Summary: The aftermath of Kagome leaving Inuyasha.

Returning to his friend after Kagome left was a difficult decision because of the very fact that Kagome had left. It had taken awhile but he had figured out why Kagome had left him.
Kagome had left because she wanted too. Sesshoumaru made her happy. Just as Kagome made Sesshoumaru happy.
When Inuyasha arrived back at the village his head was hanging and his ears were pressed hard against his head. "Inuyasha is back!" A small fox youkai called Shippu yelled as he raced toward Inuyasha.
"Go away brat. Kagome is with Sesshoumaru. I have no idea whether or not we will ever see her again. I really screwed up this time." The small fox and the rest of Inuyasha's friends looked at him in surprise.
"Did Kagome go willingly?" Miroku asked. Inuyasha nodded. "Than I am sure that Lady Kagome will return to at least visit us before she heads home sometimes."
This announcement caused Inuyasha to perk up. He gave a grateful to Miroku before heading to Keade's hut for the night.

As Sesshoumaru raced toward his home He gazed softly down at the sleeping demonness cradled within his arms with a soft smile. 'How should I ask her to be my mate?' He asked his demon blood.
When she wakes up for starters. After that it is a matter of asking her when she is awake enough to realize what we are asking.
'How right you are. He replied. Just than Kagome started to stir in his arms. "Welcome back to the world of waking." Sesshoumaru teased.
Kagome lightly smacked his arm and grinned up at him. "Thank you fore carrying me."
"You are most welcome. " To climb into my arms any time, was not voiced aloud. "Kagome would you be my mate."
Kagome was stunned. She stared at him for a good long minute before answering. "YES YES YES YES! Of course I will be your mate."
