(Violet's Pov)
-Two Months Later-
I was currently in the meeting room looking over any documents I could find in regards to the Delta, and this new kingdom New Frontier. The most I could find was that the Delta had been battling them for close to two almost three years now, and that they have lost half their kingdom due to the battles. It seems that the New Frontier had been taking other lands as well, the only way I gained this information was when a few new comers came to Macon looking for a new home due to the losses they have had. Lee asked if we should let them stay and I told him they should but they can be watched to make sure they aren't spies.
"Violet?" I hear and look up to see Clementine with a tray and I get up and grab it from her.
"Take a seat." I muttered as she looked to me and I went and set the tray on the table and I went back into my work.
"You find anything?" She asked and I looked to her and I sighed.
"Kind of… the New Frontier seems to be taking lands from the Delta and so they had to try and gain more land to feed and home their people, so… I got nothing." I tell her as she pours me a drink and I nod as I take the cup and sip from it a bit and look back to my papers a bit.
"You think they'll be here?" She asked and I sighed and leaned back a bit and rubbed my face a bit.
"I think they will attempt to try but if Marlon had been training the Knights like he should have then we should be ok." I say and I stand up a bit and I hear the door open again and Lee comes in.
"How are you?" He asked.
"Fine just doing research on the new Kingdom." I say to him.
"Anything new?" He asked and I shook my head.
"No, nothing new from what I told you." I tell him and I set the cup on the table.
"I think you should take a break… the ceremony is in a few hours." He tells us and Clementine and I both nod as he leaves. I looked to Clem who came up to me and kissed my cheek a bit and I sighed.
"You've been overworking yourself, take a break, have some lunch with me." She tells me and I nod as I go and take a seat next to her and we eat and chat for a bit on anything.
"My parents should be here in an hour or less." I tell her.
"Well, we can meet them before the ceremony, I think your little sister would be happy to see you finally." She says and I nod a bit at this.
"Am I going to make a good King?" I asked her.
"Of course, you care for your people, you've fought for your people, you love me, and you think for everyone and how they would feel, you aren't a one-sided person like most… I think you would make a great king." She tells me and I look to her. If only she knew, if only she knew of the things I've been through, if only I could tell her the truth, I truly did want to marry her but I am on a time limit these days. Though the Delta hasn't tried anything yet I know they still have to be planning on taking over Macon, and I will be a traitorous king by then. There was a knock on the door and it opens to one of the servants of the house.
"Violet, your family is here." They say and I get up as does Clementine and I nod as they opened the door more to show my parents and a little girl in my mothers arms.
"You may go." I tell the servant and they nod and leave the room and I come up to my parents. I was taller than my mother as I had to look down a bit to look at her, but I was a few inches shorter than my father as I looked to him. I held my hand out to him and he shook it and I felt Clem stand next to me.
"Mom, Dad, Iris, this is my wife Clementine, Clementine this is my Mother, Father, and little sister." I introduced them and they shook hands.
"It's nice to meet you, Clementine." My father says and she nods.
"Violet has written a lot about you in the past few months." My mother tells her which makes Clementine blush and she looked to my sister.
"Well, hello little one." She says and hands Iris her finger and she takes it and smiles.
"Mind if I hold her?" Clem asked my mom who nods and gently hands my sister to Clem and I look to her and see her smiling as she holds my sister.
"She's two, correct?" I asked and my parents both nod at this.
"Almost three in three more months." My mother tells me and I nod and look back to Clementine as she talked to my sister and I smiled at this.
"So, where will the ceremony be taking place? So, we don't get lost." My father asked.
"Oh, right uh, I will show you." I tell him and all of us head to the main ballroom area and I explain some things to them.
"The ceremony will be taking place inside here, there will be more people as well but since you are my family you will be up front, you will also be sitting at the table with Clementine and I along with her father, for the dinner, also if you want you can spend a few days here as well, I have a home a few miles from here if you would like to stay there or we can get a room ready for you three." I explained.
"Is it fine if we stay in your home, I don't think we would get use to this stuff." My father asked and I nodded.
"I shall take you there after the party, or when Iris get's tired, whichever comes first." I say and look to Clem who was still holding my sister and I smiled and I look to my parents.
"Could we talk in private?" My mother asked and I look to Clem who nods as she goes and takes Iris to the garden and I look to them.
"You doing, ok?" My mother asked and I nod.
"Yea just a bit tired from staying up all night looking for information." I tell them and they nod.
