A/N: Sorry I've been away for a while! I've been dealing with personal stuff but I am back!

"AHHHH!" Elescerra screamed in pain as Kara twisted her left arm, breaking it. "Aww, did that hurt?"
"Mmm..." Elescerra mumbled softly, the strength drained from her due to the pain.
"What was that, pretty thing?" Kara glides her fingers up Elescerra's neck, forcing her to face her.
"Y- Yes... it hurt..." Kara smiled sadistically.
"Good. Now you know what she felt when your little crew grabbed her!" Kara slams a fist into Elescerra's ribs, sending her swinging around on the chains hanging her from the ceiling, Elescerra crying out in pain.
"P- Please... Supergirl please... I thought you were a hero..." Elescerra gasped as Kara grabbed her around the neck and pulled her close, their faces almost touching. Elescerra could smell perfume radiating off of Supergirl. Kara dropped her and walked towards the door.
"I'll be back soon."
Over the following week, Supergirl continued to torture Elescerra on and off, on the 3rd day, she decided to visit Lena.
"Kara! Hey..." Lena sat up and smiled warmly at Kara, who walked over and hugged her, grinning widely and kissing her softly.
"Lena, how are you?" Kara sat in the chair next to her, gripping her hand tightly.
"I'm okay... hurts a little, but I'm okay Kara, promise." Lena smiles kindly as she kisses Kara's hand, not noticing as Kara's eyes glow slightly red from the red kryptonite. Kara kissed Lena's head.
"So, when your ready... we can go and do whatever you need beautiful." Lena smiles at Kara and pulls the Kryptonian into a hug. They continue to talk for several hours before Kara leaves, walking to a car and going back to her warehouse.
The next day, she returned and sat by Lena's side while she slept. Kara brushed the hair out of Lena's face, smiling as she watched her sleep. Grinning softly, she placed a necklace containing a small crystal of red kryptonite onto Lena's chest, smiling at her happily. She kissed Lena on the head before leaving for the warehouse...
"You've been through enough." Kara released Elescerra from her handcuffs and legcuffs and walked out, leaving the girl rubbing her wrists, she turned around before she walked out, saying.
"Apologize to Lena, or you'll be back." With that, Kara left the room, leaving a cut, bruised and scarred Elescerra behind to her own devices and 30 dollars, left by Supergirl before she left. The woman shakily stood up and picked the money up, walking into the restroom of the building and locking the door, breathing shakily before cleaning herself up, tending to her facial wounds and walking out, before turning around and shielding herself from the light outside. After a few moments of adjustment, she proceeded outside and stumbled off.
Kara walked into the hospital and, after checking in at reception, headed for Lena's room, taking two coffees with her. As she walked into Lena's room, she smiled at Lena but was met with a concerned look.
"Hey Lena." Kara moved and sat next to Lena.
"Hey Kara, can I ask you something?"
"Certainly, what is it babe?" Kara took one of Lena's hands, the other rolling the necklace through her fingers before sliding the gem out and holding onto the chain, holding it up.
"Is this what I think it is?"
"Well, what do you think it is?"
"I think you know what I think this is Kara. How did you get it?"
"The people who took you... they had it... they infected me with it, I... I made them pay for what they did to you... to us." Kara looked Lena up and down, the woman still bedbound for several days from the wounds they inflicted on her.
"Kara. This stuff is... it's dangerous. To more than just Me and You..." Lena looks down slightly, avoiding Kara's gaze completely.
"Lena... I'm doing for you though..." Kara reached out for Lena's hand but was lightly tapped away.
"Kara, please... just... go for a few minutes... I need some time alone..." Their eyes finally met and Kara saw tears build in Lena's eyes.
"I..." Kara just stood and walked out, leaving Lena to sob for several minutes as she palmed the necklace before placing into a box and pushing the box away, nearly off of the table. Lena closed her eyes for several minutes before she heard the door latch go and looked over, preparing to spit profanities at Kara, but her face softened when Alex entered.
"Oh my god, Lena, what happened?" Alex grabbed some tissues and wiped Lena's cheeks with them.
"It's Kara... Alex... Kara's been infected with Red Kryptonite..." Lena weakly gestures to the box sat on the end of the bedside table. Alex ran her hands through her hair, sighing. She'd noticed that Kara hadn't been around as much, and when she had been around she was acting... off. The tracker on her suit had been disabled too... now Alex knew why.
"Did she do... this?" Alex looked Lena up and down, she knew that Lena had been hospitalized but not under what conditions and the woman wasn't accepting any visitors except Kara, who most likely talked her way into seeing Lena.
"No... it was... some people hired by my brother." Lena rubbed her temples and Alex handed her a glass of water. A short and rapid tap at the door distracted the pair of women. Alex rose, a hand resting near her gun as she moved to open the door, her hand moving away when she moved aside to let a nurse and another woman in.
