Chapter 23: Interlude 9
While Banjo and Kazooie were traversing Rusty Bucket Bay Gruntilda and Tooty are woken up by the morning sun they get out of bed and go to the bathroom and strip their sleep wear they take a 30 minute bath and use the required hygiene products and groom Amaterasu and Artemis to where their feathers are shining. once done they get out of the tub and go to the walk-in closet. Gruntilda puts on white lacy undergarments and a purple and white princess dress she then dresses Tooty in white striped red undies and a matching training bra and a black and red version of the princess dress that young Zelda wears in LoZ Ocarina of time and red high heel shoes that are custom made for animal feet they take 10 minutes to have Tooty learn how to balance herself without twisting her ankles and due to being a quick study she perfects how to do it within that time they go to the kitchen and Gruntilda cooks over meduim eggs, bacon, ham and pancakes. they share the bacon with Amaterasu and Artemis and they eat it all and go to the library and gruntilda says "I have a feeling we'll soon meet up with Banjo and Kazooie. so tomorrow we'll go to a room I've prepared to quiz them on places they've been, people they've seen and have them do timed challenges based on what they've already done. and should they succeed we'll split up because I'll retreat to the top of my lair and wait for them. in any grand adventure there has to be a final showdown between the villain and the heroes. but don't worry they won't kill me after a grand battle the moment it seems i'm about to lose i'll surrender and tell them that I've been teaching you how to use magic." Tooty says " Okay be careful." Gruntilda then goes to a shelf and pulls out a book called standard book of spells year 2 and gives it to Tooty " read and memorize that and once you're done if we have time we'll learn how to use a few spells in that book." Tooty says "Okay I'll start now." Tooty read the book for four hours and finishes the book when Gruntilda returns and says " well done since you've completed the book we'll learn a few spells from the book after we eat lunch." Tooty says " Okay all the reading made me hungry." they go to the kitchen where Gruntilda cooks hamburgers and bacon. Gruntilda and Tooty eat all the hamburgers while Amaterasu and Artemis split the bacon between each other. they return to the library and Gruntilda says " now we'll learn a few spells from the book i gave you earlier the first spell is the bombardment spell the incantation is Bombarda and what it does is similar to the seige weapons that when enough force is applied it can destroy walls but before we practice it we're going elsewhere since it would be a shame if this room were to be destroyed." they go to a hiiden room with training dummies in it and gruntilda says " now we'll practice the spell the wrist movements have you move your are to the right and as you recite the spell incantation flick your arm back to the left while your pointer finger is aimed at a dummy." Tooty then does as asked and recites " Bombarda." while having her right pointer finger aimed at the nearest training dummy the spell hits the dummy and when the smoke clears the dummy is nothing but splinters signaling the spell was a success. Gruntilda says " well done it took me three tries to get it done right." she then says " next we'll learn the fire ignition charm what this does is it creates a fireball in your hand and burns anything it hits the incantation is Incendio." Tooty then recites "Incendio." and a fireball appears in her right hand she throws it to the next dummy and it gets set on fire. Gruntilda says " well done it took me four tries to get that down." Gruntilda then says " before we call it a night and eat dinner and go to bed there's one last spell for you to learn it's called the water creation charm and what it does is when it hits it causes water damage to the target and it puts out any fire it touches the incantation is aquamenti." Tooty recites "Aquamenti." water is created from nothing and she aims it at the dummy she set on fire it hits and the dummy is turned to ash since while the spell did put out the fire the dummy was burned beyond recognition and it fell apart signalling it was a success Gruntilda says "well done it took me six tries to get that spell right." it has been six hours since they started practicing spells so they go to the kitchen and Gruntilda cooks gumbo and bacon. Gruntilda and Tooty eat all of the gumbo while Amaterasu and Artemis split the bacon between them they go to the bedroom and strip their clothes and dress in a new set of sleep wear Gruntilda puts on a black night gown and has Tooty put on a red set of kid's pajamas with yellow stars adorning it they get in bed and go to dreamland while Amaterasu and Artemis keep a look out for any danger.
AN: and so the ninth Interlude is done next we'll have Banjo and Kazooie traverse Click Clock Wood and go to the room where Grunty's Furnace Fun takes place.
