Chapter 10: Back On Track
We can find Issei and Asia up early to get ready for the place everyone dreads to go to. School.
Issei and Asia went to the club to get Asia enrolled. There Rias explains to them how a peerage works, and its composition. For the next couple of days, Issei escorted Asia as she did contracts.
They met some pretty weird people too, a knight and a samurai who they helped get together. There was also some peculiar dude who wanted to be a magical girl.
So of course while they were explaining to him that they can't change her, Entropy just had to pop out and change him into one.
He is now a she.
She is also a magical girl.
And she is happy.
Occasionally, Issei spent time with the other club members and went with them on their contracts. There was this one guy though that Issei really liked.
When Issei went to spectate Koneko's contract, they actually had a nice conversation on the way there. Arriving at the apartment, Koneko explained that for this guy she cosplay for him. Opening the door, he saw a middle age guy fulfilling the life of an otaku.
Everything was going well until the cosplaying part, which Issei was happy for. However, when shown the cloths and mannerism of this guy, Morisawa, had presented, Issei couldn't help but notice the lack of taste.
Of course, he took offense to that and challenged Issei to do better. Issei smirked and accepted.
Walking up to Koneko he grabbed her and spun her around. In a flash of light to both the shock of Koneko and Morisawa, Koneko's whole outfit changed to one of a sailer outfit.
Issei puffed out smoke, "Now how's that?"
Morisawa reeled back, "Damn you're good, but I can't back down!" Now to the surprise of Issei Morisawa did the same thing but now Koneko had an attire of a nurse without any pants.
Issei countered by making Koneko wear a skimpy playgirl bunny outfit that hugged her skin, so tightly it showed every curve, which actually made Koneko blush.
Seeing her blush staggered the otaku. He spent months having her cosplay, but she had never had a tinge of pink on her face. Light glared from his glasses as he looked down. Eventually, he dropped to his knees and bowed.
"Teach me your ways' oh mighty one!" Issei put a hand on his shoulder as what seemed like holy light shine upon them both. "In due time, dear boy, in due time."
Koneko proceeded to punch both of them.
The next night Issei, Asia, and Rias sat in the clubroom. Asia announced that she was going to go to pass out more flyers, but was stopped by Rias. She told her that this was just training for Asia and that this job is typically assigned for familiar's.
This piqued Issei's interest.
"It's time to get your familiar, Asia!"
Issei asked his question. "Is it possible for me to get a familiar?" His eyes narrowed, "Or is this restricted to devils only?"
Rias shook her head, "Anyone can get a familiar as long they know how to get to the familiar forest, but he only takes one group a month."
Issei smirked at this.
Time flew by to the evening of the next day. Rias's peerage was in the room to display their familiars to introduce the two to the concept of them.
Rias started this by summoning what looked like a ball that had a cute face with bat wings. It flew around the two and landed in Asia's arms. Asia started to gush and pet the creature in her arms, it seemed to mew at this action.
Akeno then summoned a green creature, "Is that an imp?," Issei asked and received confirmation with a happy nod.
Kenoko presented her cat named Shiro who had cute little bells on her collar. Kiba showed a small bird that was similar to a Blue jay. It left it's master to land on Issei's shoulder, much to his joy. "Yup, I definitely need to get me one."
"You intend to get a familiar as well?", asked Kiba.
"Yup, but I would prefer to get my familiar by myself." He turned to Rias, "Is it possible for me to go earlier than you guys?"
"Sure, you can go now, in fact. Just stand in my circle."
"Great, then let's g-", Issei was interrupted by a knock on the door."
"Come in!", yelled Akeno.
The door opened to reveal the student council along with another male. They all assembled around Sona while they all noticed Issei who stepped up and simply waved at them plus a, "Yo."
They gave mixed reactions, Momo blushed, Tsubasa and Tsubaki held stern/neutral looks, Tomoe and Reya waved back with smiles on their face, while Sona lightly glared at him.
"Greetings Hyoudou." Sona droned. She didn't seem to like him much. 'Let's change that kekeke.', Issei cackled in his mind.
"Same to you tsundere, hehehe." That comment made her break her character seen by the massive blush appeared and the stuttering, "In w-what way! Ugh, I-I sooo need to discipline you."