"Miss Luthor, you have a visitor." The nurse glanced at Alex and back to Lena before walking out, leaving the three women stood in the room, the new entry not seemingly in good shape. She had a plaster on her forehead and cuts on her chin and cheek had stitches.
"M- Miss Luthor... my name is... Elescerra..." She seemed very scared and nervous. Alex, knowing something was up, grabbed a chair and helped the girl into it.
"Elescerra... what's the matter?" Alex nodded reassuringly at the girl, who seemed to relax slightly.
"S- Supergirl… she told me to... to... c- come and apologize." Lena nodded slightly.
"Apology accepted." Lena said with Alex nodding in agreement and moving to the window. Elescerra rose and, nodding slightly, she speed-walked out. When she was gone, Alex let out a heavy sigh.
"Well... I can guess who did that kind of damage to that woman." Alex sat down and ran her hands through her hair.
"I- I can't believe K- Kara would do that to someone..." Lena sighed and a tear rolled down her cheek.
"Neither can I... damn that stuff." Alex picked up the box, opening it and looking the crystal over before shrugging her shoulders slightly and putting it into the box Lena threw it in earlier, pocketing it.
"The DEO will prepare to..." Alex pauses, pained by what she has to say. "Deal with her, if she comes back... please be careful, the worst in her comes out when she's infected by this stuff." Alex sniffles slightly as she remembers the first time Kara was infected by Maxwell Lord, when she told Alex that they weren't sisters. "Lena, I need you to alert me if she comes back, okay?"
"O- Okay... just... p- please don't kill her... or h- hurt her..." Alex nods and Lena closes her eyes as the woman leaves, releasing a breath before hearing the window slide open and someone climb in.
"Lena... I'm sorry..." Lena looks at the newcomer - Kara.
"Please... don't say sorry, not yet..." She beckons the Kryptonian over and, when Kara sits down on the end of the bed, she moves up and sits next to her, groaning at the movement but wrapping an arm around the woman.
"I love you, no matter what... but on this stuff... you don't know what you could do... I know you wouldn't be able to live with yourself if you hurt me..." Kara nodded and a tear rolled down her cheek. Kara stood began to pace around the room.
"Lena... I..." She stands still for a few seconds, causing a concerned look to pass over the raven-haired woman who tries to get off the bed, struggling before compromising and hurriedly typing a text to Alex.
"Lena... I... The issue is... everyone is just holding me back, trying to hold me down, restrain me." The blonde superhero began to move towards Lena, causing her to back up the bed in fear.
"Kara... y- your scaring me... s- stop... please..." Lena began to curl up into a ball as Kara got closer. Eventually, she heard the latch of the window and it open, uncurling herself she saw Kara outside, window still open the red-eyed blonde spoke through grit teeth and a single tear.
"You don't love me, I see it now. You are a groveling coward Lena, just like your brother. Now, until you prove that you really love me, we're finished. Alas, I'll be going and trust me, you'll hear of what I am doing pretty quickly and very quickly you'll wish you'd shown that you love me." The window slammed as Kara flung it down and shot off into the distance. Lena shot the text off to Alex alerting her that Kara returned before curling up into a ball and sobbing softly
As Kara paused, high above the city, chuckling softly as she watches her ex-girlfriend cry in the hospital, she breaks out into a full laugh. She feels it coming to an end, the red kryptonite trickling out of her system and she hates it.
"If this city wants to fear me, then I'll give them a reason too..." She laughs softly again before swooping down to her apartment, after several minutes and a wardrobe change, she shot out of her window, soaring towards CatCo.
Inside CatCo, Andrea Rojas sat in her office, tapping away at her keyboard, she heard a thud on her balcony and turned, stumbling out her chair when she saw what had landed, Supergirl. Relaxing, she moved onto the balcony with the Kryptonian.
"Supergirl! Well, to what do I own the pleasure." Her kind tone diminished when she saw the cracks of red kryptonite on the blonde's cheeks.
"I know your apart of or were apart of Leviathan. I need Red Kryptonite." She walked towards the woman, pinning her at the end of the balcony. "This is your one opportunity to come away unscathed. Otherwise, you'll be looking for a new editor-in-chief, then a new reporter... also, wonder why Danvers hasn't showed up to work?" Upon receiving a bewildered shake of Andrea's head, Supergirl continued.
"I took her, and, unless you give me what I ask, she will never return, just like..." Her eyes scanned around the office, landing on Nia and laughing. "Just like Nia Nal, if you don't give me what I WANT!" Supergirl shouted those final two words, causing the woman to drop to the ground in fear as the windows to her office shattered, employing her speed, Kara shot through the office, meta-restraining cuffs already in hand as she slapped them on Nia and shot through the window, leaving it shattered as she kidnapped Nia...
