"Are you sure this is a good idea?" Neji asked, his little cousin Hanabi. The two were currently spying on Hinata, who was reading under the tree at the schoolyard.

It's been three days since Hinata and her father argued. Hanabi and Neji tried their best for the two to talk, but the father and daughter are both stubborn.

"What other choice do we have? Besides, as long as we keep the mirror it will be fine." Hanabi said.

"Where did you even get the mirror from?" Neji asked, with a raised brow.

"Oh some run down shop in town." Hanabi said, nonchalant.

It's a hand mirror and it had a fairy on the top, and it was painted silver. Hanabi went for a stroll in town, until she came across a shop she's never seen before.

Then the mirror caught her eye and when she asked the shopkeeper about the mirror, since it looked ancient.

She said the mirror will bring out the person's inner self and when the woman was about to giver her a warning, Hanabi immediately gave the woman money and ran of with the mirror.

"And, you wonder why uncle always make sure you have an escort." Neji gave her deadpanned look.

"Don't be such a stink in the mud. It will be fine, I know what I'm doing."

'I highly doubt that.'

~ With Hinata ~

"MOTHER IS BETTER OF DEAD, SO SHE WOULDN'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH A HORRIBLE PERSON LIKE YOU!"

'I'm such an idiot.' Hinata sighed and put her book down.

"Are you okay?"

Hinata looked up and saw the girls.

"No. Not really."

"What happened?" Sakura asked, as she sat next to Hinata and Ino on Hinata's right.

"I had an argument with father. I said something so horrible and I feel guilty about it." The heiress said.

"How did the argument started?" Ino asked.

"Well...I came home next day after I stayed the night with Naruto, but!" The girls shut their mouths.

"It was late and his parents ley me stay in the guest room. Anyways, when I got home he got angry with me for staying the night with a boy...but then he saw some marks...and it exhalated from there."

Ino was about to ask what marks, but Sakura gave her a not-the-time look and she kept quiet.

"He started yelling about how Naruto was only using me...and when my emotions got the best of me, I guess he got scared of my eyes changing, and he slapped me saying that the other me is nothing, but a thing and we're not the same..."

The girls hugged their friend.

"I told him my mom was better of dead so she wouldn't be with a horrible person like him." Hinata admitted.

The girls eyes widen.

"Hinata..." Ino said.

"I know...it was wrong of me. I was being childish and cliché I should of handled it better..." Hinata said, wiping her eyes.

"Did you apologize to him?" Sakura asked and Hinata shook her head.

"Every time I try to, I cower away. I doubt simply saying I'm sorry is going to be enough." Hinata sighed.

"You won't know until you try harder. We don't know much about your dad, but at least saying sorry is a start." Sakura said, rubbing Hinata's back.

"She has a point. If that doesn't work, you can always try harder." Ino smiled at her.

"You two are right. I'll talk to him after school." Hinata gave them a small smile.

~ With Neji and Hanabi ~

"Awww man, I really wanted to use this thing." Hanabi pouted looking at the hand mirror.

'Thank Kami.' Neji sighed in relief.

"8000 yen for nothing."

"You spend 8000 yen for a hand mirror?!" Neji asked, bewildered.

"What a waste." Hanabi said ignoring him and tossed the mirror without looking, and a white beam shot out and hit Hinata.

"Hinata!" Sakura and Ino screamed.

Neji and Hanabi froze and turned pale at what they were seeing.

~ With the boys ~

"Did you guys hear screaming?" Kiba asked, his ear twitching. The others looked at each other and shrugged their shoulders.

"I could of sworn I heard Sakura and Ino-"

On cue, Sakura and Ino came running in the building and stopped in front of them.

"Whoa, what's going on?" Naruto asked.

"Hinata...Dark...Schoolyard..." Ino huffed, holding her knees. Naruto and Haku immediately ran out the the schoolyard and the others followed suite.

~ Out the yard ~

"This is bad, this is so bad." Hanabi panicked.

"Uncle is going to kill us." Neji started sweating.

"Dad is the least of our worries! I'm more scared of her than him." Hanabi said.

"Neji? Hanabi? What are you two doing here?" Naruto asked, and the two quickly stood in front of the group, blocking Hinata.

"Naruto...um what a lovely surprise." Hanabi laughed nervously.

"Well yeah, I go here. Why are you two blocking Hinata from us?" Naruto asked.