"Kinky." She turned into a stuttering mess trying to clarify, which made Issei laugh even harder. The male gritted his teeth at the interaction between the two.
Rias walked up and got in front of Issei with a noticeable pep in her step, gabbing the attempt of Akeno who noticed,"What's brings you here, Sona?"
She readjusted her glasses and spoke with her default monotone voice, "I heard that you had gotten a new servant. So did I do, so I think introductions should be in order."
Looking behind him, he saw Asia was looking confused. Slipping back towards her, he explained that there were more devils in this school, that everyone here accept him was a devil, and that Sona and Rias were part of an important clan of devils. After explaining that, Rias called Asia up to introduce her to the lone male.
Walking up, she introduced herself and he, now named Genshirou Saji, did the same. He seemed to like Asia... a bit too much for Issei to tolerate. His shadow seemed to dance briefly that brought an uneasy feeling into the room.
This did the trick as Saji let go and everyone looked at Issei, even though they had no reason to do so.
"So, is that all?" Issei said cheerfully which was completely opposite to the mood he just set, "If so, I should get going, Rias was about to send me and Asia to get a familiar tonight."
Recovering from the uneasiness, Saji replied, "Well, my president also said that I can get my familiar!"
Sona looked at Rias, "You too?" Rias nodded. "But he only takes once a month."
A smirk grew on Rias's face, "Then let's-"
Issei stood back in front of Rias and butted in,"Settle this in a spar, you all…", and pointed to himself, "Against me."
Sona quirked an eyebrow at this. It slowly went back down as her bangs covered her eyes. She said not a word for a full minute.
"Haha…", she laughed. "HAHAHAHA." Some of her peerage joined her, most noticeably Saji that was laughing obnoxiously, as the let out their chortles. Rias's peerage looked at Issei with empathy and shock, while Issei just stared back.
Sona recollection herself, "You're a funny man, Issei Hyoudou. You're certainly are." Seeing that he was serious, she recollected herself.
"Let me entertain your thoughts, then. Even if you could take me and my peerage, which you can't, there is no suitable place for combat since rating games are certainly prohibited."
Issei answered plainly, "Yes we do, we can spar at my house. It has an outdoor field and everything, so come at 6 o'clock for a match."
'Entropy make everything I just said.' The dragon hummed, {It would be better to just entirely renovate your house, or better yet just move into the ego castles that I've almost completed, but I'll just renovate your house for now}
Sona smile dropped. "Do you honestly think you can take on a peerage by yourself?
"Yup."
"Are you mad?"
"I'm not sure myself."
"You can't be serious."
Issei took this chance to bait her. "Aww I thought you wanted to discipline me? Are you saying that you can't deal with a single bad boy?", he turned around to Rias with a smirk on his face. "Don't you hear this Rias? I thought a devil of her stature could handle this…embarrassing, ain't it?"
A smirk formed as she caught wind of what he was doing. "Very. If word gets around,, then she might get disgraced from the Sitri Clan! I can't believe my self-declared rival is such a coward!" Rias said in a haughty tone, pointing to herself with her other hand on her hip.
Sona flinched from this and growled, "Fine! If you want to receive a beating that badly, then I'll be happy to dish one out!"
"Kinky."
Sona screamed and in a fit teleported her peerage away, causing Issei and Akeno to burst out in laughter.
Rias smile dropped a little, "You sure about this?" Issei stuck his thumb up, "Yup. See this as a demo of my power." He winked at her, "I'll show I'm worthy of being of use to you Gremory hehe." He started to teleport him and Asia.
"Alright, well I'll see you all at my house, tomorrow." They both started to disappear, "Don't be late."
(Issei's House)
Issei and Asia returned to see the current residents of his abode were standing in the middle of the street. Walking over, he asked what they were doing until Mittelt grabbed his sleeve and pointed up. "Uhh boss, I think your house got a boner."
Issei looked and saw that the house that he lived in all his life in now turned into a six-story, Shangri-La, Japanese style, town home, hybrid. It was pretty big, considering that most of this is built upon neighbors land.
Well past neighbors.
