The episode starts off with Freddie trying to cool off from a massive heat wave when Robbie and Ally walks in all sweaty
"Hey shouldn't you two be in school?" Freddie asked
"We got released early due to this heat wave." Ally replied
"How long until it goes away?" Robbie asked
"Yeah how long?" Ally asked
"Not until Friday." Freddie replied
"Ugh this is way hotter than the heat wave of 2010." Ally said
"Try being trapped in an RV all day long. That was not fun." Robbie said
"Or having your own apartment cooled down and having everyone that lives in the apartment building barge in your place just to cool off." Freddie said
"Did that happen to you in Seattle?" Robbie asked
"No it happened in Carly's old apartment." Freddie replied
Mrs. Shapiro walks in
"I cannot take this heat wave anymore!" Mrs. Shapiro yelled
"Nice to see you too grandma." Ally said
"Part of my body itches but I can't say where." Robbie said
"We have to find a way to cool off." Mrs. Shapiro said
"I know how." Freddie says
In the secret room
"Why are we in your web studio?" Mrs. Shapiro asked
Freddie takes out a remote and pushes a red button which changes the studio room into a swimming pool room
"Whoa when did you do all this?" Ally asked
"When you two were at school." Freddie replied
"Let's go change and cool off in that pool." Robbie said
"Way ahead of you." Mrs. Shapiro said who is suddenly in her swim suit already
"How did she put that on so fast?" Freddie asked
Everyone but Ally gets in the pool
"Ally you getting in or what?" Freddie asked
"No uh I just ate. Don't wanna get a cramp." Ally replied
"Oh you know that waiting 20 minutes after you eat is a myth right?" Mrs. Shapiro says
"Yeah come on in. The water's fine." Robbie said
"Don't be a wimp." Freddie says
Ally takes one step but quickly steps back
"I can't do it!" Ally yelled
"Honey what's wrong?" Mrs. Shapiro asked
"Okay the truth is, I don't know how to swim." Ally replied
"Why didn't you say anything before?" Freddie asked
"Cause I was afraid you'll make fun of me." Ally replied
"Ally we would never do that." Robbie says
"Yeah why would you think we would do that?" Mrs. Shapiro asked
"I don't know." Ally replied
"If you want we can teach you how to swim." Freddie said
"Okay that would be nice." Ally says

Robbie is laying down in the pool
"See how it's not pulling me down? Give it a try." Robbie says
Ally lays down in the pool and doesn't drown
"It's working. I'm not drowning." Ally says
Freddie teaches Ally how to do the backstrokes
"How am I doing Freddie?" Ally asked
"You're doing great." Freddie replied
An hour later, Mrs. Shapiro and Ally are by the deep end
"Let's see if you can swim in the deep end." Mrs. Shapiro said
Ally jumps in the deep in
A few seconds later, she comes back up
"She did it!" Freddie yelled
"I know how to swim now!" Ally yelled
"That's my sis." Robbie said
"Thank you all so much." Ally said
"Anytime." Mrs. Shapiro said
"This was a good day to cool off from the heat." Robbie said
"Oh yeah how hot is it out now?" Freddie asked
"My phone says 105." Mrs. Shapiro says
"And it's 70 in here with the pool at a perfect 80 degrees." Robbie said
"This has been the best cool down day ever." Ally said
"And we didn't get trapped in an RV." Robbie says
"Or have a million people in our house." Freddie said
"What are you two talking about?" Mrs. Shapiro asked
"Oh nothing." Freddie and Robbie say at the same time as the episode ends