"I was surprised the King allowed you two to get married… and for you to be a king." My father says and I nod.
"Yea uh… he passed a law a few months back allowing his daughter to marry who she wants and well Clem and I have… liked each other for a very long time." I tell him and he nods.
"What about an Heir? I know royal families are a bit picky when it comes to that stuff." My mother says and I clear my throat a bit.
"We were going to adopt actually. There's a bunch of kids who need a home and well… Clem and I were orphans so… we just wanted to help them out… actually we have a new tax that will be going out soon to the praist of this town, since he wants to spread misinformation and stuff." I tell them.
"You mean the man yelling in town about how bad this ceremony is going to be for the kingdom?" My father asked.
"That's probably him, sounds like he has something stuck in his throat all the time?" I asked and they nodded and I sighed.
"Yes, that would be him, though the money he gets taxes will be going to the orphans and any hungry people, so the people shouldn't be too mad." I tell them.
"Alright than." My father says and I nod.
"Oh, the Aldon's welcome, I hope Violet is being a good host?" Lee says as he comes up to us.
"Yes, she is, thank you both for having us here." My father says and I nod.
"Great, well let me show you around some more Violet has to get ready." Lee tells me and I nod as he and my parents go look around some more and I head to the gardens and I find Clementine and Iris by the roses and go over to them and I take a seat next to them.
"How are you two?" I asked.
"Your sister is a sweetheart, that's all I can say." Clem tells me as she touches my sisters' nose in a quick motion and it makes my sister giggle and wave her hands a bit and I smile.
"Oh Violet, please can we try to have one of our own?" Clem asked and I look to her a bit and I look to my sister.
"I… we can think on it…ok?" I asked as I looked to Clem and she looked to my sister sadly and I rubbed my neck a bit with my free hand and I look to my sister.
"Your older sister is being a meany hu?" Clem asked and I chuckled.
"Hey I'm not, don't listen to Clem." I tell Iris and not knowing what we are talking about Iris just giggles and I chuckled a bit at this and I take a breath.
"Your dad says we should get ready… I'll get changed first and then you hand Iris to me so you can get changed?" I asked and she nods and I get up and I help Clementine as we head to the room. I go in and change into a nice white outfit fitted with some gold here and there and a red sash with a gold lining as well. I placed my sword to my side and I take a breath as I look at myself in the mirror and I look at the Macon crest on my heart. I then headed out the room and I grabbed Iris from Clem and she went to change into her dress. I look to my sister a bit and I smiled as I made funny faces to make her laugh a bit. She seemed to be one of the happy babies I've read about in those medical books. I poke Iris a bit on her stomach and she laughed and I hear the door open.
"Isn't that adorable." I hear and look to Clem and I smile at her and I come up and kiss her cheek. Iris then decided it was the great time to place her hand on my mouth and we both laughed as I look to her.
"Hey that's my girl, I can kiss her." I tell Iris who just makes baby noises and I roll my eyes a bit at her. We then headed down the hall as Iris talked to us and I would respond with some, 'Oh', 'No way', and 'Really?' it was a nice moment we hand and I look to see my parents and my mother smiles as she comes up to us.
"Well don't you two look beautiful." She says and I nod as I and my sister to her.
"Thank you, Mrs. Aldon." Clem responds and I look to Clem and I hold her close to me.
"You two need to head this way, Lee has everything ready." A servant tells us and I nod and they take my parents and Clementine and I head to the doors by the ballroom and I sighed a bit.
"Hey everything is going to be ok." Clem tells me as I stand tall and I feel Clem fixing my sash a bit and I look at her. I grabbed her hands gently and she looked up to me and I smiled at her and kissed her. She kisses me back and I chuckled as we pulled apart.
"Clem… I just want you to know that I always have and always will love you no matter what." I tell her and she looked to me a bit confused.
"You sound as if you're going to die or something." She says a bit worried and I shake my head no.
"No, I just want you to know that I love you so much." I tell her and she nods. We then hear some music and I open the door for her and we both walk through and head to the front of the room where Lee was standing. We go in front of him and I look to him a bit and he nods.
"Today we will be crowning Violet and Clementine to symbolize that they will be the new rulers of Macon, Violet is taking the title of King and Clementine will be taking the title of Queen." He explained and he grabbed a small crown for Clementine. Traditionally it was the king to be crowned first but I said Clementine should be crowned before I was to be, it was more out of respect for her in all honesty. Lee then places the crown on Clementine's head and she bows a bit to him and I look as he grabbed the crown I would wear. He places the crown on my head and I bow to him as well.