{Yeah about that, your fellow mankind that surrounded us all of a suddenly needed to move in the span of 5 minutes, and in the same 5 minutes someone bought all their property. Don't ask}

Issei ignored that last bit. "Well girls, let's check out our new home." The gate opened automatically and as they got to it, the grand front door did as well.
Entropy spoke out loud catching them off guard, {Instead of me explaining, here is the rundown by the system}, the hologram that used to be only visible to Issei now showed itself to everyone.
/Each Floor Have Rooms Available For New Residents That Will Automatically Fit Their Needs. Just Walk In A Room That You Like And Claim It And It'll Be Yours!\
The Hologram showed a chibi Issei walking in a room and spoke a text bubble saying "This room will be mine!", automatically changing the room into a strip club.
"Absolutely incredible." Issei clapped, earning jealous/annoyed looks from the surrounding woman.
/The First Floor Houses The Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Bathroom, And A few Guests rooms. Don't Worry About Keeping Inventory of Food And Items. Everything Is Stolen From A Real-World Equivalent\
The Hologram showed the rooms in a slide fashion, and finally landed on the kitchen counter that's full of food.
/All The Food Is Taken From The Best Places On Earth And Is Imbued With Entropy To Keep It Fresh And Enhance Its Flavor\
A chibi Entropy materialized on the hologram, giving them a thumbs up.
"Who's Entropy?", asked Asia.
"Don't worry about it. You'll lose your mind before you even get the basics of comprehending."
/The Second Floor Houses A Starbucks, McDonald's, And Guess What? Even More Rooms!\
/Remember, There Is A 99.9% Chance That The Ice-cream Machine Is Broke, So Don't Be Disappointed!\
It showed a chibi Issei crying with an empty Ice-cream cone in his hand.
/The Third Floor Will Hold A Majority Of The Rooms Available For Residents. This Floor Is Where The Study And Storeroom Will Be Located\
A large library and an empty room was presented.
/The Fourth Floor Contains Only Rooms. Nobody Cares So I'm Not Even Gonna Bother Showing It\
"This system of yours sure is entertaining, Hyoudou." Kalawarna snickered, Issei snorted, "It's a jackass to be honest."
/The Fifth Floor Will Be Limited To Powerful Beings Where They Can Have A Choice To Live There. It Will Also Be Connected To [REDACTED]. Other Than That Nobody Knows What Else Is On The Fifth Floor. Enter This Floor At Your Own Risk\
That sent shivers down everyone's spine.

A very large empty room was shown.
/Going Down We Have The First Basement. The First Basement Includes A Movie Theater, Training Rooms, Changing Rooms, And A Large Indoor Bath That's surrounded By Smaller Baths. We Do This So The Larger Bath Can Keep The Smaller Ones In Check So They Don't Start A Rebellion\

/The Second Basement Floor Has A Large Heated Swimming Pool. That's it. We Are Kinda Running Out Of Ideas\
/The Third Basement Floor Is The Abyss. Enter the Abyss At Your Own Risk\
The screen was dark.

A gaping pit that was glowing red from the heat showed.
/Finally There Is The Rooftop. A Garden Is Here So Please Have No Hesitation To Sit Here And Contemplate Life\
Chibi Issei sat on the bench looking depressed, while the text bubble above him said, "Why am I still a virgin?"
"Ok you can go fuck yourself!" All the girls laughed at his expense.
/The Backyard Has A Beautiful Garden, A Large Training Area, And A Pasture For Phantom and Other Animals Alike\
A live image showed Phantom eating grass peacefully. The horse proceeded to roll around on the ground which made the previously pearly white horse a little pale and dirty. Suddenly, the horse got up and stared at the screen.
/Other Than Issei Hyoudou, Do Not Attempt To Ride Phantom\
The screen slowly darkened and zoomed in on the horse, its green eyes stared back.
/Phantom Will Attempt To Kill Anyone Who Tries To Ride It\
For what seemed like the 3rd time today, another shiver went down their spines.
/Now That You Know The Layout, Feel Free To Explore The House And Pick Your Room As You Please\
With that final message, the hologram disappeared. Issei hummed in satisfaction and walked over to the elevator. "Where are you going?", asked Kuzuryu. "To the third floor, I think it'll be best to pick our rooms first."
