"Ok." Ember responded patiently. "That seems like a good idea. I'll follow you."
The fire fox looked back sinisterly towards the beach, then back to Ryker.
"Just keep that tail of yours in view."
"Yeah sure." Ryker acknowledged. "The guildmaster wigglytuff is probably waiting and-WHAT?!"
Ember snickered as the emanation pokemon blushed and looked away. She walked up to him and booped his snoot, then rubbed her tail against his yellow fur.
"Just kidding!" Ember replied. "Comeon lets go!"
The Riolu took a step forward, smiling. She was such a prankster! A few more steps though and his smile went away. He held his paw up.
"Ember wait!"
The fox pokemon stopped and tilted her head back at Ryker. Ryker's gaze lowered. The hair on his forehead covered his eyes.
"Theirs… something we need to talk about."
