(Violet's Pov)
I woke up to the sound of knocking on the door and I get up a bit and I feel Clementine move as she also got up. I rubbed my face a bit as I went to the door to see Mariana.
"Oh, hey Mariana." I say to her.
"Hey, sorry if I woke you two up but King Lee and my uncle said you had to come to a meeting." Mariana tells me and I nod.
"Right sorry I'll be there in a bit I just have to change." I tell her and she nods and Clementine comes up behind me.
"Let's go get some breakfast." She tells Clem and I look to her and I nod as Clementine and Marian both leave and I get changed. Once done I headed to the meeting room to see Lee and Javie sitting at the table and I take a seat as well and look to them.
"Morning, sleep well?" Javie asked and I nodded.
"Sorry for being late I guess I was more tired than I thought I was." I tell them.
"It's fine, we haven't started yet." Lee tells me and I nod.
"So, you know we are having a party tonight, it's basically a ball type party." Javie says and I nod at this.
"Ok, anything special need to be done?" I asked.
"No but we need to put some rules down." Javie says and then the door opened and I look to see Gabe and I roll my eyes a bit as he takes a seat next to his uncle.
"What is this peasant doing here?" He asked and I kept my composure as I looked to his uncle.
"Actually, Violet here is the new uh… King? Of Macon." Javie says and Gabe looked to me and glared.
"YOU ALLOWED THEM TO GET MARRIED?!" Gabe yelled and I look to him then Lee as Gabe got up to try and hit me but I was able to move out of my chair in time of his fist and I looked to him.
"GABRIEL SIT DOWN NOW!" His uncle yelled and Gabe looked to his uncle then to me.
"This isn't over fucking peasant." He tells me and I sit back down as does he.
"Gabe you will not be causing problems for Violet OR Clementine while they are here, they are our guests and you will be a good host to them do you hear me?" Javie says a bit pissed.
"Yes Uncle." Gabe mutters and I look to Lee who sighed a bit then looked to Javie.
"As I was saying, there are some rules that need to be talked about, one of the rules, no fighting, no drawing swords, no injuring of any sorts, you must be respectable to the other royals of other kingdoms, properly dressed, wear your kingdom crest, you may keep your swords to your sides incase something does happen at the party, and Gabe, you are not allowed to dance with Clementine unless she or Violet give you permission, do you hear me?" Javie tells him.
"Yes Uncle." He responds and I nod in agreement at this.
"Yes, I can follow those rules." I tell him and he nods along with Lee.
"Ok than, since we have all that in order, Violet you may go find Clementine, Gabe you and I need to talk." Javie says and I nod as both Lee and I get up and we head out the room.
"Go find Clementine and take her out in the town a bit before the party, maybe Mariana will want to come, and sadly Gabe would want too as well." He say and I nod.
"Yes sir, and I promise to not cause any problems for you." I tell him and he nods. I then head to the dinning area and I take a seat next to Clem who hands me an apple and I take it.
"So how was the wedding?" Mariana asked and I look to her.
"Small and simple, nothing to big." I tell her.
"Aww, well I heard there was going to be a bigger one later on?" She asked and we both nodded.
"Yes, but Clementine's father will accept our original wedding date, I just need time to work under him, if I do really well, I might be able to take over sooner." I say and take a bit of my apple.
"Is there anything we will be doing before the party?" Clem asked and I nodded.
"Yeah, we can head into the town actually, if you want to get a new dress or anything, Mariana can come too." I say to the girl who is smiling.
"Please can we Clem?" She asked and I look to Clem who laughed and nods.
"Ok, we can go, but I don't need a dress." She tells me and I nod.
"Sadly, Gabe may be joining us, and he didn't have a…. nice reaction to us being married." I tell Clem.
"He can deal with it; he had his chance but didn't take it." Mariana says and I chuckled.
"He never had a chance with Clem." I joked as I placed my arm around her shoulder and Mariana laughed a little.
"Oh, right the letters, so when will we be heading in?" She asked.
"After breakfast, hey maybe I can get some things for the house…" I stop and think a bit on that, I don't want to give up my home I know that but with the way things are now, I have to stay in the castle.
"Oh, do you think we can get some more quilts for the house? Incase we have more people over and it gets to cold." Clem says and I nod at this. Once the two finish I get up and take Clems hand in mine as we all walk out the castle and I see a Knight or two following us and I sighed a bit.
"Not use to having others watch you hu?" Mariana asked.