He pressed the third floor on the keypad, causing the space where an elevator would be to light up with red energy. Over head, the number "3" popped up on the display. "You guys coming?", he said as he stepped in and disappeared.
Everyone looked at each other and nodded. Kuzuryu going first, followed by Asia, Raynare, Mittelt, and Kalawarna.
They found themselves in a hallway with numerous doors with unmarked nameplates. Issei walked with everyone following him until he reached an odd one.
It was the only room exactly in the middle of the hallway, it had no room directly in front of it. The neighboring rooms were a good 10 feet apart on both sides. It was like this room was meant to be singled out, like it's important.
In other words, it was meant for him.
Opening it, just showed a white room with nothing inside. Like a blank canvas waiting to be painted on.
And the system was the painter, with Issei's mind as paint. "Alright, this room is mine!", Issei announced out loud. And just like the hologram demonstrated earlier, the room begin to morph and take form. Paint seemed to ooze from the wall. Tile, carpet, lights, and furniture sprung up from the room, creating a modern aesthetic. The room let out a constant light blue and light green hue that made the room glow. An enormous sizes bed that was even bigger than an Alaskan King lied in the center of the room. Various large flat-screen TVs were placed around the room alongside tables and couches.
All in all, the room was absolutely stunning. That showed with everyone staring mesmerized at the craft of the room.
Issei suddenly dropped to his knees, as if they gave out on him. He started breathing like he was having shortness of breath. Panicking Kuzuryu was quickly by his side and lifted him up to his feet, Raynare and Asia by his side shortly after.
"What's wrong Issei!"
"Are you ok?!"
"What happened?!"
"Do I need to heal you!?"
Issei said nothing and looked Kuzuryu dead in her eyes and then stared off into another part off the room. Issei weakly lifted his arms and pointed, everyone else quickly followed.
Simultaneously, they all looked eyes on... multiple stripper poles standing proudly on a stage.
"It's beautiful, it's all I ever wanted." Issei chocked, tears falling on his face.
Everyone took a moment to pause while Issei continued to weep. Some of them blushed, some of them snickered, and some of them looked at the poles curiously.
Eventually, they decided to let the weeping pervert weep and left out excitedly to create their own rooms.
They next day sees Issei sitting outside hid house on top of the gate waiting patiently for 6 o'clock alongside everyone else. "So in order to get a familiar, you challenged a bat and her posse to fight?", Kalawarna asked to confirm Issei's and Asia's story.
"Yup. Can you guys stay inside, please? I don't want them to stick their noses into our business." Issei requested calmly. After receiving nods and confirmations, only him and Asia remained.
After the front door closed, a flash of light signaled the arrival of his guest and opponents. The first to step out of the group of silhouettes was no other than the red haired beauty herself.
"Greetings Iss...eh?" Rias halted her sentence to stare at the building in front of her alongside everyone else. "Hehe welcome to the Hyoudou Residence!"
The two kings were the first to snap out of it having seen better structures but was shocked to see someone who wasn't part of a faction have something so grand.
Akeno spoke up, "What a sight Issei I wouldn't expect you to live in a place like this."
"Yeah, some renovation was necessary to suite my very specific needs, if you could say that, so more of a complete overhaul than anything else. Now…", he walked over to a side gate that would lead to the outdoor training area, "Let's get this over with. I feel it would be better not to waste too much time."
Saji huffed and followed everyone else as they made their way to the field. "I agree. The faster we kick your ass, the faster I can get a badass familiar, the faster we can head back to school and get back to work. The work, mind you, that's keeping you and the young beauty here lives comfortable!"
Issei chuckled at the noticeable inferiority complex the pawn had. Especially towards him. Normally, he would ignore and feel sorry for people like him. Hell, even he was as weak as him before, probably even more so. But that's irrelevant because sometimes it's fun to be a jackass.
"Hey now, don't get me too excited. You'll have me all hot and bothered anticipating the divine punishment that you intend to give me! Isn't that right Sona~~"
This made the mentioned devil nash her teeth,"Curse you Hyoudou! Your teasingly antics will stop here!"
"Oh so you admit that you like it, huh?"
"N-NO! WHERE DID YOU GET THAT IDEA!"
