The next time they went looking, they went outside. It was night and the sky was dark. Stars twinkled as the moonlight gave a faint glow.

"It is very dark." Said Harry.

"Yes, it is very dark." Said Frognal.

"You are both excellently observant." Thought Ghosty, but he did not say this aloud. He did not want to confuse them with new words.

They tried to make their magic sticks twinkle to light their way, but that didn't work. They had a torch but Frognal had forgotten and yet he held it as if he knew to use it, but sadly he did not. Harry just assumed it was a toy. Harry did not have many toys and also did not want to ask Frognal to share. Harry never had toys or a chance to share anything. He did not quite understand the concept.

They walked slowly into the night. They saw a tree. It was dark and huge and mysterious. It was not just one tree, it was many. It was a forest. Neither Harry nor Frognal had seen so many trees.

The moon barely lit the way. They heard a voice in the distance. It was Fred. He did not only walk around the castle, he apparently also patrolled outside. They were scared that Vodka would find them. They looked at each other and were scared. They sat behind a bush and waited for Fred to pass.