"Welcome King Violet and Queen Clementine." He announces and we both turn and bow a bit to the people. After the event we all went to the dining hall and sat at our table, just as the others did, I felt my chest hurt and I look to see Minerva on the side and I slightly shake my head and she looked to me and then the pressure on my chest was let go so I could breathe a bit. The servants came by to the people and we drank and ate, while telling stories of any kind and I had my sister on my lap. She tried to grab for the crown on my head and I know it was because it was a shiny object and Clementine would giggle a bit at this. I looked to see Duck and the others come up to us and I get up a bit along with Clem as they bow to us and we bow back to them, though it was a bit hard for me since I had my sister in my arms.
"May we talk in private?" Duck asked and I looked to him and I nod as I hand Iris back to my parents and all of us head out to my office as they party still went on.
"We found some more information on the New Frontier Kingdom, seems like it was part of Mariana and Gabe's fathers plans to have more land or at least a place for Gabe to rule." Duck says and Mariana hands me the papers and I read through them a bit.
"So even your father didn't trust Gabe to rule after him… what happened?" I asked.
"When dad became a Knight, he had to give his kingdom to our uncle since Gabe was too young, but before you came in he was gathering land so when Gabe got older he could start something new." Mariana says and I read more.
"Yes, but I'm guessing after your father's disappearance things went out of hand." I say as I read more into it.
"It seems so, I don't think they liked the idea of a child ruling over them, then they started to take the land in Delta Kingdom, since they forgot David bought the lands legally." Duck says and I nod.
"He contacted my father at one point too, before he disappeared." Sarah says and hands me the letter.
"Dear Carlos, I am writing this letter to inform you on the New Frontier Kingdom, it seems things are getting out of hand with the current priest there he's made it a mockery to others, watch yourself and make sure the priest doesn't come to your lands. From David Knight of Macon, King of Richmond." I read out loud.
"Who was the priest?" Clem asked and I look to them.
"That's the thing we have no idea, we haven't had any new priests come in to our kingdom." Sarah says and I think a bit.
"When did Carver come to these lands?" I asked
"Before we were born, I could ask to look for his records, he had to tell them where he's from and we can look into that." Clementine says and I nod.
"Ok, we get information on Carver, he's causing problems here so he's suspected of being the priest David was talking about, then we have to look into the history of the New Frontier leaders, and we still need information on why Gabe was given a letter from the Delta, there's more to it than what I read before." I say and I look to them.
"We can talk to Gabe later on that." Duck says and I nod and look to Mariana.
"We can talk more about this tomorrow right now I think we should all just go back to the party and have a nice time till we have to really get to work." I tell them and they all nod as we head back to the party. Some people were dancing and I looked to Clementine as I offered her my hand and she nods as we both go over to the dance floor and I held her close to me. I placed my face near her neck and I chuckled a bit as she giggled.
"Are you ok?" She asked and I moved to look to her and I nod.
"Yes, I am ok Clementine." I tell her and she looked to me seriously and I nod.
"I am fine please don't worry." I tell her and she shakes her head a bit.
"I have to worry for you, if you won't even worry for yourself." She says.
"I do worry for myself, so please, stop worrying about me, I am fine, you are fine, we are all fine… I just guess-." I stop and sighed as I look to her.
"You just guess what?" She asked and I look to her.
"I guess I'm… I'm just worried about everything that will happen… you and I having a family, having to deal with the New Frontier along with keeping the Delta at bay because they still need help, I guess, plus with Gabe." I muttered the last part.
"Gabe?" She asked and I look to Clem a bit and I chuckled.
"I'm still going to be a jealous teenager at heart when it comes to you and Gabe trying to get with you… though it's a bit different now." I say.
"I know I want you to keep peace and all as do I, do not harm him, unless… you have to." She tells me and I nod.
"I will keep the peace as best as I can." I promise her and she nods in agreement.
"I will take your word for it." She says and I nod as we end our dance. After a while we all head to our proper homes or rooms and I go and take my parents to my own home. After I let them in, I see Minerva on the side and I tell my family goodnight and head over to her and she looked to me.
"Seems things went smoothly." She tells me and I glare at her.
"Does Lilly have something to ask of me or are you just here poking fun?" I asked her and she looked to me then hands me a letter and I open it and read it out loud.
"Violet if there is to be good faith between our kingdom it would be great if you could send some of your men to my kingdom to fight off some New Frontier Knights." I read and she looked to me.
