Oh no this isn't good. Dusk said to himself. When the mysterious woman step forth from the shadows her demonic eyes examined the crowd as she spoke. Greetings my loyal subjects. Did you miss me? Where's the princess? Someone in the crowd asked. Oh… she said. Don't you realize?Im your princess. Maybe not the princess you expected but I am a princess who will be loyal to her long awaited subjects. For as today the sun shall never rise again and the night shall rule this world for eternity. Ha ha ha ha! She cackled loudly. Guards! The mayor ordered. Size her. Seeing this the demonic woman lick her lips as if she were preparing to eat. Oh I am so hungry after these thousand years. She pretended to whine. Perhaps these inferiors will fill me up. As she used her long dark staff to summon her evil spell on the human harpies guards. With that a long dark mist of magic came out,and started disintegrating the guards one by one, leaving only their body armor behind which fell to the floor. Two more guards come from a different direction but,not even they were a match for the dark princesses magic as they were both devoured as the mist returned to her. Mmmmm delicious. Big bro let's get out of here. Spike pleaded as to the horror he witnessed. Looking at his assistant Dusk said. Just keep your head down and if anything happens to me run don't look just get of here. As he walked in front of the crowd. What is he doing? Asked Pinky Pie. I don't know. Spike replied. As both of them watched him. The mayor was horrified of what she just seen,and was incredibly uncomfortable when the Wicked woman looked at her. Got anymore that I can feed off of she jokingly asked her. With a mocking laugh. Nightmare Moon taunted. Shut up im going to send you back to the hole pit you came from. Ha ha. Nightmare snickered as Rainbow about to make her attack the Lady of the moon vanished into smoke. What the… Dash said confused. Rainbow! Fluttershy called to her. Behind you! Turning around Rainbow saw Nightmare Moon opening her mouth with a giant flash of dark energy coming towards her. Dash used her arms and legs to protect herself but the power of the Wicked Princess was too much as she fall to the floor. Luckily at the last minute Dusk's used his magic to protected her. Shielding most of the blast saving her. Rainbow please. Fluttershy cried. Please be okay. As she checked on Rainbow. Amazing. You manage to save her otherwise she would've been ashes. Everyone in building looked at Dusk as they witnessed what he just did. Wow! Pinkie Pie said in astonishment. Is your brother going to go toe to toe with Nightmare Moon. She asked Spike. The little imp didn't say anything. As he was frightened and surprise of what was transpiring. Apple Jack couldn't believe what she was seeing Princess Celestia of whom they were all hopping to turn up was gone and replaced by this princess of the night monster. Her younger sister was clinging to her older brother because she was scared out of her wits. Thou she saw Dusk heroically save of Rainbow, but she doubted that Dusk could stand up against such a powerful entity. As she and her grand mother continued to watch. Next to them Rarity like everyone else was shocked to see an old fictional character come to life and replace the princess, but unlike everybody she wasn't afraid to speak up. Rarity was shocked what she was this monster has done. Crashing the ceremony and now,she just kissed the wizard who was going to be her husband. After the kiss Nightmare Said. Will meet again. Before vanishing. Stunned of what just happened Dusk managed to snap himself out of his own shock. Than he spit out the kiss and rubbed his lips with his sleeve. Spike! he called. Hearing his bothers voice the imp assistant quickly ran towards him. What happened? He asked. Did she put her tongue in? Blushing a little from the question Dusk told him they had to go back to the library. Not wanting to be fellowed he raised his magical staff and teleported away. What the? Where'd he go? Apple Jack wondered. Rarity who was with her also wondered where he went off too. Oh I think I know where he is. Pinkie Pie said. As the two girls looked at her. Ughh what happened? Said a now conscious Rainbow dash. Rainbow your awake. Said a smiling Fluttershy. Standing up Dash looked around. Where is she? Where's Nightmare Moon? She demanded. Nobody knows. Well let's not waste anymore time and track him down. Said Apple Jack. Not so fast. Dash said as she rushed in front of them. Your looking for that wizard guy who was just here right? Of course.