"No, I am not… I am able to defend myself." I muttered.
"So, what happened to your eye?" Mariana asked and I look at her.
"Fought a beast but it's not that important." I tell her.
"Are you talking about the one at the hot springs?" She asked and I nodded. We walked a bit more before I heard someone running up to us and I see Gabe and sighed a bit and Clem places a hand on my chest as we stop.
"Just deal with it for now, ok?" She whispers in my ear and I nod a bit.
"Hey Clem." Gabe says and she looked to him then to me and he groans.
"And Violet." He says and I glare at him a bit but shake my head as we walked again. Gabe wouldn't shut up about how he got a new outfit for the party and how he was going to be wearing his new armor as well for their festivities they hold in the kingdom. I was getting a bit pissed at this point but held my tongue as we walked into the market place and I took the time to look for something nice for Clementine.
"Gabe that's nice and all but what was wrong with your old armor?" Clementine asked and I listened in.
"Oh, it got dirty and bent a bit the blacksmith said they could fix it but I'd rather get a new set you know?" He says.
"No, I don't know, I never wore armor." She tells him.
"Well, I uh… I mean come on; I can't have armor that was once damaged." He says and I stand up a bit.
"If it had dirt on it then you could have simply cleaned it off with some water and soap, if it was a burn mark that's a different story, though I doubt you've been near any flames or battle." I say and looked to him as he glared at me.
"I'll have you know I was traveling not that long ago and met a witch and I had to fight her." He says and I look at him.
"Really now?" I asked and I let go of Clementine's hand and crossed my arms as I looked to him.
"Last time I recall Witches do not fight unless need be, they mostly make deals with desperate people, so tell me, did you just attack them?" I asked and he glared at me.
"No, they attacked me." He says and I shake my head at this.
"I don't believe you and never will." I tell him and turn back to look at the items
"I don't care if you don't, I know what I did besides it's not like you've fought a Witch." He says and I looked to him with a glint of anger in my eyes.
"You have no idea what I have seen Garcia and it would be best for you to hold your tongue on that until you've been in a real battle." I tell him as Clem got in front of me and pushed on my chest a bit to keep me from punching the boy right in his smug face.
"You haven't seen shit." He says.
"I have seen good men die, I have died, I've seen blood, I've seen the damages of war, unlike you boy." I tell him and he looked to me.
"Trust me, you are just a peasant that got to be a knight because you whored your way through it, and the only reason you married Clementine was because you are a greedy person looking for power." He says and I raised my hand a bit before Clem grabbed it and I looked to her and she shook her head at this and I glared at Gabe.
"I have worked my way to be a knight I have the scars to prove it, and my old guard who I trained with will tell you the same damn thing, at least I ain't a prissy prince you can't handle a little mud on his armor and doesn't parade around in it as if you actually went to war when you haven't, until you do you are nothing but a weak selfish brat." I tell him and I move out of the way as I look around the market more.
"I'm so sorry." Clem says and I shake my head and looked to her.
"Nothing for you to be sorry about… thanks for holding me back… also have you been working with the knights, you're pretty strong from a year ago." I say and jokingly squeeze her bicep and she laughed.
"I have been, thank you for noticing." She says.
"I am so sorry for Gabe." I hear Mariana say as she comes up to us.
"Nothing for you to be sorry about Mariana, Gabe just doesn't know when to keep his mouth shut, and to just keep it to himself." I tell her and she sighed a bit. I smiled a little and I went and got them something sweet to snack on as we walked around some more. When the sun was starting to set we, all headed back to the castle and headed our separate ways into our respective rooms. I set the items we got to the side and I stretched a bit and saw the clothes we were going to wear already set on the bed.
"I had set the clothes out before hand; I hope you don't mind." Clem tells me and I shake my head at this.
"No, it's fine." I tell her and look at the colors and rubbed my neck at the colors a bit.
"You can set a different outfit, but we have to wear our kingdoms colors." She tells me and I nod at this.
"No Purple is just fine…. Just haven't worn it a lot for the past few years." I explain and she nods as she starts to take her dress off and I look at her then I go to the doors and make sure they are locked.
"Afraid Gabe will burst in?" She giggled out and I look to her and I come up to her.
"Not afraid, he should be terrified of me, if he ever saw my wife undressing I would surly end his life." I tell her as I pulled her to me and she kisses me and I kiss her back a bit. We pulled apart and I smiled at her.
"Alright Romeo, let me get dressed." She says and I look at her.