"What did you do to Hinata-hime!?" Haku asked, getting his needles ready. Neji shoved Hanabi towards them and she gave him a glare.

"Well...you see there was this...incident..." Hanabi played with her fingers, like her sister does when nervous.

"What did you do, gaki?" Sasuke glared.

"Well..."

"Hanabi! You are in so much trouble!" The group, except for Sakura and Ino were shocked at what they saw.

Neji moved out of the way and there was Dark Hinata and Hinata getting up from the ground. Hinata gasped as she stared at her dark side.

"It seems we finally meet in person." Dark Hinata said.

"How did this happen?" Hinata asked.

"Don't know. Why don't you ask our little sister?" Dark Hinata glared at Hanabi and her body stiffen.

"Maybe we should go somewhere private to talk." Shino said, as everyone noticed the students were whispering and looked their way.

~ At the rooftop ~

"You two better explain, now." Dark Hinata's eyes flashed and Hanabi cried, and held onto her sister's legs.

"I'm so sorry, onee-sama! Neji and I wanted to help you and father make amends and I thought maybe if you and the other Hinata separated. You three can work on your differences. So, I went to this sketchy shop and that's where I got the mirror." Hanabi said.

"Hanabi..." Hinata said.

"So you and Neji were eavesdropping?" She crossed her arms as her family started sweating.

"It was for a good reason." Neji said, shaking and Dark Hinata looked at him.

"Still, what's going on between us and father is none of your concern. I appreciate what you two were trying to do, but what you both did was dangerous." Dark Hinata said.

'So mature.' The group thought, with admiration.

"Does this mean we're off the hook?" Hanabi asked, smiling nervously.

"No."

Dark Hinata grabbed her sister by the back of her shirt and throw her at Neji, causing both of them fall on the ground.

"Since you two are responsible for this, you both are going to find that mirror. Alone."

"But, that will take all day. It could be anywhere." Neji said.

"Well then, I guess you better start looking." She gave them a sweet smile and bend down to their eye level, and they started shaking in fear.

"So, get to it." Here eyes flashed and the two Hyuga scattered to find the mirror.

Haku started to imagine a dominate Dark Hinata with him and Naruto on leashes, and he started drooling with a blush on his face.

Naruto felt a cringe up his spine at Haku's expression.

"Inner, don't you think you were a bit harsh on them?" Hinata asked. Dark Hinata sighed and looked at her other half.

"They need to know how serious this can get. It's bad enough we have people after us and we don't know how it will affect us, being separated like this."

"Won't it be quicker if we help them?" Shino asked.

"Not yet. Besides, I like watching them squirm." Dark Hinata smirked and grabbed Shino by the chin, making him blush.

Hinata only sighed at her dark side's flirtatious behavior and Haku imagined everyone as Dark Hinata's harem, and he giggled to himself.

Sasuke hit Haku upside the head and Haku glared at him, rubbing his head in pain.

"Inner..." Hinata gave her a look.

"Sorry, it's not my fault our friends are easily flustered." She let go of Shino's chin.

"I think Shino and Kiba should help them, since they are good trackers." Sakura suggested.

"Good idea." Hinata said. Shino and Kiba nodded and they went to help.

"Ino, Sakura since you two know all the shops in town. Maybe you can find the store Hinata mentioned, all she said it was sketchy." Hinata said and the girls nodded and they headed out.

"What are we going to tell Headmistress Tsunade?" Sasuke asked.

"I got that part figured out." Dark Hinata said.

~ At the Hyuga's Compound ~

"How did you convince Ms. Tsunade?" Haku asked.

"I gave her coupons to the bathhouse that serves the best Sake in Tokyo, my father would get those sometimes, but he never uses them." Hinata said.

"So, you just had some lying around in your pocket?" Sasuke asked.

"After the events going around school, you never know." Dark Hinata shrugged her shoulders.

'She's prepared for everything.' Naruto thought.

Hiashi was leaving his office, but stopped when he saw Hinata and her friends along with Dark Hinata next to her.

The head clan leader had a staring contest with his daughter's dark side and Hinata. The others felt awkward at the tension in the air.

"I see you brought your friends." Hiashi said.

"Y-yes, um you see Hanabi got this mirror...and w-well this happened." Hinata said, pointing at herself and her dark side.

"I see. Well I won't bother you." Hiashi walked pass them, but Dark Hinata spoke.

"We need to talk to you, father." Dark Hinata said, holding Hinata's wrist and their father glanced at her.

