It held a container with unknown contents. when it approached the girls it lifted the lid of the small container as the fragrance inside begin to wake the girls. Ugh. Groaned Apple Jack. She said as she saw the mysterious cloak figure. A little hesitant Apple Jack asked. Who are you? She said to it. Approaching and closing the lid. The figure said in a feminine voice. A friend. She said. But you and your friends better save the foolish friend who went off on his own. As she began to walk away. As the other girls got up. Seeing the cloak figure Rainbow asked. A.J. Who's that. I don't know. She replied. But she says Dusk needs our help. Looking at the broken tree branch that Dusk used to knock her out. She said to herself. And boy can he hold a grudge. Suddenly unknown to Dusk a black mist flew out of the castle,making sure they're be no distractions from where he would be fighting Nightmare Moon. Entering the castle by the front door Dusk had entered the foyer where he saw what he needed to see. The Elements! He said excitingly as he got closer to them. With these I'll be able to… He left the sentence unfinished when he heard laughter stirring about. Ha ha ha ha. Than she appeared the nightmare herself Nightmare Moon. Before Dusk could grab the Elements. The wicked woman of moon snatch them away with her magic. Smiling she said. You honestly thought I would allow you to take what imprisoned me? She said to him. I will use the Elements to defeat you. Said a proud Dusk Shine. It is my destiny and my purpose to serve the princess and save Equestria. Hmmm she thought. Well sense your so eager to defeat me,let's take this battle elsewhere as she teleported Dusk and herself to one of the towers of the castle. Now… Nightmare Moon said. Let's proceed shall we? Dusk geared up for battle as the Dark princess herself charged up her magic as she cackled. Ha ha ha. Though Dusk had no trouble reaching castle on his own but the for 5 girls he left behind was no Easy task After they kept encountering obstacles hampering their progress the first obstacle they encountered were the trees themselves that mysteriously came alive with large mouths with sharp teeth. They use their branches as long clawing arms. The girls survived this encounter thanks to Apple Jacks incredible strength and Rarity magic. After that they encountered a Manticore one of the few animals that lived in the dreaded EverFree forest. The girls manage to fight the beast until Fluttershy stopped them and discovered a thorn its paw. Removing it the wild beast was so grateful that it licked her. And after this the girls continued on their quest to find the man who had foolishly gone on his own to defeat the Equestrian threat, the one they all met, the one who they all had feelings for. They came across the bridge and walk in it to catch their breath. this has been so fun! Said a cheery Pinkie pie. I can't believe Dusk decided to go off own to deal the threat that plagues us. Said a concern Rarity. Perhaps he's just too proud to have us help him. Said Apple Jack. Well I don't know about you girls. Said Rainbow. But I plan a little payback for what he did. But soon Rarity and others notice that Pinkie was going next to a window she extended her arm and pointed at a tower. He's there. She said as the other girls looked out. Are you sure? Rarity Asked. As the girls rushed to where Dusk was. In the entrance way the girls saw Dusk Shine on the floor exhausted from the fighting. My Prince. Rarity thought. She also saw that dreaded Nightmare Moon grabbing him and telling how she plans to make him her personal pet for pleasure. Grrrr Rarity growled. Get your filthy loathing hands off of him you vile thing. She shouted. The princess of darkness turned her head and saw rarity and the others. You dare to Challenge me. The wicked woman said. Let him go now or I'll give you a taste of my fists? Threaten Apple Jack. Nightmare Moon laughed at this. She pointed her staff at them. Before her evil magic was fired a magical barrier was formed over them by a still conscious Dusk shine before he passed out. What's happening? Asked Rainbow as Nightmare Moons spell hit the barrier causing anther explosion which shook them. After that the Barrier that saved them was gone. When the smoke cleared Nightmare Moon was nowhere to be seen as was Dusk Shine. Where they go? Ask Apple Jack. Before she and the girls could began their search something fell from above They all looked down and notice it was Dusk's magical Staff. Up there. Fluttershy said. As she pointed It was Dusk Shine being held by the waist by the Nightmare Moon. Let him go! Rarity demanded. Ha ha ha ha Nightmare moon. I think it's time I showed you what little hope you have in stopping me. Using her staff she summon of what appeared to be shadow masters that look liked people. Ahhhhh! screamed Fluttershy. What are those things? As the other girls also looked in horror. These are the humans that once honored me by sacrificing themselves to be my food. Answered Nightmare moon. The shadows zombies screeched and moaned as they walked slowly towards the girls. Step back ! Rainbow shouted at them. Their souls are mine! Shouted the Goddess of night. They are bond to my will and soon you will be too! She said said. looking at unconscious Dusk in her arms. Now we can have our private time together. As both of them vanished once again.