"Who is Romeo?" I asked.
"Oh, that's right, there was a traveling theatric group that came to our kingdom and they put on a play called Romeo and Juliet, two people on different sides of feuding families they fall in love after one glance at a party, after some time they get married but Romeo is exiled for killing someone, Juliet can't live without him so she fakes her death and Romeo just hears that she is dead, he goes to her tomb see's her drinks some poison but then she wakes up sees her poor Romeo dead and takes his dagger and plunges it into her heart and dies." She explained the story to me and I look at her.
"I am not as foolish as to drink poison without knowing if you are really dead… nor would I want you to kill yourself because I killed myself out of stupidity." I tell her and she kisses my cheek.
"I know, you are a wise woman who would think before acting." She tells me and I nod at this.
"But none the less it was still a good play… though I did second guess some things in it." She tells me and I chuckled at that and shook my head.
"Alright, let's get changed." I say as I take my clothes and change into them it took a bit as I tried to get the cords to button on but Clementine came over and helped me with that and I look to her and see her light purple dress, it was something simply and not frilly looking and I look to her.
"New style they came up with?" I asked and she nods.
"Something simple and light, trust me it will get hot in there." She tells me and I nod as I go and grab the belt with the sword sheath attached to it and I grabbed my sword and place it in and I look to Clem.
"Looking good there Violet." She says and I nod.
"You look very good yourself Mrs. Aldon." I tell her and she laughed a little and kissed my cheek and I smiled as we decided to take the time to just sit and talk about anything.
"We can still go to your home for the summer times if you want." She tells me and I look at her.
"I guess we could do that, but we would have to be careful with the food and make sure to not overstock or understock." I tell her.
"Well, we could get fresh ingredients each day to make it simple, but we can buy some bread and leave it at that for a while, plus your garden." She tells me and I think.
"I wouldn't have time to take care of it, and summer is too short for some plants especially if I mess up." I tell her.
"I can help you with that." She says and I nod and smile at her.
"What about an Heir?" I asked and she looked to me.
"We don't need one." She says.
"Wouldn't you want a child though, to carry out your legacy, to help you when you get old?" I asked.
"I don't think a child should be obligated to help me just because I am their mother, if I wasn't a good one that is, but we can adopt, we can talk to the orphanages too, you said you would be ok with that." She says and I laughed and nodded.
"I did… I did… but what about one of your own?" I asked and she looked to me.
"I would love that, but you talked about a Witch but not knowing if it was true." She says and I nod a bit at this and I sighed.
"Would you want to have an actual child with me though?" I asked her.
"I would, if it was possible then yes, I would love to have a child with you… but for now we can help other children like us." She says and I nod at this. That's the one thing I have to love about Clementine is that she would think of helping others and how she can show many more options available for us, though I really would like to help the children of the orphanages, that's the whole reason I made the extension plans to my home so that we could have a big family. That's why I also wanted to buy more land too so the kids have places to run around and so we could have farm animals and dogs for them to play along with.
"I love you." I tell her and she looked to me and I kiss her gently. When we pulled apart, we looked at each other and kissed each other again and again and I got up from the chair and so does she, I moved my hand to undo her dress before there was a knock on the door and I groaned a bit and looked to the door then to Clem who smiled sadly at me as I let her go and answered the door.
"You and Clem ready?" Gabe asked as he tried to peak in the room but I blocked his vision and glared at him.
"I sure do hope you weren't trying to peak in on my wife." I tell him and he looked to me and glared.
"I was not." He says and I look at him more.
"Are you two ready?" He asked again and I nod.
"Then let's go." He says and leaves down the hallway and I turn to look at Clementine and she held onto my arm and I walked with her to the giant ballroom we went over to Lee as he was talking to a Royal, I wasn't too familiar with.
"Ah Clementine, Violet, this is Carley she is the ruling Queen of the Rose Kingdom." He tells us and I bow to her.
"Nice to meet you Ma'am." I tell her and she nods.
"Lee has told me so much about you Clementine." Carley says and I watch as they talked and some people danced to the music. The ballroom was huge, there was a live orchestra off to the side of the ballroom and I looked around a bit and saw Minerva so I gently place my hand on Clementine's shoulder and whisper in her ear.
"I see a familiar face I'll come back in a bit, ok?" I asked and she nods and I look to Lee and Carley and nod to them as I head off to the outside of the ballroom and I look at Minerva as she went off to the side and I follow her till we were alone.