"Man, you being ooc is so hilarious."
"WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN!?"
"Anyway Koneko, after I come back from getting my familiar I have some new outfits for you to try on.", Issei pulled out the skimpiest of outfits that made even the likes of Kiba blush.
'Not even I would wear that!' Akeno and Rias thought, both getting caught off guard simultaneously. Even the stone-cold expression Koneko wore cracked, imagining how she would look in them.
"You're a massive fucking pervert, you know!" Saji yelled with a noose bleed.
"And I'm proud of it! The body of the ones you find attractive are a treasure to behold. Indeed."
"Welp, we're here." Issei unlocked another gate that lead out to a massive backyard that was just as beautiful as the front. Everyone, except the residents, observed that there were two main paths. One the led to a massive dirt field, and another that lead to some sort of pasture where they saw a lone horse wandering it.
They walked until they reached the field. Issei stood as his foes gathered behind their king.
"Ok, so the rules are simple. If you guys knock me out or push me out of the ring I lose, If I do the same I win. You are welcome to go all out since the field has a natural, albeit minor, healing factor that will wake up and rejuvenate the unconscious, and for anything more serious than that then we also have Asia here for backup."
"Rias, please be ever so kind and be our announcer." Issei clapped his hands at the command of Entropy, causing numerous seats and stands to form around the perimeter of the massive field. Effectively turning it into the stadium.
"The comfort of the guest should be of importance as well." The regular seats turned into comfortable, luxurious chairs.
"Now that's done, I'll end this quickly. Rias, press the button to start the countdown." Nodding at the request, she pressed the button which also made a giant screen pop from the ground with at 30 and with a buzz, it began to count down.

'I'll just use my sprint skill and vital strike skill to aim at vital points. Side of the head, liver, solar plexus etc.'

"What!? We don't even have a time to think of an effective strategy!", Saji complained.

"Doesn't matter we don't need one, just coordinate with each other.", commanded Sona.

Koneko answered him. "I'm not sure, he seems pretty confident, but the pervert is outnumbered 8-to-1."

Rias stared at Issei pondering his earlier words. 'Why would you do this just to prove your strength to me? To prove your worth? To prove your reliability?' She held her head down in deep thought.
"I'm doing this to prove that you can lean on me." Rias swung her head back up to see Issei almost on top of her, smiling at her with the warmest smile. "I could see that you were in deep thought. I could tell by your expression that you are wondering about my motivation, yeah? You know you might not see me around a lot, but I do see you. I see that pretty face of yours getting more depressed as time went by, and I just don't like it. Not one bit. I don't know what the favor I have to return is but if it has to do anything with strength, just know I got that." Issei spoke softly.
He pat the top of her head with genuine love and care. Her sapphire eyes lit up, and stared back at his emerald ones. "So cheer up. Boobs that big and an ass that fat doesn't belong on someone who's down in the dumps." His smile turned into a smirk as his perverted nature returned. He walked back to his previous spot on the field. "So watch me win this and take comfort in my victory."

Both sides tensed, preparing for action.
1….GO!
Issei immediately activated his sprint skill, which increased his agility by 40%. The result was explosive, as expected. Issei launched from his spot so fast the ground cracked, and a sonic boom immediately formed as he was already on top of his first foe, Ruruko Nimura, whom he incapacitated with a quick jab to her liver, dropping her instantly to the ground.
The rest didn't even get a chance to react, as he was already on top of Reya Kusaka and Tomoe Meguri. A jab to Tomoe's solar plexus caused her to convulse and fall unconscious. Issei tried to do the same with Reya but he quickly found that impossible.
'Fuck, her boobs are in the way. Fuck it.' He settled by grabbing a boob in one hand and gently lifting it to jab her vitals.
Tsubasa Yura was next as Issei savagely dropped kicked her in the stomach, making her pass out from the pain. On to the next.
Issei had a soft spot for the lovely Momo Hanakai so instead of causing harm to her, he just used Dominator's Touch on her, sending her out of bounds.
Now onto the final three. Saji was frozen in his spot as he saw his friends get demolished in seconds. Next thing he knew, he was falling to the ground from Issei simply knocking him out by socking him in the face.