"Fine, I will send some knights to the Delta in the morning, they should arrive in a day or two depending on how fast they are, but I will require a letter back from my own Grand Cross of their arrival of how many men they have and departure with the number of men left, names are to be taken so we can address their families if any of them die there." I tell Minerva and she nods.
"Will do, also." She says and holds out something and I take it and look to her.
"If you and Clem decide you want your own child this will help, don't worry I didn't do anything bad to it to cause you or Clem any harm and your baby will also be healthy as well just tell her it's a sweet drink that is from overseas and you wanted to try it with her, you both drink it and… proceed with conception." She tells me and I nod at this as we part ways. I kept the vile close to me as I go back to the castle. Once inside I went to mine and Clem's room and I look to her as she was laying in bed reading something. I sit next to her and she looks to me.
"You, ok?" She asked and I look at her.
"Yes… I uh… have a gift for you." I say and hand her the vile. She takes it and looks at it for a bit. I didn't want to tell the lie Minerva said to me and I look to her.
"What is it?" She asked and I was going to tell her the truth but I felt pain in my chest so I look at her.
"It's a sweet drink from overseas and I wanted to try some with you." I tell her and the pain went away for a bit. I looked to Clem as she looked back to me.
"Want to try it now?" She asked and I think a bit.
"Do you?" I asked and she nods and I nod as well. I open the bottle a bit and then hand it to her and she drinks half of it. I then take the bottle and drink the rest of it.
"It tastes good, like honey and milk." She says and I nod and smile at her. Though I think it was a sad smile since she cupped my face gently and I place my hand over hers. She kisses me and I kiss her back gently. After a while we had pulled apart but then started to kiss again and I pull back and look at her.
"You, ok?" I asked her and she nods.
"Yea... just… it's embarrassing to say." She tells me and I look at her and I take a breath.
"Do you want to?" I asked her knowing what she was talking about.
"I… I do but." She says and she looks to me and I nod and kiss her cheek.
"It's fine if you don't want to." I tell her and she takes my hand in hers.
"I do… I really do." She says and I look to her and I nod and kiss her again, and help her remove her clothes.
-Two Weeks Later-
I had gotten a letter from Marlon as he and the other knights were on their way home from the Delta, I could hear Carver talking to the people from my window, he has gotten louder since I had passed the law taxing him and the people did want answers for it which I am willing to answer. Had they given me the chance too.
"They sound pretty mad." I hear and look to Clem and I nod.
"Well, they don't want to hear me out so let them be mad without hearing what I have to say on the matter, foolishness is all it is." I say and rubbed my face a bit as I looked to the papers that Duck and Mariana had sent.
"I think you should make a statement on it." She says and I sighed but nodded at this. I get up and I look to her as I walk up to her.
"I can try but I don't think they are willing to listen." I tell her.
"I know, but you can try." She says as she fixes my cape tie a bit and I smiled at her and kissed her cheek gently.
"Alright, I will attempt to talk to him and his blind followers, though I could reconsider the law I thought I made it clear that Carver was to be taxed not the people." I muttered and she nods.
"Some people just don't read, but I know you'll explain more on it." She says and I sighed and headed out to the people and they yelled at me and I looked to them.
"Ok hold on I want to explain some things." I try to say.
"How can you tax the church like this?" A woman says and I look to her.
"I am not taxing the church if that is what Carver said he was lying the law states that he alone is to be taxed if he is to speak false information to you the people, and he want's to involve himself into political which we all know is a law that was set that no one from the church is to be involved in politics due to them being easily corrupted, proven point Carver had just mislead all of you on the law I had passed, therefore he will be taxed and the money will be going to the orphans and people who are struggling, this is nothing against the church only him, and it also stated that if he tells someone else to spread this false information they will also be taxed as well, doesn't matter who you are." I explained.
"I still don't think it's right." A man said.
"I know I know but if Carver doesn't spread lies to any of you then he will not be taxed, it's as simple as that, I can send copies of the law for anyone to read if any of you want that information, I am not lying to you about where the money is going, I will be sure to keep documents to prove it to anyone that thinks I am lying." I tell them.
"So, no money will be taken from the people?" A woman asked.
"No money will be taken from the people unless they were told by Carver to spread any false information without proof, if Carver takes any money that is supposed to go to fixing the churches, or for whatever the donations are for, then you may charge him as you please and I will see if it sees if the punishment fits the crime." I explain.
"I don't know." Someone says and I sighed a bit.
