Biography:
The older princess by birthright of the Jioral Kingdom and later the lover, companion and slave of adventurer Keyaruga.
A character from a relatively minor legend, yet quite important within the confines of that narrative.
Originally a greatly admired and respected Hero claiming to fight epic battles for justice and for the sake of her citizens, in truth she was the corrupted scion of a degenerate royal house. She would gladly abuse those under her heel, including the young Hero of Healing, Keyaru.
Her abuse, and those of her fellow Heroes, turned Keyaru into a brutal, vicious revenge seeker who assaulted Flare and deleted her personality, forcefully turning her into a devoted follower and admirer through despicable magical means.
Now, she is sweet, charming and innocent, both in appearances and nature.

In life, Princess Flare never had to create her own magical implements herself and was always supplied them whenever needed, but she was intelligent and skillful when it came to mastering spellcraft and sorcery, so crafting them still came within her field of expertise naturally, even if she was too haughty to even try to do it herself, and had little practical knowledge on how to.
As Freia, however, she became much more competent at developing her wn magic implements, being a devoted follower and supporter rather than being supported by others.
Territory Creation: C
As the older princess of a wealthy kingdom, Flare had the means and resources to have magical fortresses, workshops and even dungeons to keep enemies in as she pleased, to best help in her endeavors and campaigns. As Freia, she endured training that has made capable, as a Heroic Spirit, to duplicate those tasks herself, without the need for others to build such installations for her.
However, as Freia lost her status as a royal after her rape and mindwiping, she has lost the Golden Rule skill she might have had, had her life taken a different path.

As a Servant, Caster takes attributes from both of her personalities, and can shift back and forth between them at the use of a Command Seal for that effect, or after undergoing sever psychological or physical trauma. As Flare, she is cold, sadistic, murderous and uncaring for anyone but those she might consider as the equivalents to her father and younger sister, to whom she will be devoted and hard working; everyone else is an expendable tool. As Freia, she is a warm, loving, ever dedicated young lady willing to sacrifice herself for those around her, but also willing to overlooking the plights of those who antagonize her lovers, friends or superiors. Actually, when one looks at it carefully, both personas are different sides of the same coin rather than being completely incompatible.
In battle, this mental disociation has the benefical effect of adjusting Caster's advantages and disadvantages around the enemy she is facing at the time. Against a Servant who will deal extra damage to Evil Servants, the skill will make it so Caster is a Good aligned individual; when receiving an attack doubly affecting Good aligned Servants instead, she will be recognized as Evil and spared the penalty. In the practice, she cannot be affected by most Alignment-related default damage conditions.
Combat Mage: A
As the Magic Hero of her kingdom, Flare specialized in casting devastating offensive magic, particularly area of effect spells that could decimate an entire army. As Freia, she seemed to be able to go only up to the fifth tier of magic, as opposed to the mastery of the seventh level she had as Flare, but her Heroic Spirit self grants her a magical level comparable to that she had during her peak as Flare.
Caster is able to cast formidable magic affiliated with various elements, including lightning, fire, ice and wind. A normal mage can only master one or two elements, but as an officially recognized Hero, Caster is capable of using every single element and combine several spells to devastating effect. Unfortunately, her memory loss suffered as Freia and implanted unto her Saint Graph causes her to lose her combat experience with her spells. One of her favorite techniques, as taught to her by Keyaru, is combining ice projectiles with a burst of wind to increase their range.
Noble Phantasms:
Mjolnir- The Blazing Hammer of the Thunder God: A
Anti-Fortress.
A seventh rank ancient magic that only Caster could be able to use as the Magic Hero of her homeland. This spell is effective even against a Demon King, and as such it has gained an attribute where it deals extra damage to Demonic attribute opponents. The spells summons a massive thundercloud that releases a high concentration of lightning against the target.
Meteor-Judgement from Above: B
Anti-Army, up to 400 targets at once.
A fifth level destructive magic designed to annihilate armies. The spell summons a mass of flames in the air that are cast violently onto the ground.
Star- The Evil Crown of the Sky: A
Anti-Army, up to 200 enemies at once.
A seventh rank magic used by forming a miniature sun and throwing it onto a group of enemies to create a massive explosion. It has the effect burning alive nearby targets while descending. Caster must be careful while deploying this Noble Phantasm around allies, as it will affect them as well, although herself and her Master will be spared its effects.
Summon: "Who... Who are you? Who am I...? Oh. Oh, yes, I remember now. Sorry, Master. I'm Freia the Caster, your faithful Servant, heeding your call. I must have misstepped somehow, during my arrival, but everything is fine now..."
(Caster always starts summoned as the Freia identity).

"You won't procceed from here!" (As Freia).
Victory: "Hah...! That was actually kind of scary!" (As Freia).
"Die already! You disgusting thing! Pound scum!" (As Flare).
Defeat: "I'm sorry, Master... I must leave your side now..." (As Freia).
"This couldn't happen to me! I curse you, scum! I curse you!" (As Flare).
Defeat by Noble Phantasm: "No! Nooo! NOOOOOOOO!" (As Flare or Freia).
Noble Phantasm Activation: "MJOLNIR!"

The simple, elementary phrasing of Caster's Noble Phantasm activations heeds back to how she could remain undetected as Princess Flare in her new identity, even while using the same manner of magic as Flare. This has the collateral effect of making her nearly impossible to recognize, even for those familiar with Flare's legend.
