The Killers P.O.V.
Halloween
A gunshot rung through the air and I saw Jake Fitzgerald fall into the lake. Dead. Most Likely. Piper shot him. Despite the distance and the lasting remnants of the night I could see the horror on Pipers face as she took a life.
"Well she did me a favor in taking care of disposing of him" I thought. Although I still need to double check on that. It wouldn't be convenient for me if Jake survived. Not like he would have been able to tell the police anything that would aid them. Like who I am. Or why I was doing this.
I only allowed him to join in my plans to gather information on Emma and her mother. As well as provide myself with an alibi. To be honest he annoyed me so much that I just wanted to slit his throat.
"Hmm not how I expected things to go but this will suffice for now." I mused. However, due to recent events I would need to regroup and prepare for the next phase of my plan. Roughly four to five months before I can begin again.
It's not ideal, but necessary. Although, one advantage to this is that when I decided to play my game again those idiots won't see me coming.
I had to resist laughing at that prospect. Oh, that was going to be fun. I could barely wait until then. But now I need to be patient and control myself.
Unfortunately, I don't think Emma will be much fun to pay with as much as before. I've watch her for a long time, and I thought it would be entertaining to her whole world fall apart. And it definitely was. However, Emma was far too emotional.
To sensitive. To weak. To pathetic.
Piper on the other hand wasn't. She smart, cunning, and strong. In fact, she did thwart some of my plans. Preventing the trap that would have killed Will Belmont, saving Brooke Maddox, and being able to figure out that Seth Palmer wasn't the killer.
A worthy challenge indeed.
The spawn of Brandon James. Oh, that's right Piper I know who you really are. I had a different plan for you, but things have changed. An evil smirk settled on my face as I saw Piper helping Emma and Maggie with their wounds. I've seen how much you care about these people and how much you despise me so much for my actions. I can't wait to rip everything you love away from you and see the light in your eyes leave as you beg me to kill you as well.
It's your turn now Piper James.
"Time to stop being so nice and really bathe this town in red," I said quietly as I turned to walk away in the remaining darkness of the night, plotting my next step.
Alright this chapter has been a long time coming and sorry it took so long to get done.