"Look it's simple, just don't spread any lies for him and you are ok, and he must not spread any lies either, we don't want anything to happen to anyone here that is bad to our kingdom and to the people in the kingdom with him spreading any false information, it would cause issues and isn't that in the testament, thou shall not lie?" I asked them.
"She does have a point." I hear some people mutter and they all decided to leave and I asked the servants to make some copies of the new law to give to people to read over themselves. I then head into the castle and I take a breath as I head back into the office and I see Lee.
"Not so easy hu?" He asked.
"I'll get use to it… that's all." I tell him and sighed as I took a seat.
"Least you kept the people calm and informed and willing to let them see the law you wrote." He says and I look to him.
"I wouldn't misinform the people like that." I tell him.
"Yes, that is true, which is good but sometimes scary." He says.
"Scary?" I asked.
"People almost didn't believe you, they could have rioted, or have killed you, that's why I asked if you would really be ok with the backlash." He says and I nod.
"I handled it… anyway is there anything you need?" I asked him.
"Just seeing how you are running the kingdom, seems to be doing just fine, I heard Clem talking to Omid and Christa about making donations to the orphanages across all kingdoms." He says and I nodded.
"Yes, but uh we wanted to talk to the towns people before we did that just so they know where it would be going, either that or we allow more people to adopt these kids, but that might cause a slight difference in how much gold is worth." I explained and he nods.
"Start small here and then the other kingdoms will probably follow… have you heard any news on the Delta or the New Frontier?" He asked.
"Other than Marlon and the others coming back from the Delta and how they won the battle, Duck and the others have been giving information as well or at least as much they can." I explained to him and he nods.
"Guess their parents are letting them take some control." He says and I nod. He then leaves the office and I got up and stretched a bit as I looked around the room a bit and then the door opened and I see Minerva.
"You know to knock." I tell her.
"Hmm yes but I need to talk with you." She says and I sighed and nodded as I looked to her.
"About?" I asked and she looks to me.
"Did you and Clem take it?" She asked.
"Why do you care?" I asked her.
"I don't but I'm curios is all." She tells me and I look to her.
"What did you do to it?" I asked and she lifted her hands up and I glare at her.
"Nothing, I told you that already, but I'm guessing with your reaction you both did take it." She tells me and I look at her as I take a seat.
"So?" I asked.
"Hmm just wait and see." She tells me then leaves and I groaned as I got back to work. I know hours had passed because Clementine came into the room with a tray and I got up and grabbed it from her and we both sat down to talk. This was the moment of peace I could get as I tried to figure everything out. I then see her grab a book from the table.
"You're still looking into that monster?" She asked and I nodded.
"They use to call them Walkers, not alive but dead and walking, though this one is a bit more advance, it doesn't rot like the others, it doesn't eat flesh, it talks but the old ones couldn't they apparently just gargled and moaned… it's… still a mystery." I tell her and she nods.
"But it's interesting don't you think?" She asked and I look at her.
"What do you mean?" I asked a bit curious to this.
"Well… I feel bad for the person who is like this, but the fact that they are alive and don't eat people like in the stories, they can talk to their loved ones… it's revolutionary in all honesty, just think about it." She says and I look to her then to the book.
"Yes, but that's only if it's done right… if not then we'll be right back to what happened two hundred years ago." I tell her.
"I know but… it's nice to think of the good sides of this." She says and I think and I sighed.
"Do you wish… do you wish this could have been used on your parents?" I asked and she looked up to me quickly.
"I… I don't know… let's not talk about it, how have you been?" she asked and I chuckled as I drank the tea and then looked to her.
"Fine, especially when I get to talk to you, and when we can go to bed together." I say and she turns red and I smirked at this.
"Ok Romeo." She says and I chuckled at this.
"You did good today." She tells me and I nod.
"I guess so… some people might still not like what I had planned but… it's all I got for now." I tell her. She nods and I pull her chair close to me and I hold her hands and I feel her body move a bit as I look at her hands. They were small in mine and I kissed her hand, and I look up to her.
"Clem…. I'm sorry." I tell her.
"Sorry for what?" she asked and I shake my head as I lie to her.
"I don't know… I just… thought I should say it." I tell her and she cups my face in her hands and I look at her.
"Until you know what you have to be sorry for don't say it ok?" She tells me and I nod to her as I take a breath. I knew what I was sorry for, but I can't tell her. Not yet.
"Anyway, I should let you get back to work, but I wanted to tell you I am going to visit the orphanage today." She tells me and I perk up a bit at this.