"Fine." He kept walking.

"Naruto will show you where to go. We won't be long." Dark Hinata said, as the two Hinatas followed their father.

"Was it always this amount of tension?" Haku asked, worried.

"Yeah." Naruto whispered.

~ With Hiashi and the two Hinatas ~

"What do you want?" The father asked.

"Hinata and I want to apologize what was said three days ago. We shouldn't of brought our mother into this." Dark Hinata said, looking down.

"You mean Hinata's mother." Hiashi said, coldly and Dark Hinata flinched.

"Father, please. Whether you like it or not, she and I are the same person. Unlike me, she was brave enough to apologize to you...while I was being a coward." Hinata said.

Hiashi looked at his daughters.

"Please, father. All I ask is a chance to talk and after today you wouldn't ever worry about me being out again." Dark Hinata said.

He looked into her lilac eyes.

"Fine."

~ With Sakura and Ino ~

"We've been searching for the shop for hours. Where could it be?" Ino groaned.

The girls couldn't understand why Hinata wouldn't let Hanabi go with them, since she was the one who found the store.

"You're so dramatic. It's only been an hour." Sakura rolled her eyes and tried not to get violet, since Ino kept complaining.

"I don't get why Hanabi isn't with us. She was the one who found the shop." Ino said.

"You're right about, but complaining about it isn't going to magically appear."

"Beautiful?" They turned around and saw Sai, the artist from the festival. Ino had hearts in her eyes, while Sakura looked annoyed at his fake smile.

"Sai! We were wondering if you know about this shop? Apparently, from what my friend said it's pretty 'unique'." Ino asked.

"I doubt he knows what you're talking ab-"

"Oh, you're talking about The Kinjiru Shop. I actually work there." Sai gave Ino a genuine smile.

'Not surprised.' Sakura thought.

"I can show you where to go." Sai said.

"That would be perfect!" Ino beamed and wrapped her arms around Sai's arm. He escorted her to the right direction, leaving Sakura walking behind.

'This is going be exhausting.'

Her eyebrow twitched, as the two were flirting right in front of her.

~ With Hanabi and the others ~

"Damn, Hanabi where did you toss that thing?" Kiba asked, in his dog form. While Shino, used his insects to search for the mirror.

"I don't know. I've looked everywhere." Hanabi groaned in misery.

"You shouldn't of tossed it in the first place. Mind you, you're spend 8000 yen on a hand mirror." Neji scowled at his cousin.

"8000 yen? You definitely got scammed." Kiba said.

"Oh shut it, mutt. Less talking more sniffing." Hanabi said.

'Can't believe Hinata and her are related.' Kiba huffed with annoyance and went back to sniffing the ground.

~ With the boys ~

"Did you guys find anything yet?" Shikamaru asked, as he closed another book. For the past two hours, they still haven't found anything.

"No. How come we can't just search the internet?" Naruto asked, looking thorough a book, but closed it finding nothing.

"I highly doubt the internet is going to help. Hell, we don't even know what the mirror is." Sasuke answered.

Haku was too busy browsing around, until his eyes caught a photo of Hiromi.

'This must be Hinata's mother.' Haku thought as he carefully picked it up, admiring the woman's features.

'She has the same lilac eyes as Dark Hime.'

"You found something?" Naruto asked.

"Yeah. It's a picture of Hinata's mother." Haku showed the others. Sasuke had sad eyes when he looked at Hiromi's photo.

In a way, Hiromi reminded him of his mother, Mikoto, they had the same dark hair, but more black and his mother was a bit more feisty.

"Isn't she gorgeous? She even has Dark Hime's eyes." Haku pointed at them and Naruto's eyes widen.

"You're right." Naruto said.

"Let's get back to searching, so we can hurry this up." The Nara said and Haku quickly put the photo back and they boys went back to the books.

~ Hiashi and Hinatas ~

"I only want to know why you hate me so much and it can't only because of what I did to those Elders." Dark Hinata said.

"You tainted my daughter. She was innocent, until you came along." Hiashi said. Hinata looked between the two and felt small.

"I saved her. If it wasn't for me, she would of been dead!" Dark Hinata yelled and the Head Hyuga eyes widen.

"Neji got careless and hit Hinata's main artery. Of course, the Elders didn't bat an eye and you didn't even bothered to check, all you cared about was your image." She glared.

Hiashi clenched his fists.