The King and the Queen stood there as they watch the peerage figuratively disappear before their eyes. Issei, taking advantage of this, maneuvered behind them and slammed both of their heads together, sending them both down and out.
Issei turned to Rias and the others with a shit eating smirk. Their shocked, wide-mouthed, open-eyed reactions were so entertaining. Rias snapped out of it and did her assigned job.
"The entirety of Sona's peerage has been rendered unconscious or is out of bounds. Therefore, Issei Hyoudou is the winner." With those words, they all woke up with no pain whatsoever.
Tsubaki Shinra looked at Sona with nothing but shock. "Did we just lose?" Sona growled and picked up her glasses off the ground and wiped the dirt off them. "I'm afraid we did."
"What monstrous speed and precision. I didn't even see him move.", Ruruko muttered out loud.
"He-he touched my boobs." Reya sputtered trying to hide the blush on her face that was a contrast to Tsubasa who didn't even hide hers, "Hehe he drop kicked me without a second thought. Other boys never even attempt to try something similar because I'm a girl…"
"What." Saji groaned, standing back up, "The fuck happened?" Issei answered him. "You all lost, that's what happened. Now a deal's a deal, so Rias, can you please send me to get that familiar? Time is of the essence."
Rias quickly nodded and created the spell, a teleportion circle formed on the ground. Before Issei stepped in the circle, he spoke his words of advice. "Don't be mad at this defeat. The difference of power between all of you combined and me is too great. I'm putting out an offer to train, so anyone who wants to improve themselves can come to me anytime.", and with that, he stepped in the circle and nodded at Rias. Rias nodded back and sent Issei on his way, who disappeared in a flash of red light.
Akeno walked up to Rias followed by Koneko and Kiba. "He's the one." Rias said, staring at the spot Issei once stood. "The one that could end your forced marriage?", asked Kiba.
Rias looked up at the sky, enjoying the setting sun on the horizon. "Not just that. He's the one for me." Rias brought a hand to her thumping chest. Her heart threatened to burst out of her as she tried to control her feelings.
"Rias…", she looked up to see Sona slowly standing up, her uniform dirty from being on the ground. "You better pick up that man before I do."
Issei opened his eyes to see himself in a dark forest with a blood-red sky. "So this is the familiar forest." Issei looked behind him. "Isn't that right, old man?" From the darkness, a figure walked from the shadows with a snicker.
"Hehe you youngings are always so full of spunk. I saw the Gremory symbol on your teleportation circle, so I assume you're with dem' to get a familiar?"
"Yup, they sent me to get mines first, the rest will come later to get our friend her familiar."
"Ain't that the truth? Well, I'm the Familiar Master, but you can call me Zatouji. Nice to meet ya." He brought his hand out.
"Issei Hyoudou, and likewise." Issei accepted it and shook his hand.
"Now whatchu' you looking for. I could get ya anything that's available here."
"Hmm well nothing in particular, say you mind if I look around for myself?"
"Well I'd normally advise against it, but I'll let ya have at it. If you ever find a familiar you like, use this to form a contract with it. Normally, devils would use their power to bind with them but since you aren't you'll have to use this." He handed a piece of paper that looked like a contract. "Also a word of advice. Don't pick a familiar from their looks alone. Pick one based on your strengths and weaknesses."
"Thanks old man, I appreciate it." Issei took it and walked off until he was out of sight. Unknown to the familiar, master Issei could sense the familiars here, but they were all weak. He was going for a big fish, but checking out these other familiars couldn't be bad.
Issei trekked until he found himself by a small lake. This is a great place to start this experience. A light shined down on to the lake as a presence started to emerge from the water itself. Issei observed and discovered it was called an undine, a type of water sprite. Now he started to observe it with lecherous eyes. "Let's see here, stylish cloths wrapped around the lower legs and strong legs in general, I like that. Gorgeous hair too, I've seen drill hair but not like that. The thighs are thicc and the ass is FAT! WOOOOO BABYYYY! THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT! THAT'S WHAT I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR!" Issei screamed celebrating the arrival of this undine.
Issei's tomfoolery was interrupted by a manly laugh coming from no one but the undine herself. "YEEEEAAAaaaaaa...what."
