Our first Summer Servant! I chose Taiga since she's unlikely to ever get a canon swimsuit version of her own, but given my luck, odds are 2021 will have a Berserker Summer Taiga who won't have anything in common with any of this.

Berserker.
Real Name: Fujimura Taiga and Jaguar Warrior.
Other Names and Aliases: Jaguarmura-sensei, Fuji-nee, Jaguar Man (even though she's no man).
Gender: Female.
Alignment: Chaotic Summer.
Attribute: Heaven.
Natural Enemy: None in particular. Others might feel differently about her though.

Biography:
The tropical call of the summer cannot be ignored any longer! If the little disciple, the blonde living with that oddly familiar boy, and even Ishtar, have gained a followship in swimming gear, the Jaguar won't be ignored!
A contradiction in terms, a Japanese young woman of tradition inhabited by a Mesoamerican deity. The cables within her head have crossed, and momentarily, the woman has a slightly wider advantage than before. She will sublimate her killer instinct through a most fine, yet sadly ignored by Chaldea, warrior sport of choice; that of splitting watermelons.
In a leopard print bikini, Berserker abandons herself to the gleeful pursuit of a championship nobody else holds an interest in. Of course, having no real competition has helped increase her Luck parameter to an incredible degree. Not being a Lancer anymore helps as well.
Class Skills:
Mad Enhancement: C
The Berserker class' obligatory trait, that which grants incredible physical might in trade for a deterioration of rationality and other mental fortitudes. In Jaguar Warrior's case, the physical stats haven't changed that much since the Mad Enhancement is relatively weak. There was not much room for further insanity inside of the host body's mind after all.
Conversation with the Heroic Spirit is possible, but steering her course of action away from her intended path is even more difficult than it would be with the Lancer version.
Personal Skills:
Divinity: A
Just like before, the Heroic Spirit is divine in nature, but possessing a compatible human host. In the pass from a Lancer to Berserker, they seem to have shifted some traits in the balance between the personalities. The Jaguar Warrior's feral spirit shines more brightly, but the self awareness of the human woman, concerning her past and background, appear to have increased as well to compensate.
In practical terms, this makes her more of a cranky, volatile lady than an absent minded goofball. Approach with extreme caution and at your own peril.
Watermelon Splitting: A
The anger and ferocity of the prowling jaguar, redirected into a summer ritual that (hopefully) won't harm the Master and allied Servants.
Berserker will see every match as a watermelon splitting contest, and each opponent as a watermelon to be smashed.
The basic principle is the same as that of one hitting a piñata, but that would be the territory of Santa Taiga.
The Mad Enhancement will make it more difficult for Berserker to register the possibility of counterattacks, as watermelons don't hit back; but the increased Luck and her sharp animal senses will allow instinctive reactions that translate into effective dodging and ducking. Basically, she could do this even while blindfolded.
Princess of the Beach: D
The ability to carry oneself as a person of importance, hailing from a powerful lineage, while parading under a bright sun.
Berserker is not a stunning beauty, but she is an athletic, intimidating and overbearing presence and will be treated accordingly by others, as long as those others do not overpower her enough as to think of her as a mere nuisance. Child Servants will be particularly reluctant to attack her. Japanese Heroic Spirits also are at a certain disadvantage against her, as it is in the Japanese nature to respect and fear senseis and yakuzas alike.
Jaguar Whirlwind: B+
A kendo technique honed through years of obsessive training, and finally remembered when the gears of dominance briefly shifted within the Legendary Spirit upon Saint Graph modification.
A tornado that sweeps through the sands, a veritable machine of mayhem that may swallow both ally and foe indistinctly. Once started, it will take a command seal, complete victory, or total defeat, to stop her.
Jaguar Warrior is stubborn and sees every opponent as a watermelon to be smashed. This is the brand of her madness, that is, her brilliance.
Noble Phantasm:
Splitting Claw of the Jaguar God: C+
Anti-Unit.
An alteration of the Lancer Jaguar Man's ultimate attack. The 'frightening club' held in Jaguar Man's hand has been replaced with a wooden sword forged from a sacred tree. Regardless, the basic effect remains the same; this weapon, too, temporarily transforms into a gigantic size, before it smashes the enemy in several consecutive bashes of chilling brutality. Even with her judgment impaired by Mad Enhancement, now she does understand what is happening, unlike with the Lancer self. The result will, in any instance, remain the same; her opponent won't be able to evade the attack.
This attack increases its efficiency to A under the special conditions of being performed next to large bodies of water in warm climates.