"Hinata was the one who begged for her life and I happen to come to her aid. After I took over Hinata, I felt her pain and I made sure those Elders felt the same, but worse."

Hinata looked down.

"At first I didn't feel any remorse, but feeling Hinata's emotions at the aftermath it was the first time I felt such a thing. Instead of hating me, you should be thanking me."

"She's right. Without her I would of been with mother, but I'm still sorry for calling you a horrible person and bringing up mother the way I did." Hinata said.

Hiashi looked at both of them.

"I forgive you. I haven't been the best gather lately, since her death. I am sorry for hitting you and said awful things about Naruto...and I want to say sorry to you as well." Hiashi looked at Dark Hinata.

Hey eyes widen.

"I am sorry, I had no idea that without you I would only have one daughter. You gave her a second chance in life, instead of thanking you I treated you so poorly."

"Father..."

"The main reason why I resented you so much is because you have your mother's eyes." He confessed and both Hinatas looked shocked.

"Eleven years ago, when you first appeared with those eyes my whole body was shaking. It was like seeing Hiromi all over again, but I knew it wasn't her."

"The way those eyes looked at me for the first time I can feel her disappointment towards me and since then I decided to keep my distance from you...both of you and it was wrong of me." Hiashi confessed.

"Father I-"

"WE FOUND IT!"

The three jumped, when everyone came in the living area. Hanabi and her group was covered in dirt and grass and Sakura with dust, and Naruto and his group eyes looked strained.

~ In Hiashi's Study ~

Dark Hinata noticed marks on Ino's neck.

"You've been busy." She commented and Sakura shot daggers at Ino, who had a cheeky grin.

"Instead of helping me, she was too busy sucking face with that weirdo!"

"Weirdo?" Hinata asked.

"His name is Sai and he's not a weirdo. You're just jealous, because a guy is giving me attention unlike you, billboard brow." Ino stick her tongue out at her.

"Why you!" Sakura glared, her fist glowing pink while Ino's hands were glowing purple.

"Enough you two!" Dark Hinata's eyes flashed and the two girls immediately got their act together.

Hiashi cleared his throat and got everyone's attention.

"I would like all of you to get back on track, I rather not have my office destroyed over something so childish." He glared at the two girls and they bowed apologizing.

"Troublesome." The Nara looked at the girls and placed the book on the table.

"Apparently, that mirror is a forbidden item and after what we witnessed today we know its attributes. Luckily, the mirror only hit Hinata, because who knows what would happen if it hit someone else...who is more dangerous."

"Fair enough. Did you two find the shopkeeper?" She asked Sakura and Ino.

"No, Sai said she usually comes and goes when she feels like it. He was surprised she would let someone by something so ancient like that mirror." Ino said.

"How can reverse the magic?" Hinata asked.

"In this book, all you have to do is to touch the mirror with the other half and they will merge once again. But, its only a one time reverse and we have to be very careful, it's a possibility Dark Hinata will take over and it will be the other Hinata sealed." The shadow user warned.

The Hinatas looked at each other, worried.

"Is there a safer precaution?" Naruto asked.

"Afraid not." Shikamaru answered.

"I don't get why you guys are being all sad about it." Everyone looked at Dark Hinata surprised.

"Inner..."

"Hinata, I know you rather me roam free and you sealed." Dark Hinata and their friends eyes widen, especially Hiashi and Naruto.

"If I was strong as you, I wouldn't let Toneri captured me, Naruto wouldn't of gotten his hands dirty, and I wouldn't be dead weight." Hinata confessed.

"You're not dead weight, Hinata. There were times you were strong, without me. In a way you're protecting me."

"H-How?"

"You protect me from being used as a weapon."

Dark Hinata grabbed the mirror and looked at Hinata.

"Who knows we might end up actually becoming one? Wouldn't that be something." Dark Hinata grinned at her.

"Are you sure about this?"

"I'm sure."

"Wait." Hiashi stood up and stopped in front of Dark Hinata, and hugged her.

"Thank you again and I am terribly sorry. No matter what happens, you are my daughter." Hiashi said and Dark Hinata hugged him back.

"Thank you." Dark Hinata whispered.. Hiashi let her go and both Hinatas turned the mirror, and they were infused by a white light.

The normal Hinata passed out and Naruto caught her, and her friends along with Neji and Hanabi gathered around her.

'It seems our daughter is in good hands, Hiromi.' Hiashi smiled.