"Actually… could I come?" I asked her and she looked to me.
"Do you have time? As in this won't bother your work?" She asked.
"No, I think it'll be fine." I tell her and she looked to me and nods. We both head out the room and I make sure to keep it locked. We both head to the horses and we ride near the edge of the town where we see Christa and Omid taking care of the kids outside and they run up to Clementine and I as we get off the horses and hitch them.
"Queen Clementine how are you?" one of the girls ask as Clem leans down to talk to them. I look over to Christa and Omid as they come over to us.
"What a surprise for both the King and Queen to be here." Omid says.
"Clem uh wanted to come and uh well I kind of needed to take a break." I admitted.
"Sleepless nights hu?" He asked and I nod.
"You'd think I would have a great sleep schedule but nope, been trying to fix things and stuff, deal with… things and research." I tell him and he nods.
"Understandable." He says and I look to Clem and the kids as they all listen to her telling a story and I smiled a bit at this.
"So, Clem said you and her were looking to adopt?" Christa asked and I look to her and I nod at this.
"Yea, uh we haven't decided fully but we want to contribute to this orphanage." I tell them.
"That would be great." Omid says and I nod at this. We stay for a while the kids taking Clem into the orphanage so they could show them their drawings and other things that kids are interested in like toys or new clothes and so on. I think a bit and look to Clementine as she looked to me. I go and sit next to her and a kid comes and sits in my lap and I look at her.
"Hi I'm Mary." She tells me and I nod.
"Hello Mary." I say and smile at her and she talks to me about anything and I listen. It was about time for Clem and I to go so we tell the kids bye and we head back home.
"You seemed so relaxed." I hear and look at Clementine as we rode the horses more.
"Was I?" I asked and she nods.
"Yea… maybe we should adopt them… I saw Mary taking a liking to you." She says and I chuckled at this.
"…. We can still try for our own kid too… right?" I asked and she nods.
"When the time comes, we can." She tells me and I nod as we finally get to the castle. I felt really bad now when she had said that. My stomach was turning and I felt sick at what I had done to her and I take her to our room.
"You coming to bed?" she asked and I shake my head.
"Still have some work to do… I'll be in bed soon I just need to finish some last-minute stuff." I tell her and she nods then kisses my cheek and I smile at her sadly. I then head to the office and I see Minerva at my desk and I glare at her.
"Why are you mad at me?" She asked.
"You should know why by now there's no point in trying to tell you." I tell her and I take a seat at my desk.
"You're mad because I wanted you and Clem to be happy with a baby?" She asked.
"You don't want me happy you want to torcher me just like you have been, I know you won't give me my fucking heart back, until I'm actually fucking dead." I tell her and she looked to me.
"You told her the vile was a gift." She says and I look at her.
"You wanted her to drink it, you drank it too, you could have waited but you didn't, you were selfish and you know it, and now you feel bad and want to put blame on me." She says and I get up and rubbed my face and slick my hair back.
"You basically forced her to do this Violet, you wanted this." She says and I shake my head.
"I… I don't know what I want." I say as I cover my mouth a bit.
"You know what you want." She says and I shake my head more.
"No, no I don't… I don't know anymore." I tell her.
"Yes, you do." I hear her say and I look to the side and shake my head.
"You are human-."
"I am dead, you hold my heart, you stupid…. Fuck you." I say pissed off and she looked to me a bit shocked.

"What? She would have been happy t-to be with a man, someone who would give her a kid naturally, not a dead fucking corpse of a woman who tries and tries and tries but everyone makes this so fucking complicated for me, the Delta used me, and you use me, you are all sick fucking people with evil intentions, you don't want to help me, you want to control me, just so you all can take fucking power over those who can't do anything… well I'm done, I'm fucking done with all this shit." I ranted.
"No, you aren't, you still have work to do." She says.
"All I am is a fucking walking corpse that you will throw away when you are done." I tell her and she looked to me.
"Just do what you need to do… that's all I am going to tell you." She says and leaves and I shake my head and sit at my desk. I just stare at a book for a while not reading the words at all and I start to think on everything.
"Clem will forgive me… or not… if not I leave, if she does… I stay." I muttered to myself and look up from the book and take a breath. I then get up and head to the room I opened to door to see the candles already put out. I headed over to the dresser and put on some night clothes on and I lay in the bed and look to the ceiling as I think. I keep thinking till I finally fall asleep. Into a nightmare.
