When Voldemort attacks the Potters the interaction between the killing curse and Lily's protection ritual have unexpected results. I'm new at this so don't complain if there's room for improvement. fem Harry, Harry is Tooty, good Dumbledore, eventual good Gruntilda mentor Gruntilda rating for Kazooie's mouth and the fact that the HP series gets darker as the years go on.

Summary: Read chapter 1

AN: It's only going to get harder to describe the pocket dimensions in Gruntilda's Lair from here so I am willing to accept a Beta Reader who has played Banjo-Kazooie long enough to have every aspect of it memorized from beginning to end.

Chapter 11: Interlude 3

while Banjo and Kazooie were Traversing Treasure Trove Cove Gruntilda and Tooty wake up to the morning sunlight that pierces through a window over their shared bed they get up and Gruntilda leads Tooty to a bathroom that has a tub fit for a king meaning it's big enough to have a pool party in it. they strip of their cloths and take a 30 minute bath with all the required hygiene products being used like Shampoo and Conditioner and Body Wash and let's assume Gruntilda has better taste in hygiene products than she does in the game meaning she uses Dove as her preferred brand and once they're done Gruntilda leads Tooty to a walk-in closest full of outfits her canon counterparts wouldn't be caught dead in. first Gruntilda puts on the required undergarments which are better in taste than in the game she then puts on a broader version of the dress her canon counterpart wears when you stop playing before you save Tooty in the game she then turns to Tooty and proceeds to dress her in an outfit she wore when she was a kid and that's stripe undies and a matching training bra since it can be assumed canon Tooty was an early bloomer and had at least AA cup breasts underneath her shirt and then she has Tooty put on a blue sundress and Gruntilda puts on her canon shoes while Tooty is given mary janes that are custom made for animal feet. they then go to the kitchen and Gruntilda cooks up some over medium eggs, bacon, pancakes and ham they eat it all and proceed to the library where Gruntilda picks out another book for Tooty to read called Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them by Newt Scamander she hands it to Tooty and tells her " read and memorize that book and once you're done I'll quiz you on what you read." Tooty says "Okay I'll start now." and proceeds to read it for four hours and due to it being a thick book on par with War and Peace she doesn't finish it before lunch and Gruntilda walks up and says " I know you're not done reading that but let's take a break for lunch." Tooty says " It's no problem all this reading was making me hungry anyway although it is an interesting read." they then go to the kitchen and Gruntilda cooks up fillet o' fish and they eat all of it they then return to the library where Tooty resumes reading and memorizing the book she was given earlier and spends another six hours reading it and when Gruntilda walks up to her she has read at least half the pages in the book. Gruntilda says " I'm impressed you've gotten as far as you have in reading that book it took me a week to get that far because i took the time to memorize each and every creature in that book before proceeding to the next one. but now's not the time to read more of it we'll eat dinner and go to bed you can resume your reading tomorrow." Tooty says " Okay i was getting tired anyway." they then go to the kitchen where Gruntilda cooks a lasagna and they eat it all then they go to the bed room and strip of their cloths and proceed to put on night cloths Gruntilda puts on a night dress and she puts Tooty in a set of kid's pajama's with stars adorned on it they get in bed and go to dreamland.

Meanwhile in a lower floor of the lair Banjo and Kazooie return to the room that connects to Treasure Trove Cove's entrance room they climb a vine to higher ground and talon trot up to the music note door which has a lock strength of 180 it opens and they then return to the room with the Treasure Trove Cove puzzle board in it they look to their right and see that a shock jump pad has appeared while they were busy with Treasure Trove Cove they use it and find the puzzle board for Clanker's Cavern they insert half a dozen Jiggies that completes the picture and Bottles says " Congratulations the entrance to Clanker's Cavern is now open." they then return to the room that connects with the Treasure Trove Cove entrance room and look to their right and see a sewer pipe that has a doorway above it they jump on top of the pipe and jump to the doorway they enter the next room and find a switch to their right they beak bomb it and it raises two platforms that will let them jump across to the entrance to Clanker's Cavern but before they enter they find another switch that raises a platform next to a pipe on the wall near the doorway to where the just came from. they jump back to where they started and backflipped on to the pipe and follow it it to another switch which they beak bomb and a hidden passage just opened up they jump in the water and sees where it goes it leads to a room that has the puzzle board to Bubblegloop Swamp in it they deposit ten Jiggies and it completes the picture Bottles then says " Congratulations the entrance to Bubblegloop Swamp is now open." they then go back to the room they were just in and enter Clanker's Cavern.

AN and so the third interlude ends Gruntilda and Tooty have bonded a little more and Banjo and Kazooie have entered the third world in the Lair Clanker's Cavern next time Banjo and Kazooie will traverse Clankers Cavern.