"Wait till Clem and I get married again before we make that choice." I say to her and she looked to me.
"The Delta wants earlier; trust me Lilly wants you dead with how long you are taking and failing." She says.
"We haven't been married that long god damn it, I need to gain his trust." I tell her as I get pissed. She looked to me and I sighed as I slick my hair back a bit and I look at her.
"Lilly will be at the party." She tells me and I look to her.
"What?" I asked.
"Lilly will be here; they were invited so long as they don't start anything." She tells me.
"Why would you invite the enemy… whatever I can talk with her-."
"No, you can't talk about this with her, she's already upset that Lee hasn't properly given you the throne, and I don't need you to make her any angrier than she is already, just greet her as you would anyone else." She tells me and I look to her and I nod a bit. We then headed back to the party and I found Clementine so I go over to her as she talked with Sarah and Duck.
"Hey it's the new King of Macon." Duck says.
"Or Queen." Sarah says and I chuckled.
"King is fine, and I'm not the King yet, I still have to learn some things and we have a wedding ceremony for the official transfer." I tell them and someone comes by and hands us drinks. I take one as does Clem and the others and I take a drink and look around a bit at the people talking or dancing.
"Would you like to dance?" Clem asked and I look to her and I nod as we finished our drinks and placed them on a table and headed to the dance floor. She placed her hands around my neck and I place my hands on her hips as the song plays and as we danced, I saw Lilly walking in with her Knight Lilly though was not wearing a dress or armor either she was wearing a suite just like mine but with her Kingdom colors and I looked back to Clementine and smiled at her as I leaned in and whispered in her ear.
"Do you have the dagger on you?" I asked and she looked to me.
"No why?" She asked and I glanced to Lilly and she looked in the direction and sees Lilly.
"Isn't that the queen of the Delta?" She asked worried.
"Just stay by me, Javie and them might talk about this I have no clue why she is here." I whispered as we finished up the dance and Javie tapped on the glass cup of his.
"Welcome all to the celebration of Clementine and Violet's Marriage, we wanted to try and start some peace with these new times so we have invited Lilly the Queen of the Delta Kingdom, do not worry she is here to try and start peace, there is no war in the Kingdom of Richmond." He says and I look to Lilly as she looked to me and I kept my mouth shut.
"Thank you for that Javier, and yes I am here for peace not war, we have made a deal with the Kingdom of Richmond and we hope that with some time we can make a deal with all Kingdoms." She says and I look at her more.
"So please for tonight no fighting on this wonderous day." Javie says and I nod.
"Clementine I'm going to talk with the Queen of Delta, stay by your father, no stay by Duck and Sarah." I say and she nods as she heads to her friends and I head over to the queen. She sees me and I bow to her and she bows back.
"Well hello Queen, Violet." She says.
"King, I'm taking the title of king Ma'am." I say to her and Javie comes over to us.
"Hope you enjoy the Party." He says and leaves us and I look to her.
"Shall we talk?" Lilly asked and I nod as we head over to the side and I look at her.
"So, King of Macon, how are things?" She asked.
"Ma'am I promise, I will make deals and help you as much as I can but I need some time with Lee, he doesn't trust me to take the kingdom over yet and I just need to gain that trust." I tell her.
"Hmm, quick to the point, that's what I enjoy about you Violet, but I can see what you mean, I wouldn't trust a man with my own child until I knew their true intentions." She says and I look to her.
"How long do you think it will take?" She asked.
"Sadly a few months until Lee has another wedding for us and then he will hand over the power and I will be king; I can try and make it faster but it still will be within the months range." I explain to her and she looked to me.
"Alright, I can see to that, though you have bigger problems than the Delta to worry about." She tells me and I look at her.
"What are you talking about?" I asked.
"You may think that the Delta is bad but you should look out for the Kingdom that just popped up, they call themselves the New Frontier, the ruler is three people, Jane, Cliff, and a man called Badger who I will say is a savage, we needed to take the lands because no one wanted to help us when they attacked." She tells me as she hands me the papers and I look to them and I take them to read.
"So, you had turn me into a monster… for this crap?" I whispered harshly to her.
"No, you have the mind of a true Knight, you know how things are in life and I know you want to help others and I admire that, though originally it was not in the plan to turn you into this, I told Minerva to keep you alive but it seems something happened, trust me when I say this, we did not want to do this to you but now that it has happened it's useful." She tells me.
"Useful for what?" I asked.
