even if you had told me, I probably wouldn't have believed you.' She pulled back from the hug so she could look into Marian's eyes. 'Don't blame yourself. Today should be a happy day. Your wife has just given birth to your daughter. The only tears I should be seeing are ones of happiness.'

'So,' said Zelena. 'Are you going to let me hold my godchild? Or do I have to watch Regina tryto awkwardly comfortmore people?'

Marian let out a wet laugh as she wiped her eyes. 'You are really bad at hugging Regina. I felt like you thought I was contaminated,' she teased as Regina rolled her eyes.

'It must be because you're not blonde, since she had absolutely no problem wrapping herself around the new sheriff,' winked Zelena, which earned her another pinch on the arm.

'There's an interesting bit of gossip there I know there is, and Zelena can tell me all about it later but for now I think my daughter wants a cuddle from both of her godmothers,' smiled Mal just as the baby let out a little cry, making all the occupants of the room laugh.

Marian walked over to the crib and picked up her daughter. 'You have some very special visitors, my little dragon,' she cooed as she walked over to the bed her wife was sitting in. She lifted the baby so she could see the other people in the room. 'That is your aunt Regina, and that is your aunt Zelena,' she said before the baby let out a yawn.

Mal smiled as she put an arm around her wife waist and pulled her close before she kissed her on the cheek and then bent down and gave the baby a kiss on the forehead. 'And this,' she said as she looked towards the two women with happy tears in her eyes. 'Is Azalea-Lilith Drake.'

'Um,' choked out another voice from the doorway, making the four women in the room snap their eyes towards them. 'I just came to see if you and the baby were okay.' They let out an awkward laugh as they scratched the back of their neck, their eyes brimming with unshed tears. 'I can see that you're busy though, so I'll just come back later,' they said, but just before they turned around, they felt a soft hand on their wrist that halted them.

'Please don't go,' whispered Mal, her own eyes filled with tears. 'I know you're my daughter, Lily. I saw your birthmark when we shook hands,' she revealed with a soft smile as she looked down at Lily's wrist where her star shaped birth mark was visible and her tears began to fall. Lily didn't say anything but tears filled her eyes too and she found that she just couldn't hate this woman, no matter how much she wanted to be angry at her.

'And I heard you talking to your boy's outside of the shop.' Mal let out a sob as she continued. 'I thought I'd never see you again. When he tookyou,I thought- I thought he had killed you.' She wiped her eyes as she tried to compose herself.

'Come and meet your sister. I named her after you,' she finished shakily as she tugged Lily into the room.

'So Mal gained a daughter today and Regina realised that she doesn't know who the father of hers is... I'm so glad that I found my family even if you are a bunch of dysfunctional misfits, I bloody love you all,' stated Zelena who was now also sobbing along with everyone else in the room.

'This is officially the weirdest day of my life,' commented Lily with a teary eye roll, but the soft smile on her face gave away the fact that she was just as happy as everyone else in the room.

She and Mal would have a lot to talk about. She had so many unanswered questions, but fornow, she just wanted to be part of this special moment. She wanted to be part of this family. It felt right somehow. Looking at her mother, hermother'swife and her baby sister, it made her feel complete, andthat was something she had been searching for her entire life.

Mal looked up at her first born and gave her a soft loving smile before she patted the bed beside her, signalling for Lily to take a seat. Lily smiled back before she walked around the bed and sat down next to her mother. Mal put an arm around her waist and pulled her closer.

'Welcome to the family ingiculusmesusloquitur,' she whispered softly into her ear. 'This is the best day of my life. I have my two girls and my wife, my two best friends, the only thing missing is my son.' She glanced at Marian, who was sporting the most loving smile she had ever seen.

'Roland will come round my love, now that Robin isn't going to be in the picture, I have a feeling we'll see a totally different side of him, and if not, then maybe Lily's children can have a word with him, after all they're his nephews now,' smirked Marian playfully.

'I think if we go the route, it will definitely have to be Henry that spoke to him,' chuckled Lily. 'Kingsley is far too blunt. He would just out right tell him he was acting like a spoilt brat.'

Regina laughed at that as she nodded her head in agreement. 'Tonight, he said to me, "I'm sorry yoursoulplateturned out to be a jerk" and then he continued to tell me that he hoped Emma and Zelena done some permanent damage to him. His heart is in the right place though.' she smiled as she thought about the time he saved her stroller and how good he was with Zaynah.

'And Henry is just a sweetheart. He seems much older than he is and he's so caring, thoughtful and polite. Zaynah adores them both and I have no doubts that little Azalea will too, they'll both be amazing with her,' she added and everyone in the room noticed how her eyes lit up as she talked about the boys, it was the same look she got when she talked about Zaynah.

Later that night, after everyone had held the baby and Lily had left to go back to the BB. Mal had told her wife and her two best friends the story of how Lily ended up on the land without magic.

She had told them how she had gone to Rumpelstiltskin for a sleeping curse to use on Aurora. He had agreed to give her one, but only in exchange for her first-born child. She had said no at first and had left but as the years went on, she became desperate and she had eventually gone back and took the deal, reasoning that she didn't want children so it wouldn't be an issue but that of course hadn't worked out for her and she had mated while in her dragon form. It had only been one, but she had fallen pregnant.

She had kept it secret, hiding out in her cave in hopes that Rumple would never find out about the baby that she loved so much growing in side of her. She thought she had succeeded when Lilith was born and nobody showed up to snatch her away, but two months later Rumple appeared and told her he was there. It was time for him to collect her part of the deal. She had tried to fight him, of course she had, but he was too powerful even for a dragon. He had chained her up, and she had to watch as he disappeared into the night with her baby girl, never to be seen again until a few days ago when she came toStorybrooke.
