Author's Notes: I wanted to let you all know that Snape isn't Harry's Godfather. Sirius Black is. I plan on making Snape more like an uncle to Harry so they will begin to have a bond. (Nothing sexual. More like a family thing.)

Chapter 11: I'm Here For You
"Harry, please stay after class." Snape said
Harry sighed. However, he seemed a little confused as to why Snape used his actual name. Some chuckles could be heard. Hermione told him that he would wait for him.
Once everyone was gone, Snape used his wand to shut the door.
"You aren't in trouble. I just wanted to make sure you are alright."
Harry raised an eyebrow. What was Snape's reason for all of this?
"I'm fine, sir." Harry said.
It was Snape's turn to raise an eyebrow. Normally Harry would stand his ground, but the last few days have depleted his strength. So he looked at the ground and shook his head.
"Everyone keeps thinking that Dumbledore used his power to get my name into the Goblet."
"Because you are his adoptive son." Snape finished the thought.
Harry nodded his head. His green eyes met Snape's onyx ones.
"Professor, I am at a loss at what to do. Hermione is the only one still talking to me."
"If you wish, you may study in my office instead of going to Study Hall."
"Thank you sir."
"I know we don't always get along, Potter, but I am here for you. Just as I am for Hermione."