"I know that the prince here had stabbed you, made him look like a vile brat to most of the kingdom residents, you have gotten hurt during your time out there for the year but you are still alive, and now you are married to Clementine." She tells me and I think.
"We can discuss more things later Violet, right now just have a nice party with your wife." She tells me and I nod as we go our separate ways after I handed her the papers back. I went over to Clementine and looked to her and her friends.
"Do any of you know about the new kingdom called New Frontier?" I asked.
"No, not unless my dad has mentioned it." Duck says and I nod at this.
"I will have Lee set up a meeting with Lilly and the others." I say more to myself and I look around a bit. We all talked for a while and danced a few times during he party it was fun for a while till Gabe came up to ask Clem to dance and I look at him.
"No thank you, I'm dancing with Violet." Clem tells him and I look to him.
"Come on Clem, just one dance." He says.
"Remember what your uncle said." I tell him and he looked to me with a glare.
"I am asking her." He tells me.
"And she said no for the first time you asked." I tell him.
"You know what, Clem is her own person I don't know why she would marry you; you can't even give her a child." He said quiet loudly for people to hear and they looked to us.
"Gabe." I hear Javie say and I looked to the side a bit then back to Gabe.
"No this is not fair, Clem cannot have a child with this peasant of all people, I can give her what she wants." He says and I pull Clem back a bit as Gabe drew his sword and I kept mine in my sheath. The crowd of people moved and I saw Lee grab for Clem.
"Gabriel do not start this now." Javie says and I just look at the boy as he pointed the sword at me and I looked to him.
"Draw your sword." He tells me and I shake my head as I kept my hands to my side.
"DRAW YOUR DAMN SWORD!" He yelled.
"GABE!" Javie yelled.
"Stop." I say and looked t Javie than Gabe.
"Draw your damn sword you fucking peasant." Gabe tells me and I shake my head again,
"I didn't pull my sword when I was a knight, and I will not pull it now, is this how you want to prove yourself to Clementine?" I asked as we walked a bit in a circle.
"Is this how you act when someone is with her, someone she loves, and has loved long before she met you?" I asked.
"Shut up, she doesn't love you." He tells me.
"Is that so?" I asked as he tried to jab the sword through me but I moved to the side a bit just in time and he looked to me as I grabbed his arm and then shoved him.
"Best not to do a straight forward tactic like that, try to psych me next time." I tell him and I hear people whispering about why I would be giving him advice on how to kill me.
"SHUT UP!" He yelled.
"I know how to fight with a sword." He says pissed as he tried to jab me again but I was able to move once more to the side and make him miss me.
"For a man who says he fought a witch I wonder how you even survived." I taunted.
"Violet stop." I hear Clem say.
"I am merely curios is all." I say ad Gabe tried again to hit me again but I moved once more.
"STOP TOYING WITH ME AND DRAW YOUR FUCKING SWORD PEASANT!" He yelled as he grabbed the sword with both hands and ran at me. I was able to duck in time to get him in the stomach and tackle him, making him drop the sword in the process. As he was on the ground I got up and moved to where his sword lied and I picked it up and handed it to his uncle and I looked to Gabe as he got up and glared at me.
"You coward." He says.
"Not a coward, I am following the rules of the party." I say and more people whisper. I then went over to Clementine and Lee and he looked to me and nods a bit. I then heard the crowd talk some more and I looked to them.
"Uh, please go back to the party everyone I am so sorry for the event that took place, please resume," Javie says worried as he grabbed his nephew and I looked to Lee and Clem a bit.
"I think I should head to bed early." I tell him and Lee nods.
"Alright, just uh… take Clem with you." He tells me and I nod as I take Clem with me to our room. I then heard more footsteps to see Duck and the others.
"You guys can come too… keep us company." I say and they nod as we head to the room. Once there everyone went inside and I sat on the bed and sighed a bit as the others sat down in the chairs or even the floor.
"That was… eventful." Duck says and I nod as I look up to them.
"Yea… sorry for that." I tell them.
"No Gabe should be sorry." Sarah says and I look to her.
"I mean… yea but I am to blame too." I state.
"You didn't draw your sword; you didn't want to fight." Clem tells me and I nod.
"Yea, that was bad ass, the fact that you just dodged and kept calm." Duck says and we all chuckled at this.
"Anyway, how is everyone doing?" I asked and we talked for a bit. Clementine stayed right next to me as we talked and she held my hand in hers and I think for a while.
"So, how is learning under Lee like?" Duck asked.
