"We narrowly avoided danger!" Frognal said as they got back into their room.
"Frognal, you are talking like Hermanonie and I just don't understand." Harry said, concerned.
They both sat staring at each other for a while. The silence was their way of existing. Time passed but it felt like seconds to them.
"Why were you spying on Maldono?" Harry asked.
"Because I was worried he was going to murder Hermanonie." Frognal said.
"Why would you think that?" Harry asked. Ghosty also asked the same but Frognal could not hear him.
"I don't know Harry. But when I see the way he looks at her, it's like she's a worm and he is a bird. She is very vulnerable and he is very scary. I think he has been trying to eat her for a while. They keep disappearing together and I'm worried that one day she will not come back because she has been eaten." Frognal said to Harry.
Harry was quite confused but did think Maldono was a bit like a bird. His blond hair was all back and maybe his nose was a beak but it was not very big or yellow. Harry didn't know what birds looked like so he believed that all birds looked like Maldono. Lots of Maldonos in the sky was a very scary thought to Harry. They could all bully him, and then they would eat him.
They went to sleep and wondered if Hermanonie was in her bed or if she had been eaten.