"Simple to say really, just the laws are difficult to make you know?" I asked and Duck nods.
"Yea my dad is the same way, he can be hard headed but he has his people's interest in mind." Duck says and I nod.
"So, you are going to be King or?" Mariana tried to ask and I look to her and nod.
"King, might as well be King if I want to make most of the decisions." I tell them.
"Yea, no one would really listen to people with the title Queen, though some kingdoms are different." Sarah says and I nod.
"I think our Kingdom would be ok with two Queens, this is new so…. And Carver isn't making thing easy, plus with all these plans I make with other people things change so much I can't keep track." I say.
"It'll happen though." Clem says and I nod in agreement though she has no clue what I am talking about.
"Yea… so I talked to Lilly." I say.
"And?" Duck asked.
"Seems we all have a bigger issue to deal with than the Delta, they were trying to get more people because of a new kingdom, New Frontier just popped out of nowhere and is causing problems… though I don't want to take her word completely for it, I am going to have to look into it for the sake of everyone." I say as I lean back a bit.
"I'll look into it as well." Duck says and I nod.
"I can ask my dad to give me any information if he's willing to help but our kingdom hasn't been involved with any of the wars, or we at least try to not be." Sarah tells us and I nod.
"If getting information is better I would do just that I'll make sure you and your kingdom isn't involved in this." I tell her and she nods at this and I think some more.
"What did you learn about the monster?" Duck asked and I explained everything to them.
"So, it's dead but not dead?" He asked and I nodded.
"I've talked to a witch and they said the only way a monster like that can exist is because of a witch… we all know that they don't get involved in anything unless provoked or at least that's what I've learned in the few years I was a knight… the fact that Gabe said something stupid about fighting one makes me mad because he had to have provoked them if he even did fight one." I say.
"He couldn't have, he's never left Richmond." Mariana says and I nod.
"Well, all I can say is, don't listen to what Gabe says, he's a liar, and if your uncle lets him be king… I'd rather you come live in Macon than stay here." I tell her.
"I can hold my own, though I don't think Javie will be making Gabe king soon." She tells us.
"Just watch your back, I don't trust him at this point, even after I found the letter to the Delta in his room." I tell her.
"I knew you weren't lying about that." Clementine says and I look to her and I shake my head.
"No, I wasn't… I just want to know why he was helping them… what does he have to gain from any of this and what did they need to talk to him about, unless he woasn't going to rat them out." I muttered a bit to myself on this.
"Well, we should be heading to bed now." Duck says as he gets up and I nod as I get up and open the door for them. They all leave and I close the door and I look to Clementine as she was sitting on the bed and I look to the bathroom and she nods as we both go and get a change of clothes and head into the bathroom. I get the water ready in the tub and we both strip our clothing and she comes up to me as I took my shirt off. She traces the scars I have and I look at her as she does this.
"Ugly hu?" I asked and she shakes her head.
"You went through a lot when you got these… you were doing a job." She says and I nod.
"Except for the one on my face." I chuckled as she cupped my cheek and looked at my eye.
"You were looking for something, something that could help us… can you still, see?" She asked and I waved my hand in a so-so manner.
"It's mostly blobbed shapes, not clear, even your finger if you put it right up to my eye, wouldn't be able to see it clearly." I explained to her and she sighed a bit. We then got in the tub I was behind Clementine and I grabbed some of the soap for her and I put it in her hair and rubbed her scalp a bit.
"Feels nice." She says and I chuckled.
"I bet… so how was the year that I was gone?" I asked.
"It wasn't too bad, Carver is just the main issue we have had but other than that, nothing bad." She says and I nod a bit and I helped clean her up.
"Still think you could beat me in a fight?" I asked her and she laughed.
"Maybe." She says and I smirked and then kissed her shoulder.
"Would you like to test that out tomorrow?" I asked her and she turned a bit to look at me.
"Wooden swords of course." I tell her.
"Sure, when we get home, we can test it out." She tells me and I nod at this.
"Alright, it's a date than… just have to make sure your father doesn't need me to do anything first." I explained and she nods. I hold her waist a bit as we just sit in the tub and relax for a bit. I would kiss her shoulder from time to time, she would take my hand and kiss it a bit and I smiled at this. When we finished, I helped her out the tub and we got dressed, we then got into bed and I pulled her close to me as she finally fell asleep. I stayed awake for a bit just to make sure we were ok, well more importantly that Clementine was safe. I closed my eyes a bit and finally fell asleep.
